On our way to New Orleans (Road trip) we stopped here to avoid a storm. I usually stay at motel 6 but They were booked. So we took a chance on this place. From the outside it looked seedy, people outside smoking, manager at the table inside with a guest talking … But never judge a book by its cover! We were given a room on the 1st floor next to the washer and dryer (some woman standing at my door washing) But when I opened the door. So nice, so clean, smelled clean and fresh. Bed was soft and sheets were clean. Bathroom was clean. Fridge and microwave in room. My only complaint was the washer and dryer. You guys have to invest in a wash area. But we will stay again if we ever come back this way.

Don't stay here if you can avoid it. Nobody was at the check in desk when I arrived at 4 pm and the lady took forever to confirm my ID. Non-smoking room reeked of smoke and no other rooms were available. Hallways were absolutely disgusting! Cigarette burns in the bed sheets and stains on the chairs. Waste of money and glad I only spent 7 hours in that hell of a room.

My room is clean. Floor a little dirty but it smelled nice the rooms don't have kitchens. A little drug traffic but I felt safe. Can't wash past 9 or earlier than 8am no breakfast. Just a place to sleep and go. Will stay again. Nice staff.

Great place for affordable accommodation. Service providing equally to three star hotel. Highly recommend.

Very affordable my room was very clean and smelled very fresh I slept like a baby in the bed they seem to always be booked up tho so that should tell you something IT'S A VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY.

You get what you pay for. This was a very cheap stay and when they say no-frills, they really mean. Pack your blow drier! The staff was so nice, I would stay here again. Definitely not the nicest place but very affordable and not gross. :)

Amazing staff. Cleaned rooms. Second time I’ve stayed here and just like my first time I had a good experience. Especially for having a really good price.

Super POS don't stay here there parking lot gets cleaned more than the rooms. Found pubic hair in the sheets found bugs in the room had to beg their competitor for extra Linens and towels they obliged at the potential loss of their job awesome Motel straight behind don't stay at the 9 Motel.

Place is terrible. It smells bad and you can't walk around without making a ton of noise. So not worth whatever it costs.

The room was decent, but was a little dirty. And although it was quiet, the office wasn't open at the posted time for coffee.

Staff was very friendly room was clean… Only thing that kinda sucked was the 10:30 check out but that's only cause I like to sleep in.

The experience in 9 motel was wonderful. The staff was so nice. The room and bathroom was clean and smelled fresh. I am grateful to have a place that does not need a credit card deposit. My car has been safe in the parking lot.

It is a good place to stay for a week. Housekeeping is perfect. It's a clean and quiet room. The manager is really nice to offer me a weekly rate. They are replacing TV with some nice ones.

Beds are worn out, no breakfast was served even though they advertise it, and very old rooms that haven't been remodeled since the 70s. The best part for the shower actually having good pressure and temperature.
