I worked here for 2 1/2 years so I can vouch that the customer service is pretty amazing. If you're just looking for somewhere to stay, then this place is amazing. They do what they can to please the guests that are staying there and will go out of their way to make the experience as memorable as possible The view from the 27th floor lounge is unbeatable and you cannot find anything with a better view. HOWEVER having been an employee there I HATED working here. Management is beyond terrible and it just kept getting worse as time went on. I worked in the same department during my time there and I watched management and my happiness slowly deteriorating. Inconsistent disciplinary actions. Double standard for everything they said and did, and they seemed to care more about the customers than their employees. HR directors are useless. Managers refuse to make changes even though they hold department meetings every two months to go over the things they need to work on to make it better for those working for them. This is a union, so employees schedules are based off of who has been there the longest as well as full time/part time, which causes laziness in a lot of people because they can slack off and since they're full time they still get their hours. They walk over you if you are the one that is always going out of your way to help out, and then it goes unnoticed and they treat you like you're disposable. I ended up quitting after HR refused to do anything against the manager that had been harassing me for a year and a half. Instead of them trying to fix it they decided to give me 6 write ups and act as if they could care less that I was leaving. But I can honestly say that since I have quit here, I have been happier than I was for 2 years working here.
