Loved the atmosphere of the hotel. It was super clean. They had awesome natural flavored water in the evening and coffee in the morning. The cookies were also delicious.

Staff was welcoming and efficient, even though we checked in after midnight. At the restaurant I asked for gluten free bread, server said she had to check the freezer. Less than 3 minutes later the bread was on the table with a smile! That young lady was the only one working the entire floor for breakfast. Even with a large family reunion there she kept coffee full and tables clean with a smile. Housekeeping was just as wonderful when I bothered them in the hall for more coffee for the room.

There are not enough words to explain how INCREDIBLE the staff is. I have stayed here for the last month on business, and have honestly experienced the best service I have ever had at a hotel. They are ALWAYS available for you and really go above and beyond to make your stay great. The views are amazing — and I will definitely be back!

Quality service, nice room, and close proximity to a lot of restaurants. I would have liked the shower to be more standard, but it was serviceable and the only real complaint I had.

This is a nice Hilton Garden it has a newish feel and it comes with a free parking garage. Also, there are alot of places nearby to eat and many are walkable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Pretty good place all around and you can get breakfast but I am not sure of the cost.

For the start of our Roadtrips we have chosen The Garden Inn, hoping to acclimate us here after the arrival a little. That worked out great here. We were greeted nicely and then moved to a nice room.
Restaurants and shopping facilities are nearby.
A free underground car park is located directly behind the hotel.

Great hotel. Great staff. Great breakfast. Lousy parking. Also great views of the mountains and Downtown Denver in the distance.

Decent three star hotel. Clean. What you imagine. The bathroom was a smidge small and dated, but overall good. Breakfast was nice, but you have to pay for it.

Stayed in the area for a possible work relocation and the staff was very nice and quick to check us in and out. The checkout was very important as we had an early flight and the night staff was excellent in checking us out promptly. Would have preferred to have the parking under the building instead of having to go up the elevator and cross the street. The room was an average room as expected (rate was roughly 100/night) and was clean and functional. There was an odd odor that was similar to a retirement home though.

Located right off Colorado and Cherry Creek. Surrounded with places to dine. A parking garage is conveniently located in the middle of the parking lot. Beware, the spaces are for compact cars. Trucks do park in there, like me, but no guarantee you'll get away without a ding or scratch. Hotel staff helpful and friendly. The views are not bad either no matter if your room is facing east or west. Of course west is better. There's a restaurant, pool, hot tub and a mini store. Prices are reasonable, rooms are spacious, beds were comfortable. My only problem were the pillows. Despite the comfortable mattress, the pillows were terrible and kept me from getting a good night's rest. Hotel needs new pillows in room 428.

Great hotel, Mandy and Chris at the front desk are extremely friendly and will bend over backwards to help and get you anything you want it need. Watched Chris being beratted by a very rude woman and he was more than professional and extremely polite with her. Parking is a little tricky with larger vehicles but the staff will help with that as well. Disabled veteran and they treated me beyond fantastic.

Great stay at a reasonable price during New Years weekend. Room was nice and beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great too being just a few steps away from several places to eat.

Nice clean hotel located half way between downtown Denver and Tech Center. Also nearby lots of places for a quick bite. My favorite was Garbanzo (local chain) located at the 1st fl retail space. A small pool and a decent workout room. They offered breakfast buffet for around $12. Haven't tried their restaurant for lunch though. Overall great hotel at a resonable price and great location.

I have to say the room is nice, but dosnt look like they really do a good job cleaning the rooms. Bathroom had wallpaper pealing from the seams the length of the wall. Bathtub had a ring around it as well as blackish red tint to the molding. I review is low because I guess they allow pets and I had to listen to the dog in the room next to me bark all night. They do have a nice pool and hot tub as well as a business room if you need it. Coffee is served in the lobby when you go down. For the price per night you pay you would expect better cleaned rooms. The area is very convenient everything you could need is less than 1 mile away.

The free underground parking was really nice. The food provides by the hotel during the several days I was there for training was quite good. The facilities were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. This is the second time I have been at this location for training and I would happily come back.

My Mountain View room has a great view of a MattressFirm. But I guess those things are everywhere. So far staff is friendly the room is very clean and housekeeping is great. Every time I tried to use the pool they were screaming kids but what can you do.

Beautiful place to stay. Staff is friendly and kind! The ONLY reason I gave a 3 star rating is because they said they offer a ride to the airport. I set it up the night before, the next morning I went down and was ready and was asked if I was told that there was a $65 fee for the service! No, I was not told that! That was an expensive place to stay, which I chose, but for the price I paid, I would have expected a complimentary ride. I sent my concerns to Hilton and got no response!

I chose this hotel because the indoor pool would be a welcome distraction for my 8 year old. We visited both the pool and the jacuzzi right after checking in. I noticed a strong chlorine smell, but assumed it was because it was an indoor pool. When we returned to our room I realized my swim suit was completely discolored from the chemicals! We both showered immediately but were left with dry, burning, itchy skin for several days. My daughter's suit was left with no elasticity which was also dissolved by the chemicals. I told the front desk immediately and was told to come back when a manager was working. In the morning — still no manager. I was told to leave my number for a return phone call and given an email address to which I sent a note explaining what had happened. I checked out and had to find other accommodations and lots of lotion. Over a week later still no contact or response from the hotel. The pool situation was awful enough but the lack of customer service made it even worse.

The customer service was great! The room was very clean and quiet. This hotel is surrounded by restaurants and is in close proximity of multiple shopping centers, gyms, and entertainment.

Very nice hotel to stay for long or short stays. Room are comfortable, beds are great. Staff is awesome. Nice bar and the breakfast very good. Wish it was included in the cost of the stay.

I was here for training — the staff was Very friendly and Helpful. If/when I need to stay in Denver, I will stay here. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel. There's free parking under the above ground parking lot, and there's also plenty of good restaurants within about a minute walking distance of the hotel. The rooms are very nice, and there's options for mountain views.

Nice amenities around the hotel. Pool was nice. Hotel was quiet. Parking on site. Breakfast was good.

Disgusting. The rooms all reeked of wet, moldy carpet. Switched rooms 3 times, trying to get something breathable. We gave up after the 3rd room switch, it was well past midnight at that point and we just needed sleep. Staff was nice in helping us switch, but honestly would have rather stayed at a crummy motel than here. Stayed 8/18-8/19

Only reason I'm giving this place a 4 star is due to the over night front desk help who gave us trouble while trying to replace our room key she had a sour attitude for no reason and a nasty tone. We asked for a card with her name and she wrote KQ. Which is obviously a nickname and then got another attitude when we brought that to her attention and she said rudely that what you get. Other than that great place.

Hilton Garden Inn Denver is amazing. The customer service is outstanding and the rooms are very clean.

Bar and food staff was excellent. Hotel cleanliness was. Iffy, and some of the hotel check-in staff was friendly. Some was not. Night staff definitely needs to get their behavior together.

A nice contemporary hotel. The lobby is nicely decorated and very comfortable. There's a free underground parking garage which is very convenient. The location is great with alot of great places to visit and eat at very near the hotel. Our room had a fantastic view as well.

Stayed here as we testd at a Pow Wow close by, it was great. Clean, the front peeps give you water and kindness. Needed a toothbrush and they had a free one… just a great hotel. O and the lemon/lime water in the front lobby is the bomb!

Only stayed for one night to be closer to VA hospital rather than commute from the suburbs. Didnt check in til 10pm so didnt get "full experience. " Slept well on adjustable beds and time for 15 min in the hot tub. Unfortunately I didn't have time to enjoy the made to order breakfast. Felt very comfortable with the free parking underground garage. Unfortunately any future or stays (for future VA hospital appointments) are cost prohibited for my budget.

Nice, clean hotel. Great location. Staff is very friendly. We did have one issue and they took care of it so we were very happy with our stay. Pool is kind of small. Kuerig in the room a huge plus.

What What a great hotel. The staff was very friendly and the place was spotless. Excellent breakfast and free parking. The location is very good with the World of Beers and many restaurants nearby.

Let me start by saying I'm not the person that gets on a review site to complain. I'm typically raving about Hilton brand hotels. Stayed this weekend and this property definitely failed… So unexpectedly, the power went out, because of the weather around 7/730pm. Which, I KNOW is not their fault. But they did NOTHING to let guests know, no ETA on the solution from Xcel, nothing to make people more comfortable when the only parts of the hotel that had any kind of light were the hallways and parts of the downstairs lobby. They had to leave the front doors open so no one wanted to stay because it as freezing downstairs, so most resorted to hanging out in the dark in their rooms. So in essence because it was dark everywhere, people were in their rooms, and there was obviously more noise in the hallways and/or rooms because EVERYONE was stuck. (Not to mention a college grad party earlier — so the hallways were filled with 20-ish aged college students) We went to dinner because of it, left, and came back around 10pm or so, weren't even in our dark room for 5 minutes and a Hilton rep (who looked like he was 15) knocked and told us they'd received noise complaints about our room? We asked him confused if he's sure it was us and explained we had just come up to the room from dinner, he smiled and said "this is a warning and if we get another complaint about this room we will be calling the police" and turned and walked away.

We will not stay at this hotel again. The management is extremely rude. They apparently got a noise complaint about our room which is hard to believe because we were not being loud at all. There were about 15 college kids staying on our floor making noise in the hallway which is fine and it didn't bother us. The power of this hotel also went out and the rooms were completely dark so trying to get ready was an issue. Getting the noise complaint was annoying but how the management went about it was just downright rude! He told us he would call the cops for the next complaint he received. This was quite frustrating considering we paid for this hotel and the power was completely out and the management was rude and the Wi-Fi didn't even work and that was noticed before the power went out. Our beds also didn't work, they were supposed to be some kind of sleep number bed that you could adjust and our bed was stuck on the hardest setting. There are quite a few hotels in the vicinity of this one, stay at another one!

The room and service are very nice. The bathrooms are a little small, and the breakfast is pricy, but the stay has been enjoyable. Also, despite the high room prices, they can't seem to afford working complimentary Wi-Fi, making you pay extra for internet that is usable.

The hotel is great except for the beds. When I stayed about 1 year ago, the beds were fine. They have new beds with a dial that adjusts the softness/firmness, but the softest setting is still hard. My back and neck hurt in the morning.

Great experience! The rooms were large and clean, their housekeeping did a great job keeping everything in order. The front staff was very informative and helpful. The breakfast was delicious! We'll be staying here anytime we're in Denver!

We called the Hilton Garden Inn from The Stanley Hotel in Estes Park after having a very expensive and disappointing anniversary experience. We were deciding between this and another hotel based on the location to the things in Denver we planned to see and do — — and we are so glad we called. We had literally one of the BEST hotel stays ever here and that's considering we travel 10 times a year for leisure and I travel 10-15 times a year on business. HOSPITALITY When I called, I spoke with Alexa who was immediately warm, welcoming, and very friendly. She was disappointed to hear about our experience at The Stanley hotel and offered us a room as soon we could get off the mountain — — and this was around 9am in the morning when I called. Part of our issue with The Stanley was that our room wasn't ready until after 4pm — — and Alexa wanted to make sure to address that for us immediately. She offered us a great AAA rate and suggested the mountain view room and offered to throw in breakfast for us an anniversary treat. I've never met anyone as friendly as Alexa and we were looking forward to our stay thanks to her amazing attitude. CHECK-IN Simple and easy! Although Alexa wasn't there we were greeted by Jessica who was just as eager to be helpful and kind. She presented with a basket as a gift from the Hilton that included Wine and snacks for our stay. Also included were two sets of breakfast vouchers which had a value of $12.95 per adult.

Oh my gosh it was great. I hope this survey gives me lots of money for clash of clans. Dem gems!

From first checkin we got smiling faces and helpful attitudes. Is great to see a staff that cares about what you want and need. The roads are crazy here some times and kind of loud. We got the Mountain View. Yeah sceneries but if you have the other views it's just as fine. Maybe minus loud cars. The food is excellent and well prepared. You know they care because they give the best and the food is delicious. They are attentatuve and don't even overlook an empty glass! Bright sunny days to come for thus little area. Why be adventurous anywhere else but here.
