Beautiful place to stay, the view is amazing. I love everything about staying here. The only thing is missing in our room is a microwave.

Clean rooms, great early breakfast, friendly employees.

Stayed here for 4 nights and it really felt like home. Close to everything — walked to restaurants, convention center, shops, and to my credit union. The entire staff were so friendly. We were able to check out and come back later and pick up our luggage. Great view! Woke up to a view of the Rocky Mountains and the foothills.

This hotel is in a prime location where all the action is in downtown Denver. The hotel staff is extremely nice and welcoming as well. The rooms are cozy and very spacious and usable. The TV's in the room are big as well and easily connect to devices making it even more of an enjoyable experience. I will definitely stay here again!

Loved this hotel, stayed at another Hyatt place Boise too. You know what you are getting, the rooms are fresh and clean with plenty of room, comfy beds and pillows. Good bar facility. Ideally placed for downtown. Highly recommended after our 4000 mile road trip we stayed in a few Marriots too but Hyatt place far superior for quality.

Not great for the price. Breakfast was decent, the pool is indoors, very humid, and small, and there is no safe in the room. I did like that you could order food 24hr (and the food was actually good) but they don't bring it to your room; they call you and you have to pick it up from the bar. I also liked the half partition to separate the bed from the seating area. I also had a GREAT view of downtown from my room on the top floor.

No parking! Oh you can pay $ 42 to park at hotel. Received a nice $50 ticket for parking at meter! I guess I should have woke up at 2 a. M. To put change in the meter on a Sunday! No coffee after 9:30 a. M Dirty freezer in suite! Great view of downtown…

We were initially given a room that had someone staying in it, which could have been pretty awkward if they were in there. They also advertise for a Starbucks but it doesn't open until noon? The front desk people were very nice though. There is also a very cheap parking lot a half a block away ($10 for overnight) which was great so we didn't have to pay for valet. I think I would stay here again, but only for the location. We had to ask for more blankets and pillows despite having a reservation for 5 in two queen room, so there seems to maybe be an issue with communication.

It's a wonderful location, right in the middle of downtown. The staff were very nice and friendly. At the bar there is an option of ordering from a small menu of food including some basic Starbucks coffee. The room was filthy. The staff moved us from our original room to another because it smelled so bad. In the second room the floor was sticky. I tried to wipe it up with a wet paper towel and it was black. The bathroom floor and shower were covered with hair. When I woke up in the morning my back hurt because of the mattress. Given the choice I would not stay here again.

Hotel is great proximity to Colorado Convention Center. It is within reasonable walking distance of most desired locations and a 3 mile brewery trail. I got lucky to get 21st floor mountain view. Great king bed, admittedly pillows were overly soft. Clean, spacious, good work space, Wi-Fi, printing, breakfast, odds/ends as needed. Hyatt really did this location right. Tip — don't try to hit breakfast at rush because the 4 days I was there they never had enough staff to keep up with influx of people. Hint hint, there are two breakfast locations to miss rushes. Will be back again if in town.

I don’t post often but this hotel was just awful. The good: one of the bartenders was nice. The bed in the room was comfortable. The bad: where to start? 1. Upon checking in, the lifeless front desk person checked me in and posted an erroneous $300 fee to my account. The manager had to be pulled in. 2. The same front desk person said she didn’t have a room available for me and took down my number to call me when it was ready. That call never happened. I finally went back to the hotel to question the $300 fee and that’s when I was told my room was ready. As I walked up to the elevators, I passed by the same front desk lady who was socializing with coworkers. 3. There were zero amenities in the room. No room service either. 4. I asked the front desk person about food and she said they didn’t have a restaurant but “24 hour food service. ” She didn’t define what that was and still to this moment I have no idea what the deal with food is there. I ended up eating at a hotel down the block for almost every meal. 5. When I called down about a late checkout, the front desk person was snappy, rude and hung up on me in the middle of me saying “thank you. ” 6. I was snapped at by a housekeeper who was cleaning the men’s bathroom when I walked in. Before I could say anything or leave she snapped “FINE JUST GO” and stormed out. Hyatt corporate — this hotel is an embarrassment to your brand. You clearly haven’t trained your staff properly.

Stayed for three days and two nights for Denver Comic Con 2018. Nice rooms with fantastic breakfast and all the standard accommodations. However, we found our car had been rifled through during the first night in the hotel parking garage, which was $42 per day per vehicle (they did waive this because of the incident) and valet only. Nothing was actually missing as we had luckily removed all valuables before the trip. We also had no housekeeping visit on our second day, despite taking the 'don't disturb' sign off the door at 8am. Overall a nice enough place to stay for the services they provide, but I won't be returning because of the security issue of the garage.

Fantastic experience! Stayed 2 nights in a great room with a view. Rooms are comfortable with modern decor. Jack at the bar was one of my favorite people I met on my trip! Friendly and funny! Front desk staff was very helpful with recommendations and made booking an extra night easy! Great location in downtown Denver! Close to anywhere you could want to visit!

Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly, however when we got to our room we had to call because the toilet wouldn’t flush, they came up and fixed it but the next morning the toilet had the same problem, we booked a room for six which meant we had to use the pull out couch bed but there was no bedding available in the room for the pull out, no big deal but we had to call 3 times to the front desk to get bedding, we had to call again because as we had 6 people booked they only provided 4 towels. I expect when you stay at a nice place they would have the room set up for the amount of people we booked. Nice clean rooms but I don’t think I’ll stay again just because of the overall experience!

The Hyatt House Denver downtown was attached to the Hyatt Place Hotel which I stayed at. The difference between the Hyatt House and Hyatt Place is the place is more of a hotel where as the Hyatt House could be for more long-term stays and include kitchenettes and whatnot. I frequent adverse the convenience area of the hotel. They had everything that I needed when I needed it but the prices were a little steep. Unfortunately we're willing to pay for convenience.

My husband and I arrived early for our reservation on January 14th. The hotel was very busy. Since we were so early, we expected to have to leave our bags until our room was ready.
Cheyla took time out to find a room for us. She was sweet and personable. Her hospitality was especially appreciated while coming out from the cold.

Hyatt House is a motel masquerading as a fancy hotel. This was a mediocre, underwhelming stay. For the amount of money we spent on this hotel I expected you all to exceed my expectations and to truly feel taken care of in every way. Instead we paid extra money for a mountain view we did not get in a room with broken or malfunctioning appliances. There were features advertised by the website that the staff knew nothing about. All of that topped with watching other guests, including the friend who was staying with me, get better service at the front desk than me. I wouldn't expect to watch white customers get better service than me in 2017, but certainly not in a hotel I spent (again) a lot of freaking money on. I was avoided and talked down to by Marty and whomever that manager guy is in a full suit. Breakfast was a disaster, with miscommunication about when it closed and what would be available. This was supposed to be the least-noticeable part of our trip, a nice footnote to an otherwise wonderful trip. Instead, it was a blight on our Christmas vacation. It left a bad taste in my mouth for Denver in general and on Hyatt properties. This property really needs to do better.

Great location but keep parking in mind because the hotel does valet only otherwise you will need to find overnight parking elsewhere. Staff is friendly and free continental breakfast in the morning is nice. The gym equipment is acceptable not too many free weights but enough to definitely get a good workout in. Includes a nice treadmill where you can select different trails on a monitor so it is more interactive and fun. Haven't seen that before. Neat touch with Denver being embedded in such natural beauty.

Overall a great experience. The location is wonderful being directly in downtown with close access to everything. Parking just under $40 a day for valet doesn't seem competitive when there are neighboring parking lots for around $15 a day. Staff is friendly although we were given the wrong (downgraded) room initially due to hotel being tightly booked. That was fixed. Would stay again if needed to be downtown.

Making reservations and staff accommodations were excellent. Location and public spaces were very clean and welcoming. Room (corner 18th floor) was nice and inviting. Room could use a few hangers at the point of entry instead of at the farthest point into the room. Bathroom needed just a bit more elbow grease in the shower. I do recommend this hotel. I was not dissapointed.

Rooms were nice and check in was easy but they didn't offer alot of info at check in. I was given the wrong breakfast times for a Sunday turns out it was different than the rest of the week. They have a market pantry you can call down and order food however no menu or anything to do it and when we went downstairs the one girl couldn't help us so we got 3 Lean cuisines for like $21 I think it was more though can't remember. Get home and find out they overcharged me on my room by $50 so I'm fighting that. Might stay again but will eat at the 16th street mall and will make sure before I leave all pricing is correct.

Good solution for a studio close to the 16th and the Convention Center, only flaw is that if you stay in 3, 4 people, access to the bathroom is inside the only bedroom.

A decent hotel for longer stays of a high standard. Effectively run and well started in downtown just down the street from the Denver Pavilions shopping mall and convention center. Rooms have kitchen areas including combination oven, large fridge, sink, breakfast bar and the essential utensils, pots and pans. Process fluctuate wildly depending on demand… sometimes a real bargain, other times not. Overall, I rate it highly (when I can get a decent rate).

Great place to stay. Cheaper than regency. This brand is mixed with Hyatt Place as well in case it looks confusing. Same staff for both and same building. Lot to do in the area. This place is always clean and the staff always helpful. Valet is very quick.

The service is nice, the food was great and well stocked even though traffic was high because of the nearby convention. They're obviously very well prepared when it comes to conventions.

Great location, 5 minute walk to 16th street, check in was easy and quick, room was great and had everything you'd need. Bathroom was well equipped although might be tight with two people trying to get ready at the same time. Valet was quick and efficient. Didn't use the pool or gym but did check them out and they were nice. Would definitely stay here again.

I love this place. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has great views, great vibes, amazing bar, and top notch service. Everyone at the valet service is very eager to work, professional, and personable. If you forced me to complain about one thing it would be the selection of TV channels. However, everything I mentioned above and the plethora of things to do in Denver… I couldn't find time to watch TV. Thanks for the amazing stay!

Location: unbeatable, 1 min walk from the convention center, few minutes from the 16th street mall. Room: spacious, it's essentially a suite more than a room. Service: my TV wasn't working the first night and I called the front desk, somebody came fixed it within 5 mins, nice! Staff: friendly and helpful So why is it 3 stars only? Because I was there for 4 night and they should have cleaned/serviced my room 3 times. After first night, they serviced it, no problem. Then after second night, I went out in the morning and returned noon, they haven't cleaned it, I called and have them clean the room. At 2pm, still not cleaned. I have to tell them again and go somewhere until 4pm to have my room cleaned. The housekeeping manager had an attitude too. After the 3rd night, they didn't even serviced by room. But since I'm leaving the next day I didn't bother complaining. It is expecting too much these days to have your room serviced?

Very clean, quiet, and roomy. The only issue we had was a remote controlled blackout curtain wouldn't work. The hotel staff had this fixed within 20 minutes. I would stay here again.

Soooo close to the Convention Center, very helpful staff, yummy breakfast… Had an issue with our door, and they fixed it extremely quickly. Good views from most rooms and classy, comfortable rooms. :)

With such a convenient location next to the Denver convention center and amazing, professional staff, I look forward to booking with Hyatt again. Breakfast was delicious. The small bar has sweet, rich, cupcakes. All the staff is so polite and considerate. Everything was very clean. Even during such an overwhelmingly packed weekend with Denver swarmed by out of towners, the hotel managed to give every guest considerate attention.

We stayed for Denver Comic Con. Hyatt House, Hyatt Place knows how to handle large event stays. Rooms are cozy and welcoming after a long day at the convention center. Location can't be beat as you're within walking distance to the Convention Center, and 16th Street Mall. Finally, the staff is excellent.

Stayed here recently for 7 weeks and I want to say a huge thank you to all the wonderful staff that make this place a perfect haven to stay at if you visit Denver, all the rooms are super clean but overall a want to say a massive thank you to sean and Geoff in the sales team, please make sure this reaches them and they are praised for the job these guys do. Excellent place to stay. The Hyatt House has everything you need and the location is both perfect for walking downtown to easy leaving in a vehicle. Two blocks from the 16th street mall and around the corner from the U. S. Mint!

Tasty, fresh breakfast every morning. It's quite day and night. Bed is perfect and I love the pillows. Very modern decor, clean, calm colors. Stand up shower is very nice. There's a convenient store, 24/7 resturant, pool, and a gym.

Beautiful inside and out. The employees were very friendly. I liked how quiet my stay was.

The staff was very friendly and the location is in a great location. Everything you want is within walking distance. I'll visit again.

The service was great! Also, the room was nice and looked like a studio apartment. However, they charge for their parking garage, which is slightly expensive, which was disappointing. But overall it is a great place to stay.

This place was super easy to find. Very simple process to valet park your car and retrieve it. The staff at this hotel is fantastic. There are many items available to borrow, if needed. These include items for babies and small children and even a noise machine. The rooms are laid out nicely and have everything you need. Though we didn't use it, there is also a grocery service. Great food and drinks downstairs coming from a spectacular bartender. It's also within walking distance to many restaurants and the mall. A wonderful stay.

Terrific location 2 blocks from the 16th street mall, and walking distance from Lincoln Park, the capitol, the US mint, and the historic Brown Palace hotel. We had a late flight and since their occupancy was down they let us keep our stuff in the room till it was time for us to go. Breakfast was great and the modern room was clean and comfortable. Everyone was very nice. If we stay in Denver again, this is the place we will come back to!

Excellent quality of service. Bathroom did not have ventilation on demand; we miss vent fans! Wi-Fi unstable. Very nice otherwise.

The staff are really good people that genuinely care about their guests. The food is good. The breakfast is really really good. The valet is fast. The location is amazing. The managers cater to your needs. I love this hotel.

Nice hotel that is walking distance to many attractions in Denver. Newer with all the amenities you need for typical biz or quick leisure trip to the city. Really slow elevators and breakfast area was packed with people and a big mess when I made it down. Skipped it, but staff was awesome and snagged me a couple bananas for a light snack.

Hubs and I were customers at the bar for a short time while waiting for a friend. Enjoyed a local beer (on tap), pleasant surroundings, comfortable seating, and good service. Every Hyatt Place I've been in has been very nice and this one was no different. Recommended!

Stayed here first night upon relocating to CO from the East Coast. Michele and staff were attentive, welcoming, warm and accommodating to us as well as our pet! I would recommend staying here one night or a month! Great location! Clean, well decorated room/bathroom! Thanks to everyone!

Great place to stay in the heart of downtown. Street parking is available and alot cheaper than parking in the hotel. Located just 2 blocks from 16th st with all the restaurants and shops. The rooms are very spacious with updated entertainment.

Amazing! Everyone was awesome, room was so nice, only downfalls was the cost of parking and the cost of the room. Actually ended up returning my rental car due to cost. Location is great, complimentary breakfast was really good also.

Had an amazing stay here. The staff were very kind and welcoming. And the rooms were very nice and modern. The only con about here or probably Downtown Denver in general is just the parking situation. They offer their own valet parking with a private garage in their building. But obviously that comes with a price. Parking anywhere in downtown Denver comes with a price.

In addition to being very attentive, clean, and professional the rooms are spacious, large and beautiful also. I love the breakfast, and much more when it's free. I feel the same about the Wi-fi is available here. Or and the location is excellent.
