It was better than a lot of the other hotels that I looked at that were more expensive. It wasn't great, but what do you expect for 70 a night or less. It's a Motel 6. Better than some I stayed at. It was cleaner and quieter than other more expensive places I've stayed. Neighborhood was decent. I felt safe in the area. Staff were okay as well. No complaints.

I stay at this hotel quite often and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Nicole at the front desk is awesome, she has always been real nice to me. If you do stay here make sure you treat her with kindness. Everytime I have stayed here I have been checked in quickly. I have never had a complaint about the room being dirty. This hotel and the staff are great.

This stay has been awesome. My last stay, not so. That was the week of 4/20 though. One thing that's a constant, the ladies at the front desk. They have ALWAYS been courteous and professional. I've paid daily, and very comfortable to pay weekly now until I get the key to my apartment FINALLY. Denver apartment availability is a crazy long wait.

The front desk person Nicole is probably the rudest person I've ever had to deal with at any of your establishments. Simply needed batteries for the remote,   and quarters for laundry,   and it caused her to completely melt down. When I entered the lobby she was outside conversing with her boyfriend,   and the poor housekeeping lady was talking to guests. I told her my situation, and she called someone about the batteries. Nicole finally noticed people at the desk and returned from outside. She experienced a paper jam with the printer, so I went to retrieve my items from the laundry room, as they were unattended longer than I anticipated. When I returned to the lobby she completely ignored me, and proceeded to answer the phone directly in front of me. When she hangs up she says to me annoyed  "I can't make them move faster. " Or something like that. I asked her for the quarters and she replies "YOU DIDN'T ASK ME FOR NO QUARTERS, I DON'T HAVE QUARTERS" (The front desk suppiled us with them last night, and at out last stay in ft. Collins)   "YOU CAN WAIT UNTIL 10AM FOR MY MANAGER SOL" I asked her why she was being rude, and she said "YOU GIVE RESPECT YOU GET RESPECT" I explained to her I gave 80 dollars of my hard earned money, and also I am the guest. Sad thing to explain to a front desk person.

Pretty ghetto… as I'm sure you would probably already be expecting. It happens to be really nice as far as room sizes go and it's definitely got a really cool setup for people who are staying here. However; if you're just observing the building from the outside you'll just see just how ghetto some of the people "staying" here are.

It was reasonably clean. Liked the wood floors. Smallest hotel room I have ever been in. The shower sucked. The bathtub was slick had to hold on to bar to make sure I didn't fall and no pressure in the shower. Also the TV was horrible blurry out of focus. I guess was ok for 1 night wouldn't spend more than that there though.

I was pleasantly surprised with this motel compared to my recent stays in Fort Collins and other cities. This is a very nice motel with all the accouterments of the majors. Thank you for a very nice stay!

For a Motel 6, this is the best Motel 6 I've ever been to. Looks cleaner, smells cleaner, you can tell the mattresses are new, the maids are doing their job obviously, great price, awesome staff. No complaints.

Great place. Staff is very friendly and pretty good price. Brad at the front desk is really cool and he makes sure that the customers are satisfied. Overall I really like it.

It's good for a night or more. Clean and customer service was good also. Does take AAA for a 10 percent discount. Rooms have microwave, and fridge. Complimentary coffee in the front office. We have been there several times. About 20 min travel time (depending on traffic) from downtown Denver. Several places to eat and shop in area. Either walk or short drive.

We stopped at 3am didn’t have to wait at all room was clean and comfortable brad the morning clerk was working his as off very polite. Brad is definitely an asset to the hotel. He went over and beyond to make sure coffee fresh and making sure your guests were taken care of and did it with a smile.

Rooms are very clean and larger than excepted. I book a room with a queen and was upgrades to 2 queens for the price of a queen. They are pet friendly and don't charge extra to pets. Nicki was great she took care of me and also gave me a senior discount. Only draw back is if you stay more than one day you have to get your key card reactivated. In all it was a pleasant experience.

Very quick and easy check-in. Room was clean and overall cozy to be in. Great location too, being right off of I-25, and I work not even a half a mile away so it was very convenient for me. I will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

This place is great. Brad who works at the front desk makes sure you are well taken care of. He is friendly even at 6 in the morning. The whole staff is great. Rooms are clean and well kept.

Nicole, she worked at the front desk! I can say that she made me feel very welcome. She was very organized and also got all of her work done the right way! She was amazing. Very hard worker in my eyes. Made me feel very welcome when I stayed! Thank you Nicole.

Not very clean. Brought my sleeping bag in to sleep on it. I think there was dry snot on the wall above bed? Smells of weed. Gave them some points for the fake hard wood floors. It does seem like some effort is made, but just not enough. Been to way better motels for the same cost.

Love this specific motel 6, staff is great, don't have any hassles getting a room whether paying cash or using a card. If you're looking for close and affordable with a nice clean place with good people, I'd suggest checking into this motel 6, defiantly a 8/9 out of 10 in my book.

I was checking in a couple weeks ago there was a front desk clerk that was new she didnt hear what I said, she replied, "What"? I repeated myself then slid the paper I had over to her. My ID fell off the counter and I was accused of throwing it at her the front desk "Nikki" then started yelling at me. Ive never had such terrible customer service and this is a motel I occasionally frequent. I said I wanted to speak to a manager "Nikki" then said, "Well I can just refuse service to you. I then asked to speak with Sol who is a much nicer and more respectable front desk in which needs to give customer service classes.

Stayed on the first floor. The room has a strong smoking and musty smell. Not sure why as the room is supposed to be nonsmoking. The room looks fairly clean. It has updated many things including the floor to plank flooring, tub, and the beds were decent. However, the floor has a nasty film of something all over it and looks like housekeeping has not cleaned it well.

Much improved in level of quiet! I very much appreciated the increase in security and surveillance. What a difference it made! The bed was rather lumpy in 206 and needs to be replaced. It was great to have the microfridge again in the room as an added value.

Loud. Noises all night. Water damaged ceiling. Door to room opened in a way that blocked easy exit. A refund of this disaster would be nice. Paid 78. Had to have wife and children stay elsewhere due to conditions. Terrible.

Great hotel. Brad is very Great host. Rooms are clean and affordable. This hotel is completely different from all the motel 6 in Denver. Best motel is iN DENVER! Great location right off he highway and south of the tech center, and if you never been to a motel 6 you probably would think they have plenty of amentities.

The south end of the 3rd floor smells like earwax and mold. The north half of the third floor smells like THIS trash can right here at the elevator. Isn't that nice so when you come out of the elevator it's the most horrible scent of dirty trash can. I took away another star because after speaking with our front desk lady Tara she was unwilling to have the trash can removed. Mind you I called her and told her that the trash can stinks up the entire third floor and she was unwilling to do anything about it. I really nice new Samsung flat screens. But the reception is awful the sharpness of the TV is in the dumps. The sound crackles. The sound is very low. I walked outside and when the door shut behind me my key wouldn't work in the lock. Come to find out my key doesn't work on any of the outside doors. You know nice walk around the building at 1 a. M. When it was 19 degrees outside. I was super grateful for that. Not.

1st room smelled very bad. Had to switch to another room which was filthy. Sheets were stained, but luckily no bedbugs. There was hair in the tub. The TV reception was bad. Overall a bad experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but we had issues with the laundry room. Put money in machine to get dryer sheets, took my money and got nothing. Tried to dry clothes without a sheet, then the dryer took my money but would not turn on. Otherwise, decent stay.

Pool area was okay, laundry room needs help, but the service was up to par and it was a lot of sitting areas outside for smokers. Cool location with plenty of restaurants around. It was family friendly and the rates weren't too high. We had a decent experience.

Clean, simple, no frills hotel. If you're on a budget but still want a nice hotel this is the place to stay. My only true complaint was that there was static on almost every TV channel so that limited what was already a limited TV lineup. It was a packed house almost nightly yet quiet. I'd stay here again.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, it's Pet friendly and a reasonable priced hotel. I have a delay in getting my new apartment so I chose to stay here where I'm treated well by staff. No breakfast but they make great morning coffee located in the office. Room experience is good just wish the maid came through a little earlier than 4pm.

I found the room to be rather spacious, the bed was larger than my reservation called for (my reservation called for a Queen, but the bed seemed bigger than that) and it was pretty well spotless. Now, when I say spotless, I mean that. I used to clean houses for a living and I have a good eye for spotting dirt. I didn't find any, so I complement the cleaning staff on their diligence. They did a much better job than I've come to expect from an inexpensive motel. The only negative experience I had with this motel had nothing to do with the motel or it's staff and everything to do with some rowdy guests making too much noise at 2 AM. I will say, however, that the staff got the situation taken care of quite quickly. It wasn't more than half an hour of shouting before those people were demanded to leave and then all was quiet. All in all, I would definitely stay there again, if I ever visit the Denver area again. This was a better place to stay than the Extended Stay America that's a bit further north on I-25. That straight up amazes me.

It was a good place to sleep what you would get from a motel 6. The daytime girl could be better at her job and more friendly. The night shift guy and the GM were great tho. I work at a different motel 6 all around it was a good place to stay for a shower ans sleep.

The motel is more of a hotel and the rooms are updated and modern looking. I appreciate the wood floors more than the usual carpet you find in hotels. The bed (we had a queen) is comfortable and clean. Only crutch to this motel is that you have to pay for Wi-Fi, shampoo, and there's no breakfast.

Not a bad place. Get what you pay for. Friendly, clean, hot water, ac worked. I was happy and have stayed there before and will again. I go to Denver for concerts, easy off I-25 close to lite rail station to get downtown, Cheap. Good enough for the kind of girls I go out with, (LOL).

Front desk staff extra helpful and friendly. Room is clean and what you would expect from motel 6. Many restaurants Mexican, Indian, Vietnamese, American, BBQ, and fast food within walking distance. I tried Indian castle and the Diner across the street. Both were good although I liked the diner better. Walmart target also in walking distance. My non-smoking Room had odor of smoke or something? I stayed at the La Quinta the previous night at double the price. The motel 6 has a better value in my opinion and I would stay here again. Only downsides being room odor and bouncy cheap bed.

The staff was very nice but the actual hotel was disappointing. The towels were filthy and I'm not sure if they were washed. The pillow cases had stains and 2 of the 4 had facial hair on them. Everything was very out of date. Would have been worth an extra 20 dollars to stay at a nicer hotel.

I'm a sales representative for mountain Smith gear. I travel 6 states for work every month. I use motel six because I have a Siberia husky. This by far is the best one. Microwave oven and refrigerator in every room. Next to Highway, target, Walmart, and a dozen restaurants.

This is literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I have stayed at my fair share of hotel's and this Motel 6 is, by a million miles far, the WORST! Last year the old GM tried to get into a physical altercation with me and just today I had yet another horrible experience. I had a mix up on payment and I was trying to work it out with the staff and I got verbally abused by the head maid and then had 2 different front desk attendants telling me completely different things and then proceeding to be rude absolutely rude to me and one of the ladies was stoned out of her mind. And then to top things off they kicked me out because of their mistake. Do not stay at this hotel!

This is the best motel 6 in Colorado. Great location plenty of shopping and restaurants. Clean and comfortable rooms with refrigerator and microwaves. 24 hour maintenance. Safe and quiet location in the tech center for a reasonable price.

I have been having work done at my home, and have had the opportunity of staying at this location. I have had great experiences each time I have stayed (which has been many times). Desaray and Ronni have been wonderful! They have taken care of my needs and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience. The rooms are clean and modern, and the property is well maintained.

There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and the room had an odd odor. Beds were comfy and the staff was incredibly friendly.

Had to pay for Wi-Fi, and it still did not work on my mobile device. Other then that, it was a quiet, clean, and very comfortable stay. Will go again on my next travels.

Overall I like this Hotel, but they need new Wi-Fi. It constantly disconnects, the heat in the room don't work the greatest. Here recently there are a lot of loud people here making hard to sleep. I here all sorts of noises in this room 228. The other room I was in it seemed ok. 2 pillows isn't enough. Need at least 4. The staff here are friendly and accomodating. The costs of the items in the vending machine are too high. Not a good variety as far as a selection. A lot of the drinks were out. Need to clean the lot better for people, too many ignorant drivers getting stuck, and keeping me awake!

Location was great, and the room was very clean. The employees were very polite, and answered any questions I had professionally, even if some were kind of silly. Much appreciation!

The Wi-Fi I paid for was very slow and laggy.

Stayed here for about a week and honestly it was a good experience. The staff were very polite and helpful, the room was clean when we got it, it's pet friendly with no breed restrictions which is great cause we have a pittie, and there wasn't any scummy/sketchy people hanging out there. The room we had was actually not bad for a motel 6. No bugs, no weird smells, clean, laminated floor, bathroom was clean and fresh looking. Only down part for me was no digital cable. So every other channel looked like crap. I will most. Likely stay here again when I'm visiting plus the price is extremely reasonable. I would give it 5 out of 5 except for the cable sucking, gotta pay to use the Wi-Fi, ants, laundry is 3.50 including drying which is a lot, not all the vending machines work and they just eat your money, a lot of people suck and don't pick up after their dog (s) so there is a good amount of doggie poop by the dog poop zone. Overall I had a good stay and would recommend it to friends and family and will stay here again.

First and foremost — there are notell motels on E. Colfax I would of felt better paying for. I paid almost $80, $3 of that was for Wi-Fi that did not work. The room was dirty. I refused to take off my shoes there. The tub scared me. I refused to use the ice bucket because of strange green goo. We stayed in there "modern" two queen room on the first floor. There were dead bugs in the corner. We figured, stay there — its in the Tech Center, save a couple bucks over the $100 room next door. Wish I paid the $100 bucks. There were prostitutes going in and out all night. My 14 year old even asked why there were hookers in the motel. There were drug deals. Cops were casing it all night. Actually ended up in the lobby to interview people several times. My husband was approached and propositioned by a hooker when he went outside to smoke. You know — I am sure prostitution and escorts happen at other places but my word — at least they keep it discreet. It seriously was like driving down Colfax and having a skantily claded girl walk up to your car saying, "heeeey baby. " while leaning into your window here at this DTC Motel 6. Did I say DTC? Yes, freaking DTC. When I kept saying my Wi-fi access code I paid for wasn't working, all I got was — oh we will reset the router. NOT ONCE did I get access. I had to go sit at a McDonalds for free Wi-Fi so I could find another DECENT place for the same amount of money the following night. Which I did a couple blocks down.

Don't stay here if you're not a smoker. They moved our room twice and they all reeked like cigarettes.

Overall, the value for the money and the area was good. The room was outdated, but clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Checked in and find out after I've xhecked in that you have to go back downstairs and pay for internet access. WTF?!? REALLY?!? the hampton next door was happy to provide it for free though. Next time ill just stay there.

After getting my reservation lost at another hotel, this Motel 6 happily accommodated me. Price is reasonable, room and linen was clean, area felt safe with lots of eating and stores very close. Don't be expecting a Hilton, but really was a fine hotel for a night for the price.
