The place is pretty awful on terms of the room odor, exterior cleanliness, the non-availability of linen to exchange, and so forth. (A discarded tissue lay on a staircase for the entire three days of our stay. The concrete was sticky from old spilled liquids. ) A modern-seeming TV played fuzzy analog stations. That said, the bed was comfortable, the interior seemed clean although the carpet was stained, and lighting and cooling were good. Staff on duty seem to be trying but it's not their fault if there are not enough towels to provide them to guests. It is not as if management can't find them on the market. Does anyone in local or regional/national management care? Horrible representation of this brand. Are any of the 1 — or 2-star reviewers going to give this chain another try?

Booked a room… Tried to check in, finding out the age requirement was different from what the website says. Was denied a room after explaining I was eligible for a room from website requirements. I then left not arguing because the lobby smelt of cat pee and looked to be homeless roaming the front entrance. Do not recommend booking room here.

My review is based on not an actual stay, but on the fact that they didn’t honor my prepaid reservation. We were planning a trip to Denver and needed a handicap accessible room and made the reservation almost an entire month in advance. I received a confirmation, they collected my money and then after I drove ALL DAY to get there the informed me they did not have the room I reserved available. They even called the other Extended Stays in the area and no one could accommodate us. No real apology and just a shrug of the shoulders. I called the 1-800 number that booked our reservation (the company they use) and had to threaten my lawyer and demand to speak with a supervisor before I was even able to have anyone agree to refund my money. Still no place to stay and my money won’t be back on my card for 5 days. So basically when I return home the money for my original reservation will finally be returned to my card. We finally ended up at my in-laws and my husband and I had to sleep on his 11 year old grand niece’s double bed. This is not what I had envisioned for my long awaited vacation. We then found a room at a different place starting the following night. So I will be tying up even more of my money. Basically the reservation company and the Extended Stay staff ruined what should have been a great vacation. The place looked like a dive anyway so maybe we were lucky. I would have given less than one star but it wouldn’t let me.

This place is disgusting! Period! Came on a trip with my CHILDREN and thought we found a place that would be comfy. Wrong! We found the tip of a needle under our sofa sleeper, no trash can, light bulb is missing from one lamp, the maidservice is horrible. Its like it had a quick wipe down on everything, probably with the same rag, plus did not have a remote, and when asking for a remote, no one ever came to bring one! Ugh, I recommend not to EVER stay here!

Past experience at extended stay have been 4 star. Yesterday I was in utter disbelief at the image I was presented with and at the order that nearly knocked me out. The filthiest place I've ever seen in real life! I walked straight back to the office. The young girl embarrassingly apologized and offered me another room! Seriously? Then she had the nerve to say it would take 5 to 7 days to return the funds to my card! Not! We'll see what a u. S atty general and Colo. A. G. Will do to correct a fraudulent loan of my money to extended stay america.

DO NOT STAY HERE… Absolutely the worst place I have ever seen. Denver Tech Center is a nice area, so it was surprising how horrible this hotel is. Booked on Priceline for a "good price". When we arrived, a crazy lady cussed us out in the parking lot, and proceeded to follow us for the rest of our adventure. The first room we were given was disgusting… the room was in poor condition from a broken towel rack, fist marks on the refrigerator, missing stove burners, and toilet paper shoved in the peep hole to blood stains on the sheets. After being given a second room — which wasn't any better — we called Priceline and got a refund. Misti, the front desk clerk, was the only nice thing about the place. The parking lot, sidewalks, and stairwells we're completely covered in trash, the guests were sketchy at best, and the entire property was disgusting. Do not stay here.

This was probably the most epically disgusting and poorly run hotel I've ever stayed in. I reserved a room for 2 months but checked out the next day. I had to wait till about 7pm on the day I arrived for a "clean" room to be available. The pillows were stained and had no cases, the sheets were stained, the floor was covered in sticky substances, the toilet was dirty, and the overall room was a dump. The smoke detector had a bad battery so it kept beeping. I asked for a new battery and I was brought another bad one. The front desk woman was unfriendly and didn't make eye contact. While I was waiting I saw her turn away a dad and his little boy. They had a reservation but the hotel was apparently overbooked by 30 guests. Another guest told me they didn't have a shower head.

Where to begin… 1. The top blanket had a burn hole on it, and the linens were dingy with brown stains, when I asked the front desk for fresh sheets they didn’t have fitted sheets left. 2. I had to ask for toilette paper daily and was hassled when I asked for fresh towels on day two of my three day stay. 3. There were two large red stains on the carpet that looked like blood. 4. Issue three seemed to go in accordance with the TV always being on forensic files when you turn it on no matter what I was watching when I turned it off. 5. There were tenants all over that engaged in shady activity like what appeared to be drug deals amongst other things the entire stay. 6. Rude staff Over all this was the dingiest place I have ever experienced, I will not be returning and I would advise spending the extra 10-20 dollars a night on a nicer room.

This hotel is not worth 70$ absolutely disgusting. Broken a/c. Stains and marks, holes on everything. Graffiti on the artwork. The pics actually don't even do a justice. We asked for non smoking and the room reeked of old cigarettes. So dirty we asked for a refund and left. Unless you are passing through and dont mind sleeping on other peoples filth. The front desk woman was very nice but other than that we literally couldnt even sleep comfortable here it was so run down. Not an exaggeration.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. As we drove up at approximately 2:00 am, there were people hanging out in different areas of the parking lot. A little alarming. We had requested a non-smoking room and when we got to the room it not only smelled heavily of smoke, but everything in the room was very old and rundown. We requested to be moved and was given a room with a "king" size bed. This room was a bit cleaner and still smelled of smoke, but probably had not been smoked in for a week and took the room since our money was not refundable. The king size bed was a queen. Not horrible, but not as advertised. The first night was uneventful. The free breakfast the next moring consisted of coffee and granola bars. The second night was a little more interesting when our neighbors were receiving "guests" every half hour or so. I am not making any guesses as to what was going on next door. Depending on what your plans are in Denver, I would suggest not staying here. I definitely will not be.

The room is hot, the bed has no fitted sheet, the comforter was dirty the bathroom had no toilet paper, soap, or towels. Lots of homeless roaming around dont let the location fool you. Daily rate is ridiculous.

Location is great! It's right across the street from a lightrail station which means you can virtually anywhere in the metro with public transportation! The rooms are definitely not terrible but something is always missing or messed up. I've stayed here a few times now and it never fails. The staff is a hit or miss. They are either insanely accommodating or far from helpful. But overall, it's not a bad place to stay if you have a little patience.

BEWARE-THIS PLACE GAVE MY DOGS FLEAS! It’s filthy, the people that work there are very very very rude! I called to tell them about this problem, and the only thing that the lady could say was call the manager on the morning! Really? Customer service is number 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE SKIlls. I asked for the district manager phone number and the lady told me she didn’t have it! First room that was rented to me was not cleaned! Second room I got I had to go to the store and. Purchase my own cleaning supplies and. Deep clean my room. This place doesn’t deserve me 1 star!

Was booked in Rm. 202. Came to meet a dirty microwave. Had to clean it myself. The TV didn't have cable all night and most of the morning. I guess that what happens wheb you're with dish network. The towels were so dirty I just used them as a floor rag. Make sure you bring your own towel and wash cloth with you. The only positive was that my bed was comfy. The other one on the other side of Quebec seems much better.

Great place for the price. Right by highway. Fridge, stove and microwave. Great way to save money while on the go. Overall great experience will be returning.

I wish I could up load photos! I stayed here on 3 different occasions because of the convenience near the train. Once I had to switch rooms 3 times, no towles in one, no heat in the other, and a animal bit up and scratched up the bottom of the door in the bathroom. This last time I got a room it had paint or marker all over the sink, the stopper was broken and you could see hair I. The drain… a lot of hair. There was no pillow on my bed yet there was brown stains on the covers! I was on the second floor so tired and with little time to spare I took me bags up there before I checked the room out… smh bad mistake I tried taking the cover off and using my own sheets yet the bed had bed bugs or fleas. By the that time the office was closed, I slept in the chair the whole night… — _ — also people do smoke in the rooms and in the premises. They don't enforce their non smoking rule.

Just amazing. I confirmed 3 hrs ahead, flew in after 4hrs of flight delays and a verbal confirmation that it would be fine when I arrived for my late check-in. But in actuality, there was no room. Then when I was willing to crash on a cot, they told me they don't have cots. Then I asked for pillows and blankets, and they could only provide sheets for the floor of my friends room. Clearly below base level.

After having stayed here for a few months at this hotel, I don't mind it at all. It is a big enough room for me to stay comfortably. I had to stay here after a fire that was at our neighbor's house in Aurora and we were displaced for a couple of months due to that fire. We were able to move in quickly and easily, the payment methods are simple even if you have to do it over the phone transaction, as long as you do your third party waiver online you're able to make sure that payment goes thru.

This place is horrible. Needles outside all over the grounds staff is never there manger has some serious issues DONT WAST YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Don’t stay here… front desk employees are very rude, that’s if you can find them. No clean towels, dirty carpets in rooms, door locks do not work properly. I was locked out one night of my stay had to go to another room while I waited for someone to get a special key. A worker shows up with a file to jam in the door, when that didn’t work they broke in through the window. I stayed for a month and was locked out almost daily I got bit also by something caused red welts on my arm. The worst part was the rude and unwelcoming management. Do not stay here. Go to the Sleep Inn its same price but 100% better. Do not go to Extended Stay North. You will be sorry.

One of the worst hotels I ever stayed with messy rooms and there was no house keeping for the 15 days of my time. I have been locked out of room for 2 nights because the door would not open due to weather and there was not even an apology from the front desk for the situation. Moreover I did an early checkout for all these troubles and they haven't refunded by amount even after 3 weeks of checkout and I am calling up the hotel with no proper response everyday. Planning to take up things legally if this is not going to work out.

To all my friends and fellow travelers who may be looking for a hotel in the future in the Denver Tech Center area: Steer clear of this Extended Stay (mind you, other ESA locations are great). Yikes, this place is ghetto. Witnessed a domestic dispute and attempted assault with a motor vehicle within 5 minutes of arriving. Non smoking room smells like cigarettes. Bathroom door has been busted open and doesn't close. There is a cop across the street that has been sitting there for an hour. I'm guessing he's been permanently assigned to this place. Is that a bullet hole in my room? Glad I travel with my own mattress protector, pillows, and sheets!

Worst hotel stay I have ever had! Trust the reviews, they are very accurate! The first room I was offered had no sheets and garbage on the floor. The second room had very bad cigarette smoke odor and no toilette paper or bath towels. The only towel there was a used hand towel. There was also trash in the drawers and cigarette burns everywhere. The only reason I didn't find another hotel is because it was 3am and I needed sleep! Hotels that cost half the price are way better than this dump!

I booked ahead of time for a room with double beds, then after driving for 12 hours I arrived to them saying "they meant to call me" and they no longer have any double rooms left. All I got was an insincere apology and directions to some shady motel down the road. I will never stay at any extended stay ever again.

This place is quiet and cozy. Ayub has been gracious, always leaving me with a smile. His attention to detail when it comes to the customers needs is spot on.

Room was clean, smaller than last one I had. Wifi is so so, but a decent place. Recommend you bring your own towels and cooking utensils.

This place has to be the worst Extended stay America in the state. I have been here for little over a month now. (the only reason I stay here is its proximity to the RTD light rail) They have never cleaned my room. Even though I have been told by them 10 times now that it will be done. They have never addressed the maintenance issues I took to them, which are numerous. The security here is a joke. The staff never do what they say they will do. The morning breakfast is non existent. It took them 3 tries to find me a room when I first checked in that wasn't either currently occupied or uncleaned. They should be paying me to stay here since I'm the one who does all the cleaning and maintenance on the room I'm in. I glad I'm leaving in a week. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I'm not going to complain too much. The counters and stove are dirty. The microwave's heating element must be broke. Also the sink in the kitchenette only works for hot water. I called the front desk and I've been on hold for 24 minutes now and still. Wish I could give zero. I foubd a used needle in my room and a cigarette butt. These rooms are not cleaned properly. Very disappointed about the lack of the management team in helping with this situation.

Well I feel as if you are going to pay for something you should get the best of it. The cleanest of the hotel is a must please mop floors, clean up from dust under the beds, under the sofa, walls. Just be clean.

It's inexpensive but definitely not high security. When the key quit working, a desk clerk we had never seen gave us another one without checking who we were. Very close to the light rail station. Long lines at desk. You have to ask for pots and pans and they are not always available.

NEVER, NEVER STAY HERE! I found this place on Priceline and it was the biggest MISTAKE of my life. I went through two different rooms that I was given access to by front desk (lady with all the piercings) that men where staying in already. I walked in on both. I was by myself and was extremely terrified. After second time of walking in on someone I felt very unsafe and asked for my money back. They just give out keys and have no idea of who is staying where or even which rooms are vacant. If you stay here I extremely advise you to lock every lock possible on your door. GOD bless you!

Worse front desk service I've ever experienced. Canceled reservation while trying to check in on principle due to how rude the woman at the front desk was. She wasn't even dealing with an issue or rude customer, I used to work in the industry, where I can understand getting frustrated. I highly recommend taking your money elsewhere.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. In arriving at the hotel to departer I had a wonderful experience. The girl sheena at the front desk was very polite and quick to make my stay a good one. The room was comfy and homey. I would decently be back here.

I called and reserved a room for 2 nights, but when I got there I literally had to wait 20 minutes before anybody waited on me. It was a cluster. People were down there trying to get clean towels and their rooms cleaned. By the time it was my turn I went to check in, they told me to wait, then they came back and told me they had no more rooms and I could go to a extended stay across town and stay but it didn't have a fitness gym so I declined. I was told I wouldn't be charged for the room since I reserved a room, got there and was told there were no more rooms available but guess what… my credit card was charged and I didn't stay there! Bar none, the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel! I would give it zero stars if I could.

Extremely unsatisfied with our stay upon our check in the rooms were filthy they had not been vacuumed I had to go out and purchase cleaning, disinfecting and deodorizing products to make the room tolerable. Went to the office to get said amenities that they supply they had none again had to go out and purchase disposable dishware for my family. Went down to the office to get toilet paper and was told that they did not have any in stock had to go out and purchase toilet paper, toilet paper! Absolutely ridiculous not worth the money that I paid. With what I spent on cleaning supplies, dishware, and toilet paper I could have paid for a better room at the Marriott. If I could post this with a negative start I would.

DO NOT EVER STAY THERE! staff is rude! They consider free breakfast coffee and granola bars, my room had cobwebs all over the ceiling! Got to my room and there was no toulet paper. Called to front desk person says "come down and get it" Mike is a horrible worker! At least the front desk lady called him Mike. Oh and I had already gotten into my pajamas and my room was really far from the front desk, so asked if someone could bring me toilet paper since that is part of their job description and she said Mike will bring it up too you. Well I checked out hours ago and never got toilet paper. If I could give negative stars I would. This place is the worst hotel ive ever stayed in!

Really this hotel should get a 1.5 or maybe less. Here's the low down on this extended stay. First off, after staying there 3 nights we were jolted from our slumber by the painful sound of the fire alarm going off at 3:00am TWO NIGHTS IN A ROW. One night it was 3:00am, the next night 3:30am. And both nights we had to rush to find our shoes, grab the cat, try to figure out why we were jerked awake from one nightmare to a fresh and loud one while forced to sit outside for 45 minutes until they cleared the building. When I inquired at the front desk they told me that "Everything was fine, we were safe, and there was nothing to worry about. " "Yes, " I said, "but is this going to happen again? Were there any fires or was it just a malfunction? " "Everything was fine, we were safe, and there was nothing to worry about. " That was a little annoying. Next, if you want a breakfast than be prepared for watered down coffee, a granola, and maybe a packaged muffin. It's their "grab and go" breakfast. But wait, you say… I am booking a room with a stove so I can cook my own food! Well, they didn't provide us with any utensils. No dishes, no cookware. Luckily we were driving across the country and had pans with us. They give you two crappy burners that are no better than hotplates, as well as the standard microwave and refrigerator that you get at most hotels. So that was lame for the price I paid. Don't expect clean linens easily.

I can't even rate this hotel LOW ENOUGH! It was me, my mother, and my 2 kids. We stayed in room 137 and disgusting doesn't even begin to describe this place. The bedding was stained with cigarette burns and the pull out couch had an old baby bottle inside! It smelled like old milk! Not to mention the air ducts had thick layers of dust and dirt on them. Under the beds were layed with trash, and OLD first generation iPhone, socks, even kids toys layers with filth. The hallway even had trash that no one bothered to clean. The bathroom was so gross, there was mold in the shower. I don't think this room was EVER cleaned. Not for years. Unfortunately all other hotels were completely full, so we slept on top of the blankets and got some "clean" ones from the front desk. I'm appalled that this is even okay! If my kids could've slept in the truck, we probably all would have. DONT STAY HERE! I seriously would've rather slept outside on the concrete than in this hotel.

Horrible. Worst experience ever. The management was crap, the employees just as crappy, and the hotel itself was DISGUSTING. Filthy. My fiancé and I only stayed for 2 nights and had issues the whole time! Incompetent employees with bad attitudes and the manager just the same. Never answered any calls to lobby from room. Ignored on important issues. Bugs, and nasty filth everywhere, stained carpet, dirty kitchen, sheets with stains, walls stained, chairs stained, dust everywhere. For the amount they are charging a night they really scam you. You are paying for trash and to be treated like crap by the workers. There is not enough of a review to write about this whole experience. Will be contacting corporate about this establishment. Beware. Spend your money elsewhere where you will get a clean room with people who know Customer Service. Also spoke with other who were staying there with issues with them also and the room being disgusting. These people should be ashamed of themselves. This review should be negative stars if possible. Not even worth a look.

Staff was ok. The room was not. It was dirty and looked like it wasnt even cleaned before we checked in. Not too happy to say the least.

I had a confirmation from another Extended Stay America in the Denver area the week of June 13th, 2016 but when I arrived the hotel was over booked. There was not a room available despite the fact that I had a confirmation for a reservation made 3 weeks prior to my visit. It took the staff an hour to find another property with a room available. The second location is the Denver Tech Center North location. I arrived at 8 pm to find no signage to indicate where the lobby was located. I finally found the lobby and checked into my room. I went to my room and found it outdated, not particularly clean or inviting. When I called to get my folio the hotel number did not ring, it just disconnected. I called the 800# on the website for Extended Stay America and spent 40 minutes on hold before I was able to reach the hotel and request my folio. I will never stay at Extended Stay America again and would NOT recommend this chain to anyone. This was a terrible experience and the customer service has been atrocious.

Don't usually do reviews but this place was pretty gross. Didn't have any problem with front desk but the room wreaked of pee when I went in. Stains all over the floor, table was in bad shape, TV remote barely worked. All around pretty poor shape. Wouldn't waste money here.

There was broken glass on the floor and in the A/C unit. The bed was literally falling apart, as the center support beam underneath was just lying on the floor. The exhaust vent in the bathroom didn't work. The A/C only runs for about 2 out of every 10 minutes, so the 80 degree room takes all night to drop to a comfortable level… WITH the continuous fan blowing. The large eye on the range wouldn't even turn on. The brand-specific TV remote had functioning volume buttons, but no others. The bed was very hard and noisy. Overall, this has been the worst room I've ever paid money for. I gave it an extra star because it is very conveniently located, although sleeping in your vehicle might provide a more pleasant night.

1st room we were given was very raggedy and ghetto. 2nd room had a heavy scent of cigarette smoke, heat did not work, room could've been much cleaner. Needs new management.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I stayed here for almost six months, so here are the reasons why: The employees will not fulfill your requests, even if you call and ask multiple times. They won't even write down your room number if you ask that they do to give you a call later, even if you ask nicely: I have watched this happen to two different guests. The rooms aren't clean, the linens aren't clean. And at the end of the day, some of the staff are great but they can't do much with the place they are given, so some do develop an attitude. It's gross, it's overpriced, and they are terrible at serving customers what they promise. Oh, and the Wi-Fi doesn't really work. Even if you pay for the faster internet, you can't stream any video or play Xbox. Let's clarify, any change in management (I haven't seen a change since I've been here) has not changed this place. Every bad review is true. The place is bad. The rooms are not clean; the linens are not clean; and the service is terrible. I stayed here for 6 months and I waited until the end of my stay to write this review. When we arrived I spilt on the floor, went to wipe it up with their white towels, and came back with a BROWN towel. I decided to bleach the whole wood floor. The wood floor had clearly not been cleaned in weeks. God only knows what is in the carpet. There was no toilet paper holder when we arrived, I told management, and it's now been six months without a toilet paper holder.

Got in early so my room wasn't ready, but the manager on duty called me within the hour to tell me I could check in. The check-in process was easy and pain free. The staff was friendly and very helpful. My room was clean and smelled fresh. Water pressure was decent, bed was soft, and the shower got hot. Overall a pretty good, if not better than average stay. I would not only stay here again, I I highly recommend anyone on a modest budget to stay here. Definitely a great deal for your $$$.

Told I was getting an "Upgraded" room at no charge, behind the door in room 301 is a hole, the light switch cracked. When arrived to the room there was water in the tub. Not drained. Very little toliet paper. The toliet paper holder screw is falling off the wall, the bathroom faucet is loose. He let me check in early, but I don't think it was even cleaned. He said the housekeepers dont get in until 9. The trash under the sink is full. Hair all over the brown blanket. I did appreciate him allowing me to check in early. I booked under hotwire, but regardless what I paid for the room, shouldn't be treated any different than anyone else.

Do not go here! The staff is in cahoots to steal property when you leave your room. That's not an opinion. Its a fact and the police will agree with me on this. It is truly a dangerous place and it is not an overstatement to say your life may be at risk if you choose to stay here. 1 star is about 10 too many. Unfortunately, there's no way to rate this hotel as a negative 9. I imagine Hell would be a safer place to stay the night.

One of the worst places I've ever been to stay. The sheets and comforter had what looked like pee stains on them Comforter and sheets were horribly wrinkled. Even the pillows were stained badly. Grateful we had brought our own pillows and cases. My partner had to go to the office to get clean sheets. Attendant said he would bring a clean comforter but never did. The toilet looked like it had feces stains in it. Toilet seat was very loose. Even the towels and wash cloths were dingy. Disgusting! Bedside lamp didn't work either. Hard floors and carpet didn't look clean. Bad smell coming out of heating unit. I had to sanitize practically everything before I could even think of spending the night. Had trouble with the door lock. The keys were deactivated for no reason. Was locked out of our room times with in what was probably 3 days. Then again another time. No one helped to remedy the issue with the door keys. Just kept issuing more keys. Very annoying since we stayed on the 2nd floor, would bring armloads up only to have to go back down the stairs, go to the office for another key and have to load up and bring things up again. The bathroom sink stopper messed up. It was reported but no one would come and fix it. My guy released it somehow under the sink. The laundry room is very small and it stank… it was nasty looking and there was standing water in the floor. I could not use it. We ended up taking the laundry to a drop off service.

If I could I would rate this location a 0. My company booked this hotel for me and requested a king bed. Confirmed with the manager Dan, that I would have a king bed. I checked in last night and the 2 women at the front desk proceed to tell me that my reservation had been cancelled and all she could do was get me a queen bed. I had no cancellation email from my company so therefore the hotel themselves cancelled my reservation. The one girl stated that it was the hotel manager who cancelled the reservation. Got to the room, the carpet was stained, there were things from a previous guest under the couch, the remote barely worked, the fridge didn't keep things cold, the bed was hard as a rock and now I hurt from neck down my back as I didn't have a good night's sleep. Asked for extra towels and upon checking the towels this morning, there are a bunch of stains all over them. I'm thankful I was only here for night. I will definitely report to my company not to book anyone herelse again.

Loved it — nice complimentary breakfast — rooms are great for price — close to everything — under new management since September so most of these posts are irrelevant.

The room was not ready when we arrived. When we came back the room was still dirty. The carpet had stains, the room smelled bad, the curtains were broken, the bathroom fan was broken, the bedroom door did not close. I was afraid to take off my shoes or touch anything. Free breakfast is coffee and muffins in wrapping. I will never stay there or recommend it to anyone.
