It’s a convenient Place to stay when in The Tech Ctr due to Proximity plus it’s Hyatt!

You guys don’t have a hot tub that really sucks and the fire alarm was pulled at 3 am. Everyone had to evacuate due to safety. But when we asked the front desk they said that this happens all the time! Are you serious? Ok so install cameras so you can fine the people who do it so it doesn’t keep happening? Or have security? Did not feel safe due to that.

Great location in the Denver tech center. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. The room was a little compact. But provided all the essentials (mini fridge, coffee, tv, internet both wired and wireless, etc…) There's complimentary hot breakfast in the lobby. I've stayed at this location numerous times in overnight trips to Denver. Would recommend to a friend.

I usually like to stay at this chain. However, this property was understaffed. Attention to detail was lacking. Elevator carpet was disgusting, reminded me of a frat house. Front desk clerk was swamped. People were waiting in line for service while others were waiting to place orders at the bar. Breakfast was a disaster as chaos had made the place a complete shambles. They should have had more staff working to ensure everything was fully stocked and tables were clean. Rooms themselves were fine, with plenty of room to move around.

Large room with separate living room. Staff is helpful and friendly. Exercise room has actual weights, a rarity these days. The hotel is in a good location, convenient to a lot of points of interest. Free breakfast included fresh eggs, bacon and French toast. Also had cereal, oatmeal and fruit available.

AMAZING! The service staff was so helpful and nice! They were so warm and caring! It felt like home! Clean and neat! Pool was nice! Would definitely stay again! 100% 5-star establishment!

The hotel and staff was very accommodating. We had to come into town last minute for a family emergency and had to bring our dog. The staff always had a smile on their faces. We had a double bed with a oversized sectional couch. The room was comfortable and clean, bathroom was a bit on the small side but it's a bathroom and did its purpose. The breakfast was great as well, I love how each day was a different type themed breakfast. And it was very convenient how you could purchase items like food and drinks 24/7 in the lobby, especially after driving for 21 hours.

The food was very good. The bed was not comfortable at all, the bathroom was extremely small and the wash basin was in clear view of the living room sofa and TV. No privacy for a sitting area in view. There was a small fridge, but no microwave. Very inconvenient, and I've stayed in much nicer rooms for less money. The staff was professional and helpful. Needs improvement!

Traveling is my business, I spend most of the year on the road. I have always been a loyal Hilton customer, however because of work requirements I had to stay at the Hyatt Place. This was only my second time at a Hyatt Place property. The initial impression of the hotel was nothing bad, the property sits in what appears to be business office complex. Access getting in to and out of the property was fine. The check-in process was normal, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Something that the front desk person did which not sure if its policy or just an extra touch, was when handing the room keys to me came around the desk and handed me the cards. Might seem minute but it was a different and professional touch. The room was what I had expected, there is a living area with a partition that separates the beds. The only thing that I did not like about the room setup was that the sink is approximately five feet from the beds. The shower and toilet are in the “bathroom”. The breakfast was a standard breakfast, it got crowded during the service, and a lot of the tables are in what I would call the entrance or lobby of the hotel. Overall a good property, and something I would look to book again if I return to the area.

2 night stay in Denver and had absolutely no problems at the Hyatt. The front of house staff were friendly and efficient both morning and night. The beds were super soft and comfortable. The room itself was spacious, clean and accommodating for 2 adults and 2 children. Bathroom was clean too with plenty of hot water and towels. Lots of vanity space, drawers and mirrors. Used the pool one night and it was great too. Breakfast was included and it was delcious with a good selection of hot and cold food. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I like tall buildings. That's why I like New York City. This building, however, was not very tall. 5/5!

The service really is outstanding. The place is smaller in general, but that allows the staff to be more personable. They make you feel like you belong! Highly recommend you stay!

I booked a group reservation for our hockey group. The group sales manager, Jackie, was so great about making sure everyone in our group was taken care of and seemed intent on making sure we were taken care of. The front desk staff was very friendly. The rooms were spacious with two beds and a separate seating area. They were also modern with a charging station for all of our devices. The hotel had an easy to read pamphlet with a list of all the close restaurants; many within walking distance. I called to let them know that we had a bunch of hungry hockey players that were coming in at the last second to eat breakfast before they closed and they replenished all the food to make sure the families were fed. Even the maintenance man that was there was super friendly. Can't say enough about the great customer service here.

Smaller than most Hyatt's, but equally as comfortable and professionally attentive. Great location, great breakfast and well appointed rooms. I would absolutely stay here again.

Really like the Hyatt brand. In the past, it was my favorite. Staff is friendly and helpful. Properties tend to be newer than some Marriot and Hilton comparables. But it is NO fun to be awaken at 1am by loud noise in the hallway. I specifically asked for a quiet room and was placed near the elevator. Had to complain twice to the front desk in the wee hours. Does not seem to have helped. NOT good. Breakfast options seem to be fewer than before. No hot tub. Exercise room is rather basic.

TV remote didn't work, and rather than replace it or the batteries was told it was caused by the TV provider (dish) and that every room in the place was having the same issue. Other family members staying there had no such problems. Also room phone was dead. Accommodations were clean and tidy. Should have offered something for our inconvenience.

Spent a night here with my wife in a nice room with a single king bed. They had online check in which was nice since we arrived late. Very clean and well kept place. The free breakfast was great and had lots of options to eat. We joined the rewards program. Great place to stay.

Enjoying our stay while being in class. 4 days Grassroots Leadership Academy. Americans For Prosperity. Wonderful breakfast. They prepared lunch for us. It has been great.

This is one of the few hotels with a great working air conditioner right by the bed! We slept great! The continental breakfast was tasty too.

Friendly staff, nice hotel. The room was big and fit our family of 6. The room was mostly clean, except for a few unidentified hairs. But I generally felt okay about my 8 month old crawling on the floor. Breakfast was good. Overall, a very nice stay.

The hotel rooms are very clean and spacious. Our room had a pull out sofa and it was large enough for 5 people. Staff are friendly and helpful as well. Overall would stay again.

My review is solely of the lobby and bar. I stopped in for drinks with a friend staying for business. The front desk and bar are ran by the same employee. That being said it is still nice for the convince and there is a TV to watch live sports on. I would recommend a bar in the area opposed to the one here but no reason to avoid staying here. Clean and updated.

Nice rooms, spacious which is great for an extended stay. Hot breakfast is nice in morning. Plenty of parking and the Wi-Fi works well and everywhere in the building. All around good amenities. Microwave in room would be nice add-on.

Nice, clean hotel. Decent breakfast. Next time I will get a room on the West side of the building so that I am able to sleep in more.

It's a great place to stay, rooms are big and clean the staff is great not far from the light rails if you don't want to drive.

Whenever I come to Denver I stay at the Hyatt Place Denver Tech Center. The staff is always very friendly, attentive and helpful. The rooms are always clean and in good condition.

It was fine. We were in a pinch and they had a room. Breakfast was actually better than average. Wi-Fi Internet WS slow.

The suits are nicely decorated and spacious. Love their breakfast in the morning. Swimming pool and gym was nice and clean. They have the happy hour in the evening however their bartender (two women) during happy hour are very discriminating, don't know is it because I'm Asian or a brown girl.

This Hyatt is one of my absolute favorite places to stay in the Denver Tech Center area. The staff is always helpful and courteous, going out of their way for their guests. The rooms are huge for the price and comfortably decorated. I have stayed here multiple times and the rooms have always been clean.

Corina the concierge was great! The whole staff made us feel welcomed. The rooms were very clean! bed and pillows were comfortable. Ordered pizza at midnight and they brought it up to us on the 5th floor. Breakfast was pretty good. Overall great experience!

I loved this place! The breakfast is awesome. And we're very accommodating when I had had an issue with getting to the airport. Super helpful.

Very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff and loved our room but we were staying here for a 4 day soccer tournament and found out there is no on site laundry facility. Also no microwave in the room we had to go to the lobby to reheat our leftovers. It was also a good distance from the fields at the Aurora Sports Park and Dick's Sporting Goods field where we played. Overall the room was spacious, beds were comfy and there was plenty of room to stretch out.

I had an ok experience at Hyatt Place Denver Tech Center. Reason being is that I found out I was over charged for our 4 night stay. I intentionally paid for this room prior to our arrival online, and then was charged again on my debit card for two large amounts. The management staff did recognize this after I brought it to their attention, but funds have still not been placed back in my account. The manager did give us a free night stay in the future, but we live 700 miles away so unsure if that will even get put to use. The room was great, but I was not impressed with the knowledge of the front desk staff.

Great service, quality food. Nice place. Very busy place but well worth it. Our dog Annie lived it.
