We originally had a suit and they overbooked us. They attempted to make it better by booking us a room with a hot plate. However, when we got there the hotel smelled like marajuana and the room smelled like dog pee. We ended up canceling our reservation and getting a new hotel. The plus side staffing was nice.

Great place to stay. Very clean, friendly staff. In a good location close to the airport, as well as having easy access to the surrounding cities.

The staff work very hard to provide an atmosphere of warmth, family, and safety. Unfortunately nearby hotels allows for negative elements, however Airport Value Inn works to keep that stuff away. I would recommend this hotel for the single traveler as well as the family. There are 4 restaurants in walking distance as well as a barbershop, beauty salon, dry cleaners, liquor store, coffee shop, and a local brewery. This hotel is equal distanced from 2 main entrances to Peterson Air Force base and very close to a 3rd entrance that is only open during business hours. Very quiet and very cozy with a nice small selection of breakfast items (waffles, biscuits & gravy, cereal, bagels, juices, etc…) each morning. Good Wi-Fi and many cable TV channel choices too.

Good place to stay if you need somewhere to go. They accept pets too.

Can only get best rates by booking through a 3rd party of some type. This is good for budget hotel. Clean enough, felt safe, good folks at front desk.

Staying here extended. About a week into my stay so far. Suite is great. Basically a 1br apartment. Enough room for 2 adults 2 children comfortably. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast every day, basic but good. After seeing previous reviews I wasn't sure about how our stay would be but from the night I checked in I was very comfortable with it. No nonsense like you see at other extended stay places, at least I haven't seen any.

My boyfriend and I have stayed in this hotel from November of 2017 till Currently February of 2018, I haven't ever been more satisfied with a hotel, and the managers / staff. We have a Very Large dog, and they are one of the ONLY hotels in the springs that have allowed us to stay here with no problems, Rooms are always in great condition, and all of our needs are always met. Friendly and caring, People that you would want to have as Landlords! They have reasonable rates And they always work with you! I would recommend this place to any and everyone, Wouldn't change one thing!

The breakfast was the only thing great about this place. Rooms weren't the best.

Was fine at first, until the people in the room beside us started fighting on a daily basis. Can't forget about every time they walked by our door they yelled racial slurs for whatever reason. I would only recommend it if there was no other option.

Their service is amazing! Everyone I have met is nice and are quick to get what you need their maid service is amazing and everyone is nice to talk to the hotel is close and a convince. I love my stay.

So accomodating. My car broke down in route to Nebraska with my toddler and they worked with me. I really appreciated the kindness and helpful staff.

Love this place! Rooms are clean and staff are supper nice! Coffee bar avalibal 24/7 and hot breakfast is served from 6am\9am! 10/10would recommend.

The location was near the Peterson road exit off platte road in Colorado Springs, CO. I was meeting a friend there, and the rooms seemed nice, yet I disliked the speedbumps very much because they were too high. Since I was there for only 5 to 10 minutes that is as much as I can say, other than that the neighborhood wasn't run down and there were no signs of criminal or nefarious activity. I would have felt comfortable staying there and parking my car there overnight.

The hotel was clean but dated. I could smell smoke in our non smoking room.

Wonderful staff. Clean Building. Affordable pet friendly as well for those who need to bring their dog (s) definitely going to be my first stop for a room in Colorado Springs from here on out.

It was alright place for $97 Friday night. And it's actually a motel it's not a hotel inn… at least the room we got it didn't had the pearls for an inn and suites hotel. Otherwise definitely a place for your budget and friendly employee.

The staff is really helpful and the maid service is friendly. Cons are the towels are really scratchy, the bed is a little on the firm side, and the walls are really thin. Overall for the money paid, I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and very friendly staff, even in evening check in and morning check out. Had no issues with multiple cars and were quit to address the needs my wife and I had. Even booking through expedia they didn't hesitate to make us feel welcome. Updated on the inside and beds were fantastic! Just traveling through? Make sure you drive a little bit out of the way to get a good nights rest before you book cheaper or closer. Well worth it.

Pretty good place to stay, rooms are clean, staff is good people, both breakfast and Wi-Fi was a good. I would definitely recommend this place.

Breakfast was ok not great. Hardly a buffet. The shower in our room did not work at all. Wifi was not great. Was clean. Not bad for a last minute place to crash. Great channels thats why they get points. Otherwise the cost wouldnt justify.

Almost a 4 Star… Clean, well-lit, and humble environment. The staff works hard to maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast is avavailable every morning. Hot coffee is complimentary all day. A small work out and laundry facility are accessible 24/7 for convenience. With the option of a room or suite, short or long term stays can be just like home.

Staff is fine, air conditioning is complete garbage. Rooms are hot at check-in. Turn your wall unit on full blast and it might be a reasonable temperature by checkout the next day. Bad night's sleep during the summer.

Rude Breakfast Attendant The breakfast attendant is rude unhelpful lazy uneducated and doesn't like her job she argued with me because of the frozen omelettes Ridiculous oh Other then that the front desk staff are very helpful and friendly it's a good hotel just stay away from the breakfast ↘️

The suites are nice and clean. They have flat screen the now and a full kitchen. Second time here and will stay again if given the opportunity.

CONS — — — — — — — — — Night shift front deskman Tim unplugs the LAN cable in the back of the Guests Wi-Fi router at night when he comes on shift at 11pm. When guest call and complain they're connected with no internet, he tells them at 8am when IT gets in they will fix it. In the mean time, he disconnects the lobby guest PCs LAN and plugs it into his personal home laptop. Since I needed to print tickets to an attraction the next day I went to the lobby to print. He told me I had to wait to use it because his downloads needed to finish before he plugged the internet back into the lobby PC. It wasn't so much downloads as much as him talking to a squeaky gay guy screaming obscenities and vulgarities into his microphone while he played his online games and streaming music. 15 minutes later I got to use the computer and I asked him when it would be fixed and he said 8am when IT gets here. 6:15AM before his shift is up, I observe him going into the IT room for a split second. He plugged the cable back in and was out in 3 seconds. 6:16AM, we had internet again. Employees shouldn't kick off all the guests from the internet so they can have business high speed all to themselves. Paying guests. Not to mention Shawn (the IT guy) is more of a joke. He hangs out in rooms of the guests and when he leaves in the middle of the night he cranks his bass up all the way so the hotels walls shake and wakes up guests.

Just passing through but looked for reviews and found this place. Very fairly priced for what you get! They were renovating but weren't loud or a problem for us. Staff was decent and breakfast was actually really good. Overall this place was cleaner then most hotels we've been staying at.

We arrived after a trip here from hell. The people were so friendly and kind, we were treated like royalty. They upgraded us and our suite was just perfect for what we needed. Clean rooms and friendly staff what more can you ask for. Breakfast was awesome and was more than enough. Price was great! Thank you for all your help, I highly recomend staying here, you won't regret.

I called for a reservation and I knew right then iyt was going to be a great place to stay. Once I got there the staff was friendly. The hote was great, clean mini frig. Microwave and coffee maker. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast hot and cold everyday of the week. The location was great! I will be staying there when I am in Colorado Springs, CO. The prices were Amazing and it was all around a Great place. I travel A lot and It was Great.

Got in very late and with no reservations. The front desk attendant was wonderful! Great rates compared to the other hotel I stopped at and the room was very comfortable! I only wish there were more options for breakfast.
