Has been one thing after the other with this place. First the front desk clerk didn’t bother to let me know the way to connect to WI-FI when I asked about it she was very rude about giving me the promo code because I will be in this place for 5 weeks. Then at 2 in the morning they keyed an old couple to my room. For an entire week every time I left my room I would get locked out and have to go to the front desk to get rekeyed in that seemed to be a problem for them. Also somehow always my fault. Then I try to do my laundry and the machine eats my money and when I say something they have no money to give me back and start calling people asking if they can barrow some to give back to me. Then give me a card to send in an email about how the machines are not working. This was all in the first week. The place was a nightmare.

I love this place. Very quiet and great people.

The hotel is great! Loved the pool, hot tub, the gym, large modern rooms, convenient location, reasonable prices. I was NOT happy when we got off the plane and found out the shuttle was not running. We chose this hotel because it had a free shuttle. We had to rent a car at 1:00 am, not fun at all. The hotel was so nice we decided to book another night even though we had to deal with no shuttle.

We were stranded on a Southwest flight without any luggage. The desk personnel were amazing! They gave us the necessities that we needed to get through the night and wash our clothes! They were amazing! The room was spacious and super clean! We would highly recommend this hotel. They were a Godsend in a time where we needed them! Thank you!

Very clean and nice however, front desk told us night before we could pick up a to-go breakfast since we were leaving at 4am. Front desk at 4am said there was nothing. Found it odd when the to-go breakfast is pre-packed ready to go because if covid.

Great room at a fair price!

I tried to cancel my reservation with this hotel since my Covid test came back positive, but they refused to do this. So I guess I’ll be infecting the entire hotel this weekend. I sure with they cared about their customers more.

The rooms are clean and well equipped. The staff is helpful and friendly. And the location is central to all types of eating and shopping destinations.

Left Hotel at 5:45 this morning. Front desk attendant was on a personal call. When she acknowledged us, she was very rude. No offer of breakfast or anything. When we asked about coffee she said that we had to make it in our room. We found this odd as we just spent 4 nights at the Hampton Inn in Ft. Collins and we could get a coffee and a preordered breakfast every morning. Will find another hotel chain to stay at by the airport.

First and foremost I really enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was ok for free. My one and only complaint was that I had an unfortunate fall getting into the shower, how I do not know, left me with a really nasty bruise. I reported it and I guess it was noted but I was a little concerned that no one once came afterwards to check and see or ask if I was ok or if there was anything I needed in reference to the fall. Overall a very nice hotel.

Stayed at quite a few Hampton Inns and all made us feel very welcome, but sadly this one was the exception. Apart from Gerry on the front desk who was always smiling and helpful the girl Beta seemed very unhappy in her work, everything was too much trouble. When stayed at the Hampton Inn at Loveland they were great the pool area was well kept unlike this one, no towels just used the sweat towels from the gym area! As a Hilton member it was not a great experience. However as I said Gerry was great and so was the breakfast.

Nice place and near to Airport… Rooms good are cool… I love it… and I recommend.

Love our stay here everyone is very nice “staff”it’s clean I sure would recommend this place … met our favorite cleaning lady she was helpful made sure we had what needed thank you Isabel 4 th floor. We well come back.

We originally booked a one night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, however, after having a terrible experience with their shuttle service and after receiving no remorse from the hotel staff we decided to cancel that reservation and book with the Hampton Inn. We were immediately able to book a reservation with the Hampton Inn and their staff was welcoming from the minute we entered the hotel. We explained our situation with the previous hotel and the staff at the Hampton Inn was very accommodating and asked us if there was anyway that they could make our stay any better. Everything from the service to the hotel room to the shuttle service was excellent. We would definitely book here again! Thank you for the excellent service!

Luv this hotel very nice and comfortable and staff are always helpful and friendly!

Room was very nice, everything was neatly clean. Had a working kitchen and very comfy king bed, only complaint I have is that housekeeping skipped mine and my fiancées room yesterday and today. I had to call the front desk for them to tell the housekeepers to come to our room yesterday and they skipped our room today as well till my fiancée said something, also a couple of the front desk people had kind of a negative attitude. That wasn't ok with us, I would recommend this hotel just cuz of how nice the rooms are but if you don't have the patience to deal with people who have negative attitudes at the front desk then I wouldn't recommend it.

Great service, and even pack a bagged breakfast for you if you have to go out early. Wish we'd known that when leaving at 04:00 before spending 12 hours driving to and from Glendo, WY.

MY favorite meal that I will miss is the breakfast here! Locations perfect pool, hot tub, and weight room are very well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Beds were like new very firm. Direct TV HBO! we will not only stay here again but this Denver location sold me on the brand thank you.
