Clean convenient, mgmt nice assns courteous, a little skimpy / by the book with the towels. Could use some healthier continental breakfast choices like fruit and yogurt, but the granola bars and oatmeal, and cereal boxes were a good start. I totally understand that they were going for things that are shelf stable and have a longer life so bring your own options they do have microwaves and refrigerators in the room which are super handy and much appreciated. I would definitely stay there again.

Affordable motel with clean rooms and great amenities. Fast Wi-Fi, satalite TV, refrigerator, microwave and free breakfast. Close to restaurants and a grocery store. Would recommend to anyone on a budget.

I had a really good experience here. I was in town for a few days for work and chose to stay here. The managers were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was clean and quaint. I would recommend this place and definitely stay again!

This place is run more like a college dorm than a hotel. Restrictions on visitors, not to mention they watch you like a hawk. Very poor customer service and communication.

Best location if you want to be close to everything.

Clean but noisy, the reason it is the lowest priced in the area. Good for one night's sleep while headed someplace else.

It was right downtown, which is nice, but other than that it was pretty rough. Also I tried to stay an additional night and they made me change rooms! To an IDENTICAL one, it made zero sense. That really turned me off.

It's not clean. The "breakfast" is a bad joke. The walls are really thin. This hotel is just not at all worth the price. If it would cost like 50$ a night, maybe I would give around 3 stars. But 130!

Great place. Lots of space. Nothing fancy so it is a great base to visit the arewa from.

It was clean and fine for a late arrival and a place to sleep. However, it was not as luxurious as the review we read online.

I was very disappointed with this motel. I paid over $150 and this was motel 6 quality. I didn't care that there wasn't breakfast, but the rooms were really cheap feeling and the comforter had food on it from the previous guest. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. My wife and I didn't sleep well and we were very glad to leave. We won't be back to this place again. The prices need to be drastically reduced. I know it's Santa Rosa, but this wasnt worth more than $75…

Looks like a motel from the outside, but the inside is really nice. The room was wonderful, and the bed was firm in the most comfortable of ways!

Clean rooms and decent location for the price. Walls were a little thin but other than that everything was good. I would stay again.

Stayed here for a night while touring some breweries in Santa Rosa. The hotel's location is great — only about a mile from 3 different breweries so it's an easy walk / cheap über ride from the action. I was very impressed with the room too. The staff was friendly, the neighbors were quiet, and (most importantly) the room was very clean and comfortable! I honestly wasn't expecting to see all of those things at this price point. I would absolutely recommend staying here and will do so myself on the next trip to the area.

We intended to stay here for one night; however, we decided to stay for four nights during the first week in August. The staff was always courteous and accommodating. Their establishment is clean and cozy. If we return to Santa Rosa, we'll stay at the North Bay Inn.

Good for a motel of that price range. Spacious rooms with sitting area, refrigerator, fast Wi-Fi. Very clean, neat, and also apparently the last coat of paint is not long. Very large bathroom, good shower. Nothing to meckern… ok, the coffee, but this is an American issue… :-)

North Bay Inn is a small, single floor motel. It's inexpensive, but clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi is faster than average, the bed is comfortable, and the shower head is high enough for a six foot tall person to stand under it. The room wasn't spacious, but it wasn't cramped. It has a table by the window big enough for two, and a separate work desk. Plus it has a microwave, mini fridge, and Dish TV. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a step up from the budget places.
