We stayed at Hotel Azura for one night. It was great: room was clean, bed was comfortable (none of us got bitten by any bugs), the bathroom was clean and had the normal amenities, and the hotel had free parking. Even though the lot is small, we're allowed to park across the street. There is free Wi-Fi as well. The location is pretty nice, not too far from the highway and there are plenty of places to eat.

We stayed for two nights at the Hotel Azura. It's not much to look at from the outside but the interior was very nice and modern. We especially liked the shower stall with its overhead rain-style head. The bed was quite comfy with luxury sheets. Plenty of close-by activities too. We'd stay there again.

Very nice hotel room for the price with a few curious cons. The bathroom door is a bit translucent, you can't see through it, but if it's the middle of the night and one of you needs to pee it's pretty bright in the main room. The shower looks like a very nice rain shower but the water pressure was weak and all three of us agreed that it was more annoying than a regular shower. The location was great though, we walked to Russian River and a bunch of other places along the main drag. The concierge's recommendations were very good too!

Grace at the front desk is friendly and helpful. Beds are awesome. Only draw back is since the new marijuana laws went into effect, people that smoke it obviously use the rooms and the room im in smells like it. So bring air freshener if you don't like that smell.

This is a small outwardly unobtrusive motel with hi quality rooms very new euro shower fine dense linens clean quite and pricing slightly above. But the Azura makes up in comfort. Staff are exceptional.

Great spot in "northern Santa Rosa". On the cheaper side of the local hotels, but with great quality for the price. Clean rooms and a good diner-style restaurant next door.

Nice accommodations. Generally your common hotel room. Maybe a little bit pricey for what it has to offer. Best part of the hotel is the restaurant nextdoor. Adele's has fabulous food & very good service. It's a clean and inviting atmosphere. I recommend all to go for breakfast or lunch, I'll let you know what dinner is like sometime soon.

The single most important thing to me when I stay at a hotel is the noise level, and unfortunately Hotel Azura was really noisy. It's next to a pretty busy intersection, which seems much busier that it likely is at midnight when trying to sleep and all you can hear is the sound of obnoxiously loud car and motorcycle exhausts. Additionally, the doors to the rooms slam quite hard, and it makes the whole room shake if it happened to be a room nearby. If the hotel improved on its nose reduction I'd really like to stay there again. Really nice, modern rooms, and a great price per night. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. The noise was just too much, unfortunately.

Service was great. The room was clean and exactly what I was looking for. I liked that it includes a few coffee pods that proceded a decent cup of coffee. I liked the design of the shower we had since the head came from the ceiling. Experienced zero problems during my stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely place in a great location & with reasonable cost. It's on a big commuter arterial but the sound — proofing is adequate & during off hours the neighborhood is pleasant & quiet. Recently remodeled, with some really nice touches. Glad we stayed there.

My son was life flighted from fort Bragg, I was desperate to stay close to hospital and I'm not made of money. The front desk clerk let me know I was going to get a great rate. The long and short of the story is I stayed from thurs morning at 9am until Friday at 2pm and got charged $433. Not worth it. Not only am I going through a huge medical issue and bills with my son now I have to deal with this. Honestly, a larger chain that treats is customers with some compassion is actually way better. I'm in the hospitality industry. This hotel needs to go out of business.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and a nice front desk in a good part of town, and less expensive than a lot of other places.

BEWARE: used syringes in rooms and crooked management! Tina, the GM, makes promises and then does not follow through. Pretty much the most dishonest person you'll ever encounter. The entire staff's cusomer service skills are beyond lacking. They talk down to you and are sarcastic. They intentionally went out of their way to overcharge me for unauthorized and unwarranted charges.

The place was clean. As he fire victim of the Santa Rosa fire it can be known that they are price gougers. We searched online and the rooms are about $100 and night they're charging close to $260 for the insurance companies to house their insureds. We were told that they would put a hold on our card until the insurance company came through with their paperwork and two days later we were told that it's a deposit and it's non-refundable. I definitely will be reporting them to the city if this isn't taken care of.

I made reservations for a small group of friends staying in two rooms in the late morning and we started our trip. A few hours later we were involved in an incident that prevented us from continuing on our trip. We called around 2:30 PM or as soon as we got in range for our phone service to cancel only to be told that we were inside of the 48 hr cancellation window and that there was no provision for canceling and crediting my card. I explained that we were in an accident and could not make it and the only response was to suggest I reschedule and use a credit within 10 days or forfeit the entire amount. Be sure you'll not have any emergency preventing arrival as this property will not grant emergency cancellations as most properties will.

Great hotel for the price. Rooms seemed recently remodeled and were very clean, no signs of bugs. The room we stayed in was above the managers office on the third floor. FYI for anyone planning a business trip is that the room has a weird shape and no table, but it was fine overall for the two nights we stayed. Other rooms might be different. Area is located within walking distance of several decent bars and restaurants in the downtown area.

Great hotel with very clean rooms. In the heart of a lot of action, within walking distance. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Comfy beds and cool bathroom. I would definitely recommend.

Called to make sure I could get an early check in when I booked with the hotel. I was told it's not an issue and that they'd most likely be able to accommodate. I showed up at the time I told them I'd be there. Was rudely informed by a heavy set woman that they wouldn't have any rooms until check in time which was two hours away. I asked for the possibility of waiting for a room to be cleaned to but cut off with "nope three and later sorry". It felt like talking to a wall and I didn't want to be rude and keep an argument going. I ended up having to find a new hotel. Since I needed the two extra hours of sleep to be able to work well. So now thanks to being told one thing and another happening I'd never go back. I even got to pay for the room I never checked into which was wonderful since it was after the cancellation window. Expensive lesson learned — don't believe the reservations or front desk people on early check in. If you need one look to other hotels. Also beware of angry rude brick wall check in lady.

Room looks really great as it's been redone. Has a little bit of an old hotel odor to it. Looks great overall. Nice that the things that are in the room are complementary. This is not the fault of the hotel but there is a lot of noise outside of the hotel and was hard to sleep because of outside noise. Overall great for the price and I would stay here again.

This was a terrible experience and now I'm going to have to take action. I went to Santa Rosa on business and saw this hotel on the internet with beautiful new rooms etc but when I got there the outside was not so pleasant with very little parking and crowding. No big deal. I went to check in and pulled out my husbands credit card, (I made the reservation with same card through Expedia) and my ID and they couldn't accept it. Duh! My husband had to be present with ID. Understandable. He couldn't come with me last minute because he had to work. I go to the parking lot to transfer money from savings to a debit card in my name and wouldn't you know our credit union was doing updates to the system from 8:00pm to 1:00am. I tried contacting my husband to help but he was working and didn't answer right away. I went in and asked if there was anything else that could be done and they said hotel policy states cardholder has to be present with ID. They also said my husband could fax some documents giving me permission I assume but he wasn't available. Understandable AGAIN. I told her I would make other arrangements and asked if my room be cancelled through Expedia. She replied, "YES". I call Expedia to confirm the cancellation and they informed me it was the hotels decision. The hotel already said they would cancel so no worries I thought. Lo and BEHOLD the next day, the money is gone for the room from my husbands card. I call Expedia, they tell me to call the hotel.

Clean, updated rooms. Semi quiet. Had room next to busy road and very loud at night. Was happy until this point.

Horriable place. They might seem friendly. But evil and very unprofessional. There are better hotels in the area with better attitude. And better convience. Do not be fooled by the people who have settle for this knock off MOTEL. Plus they want to chrage you extra if you have a debit card. This Motel better wake up and take lessons from the Holiday inn. I feel sorry for people who settle for this motel.

Terrible — bad service, bad response to requests. No microwave, television remote missing, no hair dryer or regular coffee maker. Lied about my pillow being found and sent me an old one of their pillows. Never stay here.

Noisy area and thin walls. Otherwise a very nice room.

The Hotel Azura in Santa Rosa was clean, modern, and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is fairly limited, so be sure to snag a spot early.

This place was such a wonderful surprise. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The decor is quiet nice. The bed is by far a luxurious addition! Thank you.

Rooms were nice but very bad when it came keeping out noises and the outside light didnt go off till 5 in the morning. There was fee for using a debit card instead of a credit card, ehich is ridiculous…

Very nicely designed rooms, but I expected more from a room which cost what two or three nights would at surrounding hotels. Rainfall shower was a nice touch which helped the luxury aesthetic.

So far clean rooms good service.
