The location was great being inside old Town Temecula. Great museum for children near by. Smoking is allowed on premises right outside doors so it smells smokey. I only spoke and saw one lady who answered the phone and she had horrible customer service. She hung up after answering my question, before I could thank her. Floors don't seem to be cleaned. Dropped a towel on the carpet and it got stained a bloody color. Sink smells bad when turning on the faucet.

Not enough towels or toilet paper. Checked us out early on mistake. Our non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. Woke up itchy from bed. AC on wall left puddles of water on carpet. Mini fridge not cold and some appliances not working. Zero stars.

Very, very rude manager. First time and last time I will stay in this hotel, we had reservations for 13 rooms, we almost just left to a different hotel, but it was too late. Over price, bed not comfortable, and breakfast was only coffee and bagels…

For a two star rating it was nice. The staff was amazing.

Decent place for decent price. We stayed in room 119 that looked remodelled. Free breakfast consists of bagels with cream cheese or danish. Juice or coffee to drink. Not much variety but hits the spot if you are hungry.

The floors were full of firt. Rust water came out of the faucet, walls in bedomm are full of dirt stinky stains. Smells in the room. Breakfast is a pastry and apple. Bathroom toilet filthy. Black and white t. V. The ice from the ice machine taste like swamp water. The pool is small and jacuzzi is all chipped away and ugly looking. I paid a 128. Dollars for this. Don't stay.

Right in the center of Temecula, within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Close to all of the wineries, try the wine tasting passport. Will definitely stay here again.

My friend invited me to Temecula & we got a room here for a 4 day stay we loved the big room with two beds, lots of space plus, reading lams next to the bed besides the regular night stand lamp it had a fridge, microwave and the bathroom tub was nice & big . We had a peaceful stay while we got to enjoy Old Town Temecula awesome time here.

Have been here couple times. Not bad. Has laundry room which is nice. It seems to attract different walks of life. One of the cheaper places to stay.

Decent hotel. Freeway noise. Good location next night life although staff knew nothing about neighborhood.

The first time I stayed it was pleasant the people were very friendly. The second time around the lady working the front desk was very rude. They were doing construction didn’t bother to tell us they were doing construction and put us in a room were there was construction. Very unsatisfactory!

The bed has to be thee most important item in a hotel/motel, from the covers to the pillows and of course the mattress, big fail in this area, everything else was pleasant. The pillows were the worst thing for me so if you must try and bring your own! Had I known in advance I had given a three star but did not sleep well and rather grumpy at the moment, so there :/

The inn is located on Front Street in Old Town Temecula. It’s close to nearby shops and restaurants for those interested. The problem is with the accommodations itself. The room was not what I expected from online photographs. It was painted using multiple colors but with little or no prep work. We stayed during the winter months and heat was supplied by a portable space heater. It was very loud when used a emitted a bright orange glow making sleep difficult. The mattresses were extremely hard and the bedding dirty. We also requested a non-smoking room but the room next to ours allowed smoking so we also had to deal with the strong odor of marijuana filtering into our room through the vents. The staff was notified and the brought in a ozone generator to combat the odor. Though the rate was inexpensive, I’d recommend looking for lodging elsewhere.

Good weekday rate and nice rooms for the most part, but the two rooms I got had inadequate hot water and one room the heater blew cold air! Both rooms also were in later stages of some remodeling, poor paint and plaster jobs. The Continental breakfast good from 6am to 9 is disappointing as well. Packaged pastries with no cereal or milk, just bagels, coffee, fruit, and bottles of juice. And the bathroom had a nasty, rusty drain which creeped me out. The other room had a shower curtain that leaked water all over the floor. 3 stars because of location and price.

Not the best place but very convenient to Old Town Temecula. Staff very friendly. 3 stars for the motel, 5 star for location, leaves me with a 4 star review.

The pool and hot tub are in clear view of the parking lot/street, so it is not very private. Renovation is currently under way, but it isn't high quality construction (e. G. The shower drain was the high point in the bathroom) — plus it is noisy. The location is great and within walking distance of a variety of shops and restaurants. Overall though, not high enough quality for what I paid for the room.

We stayed at this hotel because it was close to shopping. The air conditioner didn’t work so had to open the window to cool off the room. When we went the next morning to check out the breakfast items provided there were some items not available. The office personnel showed me where the hot water was when I questioned it. I looked for tea bags. He told me they didn’t have any and seemed like he hated to be there. I think the personnel should make the customer feel important and try to be helpful so they would like to return another time. I don’t feel like I would return.

There's a younger kid that works here. Great customer service on the phone and when I needed things. When I checked in there was an older man who seem to have no personality and was just trying to get me out of the office. Overall the stay was OK the room was decent although the cleaning ladies don't know how to clean we found a hairbrush under our bed and an old water bottle in our fridge also the tub was dirty therefore we wore flip-flops in the shower. We had a few ants in the bathroom from the heat luckily I got the younger kid. He came up and sprayed Immediatley and was super nice. I mean for the price of this place if you're someone who can roll with the punches this is a great place.

Its fine except no USB ports to plug phone in room… I had to go to my car at different intervals.

We had basic essentials we needed for the evening but I would next time choose another option on staying overnight if having to choose. Friendly service isn't on there menu. There's alack of cleanliness as well. Disliked overall.

Furniture can stand to be up-dated. Stayed in other places thats in the choice reward program and theres no comparison. Returned to my room after having attended a family reunion event and discovered upon my return room had not been cleaned nor linen changed. Tried contacting front office but no one on duty. Guest information card clearly states office manned 24 hours. Proven to not be true. Breakfast is continental not full breakfast as you are led to believe. Other hotels/motels say breakfast its just that complete and hot meal.

The service staff at night was great but the morning staff left something to be desired. The breakfast was totally worthless and my room was dirty and stinky.

This is probably one of the worst experiences I've had a hotel! The first room we were given was extremely hot and we asked for assistance from the staff (which he came and turned it down to 61) after two hours we were still dripping in sweat from it being so hot. We registered for a room with two double beds and after the air conditioner was not working we were moved to a room with one king and a "roll out couch bed" which basically was hard as a rock (I still feel pain in my back from sleeping on it). When we asked for pillows and sheets for the roll out bed, we were given pillows and told "sorry we don't have any clean pillow cases" which is disgusting we had to use our clothes on top of them because I did not want to use a pillow without a pillow case on it. I cannot believe that we paid almost $200 dollars for this room! It was a total joke! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. When I called to see about getting a little money back for being placed in a room with one king bed and that horrible roll out bed they then told me well actually that room costs more money you got a deal staying in there because it's a suite. All I can say is RUN, RUN, RUN! I will also be posting this on Yelp! You guys need to put some of this money that your charging for rooms and use to buy pillow cases and to fix your AC units!

Conveniently located at one end of Old Town Temecula, we checked in on a Saturday. The room is not too large, but it is cozy and clean. It is simple and well organized, and quiet and dark at night. Would definitely stay again.

Great location to old town Temecula my rooms was an older one I did notice they were updating rooms.

Very unhappy the room smelled not very clean need improvement. I thought I was at a truck stop. Won't be back.

Decent hotel for the price. Don't expect much. Customer service could be better but it is nice just checking in to your room and then they just leave you alone. Great location because you can walk out of your room and there's plenty of restaurants, bars, and antique shops.

Exactly what I was expecting for the money I paid. Location is awesome, located directly on old town front street. Service is good, was able to check in early without a fee. Room included fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It's not the greatest hotel, but a good value in my opinion.

The location is nice since you're near stores, restaurants, amd the freeway. The room was nice and the worker was friendly.

Hotel has nice accommodations for being an affordable place to stay. I appreciate the fridge, kuerig, microwave and iron in the rooms.

My husband and I called to make a reservation for one night. Online it said that there was available rooms from $55-62. We call the first time to make the reservation considering the price was reasonable. As soon as we asked it there was availability for a room at $55? We got attitude from the front desk guy. And replied "we don't have anything available" and hung up. We double checked the hotel listing on line. Because we felt we was lying. And again the option online said that one could book the room for at same price. So my husband made one last phone call and said he could make a reservation. And he said "we'll the the website is wrong and we're all booked, you could book the room but you can't get it anyway because there's no room. My husband said "so the rodeway in website is lying? " Rude dude "yea" "I gotta go late" And he hung up… I would give them on stars but well you know for review purposes. I personally wouldn't trust them win my money. Avoid the rudeness and book somewhere else.

The location was great, right at the end of old town temecula. It had everything we needed, iron and board, microwave, refrigerator, AC with a remote control. It did need a paint job but added to the old town vibe. The lady at the front seemed like she was at the end of her shift attitude wise but overall it's a good place to stay.

We had stayed at another hotel Saturday night, which was totally inflated due to the last minute reservation and the busy weekend. Had not thought about staying Sunday night, until after a bit too much wine tasting. The Rodeway Inn is right in the heart of this adorable little throwback western town and has been updated on the exterior to match the surrounding buildings. It is so cute and well located that we just walked in to see if they anything left. They did and it was very reasonably priced so we stayed the additional night. Of course, it's nothing more than a basic motel room, but it had everything we needed. Yes, the bed was hard and cheap and the TV was old and limited, but given the price, I didn't really expect more. There was nothing gross about it. Relatively quiet too, but it was Sunday night. If you're on a budget, I would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful beautiful small town hour from san diego ca 1 car. The time has stopped here. Almost idyllic.
small breakfast that's okay, Wi-Fi, swimming pool, Jacuzzi included.
