I stayed here for about 4 months, about a year ago & I liked it very much. Very spacious rooms w/Big T. V w/all the channels. Dining table, King sized beds & spacious restrooms w/shelves for extra storage & Also place to hang your clothes. Very Good prices on daily rooms as well as good prices on weekleys also & good maid service.

The guy at the reception was nice. Rooms are enormous in size and seem to be recently decorated. Area feels safe despite reputation. Overall good choice to stay before the flight.

Word is they finally renovated but the place was trash and watch out for the crooked cops in the area especially this one particular young black cop last name might be johnson not sure dont remember.

Only go there if you have to. The rooms seem quite old, but ok. Not cheap…

Nice big rooms. Pretty quiet. Clean apart from a few dying bugs from whatever pest treatment. 120 Bus from the corner to airport 40mins $1.75, connect with lax shuttle at green line metro.

Didn't stay here — just left my car here for two weeks while I was traveling in Peru. It was a decent price for an unlocked, un-sheltered lot, and I knew there was some risk going in, so. No worries. My car wasn't stolen or broken into. It was terribly dirty though, and despite filling the tank full RIGHT before dropping it off, the tank was nearly empty when I returned. I mentioned this to them, because uhh, wth? They just shrugged their shoulders. They said they never moved the car, which was an easily caught lie, as I parked the car myself in the corner of the lot. When I returned to pick it up, it was on the other side of the lot. Normally I wouldn't care — I'd just assume they needed to move it for some reason. The seat had been readjusted as well. But that, coupled with the lie and the empty tank left a sour taste in my mouth. It's just the same old story — you get what you pay for. =/

I've been here a couple of times before and I have yet to run into any problems as of yet. The manager has always been very polite, kind, and accommodating when I've come to check in or even just to ask a question. Some of the rooms are currently being renovated. There used to be a bird bath fountain in the middle of the courtyard which has been replaced with some really pretty and colorful flowers and a cute little tree. The rooms are very big, spacious, and clean (clean bedding, fresh towels, NO BEDBUGS) everytime I've come. Although the rooms are smoking rooms, they don't smell of smoke which shows how well they clean after guests. The cable is Spectrum and they have a pretty good selection of channels along with some movie channels. The hotel is very convenient to food, shopping, entertainment, and just a few moments of a drive down imperial to LAX and the beach. I definitely refer this hotel to others that are interested in taking a little bae/vacation, rest, relaxation, and alone time.

Infested with cockroaches, blood stains on the sheets (indication of bed bugs), filled with hookers and johns, manager rude as ever. Just disgusting. Don't be like me get your self a better hotel. The only reason why I got it cause it was close to LAX had decent stars on the web but trust me this place is the slums don't stay here it will mess up your entire vacation. Oh yeah and at 3 am in the morning people were banging on our door, very scary as two females by them selves. Lesson learned.

Horrible bed begs I woke up with bites all over my body. I do not recommend. The cleanliness is also sub-par with stains in the bedding.

I love the motive and how big the room is… its just that the cable channels are not that good…

Had a nice day with my husband and we just wanted to get a room for a night so we stop by kings got up to the room hit the lights just to see others was using the room.

Good hotel with big rooms for low price. Unfortunately the nabourhood is not so great.

This is a cool place if your standards are low they will have you paying 95 to 100 but the local losers will be paying 75 they make they money on out of towners. If you are a female that's by yourself they will steal your weed. They will come in change the bed and t. V on you. They have old zzz furniture in the back if you stay longer than a couple days. It's cool if your needing to go some where fast.

They have nice clean rooms but I'll never give 1 red cent of my $ to these nusty act people lie about price of rooms.

The room is extremely clean and very spacious comfortable and cozy! Does not feel like you're in a motel in this room exclamation point when I checked in I had the pleasure of having Andy at the front desk and he was a complete pleasure to work with! I would recommend this place to anybody.

Recently painted and is kept clean. Good service available and has huge open area.

To expensive wanted 600 for one week.

I stood here with my two young boys and the place was clean and safe.

I love the jacuzzi here. Good service up front also.
