Checked out early this morning due to cockroaches crawling on my face last night while I was sleeping. I had 2 nights left in my weekly stay but the roaches made it impossible to stay, ive lived in conditions as a child (cockroaches, bums on the sidewalk, loud music, etc) that this hotel posses but it's one thing for a building structure to have cockroaches but its a totally different ball game when you have vicious cockroaches, in the beginning it was bareable but the night before last they started to crawl on the t. V making it difficult to focus on t. V shows since the t. V's are placed high up they are unable to be reached. The price is reasonable ; 1 person 350$ 2 person 360$ shared bathroom no deposit. Check-in was easy, were asked the basic questions. (ex. How many nights/weeks, how many people") The bathrooms are kept clean for the most part. Idk if one of the tenants kept stealing the toilet paper or it really was being used that much. Trash is to be placed by the front office if you have any. They also have a public microwave that doesn't really heat well but does the job after 5 minutes. If you have ANY food in your room whatsoever in the room, you must MAKE SURE you put it in the refrigerator. Upon check out when trying to explain to the older male at the front desk of the issue he immediately began to shake his head as if they dont have roaches but then again English is not there first languageso maybe he wasn't even understanding me.

This is a low price stay. Room very dim although big window. What was strange to me was an option for a room with no bathroom for less $'s. You used a public toilet and shower in the hallway. If your on a tight budget it's an option. The place was very clean and quiet. Taco stand across the street was pretty good as well.

Not allowed to cook in room but everything else is great really clean. Has Wi-Fi and a flat screen TV with 154 channels and a mini fridge with a freezer.

It is nice and well decorated, homey considering the price. The bed is surprisingly comfy. I had my own fridge and sink in my room, shared bathroom BUT the bathroom is very clean and looks nice all the time, never seen it messy even in passing. (Some rooms have private bathrooms) TV is included, as is Wi-Fi. You cant get a better deal in this side of LA. I paid $399 for a week here. Lowest I've paid for any hotel out here, and it is the best out of 3 I've had that were more expensive… and much less comfortable. The tenants here are even of good heart and comfortable to speak to, even though they speak a different language predominantly. Very sweet people.

I would rather kill myself then step foot in this morose place. Giant bag of trash by the front desk, making the whole place reek. They don't have any bathrooms in the room, but they do have a community one to walk to. At all hours of the night you can hear people banging and ringing the doorbell to get in. If you don't like sleeping, and want to hear other people in their rooms while you are in yours this is definitely the place for you.

Rather old but clean and well maintained hotel. Japanese style toilet. Relatively spacious room.

Prices are high but your stay is very comfortable.

The restaurant there (happas) is a great place to eat and get a drink.

Very very disappointed, They are very unfriendly, not welcoming at all, they have no loyalty to any customer. Very bad service. if planning to go and you have a Proplems dont ask for the useless general manger he will drive you crazy.!

Went to a banquet room, it was very clean, great staff. Good customer service, free parking.

Everything is nice Just The Beds They Are Really Uncomfortable and Hard.

Car towed at night. I have not been to this hotel but some good friends of mine who were very weary travelers from China rented a car and while they were sleeping their car and other guest cars were towed apparently there is no parking during the wee hours of the morning. They had asked the hotel if they were parked okay and the hotel person said yes. Cost them $400 to retrieve their rent a car.

I arrived late, and left early. Friendly staff & clean rooms. All n all nice digs.

The only reason my husband and I stayed here was because of the opperator on the phone that transferred us from motel 6 to this crappy place. 1st off you have to go up a numerous amount of stairs to get up to the office. 2Nd its shared bathroom when we asked if we could have one with a bathroom its 25$ extra. Underneath the this sheats they have a really hard plastic over the mattress. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Its like a college dorm room. The ones where you have to share the bathroom with everyone in the building.
