Ginger is rude and doesn’t know how to ask someone nicely to move rooms! Make sure they put you in the room you booked do NOT except any other room! Or pick a different hotel!
The manager Ginger has zero customer service skills. When I asked for the owner’s information so I could speak to someone regarding her behavior and the bogus charges she hung up on me several times. I would not recommend staying at this hole in the wall to anyone. The rooms need attention but they are nothing compared to the way the manager’s unprofessional disgusting behaviors. As a dog owner, I halfway except to get the junky room. The extra bogus charges and your kid harassed while briefly away from the room then this is the place. My son who is 17 was yelled out and threatened while in our room with Ginger peering through the window. He felt very uncomfortable due to that experience. We had to leave early due to the harassment even though the bill was already paid for four additional days. It was very creepy with the manager keep mentioning that she was watching us on video. Wow just wow. I hope they replace the manager or somehow she decides to like people, treat them with basic respect and not threaten children. I’d be more than happy to remove this review if this situation is handled properly by management.

First room we were given (2nd building away from office) had trash all over. Completely disgusting beds that were I cleaned or made. Empty pizza boxes and trashes full. We were then given a different room for the inconvenience (first building closer to the office). We arrived at 7pm. Paid for 3 nights. We then were woken up to heavy construction the following morning (without warning of said construction as well as shut off water mid shower) we then requested to have refund for the final night because we no longer wanted to stay here and were argued with which then in turned in to them basically saying there’s no possible way for a refund. So we didn’t know exactly what to do so we basically asked what can you do to fix the scenario and they gave us yet another room (back to the other building) yet we had stated we NO longer wanted to be here. We then called around to try to inquire how to get out of a 3rd night here but once we finally got to somebody they then said it’s impossible for the refund because we took another room. (Which they basically forced on to us) so we were so frustrated we ended up just leaving anyways not even staying the 3rd night but was stuck paying for it. Ginger is literally the worst.
