April 2nd-4th 2021 we stayed at this hotel it looked nice and clean, but then it became a disaster. It's a hotel falling into disrepair, with spotty internet, and the manager ROBIN very rude. We experienced no hot water for several hours on Saturday morning, and antiquated TV and A/C. The hotel staff was pleasant but the manager was condescending and passive aggressive. Very friendly staff, clean spacious rooms. Over the hotel has a very nice ambience.

Disappointed in their lack of effort to work with San Bruno Rotary, San Bruno Soccer and Capuchino Sports Booster Club.

Had a really great experience here, got complimentary upgrade to king suite, free wine, cookies, coffee, continental breakfast. One of my favorite stays in a hotel thus far.

Changing my post, as the front desk manager called me to make things right. We had a good stay at this hotel and would recommend it for anyone needing to find a place close to the airport.

We stayed here two nights over labor day weekend. I had booked the larger king room which happened to be on the ground floor off of their check in parking. Although it was different to be away from the hotel, I loved it. The room was massive and the bed. Oh my. That bed was so dang comfortable! They have a gorgeous hot tub and sauna on the second floor that we enjoyed one if the nights. The staff is so wonderful and helpful! They even served complimentary wine and cookies at night! Who can complain about that? My only gripe would be the breakfast. For such a nice hotel, I would have expected them to serve some hot items like eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. But overall, I would definitely stay here again!

STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM! The air conditioner didn't work and I had to cancel my stay for the remaining days. They simply said they don't have a maintenance guy on site and all the other rooms are fully booked and they can't do anything much. The receptionist promised to bring a fan and never showed up. They simply blame each other. As I spoke, there was another guest complaining about the air conditioner problem as well. L am pretty sure the a/c hasn't been working for many days and they let people stay and do the cover up. The water gets clogged in the sink and the shower. I could hear if someone walks on the top floor. Very very old place. Stay away folks! Don't get deceived by free breakfast! Not worth it!

Clean and friendly staff. Lighting inside room was completely inadequate. Same or worse in bathroom. Also no long mirror in the room after getting dressed. I know, details but easy fix. Seriously, what's with the lighting? Breakfast is very basic. Disappointed compared to other similar places.

Personal touch. Quiet. Felt safe. I would highly recommend.

This hotel is very good and very boutique nice suites all around. Love the atmosphere also every day have cookies coffee tea and also one of your of personal request every day of choice of wine in the evening. Love the staff Great customer service at this hotel definitely will come back always.

Pleasant surprise. Very clean and comfortable! Close to walking around downtown. Free shuttle to airport, was a nice fit for us!

We love this hotel. Front desk helpful and friendly. Rooms immaculate. Warm cookies and a nice selection of teas always available. Happy hour is not elaborate but always good snacks and wine. Hot tub and spa area are welcome addition if you're traveling. Handy to the airport.

This place was fantastic. I o lying wish I knew about the spa before I checked out. I discovered it when I was searching for the ice machine an hour before I checked out. When I checked in, they didn't day anything about it.

A perfect hidden gem just near the airport. This place is so cute! Super easy and friendly check in. The warm cookies were delicious! The lady at the front desk gave us a great local dinner recommendation, nice tranquility spa on site, and robes in the room are the perfect touch. The room was a bit small, but we were out and about all day anyway. Comfy beds!

Excellent hotel located in San Bruno very close to San Francisco and San Francisco airport, the hotel is spectacular to spend a few days. Includes free continental breakfast, glass of wine and biscuits at night and there is available coffee and tea during the afternoon, all this free, also has a very good parking. It's super recommended.

Very modern hotel with large rooms, located close to the airport. Amenities included free breakfast, free airport shuttle, nightly wine and cookies (again, free), parking, as well as a hot tub and sauna. The hotel staff is very friendly, and prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend, and I would stay again. I only had two small complaints about the room. First was that while there was a closet area, there were only about 6 hangers, and nowhere else to unpack a suitcase, as the dresser in the room contained the fridge, micro, and safe, which only left 1 other drawer for clothes. Second, the sink faucet wasn't nearly tall enough for the bowl-type basin, so it was very difficult to fill a water bottle or coffee cup.

Excellent hotel super recommended, a few minutes from San Francisco. It has a country style with excellent attention, they offer you a very good super full breakfast in which the coffee is Starbucks, very close to the hotel there are great places to dine the area is very safe and has very comfortable parking. Wi-Fi is included in the rate and is of Barbarian quality. Ideal to be close to the airport and not far from downtown San Francisco. Keep in mind that you're 15 minutes away by car.

Very nice hotel. I stay there regularly. Close to SFO. The only reason I don't give it a 5 star rating is that it does not have a restaurant or bar.

Excellent hotel, just a few minutes from San Francisco. It has a very good breakfast in a very to nice place, there are places to dine nearby, the area is very safe it has parking. Barbarian. They also offer a glass of wine in the afternoon. Very nice place. Super recommended.

We stayed on a Friday night. Lobby and breakfast room are on the main floor, and they are decorated nicely. The rooms are again well decorated, and very clean. I could actually smell that the sheets were clean, so that's a biggie. A really great boutique hotel without the boutique price.

This is a cute hotel and I enjoy staying there when I do. It appears they have a new Wi-Fi system in the hotel, which resolved previous connectivity issues. The hotel spa, however, is unfortunately unavailable and may have been since November. Given that it's January now, that's a bit disappointing. Overall, given the comfort and the free cookies and wine, it's a great place to stay.

Great accommodations. Very clean, quiet, nicely appointed. One thing as a negative. The rooms could have brighter lighting. Other than that, we have stayed here 3 times. It is a true find. Highly reccomended.

If you like… -a lot of very offensive room deodorant in your room, lobby and halls, -tiny (and I mean tiny) rooms, -serious street noise in your room (very loud cars and music), -shuttle to airport 15 minutes late, -bed covering that did not look clean, -rude staff (not just unhelpful, but rude! ) This is the hotel for you!

Less than one star if I could. I travel to San Bruno on business a few times a year and my last stay here was AWFUL. (10/27 — 10/30) They put me in a room just off the check-in parking. The bathroom area didn't appear to have any heater vents and getting out of the shower was darn cold every morning. They said I would have Wi-Fi but I could not establish a connection that lasted more than a minute max. Most of the time I couldn't even see their SID. Hard to get work done when working over cellular. Staying in the main hotel section the Wi-Fi was okay though. It'd been awhile since my last visit but their breakfast selections also seem to be going down hill. Needless to say, I'll be asking our corp. Travel to put me up at another hotel during my next trip.

I wish I could have rated this hotel 5 stars, because I really had high hopes when we checked in. The hotel itself is more than adequate; nice lobby, spacious rooms, bathrobes in the room, wine in the lobby each evening. All pluses. The minuses however were hard to overlook; we left the “do not disturb” sign on our door our 1st morning and I specifically asked housekeeping NOT to make up our room. My travel companion had left medications sitting out and I had clothes laid ou…t that I really wanted left as is. Either the housekeeping attendant didn’t understand English, or she chose to ignore both my verbal request AND the sign hanging on the door. When we returned to the room some 10 hrs later, our room had indeed been made up. (Beds made, but no clean towels) Sadly, my clothing was left balled up and wrinkled under a heavy woolen shawl and several things had been moved. My travel companion called the front desk to bring the situation to their attention and was told that the manager would be called. She was also told to expect a call back within the hour. Needless to say, no call came. Checking out this morning, again nothing from management, much to our disappointment. I would love to have been able to rate this hotel higher, and perhaps if everyone had lived up to their promises … I would.

Don't Hesitate. This is not your average hotel. It's truly villas as the name implies. You will be very happy with this place if you like 4 and 5 star quality.

Hotel decor needs serious updating. The light fixtures remind me of a haunted house. The pool is peeling and the air doesn't work in all the rooms. Just pay the extra money and stay downtown.

Awesome location between SF and Palo Alto, plus next door to SFO but on the better side of the interstate with less noise. Quick access to both the 280 and 101. Super nice rooms and bedding.

Rooms are nice. Service isn't at the level of this hotel. They left us waiting at the airport for an hour. We ended up taking a cab.

A great stay near the San Francisco airport. Clean hotel with nice decor. The staff was friendly and helpful. They offer a complimentary taxi service to and from the hotel. My stay was a bit pricey but I paid for the safety and convenience to the airport.

Trash hadn't been emptied. We set the full can outside but I was gone before they addressed it. On the upside the hot tub is open after hours which is critical since the posted hours are far too few. Pretty rooms and very close to the airport.

Hotel was clean and the breakfast was continental with a decent selection and free. Coffee was good However the rooms were on the smaller side. Beds were comfortable and pillows are decent. Very close to the airport, about 5 minutes from the rental car drop off. They also provide free complimentary ride to airport. Parking spots are narrow. If you are bringing a large suv, you may need to think about that.

The young lady that Checked us in went out of her way to help us find the best way to get to downtown San Francisco. I believe her name was something Like Anna. Sorry it has been a few weeks. The Hotel is beautiful. Beds are very comfortable. I stay in hotels about 110 nights a year and these are the most comfortable beds I have had the pleasure of sleeping in. They are closest to sleeping at home. Great Place.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, so clean and comfy! Staff is outstanding, could not figure out how to use a remote control for the heat/air so the sweet front desk gal came up immediately and showed me how to use! Love this, highly recommend!

This was a wonderful surprise. The room was very comfortable and the towels were plush. It is most diffently a place we will go back to stay.

Beautiful on the inside! Don't judge by the neighborhood. Close to fwy and airport. Breakfast isn't anything special but the fish chocolate chip cookies at 6 were amazing! Friendly staff. Fantastic experience.

Excellent hotel rooms. Recently renovated. Only con is the sound of the airplanes taking off from SFO.

Very nice room for a decent price for the area. The bed is amazing! However, the hotel is right on El Camino Real, and the soundproofing is not great. I was woken up a few times by the traffic on the street. The internet connection dropped out multiple times one of the evenings I was there and only worked 70% of the time, which was really annoying. It was fine the other nights however, so maybe I was just unlucky.

Quality hotel, price is reasonable and the location was convenient. Breakfast left a bit to be desired, where's the juice and hot food? Overall we enjoyed it though.

The rooms are a bit dark and dreary, but the free cookies at night and the huge space made it a very comfortable stay for the price!

Rooms, service, and cost are great. Location isn't to bad, your twenty minutes from Downtown San Francisco via Uber or other car service.

Ok so the woman at the front desk was very snarky. I was staying with 2 other people. They gave us a 1 king bed because she expected us 3 to fit in a king bed. When we asked her if we could switch rooms, she said no and lied to us and said that it was all booked up. Although I secretly saw it wasn't. They didn't have any rollaway beds like every hotel should have. Idk if she was lying about that too or not. She did everything she could to squeeze us 3 in a king bed. That's all that mattered to her. Had a very rough night because of that woman at the counter. Based off of the way she talked, I could tell she didn't want to help. I am never staying in this hotel ever again. If I worked for the hotel I would've fired her. (Well it's too obvious that we're never staying there again) it's a 1 star hotel for a 5 star price. We lost a whole $250 to Expedia. They wouldn't give us a refund unlike their policy. You guys need to change. People will stop staying in that hotel. One of my worst nights ever and the next morning I felt sick. Also they're trying to trick you. There is no pool. They're trying to make it look like there's a pool but there's really not.

I had done a lot of research on this and many other hotels in and around San Francisco which was our main vacation destination. Rates to stay in San Francisco and S. San Francisco were outrageous! Some how I ran into this hotel on the internet and upon reading the previous reviews, they had nothing but positive things to say, so I did not hesitate and made reservations for a 3 night stay. After driving 9 hrs from San Diego County and going straight to tour the city, I was very surprised how quick the check in process was! Good thing because we were so tired. The hotel was amazing! The rooms were very spacious and clean. It was so cozy that we felt we were in our own home. The continental breakfast was well organized and very clean. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. In the evening upon our return from the city, it was easy to find parking in the parking garage and the fresh baked cookies in the lobby were nothing but spectacular. The price difference from the hotels in S. San Francisco and this hotel, which was just on the opposite side of the freeway, was a very large amount of $$$. We booked a mini suite that was perfect for us two adult and our teenage kids. The hotel was very close to the freeway which made it easy to travel to and from the city as we went for our daily adventures. I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel and I will for sure highly recommend it.

Spacious and clean rooms with balcony views. Complimentary airport shuttle, wine, breakfast and fresh baked cookies. All day/night access to gym and sauna/jacuzzi. Very accessible to city transportation, walking distance to mall and BART. Very friendly staff. Seriously no complaints, would recommend to anyone staying in the SFO airport area.

My wife and I stayed there for two nights during February of 2015. We didn't make use of the workout room or spa or take advantage of the nightly free cookie and glass of wine, but the staff was friendly, the room in which we stayed was spacious and clean, there was plenty of hot water for showering, and the free Wi-Fi was reliable. We went out the second day after putting out the "Maid service requested" sign and when we returned the room was re-made (fresh sheets, towels, etc. ). The free breakfast offered milk, juices, do-it-yourself waffles, cereal, fruit, bagels and toast, packaged pastries, and yogurt in a nice dining area (although we took our breakfast items up to our room). We didn't use the in-room microwave but the refrigerator kept our water bottles nice and chilled. The TV was a good size and the station selection was more than adequate. The free underground parking, directly accessible from the elevator in the hotel, was a nice addition. There was fairly loud music playing in the lobby in the evening (it was the weekend, so there may have been an event), but we couldn't hear it at all in our room. In short, I can't offer an exhaustive review, but everything we experienced was wonderful. I would heartily recommend this hotel and plan on staying there again.

Place is great. Best hotel for the price that I've ever stayed in. Unreasonably comfy beds, quiet and calming atmosphere, even if it's on a fairly busy and noisy road.

Stayed here in February 2013. Very nice and clean. Great stay. Staff was great. Traveled with kids. They also enjoyed very much. Will be staying here again.

The staff is always friendly and helpful, the rooms are elegant and comfortable, I wish I owned the beds they have. Everything is clean and maintained well. The breakfasts in the morning are standard continental but in the evenings they have freshly baked cookies. It is in a nice area with good restaurants within walking distance and stumbling distance from bars. Overall, it is a fine hotel that is underpriced.
