A great place to stay. It is easy to find is near many restaurants. The rooms are very clean and tidy and the service there is amazing with great receptionists. The continental breakfast isn't bad and the pool is clean. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay overnight.

Good location, just a mile from downtown with super friendly, helpful staff. I arrived several hours before check in time with my bike which I could not leave unattended, and they were able to switch my room from 2 queens (which I didn't need) to a room with a king bed on the bottom floor which was available immediately. This was A HUGE bonus as I was on my way to job interview, and had no way to lock my back to the bike rack on my car. The bedroom window faced a little mini garden of sorts-basically nice landscaping on a retaining wall, giving a very peaceful, secluded feel. I was also given great tips on where to ride and eat, along with some cool and unusual evening hang out suggestions, and local tid bits of info about surrounding areas should I end up moving here. My room, though basic, was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and up to date. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are nice and the staff is friendly. That being said, even though I stayed here briefly there were a few things that prevented this from being a 5 star review. The first thing that particularly bugged me was that this place has almost NO parking. We had to find a spot on the street to park. The second issue was the continental breakfast is very small. It is in the lobby and only about 10 guests can fit there at once and the options are small as well.

It was nice, got the executive suit, came with a king sized bed, a recliner, a nice desk with comfortable desk chair, a plasma TV and dresser. Also had a mini fridge, a microwave, and coffee pot. Comfortable bed with 2 sliding glass doors.

My experience was fine, in line with what I expected for the cheaper price. Convenient location right off the freeway. One outlet in the room wasn't working. Had a lot of noise from other guests outside my room in the morning, as it was near the eating area for the breakfast, but earplugs worked fine to address it. Mattress was in need of replacement, one side drastically broken in more than the other. Employees were great, knowledgeable and helpful with my requests. Hot tub wasn't very hot.

I stayed in a king queen suite and did not expect the double oven full range with sink and home sized fridge! Luxiorious doesnt even begin to describe the space and comfort on top of having a hot tub open late. 10/10 would stay again.

The room was perfect.

The hotel was fine for the evening. Nothing particularly great about the place, but also nothing terrible wrong. The bed was really soft and the television had plenty of channels to browse.

Great stay. Price was good, room was clean, and service was very friendly and helpful. Close to the freeway and not too far from downtown.

Good hotel for the price. Clean rooms, nice staff. Breakfast was good considering it was complementary. Mostly non cooked food — cereal, muffins, fruit etc.

The rooms are pretty nice for being a small looking hotel for a decently low price. We payed around $110 for a two queen room, one of the beds were located in their own room which was nice. There was an extra sink which was also nice. They had all the usual anemities as most places have.

Rooms were nice I would have gave it a five star but my stay was awful! The first night I was booked next to a room of high school girls who would not go to sleep and keep me up all night long. I didn't complain and figured they would be leaving so why fuss. However the next day they re-booked the room next to me full of high school boys! Then around 11pm these boys were also in the room above me jumping and running around. So I called the office and the front desk didn't seem to care at all and were slightly rude. After another hour had passed the teen boys next to me were so loud I could here them over a fan and my TV I called the front desk and a lady named "Daisy" helped me and was by far the nicest person I spoke to and was able to take care of the situation. However by 2am I was woken up again by these boys and once again called the front desk and was helped by a nice gentleman. So over all my whole vacation I was able to get no sleep! When I asked for a discount checking out due to my vacation being rather rough there she just laughed at me! So yea I will never go here again. Its not worth the money if teen guests have no rules and your getting no sleep.

Lovely area. Quiet, clean and friendly. It isn't spectacular but it isn't bad either. I enjoyed staying here.

Good place for a passing night. Comfortable bed and clean rooms, basic breakfast: coffee, tea, cereals, bread, the egg was cold but ok. A bit old the hotel but clean and with free parking. Next door is a petrol station with a 24hours shop where you can buy water and so on.

Clean but old place. Front desk unfriendly and not helpful. TV broken. And when you ask for help. First they say they will come and help but never show up. Then they say oh we know and we will fix it in the future. No sorry, no excuse. Very disappointing place.

I have stayed here about 3 times a year for the past 6 years. The accommodations themselves are fantastic, with large rooms that are well cleaned. The front-desk staff… not so much. The last few staff members I've spoken with or interacted with in 2017 have been inept, slow and inefficient, rude, repetitive, plus a woman who tried to explain to me that my experiences with the hotel couldn't possibly be real. Overall, each interaction has left a bad taste in my mouth. Won't be back.

Pool wasn't well maintained, and hot tub had large water beetles that lived inside of the jets (probably why they didn't work). Breakfast wasn't great but wasn't the worst. Overall alright experience, but would probably recommend looking elsewhere if continental breakfast and hot tubs are big selling points for you when picking a place to stay.

Comfortable bed, clean, reasonably quiet. Hot tub didn't work but was a comfortable temperature at least. Mini fridge in the room was a nice amenity.

Furnishings outdated. Beds uncomfortable. Breakfast minimum.

Where do I start! Room had a strong smell of mold and mildew. Everything mismatched. Bathroom sink was backed up, towels stained. Bed squeaky and uncomfortable. If you needed to plug in something you had to move furniture to find it and unplug what was there to use. Doing maintenance on the room next to me for 2 days and they told me I just have to deal with it. I was also told to take my service dog down the street to do her business. (even though I clean it up). We had crickets in our room and a rat outside my door. We were with other people staying there at the same time and they used a whole can of air freshener because of the smell. Never again!

Prices are far too high for this hotel category. All very run down. Breakfast OK. We complained to the hotel manager about the high price tag. Have left a day earlier, but still had to pay for this night.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and very nice. The only reason I took off 1 star was because for a room with 2 beds should be able to have at least 4 guests. They however charged us for and extra person for my husband, my son and I. We found that a little weird but other than that it was great.

The staff were amazing, especially Diana. I appreciate the pool and fitness room too. It is a minor point, but I wish that the treadmill did not feel so "delicate". It could stand to be replaced. But other than that, we really enjoyed our stay! I will definitely stay here again if I'm in town.

Lovely town. Hotel clean, well run and handily placed for on/off access to highway. Walking distance to town centre. Rooms serviced daily, pool small but adequate. In its price bracket, I'd say excellent value for money.

The vibe of the hotel was pleasant and quaint. Swimming pool was a little shaded and the rooms had a home sort of feeling. There was a small kitchen with microwave and cupboards, sink and fridge. The balcony made me feel like I was in an apartment, although my room was all the way in the back part of the hotel and the view was partially the freeway and otherwise heavily shaded by trees. I was hoping to be a little closer to downtown but the walk wasn't terrible. The Continental breakfast wasn't bad. Overall I wouldn't be opposed to staying again, it was a unique experience.

Poor breakfast. Not a clean room and the maid service to clean was exceptionally poor. Dirty towels left, no vacuuming and no new water or coffee cups. I was there 5 days and at the end it was horrible. Poor Wi-Fi was very, very slow. TV had 4 working channels on it. Not even the best rates in SLO! Won't go back.

The location was easy to get too and the are was nice the rooms were clean and the service was good.

BUGS in the room, on top of everything. And hard, uncomfortable beds. Negative 5 Stars: 1. So rude. I called for directions, and after rattling on for two minutes, some young guy says he'll get someone who knows the area (I had to ask for this, too). But no. After waiting 5 minutes, driving around blindly because my GPS went haywire, someone new answers who had no clue I'd even been waiting. No apologies, he just started laughing about how lost I was, and then started rattling off streets and landmarks as if I was a native. Why would I be staying in a hotel, much less need directions, if I were a native? I had no clue what he was saying, kept trying to tell him this, but HE got irritated with ME! And started talking like he thought I was either crazy or just plain difficult. 2. When I finally found the place — after he hung up on me — the same guy, by the sound of his voice, almost let me cancel the reservation (because I was so fed up by his continued total refusal to take responsibility for his position as a hotel representative) WITHOUT letting me know I'd be charged! Even when it occurred to me to ask about this, he hesitated, obviously not wanting to tell me. This is attempted deception, plain and simple. I intend to file a complaint with the branch or chain. He was extremely rude. Again, no apologies, or even asking if he could help in any way. Of course he didn't ask why I wanted to cancel — he knew that, but just didn't care. Nothing, no sign of "hospitality.

We've been here a few times now and it is always quiet. It is nice to be a little ways outside of downtown. The prices are always really reasonable.

Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay there again next time we visit the coast. Will recommend to friends. Also affordable which is nice when staying for more than one night.

The room was alright with a comfortable bed, small bathroom, but it had a full size fridge. Well shaded pool area with a large Hot tub, but the area was on the smaller side. The continental breakfast was a complete joke, and they didn't even have eggs! All in all, there are cheaper hotels with nicer amenities down the street…

Lexington was great. Clean rooms, great ac and comfy beds. Staff was friendly!

Clean room and decent price for a short stay.

Booked a room with two beds. Got a room that was much bigger than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Very convenient to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and about one mile from downtown.
