They were professional in every level!

We had such an amazing experience at a Concert here.

So it took them over an hour and I never got my sandwich. Pretty much nobody smiled or was nice. I did get a refund for the sandwich but didn’t get a refund for the tip. If you can’t provide service don’t offer it. I wanted to speak with a manager but they didn’t even know who the manager is because they have vendors that they don’t control. Also, before 7pm the wine was $10 bucks after that was $11. Wine surcharge? Would never recommend this venue. Stay away or just don’t buy any drinks or food.

Charming and intimate size. Kind hearts and happy people. Historic and charming decor. Sound was a bit loud but expected in small venue. Employees were outstanding and the most helpful crew at any venue. Something family like feeling. Warm grateful smiles. I enjoyed the concert Angels and airwaves.

A great venue to see shows, even if the drinks are over priced and the ushers tend to be dicks…

It is a great venue for a concert. Staff was cool as fu$+. Even sold earplugs are coat check. Close to BART station.

WARFIELD VENUE IS AWESOME! Thank you so to my best friend Cherie Edwards for my early birthday gift of seeing Hail storm Lizzy and the 2 opening acts. I love this place. It is so beautiful while being cool and nostalgic. I've been here twice and had a great experience both times. I am going to a show coming up soon and plan on seeing multiple other shows at The Warfield.

Attended Monsta X show last night. I have never seen a slower security team getting people checked in. Totally inefficient and extremely rude to ticket holders.

The Warfield is the perfect sized venue and it has so much great history. One must check out all the cool posters from over 40 years of shows. It's proximity to BART means you NEVER have to drive here or EVER worry about parking! So easy to get to and so easy to enjoy!

Beautiful historic building, however, if there was an elevator there I didn't see it. First time I went we were at the very top and had to use stairs to get there. As a handicapped person, this was not easy especially the last flight where there were no handrails. It was almost not possible for me. Second time, however, we knew enough to reserve bottom level and it was great.

Beautiful venue. Some of the upper balcony seats are far from the stage, but you get what you pay for. If you sit in a lower balcony seat, it's easy for people in front of you (or a metal bar) to block your view. Acoustics are fine. A tip: everyone swarms the downstairs bar upon entry. Go upstairs for line-free drinks. Yay. The nearby construction makes the exterior a bit of an eyesore, but that's fine.

Beautiful historic venue and within 5 minutes walk of the Bart station on Powell! Sound was great. I started off standing in the lower section and other than having to meanuber to see around a couple of tall people I could see pretty well and it was nice being close to the artists. My feet and back were killing me after a couple hours of standing though so it was nice that the upper balcony (aside from the first 6 rows) were open seating. The view up there was great. Only removed a star due to high prices. $11-12 per alcoholic beverage and $4 for a Coke. There's no reason it should be that high!

We love going to concerts at the Warfield. Its amazing. If only the walls could talk Come early before the concert and look at all the events and performers who have played there. Big time history.

Awesome Historic Venue with one of the Best Tech crews in the World!

NEVER, EVER buy a general admission ticket to a show at this venue! I went with friends to see Judas Priest at this venue and we could not find a place to stand or sit to see the show! There were no seats available and everywhere we stood other patrons asked us to move or venue staff asked us to move. It was a HORRIBLE experience. I complained to management and the staff shuffled me out onto the street to "wait" for the house manager. I insisted to wait inside the venue for the house manager, but I was told that I needed to leave or I would be escorted out under duress. I feel that my rights were violated, and I was robbed by this venue. Go elsewhere if you want to have a no-hassle experience. The Warfield sucks.

If the facility is aware they have a sold out event on hand, there should be much better organization to get everybody in. This was the worst venue experience I have ever had. We were all in line, then some staff member decided to make another line halfway around the block in the back of the theatre with people rushing in different directions after waiting over an hour already to make a second entrance. Then the house supervisor interrupts the one merchandise booth talking to 1 of 2 guys running it with long lines of people. Ushers are not easily identifiable due to different clothing types worn. They could all at least were the same shirt or jacket. NOT a good experience last night.

Amazing historical venue, (in a shitty neighborhood unfortunately) staff is on point, great national acts, food, beer. Been going here since 88' the new remodel made every spot a great view with a bar nearby! Highly recommend for the bucket list.

My only issues with this venue is the incredibly small floor for general admission. For large crowd attracting bands you are literally crammed in like sardines with no room to move at all! Some of the security staff are very rude while others have been fair and some even nice. I get they have a serious job to do but being courteous and professional is also part of that job. Also they should not oversell general admission tickets just to make the extra money. I believe that while that's the risk you take especially at metal shows with moshing, pits, & crowdsurfing, that the patrons should also be able to be somewhat comfortable with some breathing room. Also more ventilation or fans would be nice as it's a sweat box when you're on the floor. I will gladly continue to come to this venue to see my favorite bands but I definitely see room for improvement in certain areas especially the general admission floor area directly in front of the stage!

Real nice staff and security. Building showing its age and locals are major Aholes. On ADA scale I give it a 6/10. The awesome security force and other staff make up difference. Overall better than many of venues I been to but not as good as others. Would recommend a better parking option than $40 and 3 blocks away.

Parking was horrible we had to park 3 blocks away and pay 50 for parking my seats when buying them said lower balcony which wasn't true we were 1 row from the top the show started late and lasted 1 hour if that either the seats are extremely small or im extremely big because me and the guy who sat next to me (a stranger) touched all night (very uncomfortable) and my hips where somewhat stuffed in the seats the only reason I gave 3 stars is because the front door staff was amazing polite, respectful, and helpful.

What a cool venue! Seen shows here for 20 years. Never disappointed.
