Pros: Room was in excellent condition and very clean. Right off freeway exit so quick to get to and from. Staff friendly and attentive. Cons: Wpuld have been nice to have eggs, potatoes or a breakfast meat available for breakfast. Only options were cereal, Apple's and oranges, waffles (which had a constant long line of people waiting to cook a waffle) and yogurt. No stores or restaurants within walking distance.

Check in was long wait on a Friday night, but it was well worth it! The rooms were newer, clean and modern. No smoke smell. Basic breakfast was free (cereal, waffles, toast, oatmeal, milk, juice, yogurt & fruit) I didn't mind since my kids don't eat anything else than this. I highly recommend this place. About 15-20mins from universal studios with no traffic at all.

Cheap price, cheap looking rooms, breakfast was cheap … good to sleep and not much more… the help speaks very quite and can be hard to understand … but very nice… rooms could use an update… location is good for universal studios … and can be ok for beach goers … when the traffic is normal… over all ok. 2 and a half stars but I could only give 2 or 3… I decided it was closer to 2… …

Horrible service by the night manager. Would not let me check in early even when I said I'd pay the early check in fee, and still would not let me check in. When the day manager came on she said no problem let me check in and told me that the night manager should have let me check in. I'm never going back there again. I do not recommend.

I liked the rooms and the staff except the manager he over charged my card multiple times. Now that I am gone, he still is holding money on two different debit cards of mine. I left two days ago. I will never returm back here.

Staff was great. The room was clean, not spotless but clean. The bed spread has stains on it. But for the money, a good stay.

It was an unmemorable stop to get away from freeway gridlock on Good Friday. I was glad to have found it when I just decided I HAD to get off the freeway at the next exit, no matter what — especially since I had only gone 15 miles in the last hour plus. I lucked out with both a pool and spa, which in my mind would be the main reason to stay here. There's nothing like a spa at the end of a day of driving, or even before starting off in the morning. However, I seem to recall it wasn't open early enough for me to go in, in the morning. Breakfast was nothing special. This place was fine but it seems like I thought it a bit expensive for what and where it was. Maybe it was just my frame of mind at that moment in time though. Circumstances forced me to be on the road Easter weekend — not something I would normally choose to do.

Check in and out easy. No iron or ironing board in room. Room was clean.

This was an amazing experience! I wish I could personally delete every bad review against this place. It far exceeded every expectation I had. Im going to six flags and the location worked out perfectly 10 min drive. Check in and check out where very smooth and simple. Great customer service. Got our deposit back no problem. And I stole the fidge. Jk ahaha but seriously I was weary of all the bad reviews and wasnt even gonna go, but I am soooooooo glaaaaaaad I went! If I am ever in the area again. This is wear ill stay! Go travelodge! woop woop!

It's a great place for a quick stop and it's easy to check in! And out the rooms are quite nice it's perfect.

It's very nice, clean and the rooms are big. Free breakfast in the mornings. Great customer service. It was relaxing and a great place to stay.

Nice place. It is clean. There is a fridge and microwave and complimentary breakfast. My recommendation is to ask for a room NOT facing the highway or you wont get to sleep. I wrote this review at 230am when I was NOT sleeping. The room was nice, only 3 stats due to noise.

My family enjoy stand now and had a wonderful time. The rooms were Great.

Overall decent, staff was very to the point with us, no lollygagging and chatter. The bed was alright and they only gave us 1 towel for a room with a king size bed. I was able to sleep there, and they had a limited breakfast for me.

My 94 yr old daddy and I stayed at you hotel for 24 days while visiting family. The staff were friendly and quite accommodating. The room was clean and we enjoyed our time. Thanks for letting us sleep in.

I didn't have a chance to let house keeping clean up after my room, but I'm sure they do a fantastic job. Customer service was pretty good. The reason it's lacking it's last star, is the following: -Air conditioner looks like it was made and installed in the 80's. Operated well, just gave off the "old, run down" vibe -No elevator. So if you're staying on the 3rd floor, and have lots of bags, be prepared to walk and get a workout in -Customer service behind the counter could be a little better. Gentleman didn't talk too much, kind of had the "I'm only hear because I have to be" vibe. Other than that, it was exactly what you'd imagine an LA hotel for the price you paid for, would be.

I booked a room for 2 nights this past weekend and only stayed for one night due to my sister waking up with bumps on her arms which I believe were from bed bugs. I spoke with the manager over the phone to try and get a refund for the night that we didn’t stay and he was very rude and yelling at me over the phone saying I was making false accusations and didn’t care that I have pictures. My mistake was not reading the reviews before I made reservations here. Save your money and go somewhere else. I definitely do not recommend anyone to stay here.

The room that I had was very clean and up to date. I was especially surprised because it was affordable. My stay overall was fantastic and I highly recommend getting a room there if you need a place to stay for the night.

Travelodge was excellent and all but just one minor discrepancy with their water pressure. It didn't really spout all that much water. Other than that great service and a comfortable stay.

Front staff was nice when called to confirm had large parking area for truck and trailer. Plenty of parking and good hotel if you like to have room near your car, truck, or motorcycle. Hotel had outside balcony door entry to rooms. Not safest set up, but typical of Motel style. Hallway and elevator very warm. Hotel front desk area and common area very sparse. Pretty clean but some rough spots in common areas. You can see outside daylight through room door seal. Room is clean. Bathroom sparse also. Nowhere to hang wet towels, one bar soap, and shower curtain smells a bit musty. Very good location for quick access off freeway. Good parking. Nice staff. Rooms clean. Not fancy but gets the job done. Good hotel, for the basic needs.

The room was very nice. The Wi-Fi was great. Breakfast as waffles, fruit, toast, oatmeal, coffee and juice. There 50/50 chance your room will face the highway. And if your room faces the highway, bring earplugs, because it's very loud at night!

The place was more than ideal to stay. Everything was up to date, and the floors, walls, and utilities were spotless! I needed to stay for a week and a half, without me knowing, so I had to move to a different room, and like I said EVERYTHING was clean when I was granted it. Thanks to the staff for always providing the room service, it makes the place feel like home! Did I mention they have Wi-Fi, awesome breakfast and a pool!

Very Clean & comfortable rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast and pool/ hot tub. Check out time is a bit early but they were nice enough to allow us a late check out, needs more roll away beds. The only other recommendation I would give is to add safes to the rooms. They worked very hard to meet all of our needs right away. Overall a great place to stay and the price is reasonable. I will go back again & recommend to others. Thank you for a nice couple of nights and mornings. See you next time.

Easy to access from. I-5. Rooms are OK for the price, clean and not much noice from neighbours. The continental breakfast is basic, but for us it was OK. Bread, cereal, voffels, juice, fruit. The pool was great. The staff was helpful and friendly.

From my experiense and opinion, pictures online are deceiving. Carpets need major cleaning, rubbed my feet and knees on the floor… complete black. Rates are as high as great quality hotels. To all previous reviewers, you did me no justice.

Hotel room was spacious and bathroom was clean. Free Wi-Fi. Carpet in room had sticky stuff all over. TV remote was missing so we couldn't change the channel. Blankets had some holes. AC worked quickly, but might be too loud for a light sleeper. Free breakfast was basic, but edible though they didn't keep it very clean. Non-smoking hotel for all rooms, which was nice for us. Wouldn't stay again unless it was a really good deal.

Friendly, clean, and easy check-in and out. There was some parking lot construction going on at the time, which somewhat interfered with how late we could sleep in. Overall the experience was pleasant.

Room was above average quality considering the immediate area. Clean room with good AC and shower. Service was pleasant and Wi-Fi got the job done. Breakfast was subpar; if you're looking for a health conscious option look elsewhere. Stair access was only on one side of the building so if you park on the far side your have to backtrack to the lobby to use the elevator. Overall a positive experience.

Hotel very clean and comfortable. Only disappointment was hotel is located right off freeway which is great; however if your room is located on freeway side, it is very noisy. Hotel staff was very accommodating and they located me to otherside of hotel.

I didn't stay the staff was rude and it didn't feel safe or clean. Right off the highway.

I stayed at this Hotel the night before my surgery in LA, it was super clean and the beds were amazing instead of being nervous for my surgery I was able to relax and rest peacefully all night long… I will definitely stay at a travel lodge again especially this one :-) thank you very much for making my experience awesome.

No substantial complaints about this one, except there was a chair in our room with a large white stain. We were happy to find this place though. The price was right and the staff was friendly.

Clean and comfortable. Pillows and breakfast left a bit too be desired, but overall a good experience staying here!
