Great rooms, service and excellent food / drinks!

I just came to poop. Restrooms are very nice. I think the guy in the stall next to me was smoking haroin but other than that, it's pretty darn clean.

We were flying out of Burbank after a quick trip to visit family nearby. Booked the night befote our flight at this hotel and even with covid restrictions they were amazing! Thank you for the excellent service and taking such good care of us. We really appreciated the alternate amenities since the concierge lounge was closed. The food at the resturaunt was amazing, our server was excellent and helped us choose the perfect dinner.

Good location and easy in and out. Wish customer service here was better but having stayed here 25 times in 10 years, I still keep coming back.

From okay hotel to absolutely the worst. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE UNLESS YOU WANT COVID-19!
First of all-GARETH COOK-the front desk supervisor is absolutely terrible at his job. I could have a toddler in his position better run that hotel! Secondly-youll be woken up EVERY NIGHT by some extremely loud fire alarm that they cannot seem to fix Thirdly-you will pay for parking but theyre so disorganized theyll still threaten/tow your car! What kinda zoo are you guys running their!? If it wasn’t for the proximity to the airport you guys wouldnt have such loyal customers… and you know this!

I called the property last week to ask what safety precautions and asked about the pool. They told me that they did not have the two hour limit reservations at this location because it has been empty. I was also told that people lounging are supposed to wear masks. Okay great… I thought. I have stayed at the Fisherman’s Wharf San Francisco last month with Family. We felt safe there. That location practiced and followed the rules. I was expecting the same if with every Marriotts. Checked in yesterday, the pool was packed with people. Patrons were walking around the hotel without masks. I am so disappointed at my stay here during covid. The pool had zero distancing. The kids and I were in the elevator when a group of people WITHOUT MASKS tried to come inside. I told them to get the next one elevator. The guests called us "those people that are paranoid. " Now, I had two kids with me that wanted to swim. I couldn't let them. It was a scary view! There were people walking around without masks on around the hotel. I was so confused! I called management and spoke to Garrett yesterday. I was told they were allowed 51 capacity in their small pool and was allowed by the city. Their pool at Burbank is tiny, come on now. He said there was security checking it, there was NONE. Nobody was enforcing anything. I understand it is long weekend but please follow have the guest wear mask in the elevator or walking around the second tower.

Enjoyable night. I do dislike that nearly every hotel charges for parking. You can't really escape paying for parking, given the lack of free parking around the area. It's surprisingly quiet give it's proximity to Burbank Airport.

Hard place to find and had to park across the street at strip mall to cheat parking.

The EDB was the BEST. They totally saved my first night after the Daily Grill bar ignored me for an hour… the service I had at EDB made everything worthwhile — I also want to compliment whoever designed the convention center womens restroom… the FIRST time since I've been handicapped that the accessible bathroom wasn't the furthest from the door… how lovely to be able to get to and from without reaching all of my steps for the day. Bravo!

Attended Anime California 2018. Standard typical airport Marriott nothing fancy or outstanding about it. I walked to/from the airport with luggage. Property grounds are nice but the rooms are aging. The curtains in my room were shredded and looked like Wolverine was the last guest before me which went the full width of the window. For the price you're paying for convenience of the attached convention center and airport accessibility. The coffee bar in the lobby serves alcohol at night which allowed me to get hammered for 3 nights.

Whenever I go to a convention, I stay @ the Marriott Burbank Hotel. The staff are very COURTEOUS & PROFESSIONAL (Some even recognize Me & welcome Me Back! (Having been an Assistant Hotel Manager as well as a Food & Bev Director in "Old Vegas", I know what to look for in Customer Service & Food Quality! ) The rooms are always CLEAN and ORGANIZED! I always have an EXCELLENT meal @ The Daily Grill — The meals are always prepared & presented well & the waitstaff are very Professional & Courteous! The housekeeping crew are very polite & efficient in their job! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Marriott Burbank to stay!

Very nice hotel. Great service. Stayed as part if Universal Studios partner program. The free park shuttle works exactly as planned. Will save you $25 per day in parking costs. Seating is limited so you do need to reserve a seat. Would readily stay here again.

The room was extremely clean as well as the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. Once you lay down you won't want to get up. It also has a coffee maker the room. Which was nice I didn't have to go to the lobby to order one.

Very nice lobby and downstairs area. Excellent food and wine at the on-site restaurant for dinner, I didn't like what I had for breakfast though. Check-in was easy and fast. After seeing my room I asked if they could provide me another room and unfortunately they were oversold so that wasn't an option. My room was on the 3rd floor right in front of the elevator which I didn't like, luckily I didn't hear a bunch of noise all night. The room itself was very small and plain — minimal amenities and decor — it felt more like a 2 star hotel. The toilet wouldn't completely flush and the lighting in the bathroom wasn't great. I didn't have a restful sleep unfortunately but I can't necessarily blame that on the Marriott. The good news is that the hotel was close to where I needed to be in the morning and it was only for a night. Valet parking was $26 and stuff parking I think is $21. Location is very close to Burbank airport.

Rooms were nice and clean as usual. As property is located near the airport, depending on the side you select, you will hear the jet noise. Being near the front if the building the bar produces good amount of social gathering and laughter. Otherwide, clean rooms with hospitable staff with great location for next day flightout is an ideal location.

Location is amazing, very close to Burbank Airport and 40 minutes away from Los Angeles International Airport. Parking is not free, $21/night for self and $26 for valet. Executive lounge is smaller than other Marriott. Breakfast buffet is just ok. You can order food from Daily Grill which located at walkable distance. On site open bar is the main attraction. This bar is busy and service is fast. You can enjoy some of great cocktails with flatbread pizza, sliders and taco. Selection of food is limited but good. Nice selection of beers and other beverages make it a must go place. I was upgraded to a suit. It’s spacious. Bathroom has room for improvements. Swimming pool is small but you can relax in little cabana there. Gym is good enough.

Mediocre hotel. Overnight parking is $26. Offers enough amenities to call itself a 4 star hotel, and the outside entrance has a nice outdoor bar lounge area. But the rooms are old, worn carpets and moldy caulking in the showers. We just wanted a place to crash to visit Universal, and it's only 15 min north of the Universal Studios park so the location is great. But save your money and go to a 3 star or less hotel if you are doing the theme parks, because these rooms are sad and not worth 4 star hotel prices. Below average for Marriott standards. Note to owners reply: Thank you for reading my review! You are a good manager to want to improve the hotel. If you replace the carpet, recaulk the showers, and replace the torn white day curtains in the rooms, this would greatly improve the experience and meet 4 star expectations.

Great location, great Decor, very upscale looking, very nice outside bar and pool. Very professional and attentive front check-in staff and very nicely appointed rooms. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice place, the rooms are average and clean, a little bare. There isn't a hot tub at our pool and you need to pay separately for parking… I would stay again. Shuttle to Universal studios.

Nice rooms and pleasant people working in the hotel. AC unit had an issue upon arriving to room, but I was quickly given a new room with working AC. Only complaint was the next door neighbors full of screaming (possibly unattended) kids as there was a big conference going on at the convention center that evening. Located conveniently across from Burbank Airport if you need access to transportation (plane, train, or rental cars).

Concierge lounge and tower are good. Restaurant is good. Convention center makes it busy and crowded often.

This is a great hotel to stay at. I stay here for business & pleasure periodically. I love the fact that it is clean, the staff is helpful and friendly and that restaurants and shops are local. The Burbank airport is across the street as well. The rooms are not soundproof though, when an event is going on you can hear people walking and talking in the hallways and in their rooms. This is usually the case with most hotels though… Hotel has access to many: workout room, Jacuzzi, pool, bar, restaurant, sometimes a buffet depending on reservation. A must!

Beautiful hotel. Checking in was a breeze. I got the best pizza there, and I don't like pizza, it was a Hawaiian with Alfredo sauce! Best food ever! I recommend this hotel highly. Quiet rooms with all the amenities plus outside dining.

Beautiful lobby, with very friendly staff. The room was good sized and the beds were very comfortable. I had a headache so I went to buy some bottled water and the front desk gave me 4 mini bottles for free. I look forward to my next stay here.

Having to have pick a friend up I got to see a good amount of how everything is. As far as what I could gather, they had taken excellent care of my friend during his short stay, parking was easy and the valet was very kind. Insanely soft beds.

A beautiful hotel with all the amenities, usually used for conferences so there is usually movement. Very comfortable rooms and all the facilities were very nice

We have stayed here twice, and we loved it each time. It is modern, very clean and was nicely decorated for Christmas (garland in the restaurant and trees in the lobby). But the five star is for the staff corrective action when we needed something. For example we needed a crib for our baby and they didn’t have any available when we arrived, but the next day early morning they knocked on our door with the crib. Will come back again.

We stayed two nights at their Concierge suites and we loved it. It was a perfect setting for a family of 4 with 2 little kids. Plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed complimentary breakfast and dessert, staff is nice and facility is in great condition and it was a perfect stay for our Universal Studio vacation. I highly recommend this hotel for families! As we stayed in December, we didn't use pools but it looks nice!

Hreat service, courteous staff, good quality room and bed. The one thing I wish they didn't do is charge for parking. You're already paying for the stay. It would be a nice courtesy. Other than that I think it's a great Hotel.

Great hotel. I was surprised when we arrived because it had "airport" in the name. This place has a great outdoor bar with fire places. Lovely lobby and staff. Nice indoor restaurant and great beds. Nicest airport hotel I've ever seen.

I was here for a meeting in their conference center. I thought the facilities were ample, and nice. The Continental breakfast service was a nice touch… Bagels, but no toaster is strange in my book though. Lunch at their restaurant later left something to be desired. The food received was not very good and several items needed to be sent back to the kitchen. Considering their menu prices we expected much more.

The food was nothing out of the world per was good. The service could be more attentive per in truth all is well.

This establishment is one of a kind! Me and my family stayed for a week while we Vacations in LA and Disney. The staff was more than helpful and friendly. The food and drinks were awesome and fairly priced. The pool was clean and had fresh towels. And don't get me started about the rooms. We all were very happy with the whole trip! Thank you for the amazing experience, we will be returning.

My experience was great! I have no complaints. From reserving the room online to checking in to checking out, the whole process was a breeze! The hotel staff was very accommodating to my requests. The rooms were clean and the bed extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Spent one night here on business before flying out on a morning flight from Burbank. Older hotel definitely showing it's age, but it's ok. Staff was great and area is very walkable. Rental car return was literally next door — very convenient. Airport shuttle worked out well. Internet was fine. Had trouble with many TV channels unavailable. Would definitely stay again for the location.

We had the best experience here! We had a trip to Universal Studios that I could have planned better. We got to the hotel around 930AM and they were actually able to check us in as they had the availability. We were even offered a lyft ride to Universal as the shuttle was booked. We had a nice view of the outside bar/grill that had fire pits going. We always pick Marriott hotels because they have the best mattresses! This location didn't disappoint. I also ordered room service around 10 PM and had their chicken pot pie which was more than enough for my nephew and me. It was delicious! The people at guest services, the guy near the door (inside) and the girl who brought up our dinner were all so nice and friendly. This has been my favorite Marriott stay so far! Also, everything was clean and more than enough towels! Super quiet area :)

I was attending an event there. The conference room was average. Registration areas were kind of small but, would be sufficient had the organizers (our own, not the hotel) better prepared for the amount of people attended. Restroom was clean and maintained. The venue was easily accessible from the parking lot.

Definitely enjoyed our stay here. All of the staff members we came across were quite friendly, knowledgeable, extra helpful, and courteous. Our rooms were kept clean and tidy thanks to the housekeeping staff — — they even organized our kids' mess of scattered toys neatly and adorably! Our only continual issue was with the room and parking key cards, which malfunctioned regularly, requiring repeat trips to the concierge desk. Apparently they have "demagnetization" issues which are made worse when stored near cell phones or credit cards. The staff reassured me they were getting a new system in place soon, so hopefully by our next visit that will be a thing of the past. Thanks, Marriott!

The hotel is across the street from the airport and has several amenities which include an outdoor bar, pools, gym, and lounge. Despite the location, the noise from the airport is minimal. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff seem friendly. There are a few restaurants and stores nearby within walking distance. I would consider staying here again.

This hotel is really nice. It made for a great space for the convention. It had nice AC and there was plenty of space. The only thing I didn't like about this place was the parking situation. It was a hassle to get out of the lot.

Very clean. The concierge service with some rooms is good. Breakfast and beverages at all times is good; the deserts and appetizers are very limited (2 to 3 items). Parking is decent. The shuttle service to universal is very bad. They fill up really quickly.

This hotel is literally right across the street from the Burbank Airport. Perfect for all Los Angeles destinations. Easy and relaxed Breakfast was good and oreding off the buffet was not a problem as I'm a Vegan. Rooms are spacious and clean. Safe is friendly and respectful.

So incredibly convenient to the Burbank airport! Great little swimming pool with comfy Cabana type couches. Wonderful attentive staff, room service, & general assistance.

Worry-free stay every time! Staff is so helpful. Great management because I've never ran into an issue here. If you're worried about the rooms being outdated, just ask for a room in the new tower. Gym is great too. Separate cardio room and weight room.

Good location! Easy to find, not too far away from Universal City Walk (shuttle service available) and the Bob Hope airport. Nice clean room and friendly staff.

My friend and I wanted to have a nice bite and relax by the pool. It was everything we set out to find. The staff was very nice and helpful and the amenities were very clean. We will definitely be going back.

Was at Marriott Burbank for a conference over the weekend — great location (across the street from airport) rooms are huge and well maintained, nice restaurant (inside and outside), great pool area, and for conferences, the rooms are good sized, near to each other, and it was easy to get where you needed to go. Plenty of places within walking distance for a quick bite, and both downtown Burbank and Universal Studios are nearby. Staff really pleasant and helpful. Some remodeling done since last year and it shows — really lovely facility.

I flew down to BUR yesterday morning. I had 2.5 hours until I boarded the Northbound Amtrak Coast Starlight. Walked over to the Marriott Burbank Airport, 10 — 12 minutes. Had breakfast at the Daily Grill. Eggs Benedict and a Bloody Mary. Both were delicious. Service and atmosphere were both outstanding. I have stayed at this hotel and is a great place to stay. I love Marriott Hotels. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone. After finishing breakfast, the Hotel Airport Shuttle took me to the Amtrak platform.

The hotel it's self was great. Clean and comfortable and beautiful lobby. People serving in the bar were great. The only complaints I have were that the valet guy was super rude to us when we went to check in. Also when we were leaving we were not aware that we were suppose to keep our room key to exit the lady at the gate basically yelled at us and told us why didn't you swipe your key and your suppose to keep it then called front desk and then said okay and let us through. When you pay 200 a night you should not have to deal with rude employees.

I've been coming to this Marriott every year in November for CTN and it's always been a good experience. The hotel has been excellent at providing services for the people attempting the convention. Every year CTN seems to keep getting bigger, maybe starting to outgrow the venue but so far it's still big enough. A plus for the location is how close it is from the Burbank airport and a few ok restaurants right across the street.

Where do I begin? From the rude staff to the very obvious undercooked chicken (did the blood all over the plate not alert you that the chicken was indeed still raw) this was the worst place I've ever stayed and I travel a lot. Overheard several hotel employees poking fun at paying guests including making crass jokes about a handicapped person who could hear everything they were saying. For the price I was paying to stay I would think I wouldn't get this kind of terrible service. Also I smelled burning wire my entire stay and alerted staff that I would like it looked into and was met with a audible sigh. Also… asked to be switched to another room and was told they were sold out all weekend.

Incredibly friendly staff — — front desk, housekeeping, and gift shop reps were very helpful and welcoming. The $6 Wi-Fi shouldn't be materially any different than the more expensive one, but it seems visits to YouTube etc. Are dropped unless you purchase the more expensive option. Not very cool. Alarm's a bit of a pain in the neck too, but there's always the option of the wakeup call. Regardless, the beds are comfortable, TV has lots of channels, there's a desk and chair, an in-room coffeemaker and a surprising amount of drawer space. And some rooms, if you're lucky, get a great view of the Burbank airport.

Convenient location, well appointed for business travel, and excellent service. My room air conditioner was not working and they very quickly checked on it and moved me to a new room.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Service in the restaurant was good, though my steak was a bit overcooked (still tasty).

Displaced by the Aliso gas leak… staying here for 2 days… they made me give them my credit card even though SoCal gas is covering it (the Westin didn't do that! ) … rooms are just so so… the beds are nice but the carpets are really stained (ugh! ) … funny smell everywhere… kind of dated? The bathroom toiletries are plentiful but smell NASTY! It's the first place I won't be taking them (I usually donate them to the homeless or women's shelter if I don't use them but not this time) … smells like really bad mens aftershave… gross! strange parking/valet situation… overpriced for having my car outside… Expected 4+ star accomodations… I travel a lot and this just isn't up to my standards… Ok maybe for a blah type of convention but definitely not a 4 star destination…

Proximity to the Burbank airport makes it very convenient. There aren't a whole lot of food options within walking distance. The room was fairly small with a king bed and a desk. It was a little tight get into the bed.

Had a very good experience staying here over the weekend. We were in town for the night to go to Halloween Horror Nights over at Universal. Robert was very helpful and friendly and even walked me across the parking lot to my room. The room was clean and very comfortable. It has a mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. We didn't get a chance to check out the breakfast the next morning but they had pastries, fruit, coffee, and cold cereals. Wi-Fi and parking are free. Universal is a quick walk or even quicker drive up the street. Will definitely be coming back!

Everyone from front desk, valets, maids, to bartender was welcoming and extremely helpful. Very pleasant stay here. I've referred and recommended many clients and staff here.

The building is nice and the place is very convenient. The service also is good. It has a swimming pool.

I really appreciate the details in this hotel, they are small details but it makes a big difference. The blankets have covers; I know most hotels don't wash their blankets so this made me very comfortable to sleep here. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are clean, and nicely decorated. The beds have little lights on the headboard for working from your bed at night. Or reading, or whatever. Great service, most anything you need just call. When I arrived, I was extremely irritated and tired and I could have been more pleasant with the staff but everyone was really nice to me anyway and they understood. There was a movie playing at the pool, which I thought was really cool; you could watch a movie on a huge projector while swimming and they have servers at the pool as well. If there is something wrong, they fix it. I bought the parking and shuttle package and the shuttle was full when I went down to get on and go to Universal Studios. The manager got me a taxi to and from at no charge and at the times I wanted. The details and customer service are what sets this hotel apart and I loved it here! Awesome hotel!

I recently stayed there for an Event, and I was pleased. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The whole place was clean. I enjoyed the outside sitting area. The pancakes were good too!

Upgraded to a suite for a same day check as a member of the A Club points program. Very nice.

Stayed for 2 nights here. Nothing stood out, but I didn't have have a bad experience at all (like some people).

My husband and I do not get to go out much due to our very busy schedules with work and family. However, my husband surprised me with a weekend away for my birthday in December. From the time that I phoned ahead to check for some special health arrangements that I needed, due to my chronic asthma and allergies, all the way to check out, two days later, our customer service was impeccable! We received red carpet treatment with a very very great rate! Steve, at the front desk bent over backwards to take care of our needs and impressed us with so many extras! The room was beautiful and very clean and comfortable! The rest of the staff also were very pleasant and personable. We will certainly be back! Thanks Guys.

Stayed here for four nights. Over priced for what it is. All hype. Im not picky either, but god. For a Marriot, there was no mini fridge! even holiday inn express have it. Employees were snobby judgmentmental people, exception were the valet guys and the young lady that worked the bar. Everyone else seems to have this elitist attitude bc its the Marriott. bed was uncomfortable, tossing and turning all night, couldn't get much rest the whole stay there.

This hotel is just average. It is super pricey — I'm ok that it is location priced. BUT, can you at least put a hair dryer and iron that works and of somewhat decent quality? The staff replaced the items very quickly, and were very kind. Hotel charges 21$ parking and some silly for internet — per laptop — per day. That being said, I travel often, and will not rebook this hotel until there is a convention here I am attending. Not a hotel to seek out. The room was extremely clean, large, spacey. Grounds are nicely landscaped.

Great experience overall! Comfy beds, convenient location and clean. One of the outdoor pools even has a large screen TV and played the movie Frozen at night. Family had a great time.

I had a nice stay here, the service was good friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable and tHe pool was relaxing. I didnt eat at the restaurant but it looked good. I did enjoy the starbucks at the bar in the morning. The only negative here was the very slippery shower, I got hurt here but they ere nice and gave us a discounted night as well as brought up a floor mat. Overall I would. Stay here. Again and recmend to a friend.

I think all reviews should start with a person rating their Pickiness Factor; mine is probably a 6/10, my husband is a solid 11/10, forgive him, he's an engineer;). We really enjoyed our one-night's stay at this Marriott. We'd had a mediocre stay at the Hampton Inn in Palmdale (we like the one in Lancaster and the other Hamptons we've stayed in before though) the previous few nights. This Marriott has very comfortable beds, nice amenities and decor. My favorite aspect was the Thann bathroom products. Using them before bed is like having an all-night aroma therapy session! We'll definitely stay there again.
