I can't believe I've never given a review here on FB for The Casitas! Tony & Pat know what they're doing. The service, food, and accommodations are excellent and complimented perfectly by the stunning grounds and gorgeous views surrounding The Casitas Estate. We spent our 25th anniversary at the Casitas of Arroyo Grande. It is a beautiful place to relax and unwind. We stayed in Cielo, the most private of the casitas which overlooks the pool and the beautiful valley. Room was comfortable, breakfast was DELICIOUS (served in our casita), and Tony and Pat were wonderful hosts. Cielo has a gas burning fireplace, is the most private of the casitas, a small shower only, and the largest room of the four casitas. The only thing that would prevent us from coming back was the cost (close to $400/night). When we have something special to celebrate, we will definitely be back!

Tony can cook a souffle! The views, the room, the hospitality, and most certainly the breakfast — everything was great. Absolutely loved our experience. Thanks for having us.

Great venue with attentive staff. Attended a wedding here and everything looked awesome. Only down side is limited parking, so most folks are shuttled in.

This place is pure perfection! My husband and I loved every bit of our stay here. Pat and Tony are so welcoming, breakfast was delicious and the views are breathtaking. The Casitas are a gem and we cannot wait to return.

We spent Easter weekend with our family at the Casitas. The breakfasts were amazing! We chilled by the pool playing bochie ball and enjoying the view. And the hosts gave us their full attention. I would highly recommend spending a long weekend at this beautiful B & B!

We attended the Arroyo Grande Strawberry Festival this year, which was a last minute trip decision. “The Casitas” popped up. At first I was hesitant staying at a B&B, but after reviewing the pictures on their website, I realized this isn’t your average B&B. We stayed at the “Cielo” casita which is a bit down the hill, bigger and more private. I must say that this was an amazing stay! I made reservations personally with the owner Tony, who then called me back to see if we would like to come by before the festival to see where our casita was located, great idea, since we planned on arriving late. He was also kind enough to email us a map, so that we wouldn’t get caught up with all road closing going on in town (extremely thoughtful). This was by far the most peaceful stay we have ever had, our children were included. The peace and serenity that you’ll experience, even if it’s just an overnight stay, is so worth the drive. Owners Pat and Tony are very welcoming, the breakfast amazing! We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this location. We plan on revisiting them back soon, Albert, Rafaela, Johnny, and Joseph Luis :).

We loved staying at the casitas! we hope to be back soon. Our stay was very friendly, tony and pat were great hosts, and we had a wonderful time. The grounds were amazing and the breakfast was great.

Tony and Pat set the Standard for B and B's! The surroundings and views are outstanding. The accommodations make one feel like it's a private villa. The service is even better. No request is unfilled. The quality of the food is the best of all.

What a spectacular venue Tony and Pat have created in Arroyo Grande. We stayed in the Sonrisa Casita for the weekend to celebrate our 37th anniversary and my birthday. Our casita was perfectly appointed and the separation of each casita means maximum privacy and quiet; we never heard a peep (except the sweet peeps of the nesting swallows as they fed their babies! ). The meals were incredible; hospitality unrivaled. The landscaping is just beautiful. The lap pool is comfortable and easily accessed. The views of neighboring farms and vineyards create an idyllic feel. Tony and Pat were the perfect combination of gracious, attentive hosts without being intrusive. And, omg. The beds are so comfortable! Tony gave us wonderful activity and dining suggestions, as well. As I told Pat when we left, this was our favorite B&B experience ever! The Casitas are well-located in the central coast with easy access to the many activities the area offers. We cannot wait to return.

Incredibly beautiful surroundings and views. We spent a fair amount of time just sitting on our porch enjoying the views, watching the hummingbirds sampling the day lilies and jacaranda blossoms. It has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. A great getaway. Thanks, Tony and Pat for your hospitality. Bob and Karin.

The Casitas reminded us of one of our stays in Tuscany. The setting and views are similar. Our room was complete with fireplace and fire each evening, refrigerator for our wine and cheese, and the bathroom was large with all of the amenities. Breakfast on the patio was superb, and our hosts Pat and Tony were helpful with restaurants to fit our tastes, place to visit which were unfamiliar to us, and tips on the wineries we should visit. This is a very special place, and worth every penny and more.

The Casitas is our special 'Getaway'. Lovely, Romantic, relaxing and FUN! This was our 3rd visit and we can't wait to go back! There is a good reason why EVERYONE rates this place 5 stars. Toni and Pat are the MOST wonderful Hosts. The property is gorgeous, on top of a hill with breathtaking views in the country, yet minutes away from SLO with every store, the beach and great restaurants. The best, our favorite. There are fantastic wineries 5 min away in every direction. One day we set out on a hiking trip which ended up being from the parking lot to the wine tasting room at Chamisol, one of our favorites. Ask for Patty. There is great hiking nearby. Perhaps next time. This visit we requested 'the chef' to prepare a gourmet meal, what a treat! Rochelle prepared and served us a very delicious meal the food was as wonderful as getting to know her, a warm wonderful interesting person. We chose to dine in the main house dining room while another couple chose a romantic setting in their private casitas. The pool\bocci court is down the hill with spectacular views, where I do Yoga in the mornings before our delicious gourmet breakfast is served. We generally choose to have our breakfast on our private patio overlooking the valley and field with horses. A recent addition is the vineyard, next to the pool area, the leaves were beautiful fall colors this visit. My husband likes to bring his telescope for star gazing as the night sky is amazing. We love The Casitas and Tony and Pat.

The Casitas is a wonderful place. I'm a wedding photographer and had the honor and privilege of photographing a wedding at the Casitas! No only is the venue beautiful, classy and unique, but Pat and Tony, the owners are two of the nicest and classiest people you will meet. They were helpful, respectful, fun and positive. They care about keeping their property top notch and the people that come to their beautiful bed and breakfast or wedding venue! Staying at the Casitas of Arroyo Grande was an absolutely enjoyable experience! I slept so well in the large, wonderful bed in the totally peaceful environment. The views from the room and the breakfast were cherries on the top of the wonderful room experience! I would highly recommend staying at this lavish, scenic bed and breakfast. The host, Tony, gave me an extensive tour of the grounds to relay to a friend for a possible wedding location. The grounds and the atmosphere would be a great location for a wedding and reception. Beautiful!
