Review of Studio 6 Suites Perris, CA 2*

This place is a joke. I booked a "Suite" for one night (Saturday) because my son had a baseball tournament. When I went to my room, I didn't find a suite but a small bed in a single room. No separate living area and bedroom like it shows in the pictures on the website. When I went back to the front desk to correct it, the brain dead person at the front desk (Kimberly) said they were out of suites and also out of rooms with even two beds. She offered nothing to correct it. She couldn't even spit out an "I am sorry". My son's game was about to start so I couldn't stay around to sort it out so I left and then called back. I asked to speak to a manager but there wasn't one on duty. Kimberly said the manager wouldn't be in until Sunday. I asked if she had the corporate number so I could actually speak to someone. She left me on hold for 15 minutes then gave me a number for somewhere that closed on Friday. After dealing with this incompetent fool I realize it wasn't just Kimberly's fault but a management issue. What kind of hotel would leave it in the hands of such an inept individual during the weekend? All this and I haven't even spent more than 1 minute in my room. When we finally came back to the room after the game, we got to listen to the sounds of dogs barking and kids running up and down the halls the rest of the night. The management obviously realizes there are bunch run down hotels in the area so they don't have to offer any service since they are the only game in town. If another hotel is 10 minutes further away, book it!
