Over priced and TV channels leave a lot to be desired. Crack heads walking around in the parking lot.

Great service! Considering that I always stay in resorts. The room was really chean, the breakfast was varied and warm. And had awesome service.

Great breakfast. Rooms decorated by your grandma. Nice TV. Staff is friendly. Pool is cool. Plus there is a work out area. No smoking throughout. And a PC in the lobby. Watch out for the locals. I would give a 4th star, but location is blah.

Vivola and Herman combs are at this hotel and when checked in the towels in the room had been used the spread on the bed was dirty. Hotel management would do nothing until night shift came in. They were truely rude.

Well our room had a terrible smell like old wet towels. The air was set to 67 degrees yet we were sweating all night. I had to ask for clean towels, more toilet paper and cups for coffee, drinks in general. The bathroom needs a serious upgrade. The toilet has major hard water stains. The shower had stains no drain plug not that I would’ve taken a bath anyway. The amount of money we paid to stay there was way too much for what our room was worth. We would’ve been better off at a homeless shelter. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone unless some serious upgrades are made!

Place is amazing, excellent customer service. Bed is comfy. ☕ coffee is yummy… soft pillows. I highly recommend this hotel. Price is good I just paid 80 dollars.

This place is pretty awful. I could overlook having to request amenities that usually come in hotel rooms such as a stopper for the bathtub, a bucket for ice, a coffee pot with cups and coffee, a working TV remote, etc. But I could not overlook the bugs in the room. They do get one extra star because the service was good and the breakfast was great!

Altho the people were friendly,. The room was not cleaned when we got there there was still a bar of soap in the shower and the towels were messed. We were told they were doing laundry they never came. On the 3rd floor I had brought back pizza and by later that night the whole room was covered in ants. We had a room with a jacuzzi tub so it wasn't cheap we booked 2 nights left after 1. Also only the far elevator worked and the hallways smelled really bad.

The first room that I had was very nice. I was very impressed by it. However the following day I was moved to a different room on the same floor because they had just found out someone had killed themself a week ago. My second room was not as nice of a room as my first one. There were ants in the room, shower curtain was torn off the rod, I was missing a soapdish, there was rust around the bathroom door frame, the rugs were dirty as well as the bed dust ruffle. All of the channels on my TV did not come in. I also couldn’t get volume on one channel. The customer service I received was excellent! The staff was friendly and helpful. They always said if I needed anything just let them know. Breakfast was very good! The food area and dining area where clean.

There such a good hotel that there always booked had some family stay here and they loved it So this would be my personal first choice if I needed a room by the way the guy behind the desk at night is polite and very helpful awsome guy.

The lobby is very nice, there is coffee & apples available to you, but the room isn't that great. It's dated, no flat screen TV, no cable, bathroom only has one sink, tub didn't drain that well, only one face cloth. There is a frig & microwave. There is s pool & exercise room (though small). For my short one night stay it served the purpose.

The shower tub did not drain properly, I stood in 4 inches of water while showering. The shower continued to turn hot then cold then stayed cold. Mold on the ceiling in the shower, probably because there was no fan ventilation in the bathroom. The skirt around the bed was filthy black on one side. Room service/cleaning did not refill items that were used… cups, bath soaps. Breakfast was always out of things… no eggs but did have bacon for 2 days, burnt coffee no cream or milk one day. Really. I stayed in this hotel when my mother passed, it was close to my mother's house. I changed rooms once thinking a new room would help, it didn't. My next room was no different. I finally moved to Holiday Inn Express, it was further away and much more comfortable and cleaner and less expensive. My sister stayed at the Best Western in Lake Elsinore and was very happy. Not much further than Perris.

Tldr: We made a huge mistake staying here. If your considering this place because its cheap or even local to your event, do NOT stay here. It will ruin your trip, you would have way better luck staying somewhere else. If I could go back and pick another hotel I would, even if it was a 10 min drive in the surrounding cities. I wish I would have read and listen to these reviews. This place is not even the most economical and has HORRIBLE service. It shouldn't even be considered a Hotel it's more in line with a Motel. The story: My husband wanted to splurge on our anniversary and go on a hot air balloon ride and stay in a "suite" at this nearby lodging. It was their most expensive room available so he was expecting the quality of the room to be what he'd paid for right? The pictures looked good enough. Wrong. We tried to ignore all the little things like all the stains on the curtains and carpet or how stuffy the room was, and focus on our trip and make the best of it but all these little things kept adding up. The patio light was out. (So our plans on eating a romantic dinner on the patio was spoiled. ) The AC and the heat didn't work and there were plug in heaters in the rooms. They claimed free Wi-Fi but the single was so weak it would kick you off of it. The TV would auto dim and matter what settings we changed, watching a movie was a nightmare having to pause every 3 mins because it would get to dark to see. Worst of all was the restroom.

Staff was amazing very pleasant. Besides the nice big TV the room wasn't the best. Ants in the room and AC wouldn't stay running.

Large clean rooms, good service and good breakfast.

It is clean and reasonably safe. That's the only thing it has going for it. Elevator is broken. Pool is closed. Key card fails daily. Air conditioner sounds like a dump truck. The free breakfast is worth every penny. Wifi is useless, too slow with constant disconnects.

Staff was friendly, room was comfortable and pet friendly. Only issue was a thud sound between bedroom and bathroom wall. Reported it to maintenance, but nothing was done. It made it hard to fall asleep and woke us up several times. We were there eight nights.

Very nice room and amenities. Pool and Whirlpool were nice. Breakfast options were very carb laden but good. Coffee sucks!

Hey it's the only hotel in Corona… I try not to imagine what goes on in a small towns only hotel but the suspicious bathtub sits looming in the modestly clean restroom and I long for flip-flops. The tub is chipped… It's stained. It's oddly damaged in ways only a idle chainsaw could reasonably make. The room has what I believe to be the world's most uncomfortable couch. It looks to be from the mid 90s and with out exaggeration it is a remarkably well preserved example of the worst hotel furniture ever conceived by man. The bed is made with a military precision I have rarely seen. The balcony is filthy and in no way a part of the cleaning routine for this room. If you need a really well folded bed corner and somewhere to sleep it off in Corona California. Look no further and don't look to close when you get here.

Was a decent hotel but someone threw up in the vending area on second for and staff there did not clean it up until noon the next day and by that time the smell had filled the hallways on the entire floor. Disgusting to say the least. Continental Breakfast anyone? I think I'll pass.

Front desk was very friendly always a plus after a drive! Front entrance clean! Lobby very welcoming and clean! Halls to rooms on first floor very clean! Our room was very clean! We sleep very well! Breakfast was stocked very well all food was hot room was clean all equipment was clean the staff was very pleasant and friendly that put out the food! Rooms need a fresh coat paint and updated would be my only suggestion but YES I would stay again!

Customer service is okay. Was told the back door was broken so we could only use the front entrance (faaaar from our room) but when we checked the back door, it was working perfectly fine. Rooms were nicer, and were cleaned well. Continental breakfast good (waffle maker, cereal, breads, yogurt, coffee, juice).

The beds are very comfortable and it is convenient for all our sport tournament stays. The breakfast is always fresh and good.

This place hasn't been the most pleasant. I won't ever stay here again and I most definitely will not recommend it to anyone I know. Every day since I've been here one thing after the next is breaking they weren't stalked up and no apologizes have been given. Worst experience by far!

The customer service was terrible. They were under staffed so they did not clean any of the guest rooms, did not have any towels, blankets or pillows. They put 4 people in one room with only one bed with no extra blankets or pillows. Another did not have locks on it. I do not recommend this hotel.

Skydivers wanna do it nice? I've tried all the accommodation that is practically possible for a Perris trip. Tents, cheap hotels a half hour drive away, share houses, Air BnB. This gives you a really nice place to rest your bones.

There were no surprises in my stay. The room and the ambiance was not elite but neither am I. I just needed a simple station to gather thoughts and work out my eulogy that I planned for a dear old friend. The fact was I gave it alter that day but the motel was a safe base to sooth a very emotional event. Even if the stay was for a vaction it would have been a great deal. I shall return.

The hotel was pretty clean. Our room had a funny odor at 1st, but it disappeared shortly. The ice machine was broke, but the front desk was helpful, and bought ice to give to guests as needed. I would stay again.

Not what I expected in a Red Lion Inn, very noisy in the room due to the plumbing and bugs or fleas in the bed. I complained about the noise and, they moved us to another room and again felt something biting. The breakfast was not much better than a continental breakfast.

Nice and close to the freeway exit. Great breakfast; better than the usual Continental offering at so many places. Only annoyances were: — flashing Message light on phones — noisy fan when the light is turned on in the bathroom.

Loved the whirlpool tub. Great for a honeymoon night, Valentine's Day, or just a romantic getaway. Don't forget the rose petals to put in the water. The bed was very comfortable. In the morning there is breakfast. You do have to go down to the first floor to get it, but can take it back to your room. I got to choose between waffles, eggs, bacon, cereal, juices, coffee… Did I say choose? Try them all. If the television reception was good I would have given it 5 stars. Don't count on watching t. V. Here. They need to get an antenna and Netflix.

Location was nice and felt safe in a rough looking area. Employees were attentive and genuinely nice. Room was nice although A/C was not really doing anything, kinda warm.

This place is a joke. I booked a "Suite" for one night (Saturday) because my son had a baseball tournament. When I went to my room, I didn't find a suite but a small bed in a single room. No separate living area and bedroom like it shows in the pictures on the website. When I went back to the front desk to correct it, the brain dead person at the front desk (Kimberly) said they were out of suites and also out of rooms with even two beds. She offered nothing to correct it. She couldn't even spit out an "I am sorry". My son's game was about to start so I couldn't stay around to sort it out so I left and then called back. I asked to speak to a manager but there wasn't one on duty. Kimberly said the manager wouldn't be in until Sunday. I asked if she had the corporate number so I could actually speak to someone. She left me on hold for 15 minutes then gave me a number for somewhere that closed on Friday. After dealing with this incompetent fool I realize it wasn't just Kimberly's fault but a management issue. What kind of hotel would leave it in the hands of such an inept individual during the weekend? All this and I haven't even spent more than 1 minute in my room. When we finally came back to the room after the game, we got to listen to the sounds of dogs barking and kids running up and down the halls the rest of the night. The management obviously realizes there are bunch run down hotels in the area so they don't have to offer any service since they are the only game in town.

Overpriced for area. Not worth it.

X-lent stay! Everyone was so nice & helpful! Very clean& quiet! Great breakfast! Just around the corner was a great place to eat called " gus Jr. So much food& x-lent! Plan on getting one meal & split it! Loved perris, ca!

The hotel was clean, well kept, and modern (not outdated at all). The beds and pillows were soft (not Hilton status, but still nice and cozy). Everything was just very nice. Breakfast was tasty and filling, had pretty much everything you really needed. The free Wifi was strong and worked well for me. It kind of went on and off on my phone, but my laptop had no issues. The pool and jacuzzi was clean and an appropriate temperature (I didn't go in it, but my friends did and they had a good time). The only complaint I have is that the gym was horrible and terribly lame. It had 4 machines. One elliptical, one treadmill, and two bikes. No weights at all, which is literally the only thing I needed, but a pulley machine and an adjustable bench would have been nice to have, too. So, I got no workouts in while I was there, which was a big disappointment. Overall great hotel, but seriously, in this day and age, a good gym is a must for a hotel that charges over $100 a night!

Clean rooms, great coffee, nice hot tub, yummy BIG breakfast and very accommodating front desk. Love this place!

Breakfast is pretty good, love the Jacuzzi the pool is very small only 5 feet, reason I didn't give it five starts is because the cable here suck! U have a basic package of 22 channels and that varies from room to room also the internet is super slow and u won't be able to connect to it in every room. Other than that The employees are nice and I've enjoyed my stay so far! :)

High quality facility. Comfortable bed down comforter clean and excellent decor, Plus an Amazing breakfast! I recomend this place. Feels like a vacation.
