Everything about this hotel screams screw you. Unhelpful staff. Ridiculous price gouging. Unreasonable cancellation policy. Would never stay here and now am an anti Marriott as well.

So great. Beds comfortable. Good pool and hot tub.

No breakfast. The thermostats in each room are impossible to use. They advise they have suits with two bedroom and baths and one of the baths is not in the bedroom. It is a good location.

Place is a timeshare. They will say it isn’t. Total timeshare feel. It’s not full service hotel. Disappointing.

Stayed there Christmas Eve to spend intimate time with family to celebrate the festivity, like I always do every year! I’ve broiled at different hotels and always stayed in suites in the past and we had the best time! This year was no different, we checked in at 4pm, hardly any cars in the parking lot, checked the Large 2-bedroom suite and arranged the food so when the kids came over, the food is ready! First of all, the master’s bedroom’s bath tub was half full of water! Whoever cleaned or used it, didn’t drain it! But it was okay because we weren’t planning in using the tub anyway. My husband drained the tub (I captured that on video) Second, when two of my kids came in at 6pm, we sat on the table and they started eating! We were talking and exchanging jokes, laughing when all of a sudden, there was a big thug (3x) from under us (we were on the 3rd floor, at the very corner, room 3059). We were wondering what that was… it couldn’t be because we were laughing loud, could it? But it was only 6pm? So I asked the hubby to call the receptionist and check what it was! Finally, the rest of the kids and my grandson came — a total of 8 adults and my 5-yr old grandson and we started playing games (like we do every year) after they had dinner. As a tradition, we usually play games until midnight… then we open gifts at midnight… then we go to bed… never got any complaints from any of the places I’ve booked in the past — and that was pre-COVID!

Location, staff, comfort. Just booked a return trip; absolutely cannot wait.

Had one of the best breakfasts I have had in Napa at the Bank. Lobster omelet so good.

First rate service and attentive staff.

The friendly reception by the valets; the smiling greetings by the front desk personnel and the overall welcoming atmosphere… are just the few I could say at the top of my head.

Can’t say enough good things about the Westin Versa in Napa. My family sought refuge here during the Kincade fire. The staff was amazing! Very compassionate towards our situation. The suites were large and comfortable for our 3 kids and dog. The pool was a welcome distraction and the closeness to OxBow and great food was a welcome bonus. Hoping the next time we visit will be under better circumstances.

Really nice classy relaxed place. Lobby is great you can hang out at the bar. They also have a restaurant. We had a nice server named Jessica. She was excellent. Very attentive and funny. Came here for. Y birthday and we sat outside. Very nice weather with a nice starry night view while dining out. Planning on staying here next year for when we go to the wine train. Highly recommend this place. "let's get rid of that evidence" — jessica. As she takes away the murdered remains of your meal. Haha :)

Update: Brought a case to Marriot. Didn’t go anywhere. They said the General Manager said “evidence was found. ” Evidence which was likely planted by the cleaning staff and a picture of the “evidence” of it was sent to me when I was on a plane leaving Napa. Since I checked in under Military Discount they likely knew I didn’t have a lawyer on speed dial to fight it. Charged for smoking in the room when I and the wife didn't. Spent three days there, with two room cleanings, and they wait until I've checked out and am at the airport to email, not call, me about the charge for $250. Multiple emails back and forth, got nowhere with someone in the manager chain. Tried to call, no answers and one "let me get your number to call you later. " Meanwhile, charge is already on my card within 4 hours of leaving. My word versus the cleaning ladies, so I guess they win every time when I am not there to defend myself. I hear this is a new trend happening in hotels when a room needs a good deep cleaning they find a way to charge the customer. Explains why our room got “upgraded for free. ” Great way to spend the 10th Wedding Anniversary… to get treated like this.

Beautiful lounge and pool space. Loved the outdoor fire feature. What a cozy place for a drink outside the bar.

Great atmosphere! Super nice and accommodating staff. Great food and very relaxing. Even the other guests were great. I highly recommend them on your stay in Napa.

Loved the room and the staff was excellent. The property is in a perfect location. My only problem is, I am still missing rewards points that are owed to me. I understand Starwood is now Marriott but they should know the rewards program. I’m still waiting.

We held a conference at this hotel. I’m going to say I was not impressed with how they dealt with us for the conference portion of our stay. We had many difficulties with our dealings. Our guests were given a hard time as well. Overall I would not hold a conference at this hotel again. That being said, the hotel staff was great — very friendly and great service. The food was excellent and Ken Frank from La Toque was more than accommodating to us. My issue was with the conference side of things. I didn’t feel we received the value and we were obviously not important to the hotel at all. I’m sure there are other hotels that would love to have a group of people stay for 3 nights. Just not this one.

Very convenient to downtown and wineries. All experiences have been good except for food. Long wait times and food quality has been not worth the price. Service maybe lacking due to service fee already included in price. Clean rooms and always comfy bedding.

Great location, and the hotel is pretty amazing. Dinner at the bar Cafe was awesome. The grilled peppers and Cubano burger were worth the trip.

Beautiful hotel! The grounds were picturesque and the service was amazing. Great food was within walking distance. They even offer shuttle service to the many restaurants surrounding the hotel. No need to find parking either, the have complimentary valet.

A very nice hotel and in a central location making it a great place to stay when visiting Napa's wine country. It is relatively new and have all the high end amenities you'd expect from a Westin and more. The hotel is also next to the Napa Valley Wine Train station so if you're doing that it's perfect. We didn't but it seems popular. Within a short walking distance is a big gourmet market that has many wine vendors inside and is a very nice place to do lunch or buy gifts. The hotel also host free tastings of their own by inviting local wine vendors to their lobby. We also enjoyed the evening activities at the hotel bar.

Wonderful property with a Michelin Star restaurant on site! Delightful free wine tasting and heated salt water pool pushed it over the top. Walking distance to public market and downtown Napa also makes it a great choice. Up to date rooms with vaulted ceilings, this property probably have the best rooms in Napa.

Very bad experience with this hotel. We already pay guarantee of our card they charge two time. Money already detected from my card they said that your card declined and call the security card that our card is decilned first we pay cash then we can go. We are a big travel agent in India. We never send ny customers to this hotel with worst experience with this hotel.

Good location near the wine train and new Oxbow area. Other than though the location does not have much to offer. Hotel is very nice on the inside and the rooms are great.

The napa valley jazz getaway is a great event. Amazing wineries pouring great wine. Music is upbeat. And everyone having a great time. The Westin? Outstanding. The staff helpful, from the outside to the. Clean up staff. Thank you for a great experience.

This is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at in the U. S. The staff was very attentive and checkin was a breeze the valet is free and very prompt and it’s within walking distance of the oxbow market in downtown Napa! Highly recommend this hotel. With the La Toque restaurant on the premises its worth the stay!

Great service and rooms! The whole place was amazing. If I return to Napa, I will most definitely stay here at the Westin again. Although the pool food was a bit upsetting. I didn't deduct any points because I didn't go to Napa looking for pool food.

I love the Westin and try to stay at one wherever I travel to. This particular facility is beautiful, great views from the rooms and wonderful amenities. The saltwater pool and hot tub are a must visit. Beware, getting an Uber to SFO from here is a pain. I got turned down by 2 drivers before someone finally agreed to take me, and I wasn't the only guest this happened to. Something to keep in mind.

I am disappointed with this hotel from my experience while working on fire restoration of Napa. They raised the rates by about $200 per room to be around $500 because they knew companies would be paying and not tourists/travelers. This was disappointing. Second, the breakfast didn't start till 7:30, when most hotels have it at 6:00. It's hard to enjoy breakfast when work starts earlier. The breakfast is also not that good considering that they were charging $500 per room. I've been in $200 per room hotels and the breakfasts are hot and plenty of good food, not a continental breakfast… The hotel was nice though, very fancy and the rooms were great. I didn't have any issues with the staff and also enjoyed the $5 coupon for drinks and food for forgoing housecleaning.

Was invited to a professional event at the Westin. Had a wonderful experience all around, especially with the Michelin star restaurant. The general manager and staff were passionate to provide a high quality service. I highly recommend booking at this establishment!

I'll share on the following points 1. Rooms 2. Amenities 3. Staff 4. Food 5. Location 1. The rooms, of which I saw 3 different floor plans (mine and two co-workers), were all spacious, clean, and well designed. The floor plan in my room had a ton of extra space in the bedroom and bathroom. On top of all the space, it came equipped with a full kitchen and office supplies to work out comfortably for a week. 2. Pool, jacuzzi, spa, gym, and full bar with cafe and separate restaurant. All were top notch and served a high end clientele. We spent considerable time in the bar, a shorter amount of time in the pool, and far less time in the gym, but that's to be expected in Napa. 3. The staff was the best part of the entire trip. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful. Each interaction was left feeling like they were there to make us feel comforted and at ease. There was also none that gave us the sorry, that's not my job attitude. It was a total team effort and it was felt from the front desk to the room service staff. 4. Food, the food was good. It was a little pricey and the service time was not always the most prompt, but the wait and bar staff more than made up for it with their conversation and etiquette. There was a free wine tasting happy hour all 4 nights we were there from 5-7pm, each hosted by a different winery. It was absolutely delightful. 5. Location, it was central to everything.

One amazing hotel. Our room was not ready so the very nice lady at the from counter ungraded is to a king suite. The room was out of this world. We are Westin fans now. Great place. Thank you so so much.

First. There are no snacks in the room. That’s the only hotel I’ve stayed that has nothing but water and coffee in the room. OK! Then, I decide to order room service. I ordered a salmon with “seasonal veggies. ” Then I asked them, what kind of veggies came with the salmon, and the person replied: “Oh, just some… seasonal veggies. ” Then, the food arrive (WITHOUT A TRAY) with the server awkwardly looking at me holding a plate with his hands (! ) then there was, my salmon with TOAST AND BACON! Oh yeah, and some veggies (aka arugula). I called them back and asked why did my salmon with seasonal veggies had arrived on a piece of toast with bacon and arugula. And he said: oh yeah, that’s how it’s served actually … really? So, in California toast and bacon are considered vegetables? Good to know.

Had a great time on a girls weekend getaway here at the Westin. The staff were awesome. The suite room was spacious and had 2 bathrooms. Hot tub outside was huge. The hotel location was very close to town and near by food options.

Had dinner at la toque. One of the best experiences I've ever had. Amazing tasting menu with expert wine pairings.

Visited the cafe for Sunday brunch, loved it. The food was excellent, the staff was friendly and attentive. I had the Dungeness Crab omelette, it was spectacular.

Room service dining experience: After an hour 1/2 of not getting my food they call me back to tell me they forgot to put my order in. Once the food got here only half of it was delivered. Then the other half they delivered later was totally the wrong food from what I ordered. This is the 3rd time they will be delivering food to my room for one simple order 2.5 hours ago. Totally different experience this morning which was very fast and correct.

We are SPG gold members and this was our first trip to Napa. Our stay was excellent! We loved having so many things within walking distance! Loved the room with kitchenette as we have protein shakes for breakfast it was very convenient! Loved the pool! Only recommendation would be the cooling towels in the fitness room be moist as they stay cool longer! Wish we were able to stay longer as we did not have enough time here!

Westin Napa was exactly what we'd hoped for — — well-situated and well-appointed for a weekend of wine tasting. Our room was clean, spacious, and enjoyed a view of the river. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, making it easy to catch up on some z's. The complimentary afternoon wine tasting is a nice perk, but the hidden gem is the concierge — — Royce Ann was exceptional, and put together a perfect itinerary for us. It's no surprise she's an award-winning wine country host!

The staff is this hotel's greatest asset. They really made me feel like their most valued guest. With every contact I was addressed by my name. I reserved a standard room and was upgraded to a suite. My stay at the Westin Verasa was awesome.

The hotel itself is beautiful, and the location is great. We were, however, disappointed in the service in the restaurant at breakfast. On two consecutive days, we waited for 15 minutes for coffee and service. Watching the servers standing around chatting instead of helping customers added to our frustration. The staff was unapologetic for our wait. We were almost late to our wine tasting appointment because of the slow, inattentive service. I expect better from a Westin property. It's a shame the restaurant cannot get it together because the hotel is very nice. The adjoining restaurant, La Toque, was outstanding.

Loved my stay. Chose the hotel because I'm traveling with my fur child. Hotel staff is very friendly. Suite was very spacious. Not sure if it was the abundance of wine from touring, but I slept like the dead. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel is close to the wine train and shopping.

While the facility is of high quality and the rooms are quite nice I was not impressed with the restaurant or food service. I had to call twice for a room service order that took 2.5 hours to deliver. They claimed they had lost the order and offered to comp it. When the order finally arrived an hour after the second call (They promise delivery within 30 minutes. ) the staff had not been told that the meal would be comped and expected me to sign for the full amount. I refused. At the restaurant for breakfast our meals took a long time to be delivered, they were often missing items, and beverage service was slow. Our waiter was quite scarce, maybe because we were sitting outside, and it took a long time to get the check. This behavior was consistent across multiple days of our visit. Small points: One of the phones in our suite was not working. The valet service was excellent. The location is very convenient to reach downtown Napa (walking distance).

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for 2 nights at the Westin in Napa. All 4 of us really enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying there to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway. We ate at the conjoined restaurant La Toque, which was convenient but not very memorable of a meal, and it's on the more expensive side. It was a good experience but I don't think I'll eat there again. The hotel offers free wine at happy hour between 5-7pm. And free valet service! Two very nice perks!

Third visit to this lovely hotel for a birthday celebration weekend. The location is perfect, and the hotel itself has excellent amenities. The two bedroom-suite is well-appointed, except ours didn't have the game console for some reason. The check-in process was smooth except that there was no porter available when we checked in, but we are young-enough adults so we got our luggage ourselves without any issue. The manager/supervisor was on dog-patrol apparently the entire time. They didn't used to be overly strict with dog on leash rule (which made this my top hotel in Napa) but something must've happened. I only wish they had enforced the no-smoking as diligently since there was cigar and cigarette smoke on the patio/veranda area both nights. We had food at the BANK cafe two nights in a row. The server was great, and the food was excellent. The pool and hot tub are large and spacious. It still is my go-to hotel in Napa.

Amazing bar and lounge area. There also is an amazing patio/pool area out back which was very relaxing. There were 20 people in my group and the hotel accommodated us quite nicely.

Had a nice Mothers day brunch. The staff there went out of their way to make this an excellent experience. The food was delicious.

Great clean rooms with a great pool and great bar staff. Had a nice tasting waiting for everyone in the lobby after we got back from the afternoons tastings. The reason for four stars experience is one wash cloth was so frayed it should have been thrown out and the other had a brown streak on it!

We celebrated our anniversary there and they surprised us with an upgrade to a suite, champagne, chocolates and a card. Thank you.

Over all the facilities are beautiful, room walls are thin making the rooms noisey when your neighbor walks, or talks at night. Rooms are well appointed but no place to unload lugged for long stays. My biggest complaint was at check in, my room was not ready, no biggie we were early, left our luggage and asked when the room was ready to have the luggage dropped to the room, asked both front desk and bellmen. When we returned room was ready, but the luggage was not delivered. They asked if I wanted to take my luggage now and I said yes, they brought my 7 bags out and walked away… I'll get the cart, I said… thanks for the help! To top it off, I was with a group of 5 couples 1 SPG Platinum, 2 including myself Gold, the rest not members at all. The 2 non members were upgraded to the same suite I paid full price for and was not offered an additional upgrade at all, in other words the non member paid 50% less than I did and received the same room as me, a loyal member. My point of this is that It appears to me that SPG loyalty is not a priority at this property, thats too bad because I make travel decisions every week and will certainly take my experience into consideration.

Stayed for our honeymoon and got upgraded to the one bed room suite! Love the location of the hotel! In walking distance to the oxbow market and tons of adorable resturants/bars. The rooms are clean and very stylish! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you Westin for our stay!

Super nice hotel. Friendly staff. Parking is valet only but it is included in the room fee. The location of the hotel is good, right next to downtown Napa. The room is big and clean. I even have an Xbox 360 in my room.

If you want all the luxuries of home in a hotel room, look no further. The Westin has gorgeous rooms and suites with kitchens for a great price! Enjoy the Heavenly bed and shower (an overhead rain experience) after a long day of touring and tasting in Napa. Hotel has every amenity imaginable — fitness room, saltwater pool & jacuzzi, spa services, awesome concierge service, on-site cafe, and is home to La Toque Restaurant, named one of the best restaurants in America! Great location, backs up to the Riverwalk and is close to town.

Great rooms beautiful property. The staff are The most condescending stuck up jerkoffs I've ever dealt with in the hospitality industry. Everything they say comes off poorly. For the amount of money you'd spend here you'd expect to be treated with respect by the 8 dollar an hour help that forgot what respect is.

I had a wonderful experience! From check in to check out. The entire experience was top notch and personal. I Would recommend staying at this property. The friendly staff at this hotel makes me feel like I'm visiting friends who care about my comfort about your stay! This hotel is amazing and the service is impeccable. Please note that your resort fee includes mandatory valet parking and Internet. For platinum members they reduce the fee to only $10 per night (compensate for the internet you already receive free). We also received a complimentary upgrade to a but I wouldn't count on this happening every time. Our suite had a full kitchen also so you could technically cook. Check out there fabulous pool and hot tub that opens until 11pm. It's a great way to unwind after a long day. They also have a restaurant on the premise. Westin concierge is also great at organizing and making. One of the great place. To stay in Napa valley. This Westin Hotel has lots of suites for those who are staying with more then one person. This also is a very nice Family friendly hotel. Most of the rooms at this hotel come with Multi Million dollar Views of Napa Valley. I recently stayed at the verasa location with some friends to do a wine tour. When we arrived not only was every single member of the hotel staff extremely welcoming and helpful, inside the westin hotel the place looked like a million bucks. The rooms were beautiful and the amenities were just out of the park!

Excellent for the most part. Internet is pretty slow for something called High Speed. Gym is very nice and clean, and there's a little complimentary happy hour that's nice to wander into.

Love the fact that most of the rooms in this Westin are suites. Great location too, with a nice view from most rooms.

When I travel for pleasure, I feel the hotel must be better than my house, or dont bother going. I was happy to say that the Westin Napa was great resort hotel which fit this profile. — First, the hotel has a great pool and jacuzzi. The Wine bar is very chill and laid back. Additionally, the hotel features free daily wine tasting in the lobby by some of the best vineyards in the valley — — which is a great touch. Moreover, the property is very well maintained — — rooms, public spaces and pools are very clean. The facility is fully air conditioned, which is a greatly appreciated amenity. Rooms even have there own climate controls. Starwoods preferred clients even have couches, sinks and refrigerators in the room. The best part of the hotel however, was the staff. Tim, from the front desk, provided expert advice on all things related to wine tasting and events around Napa. Tim's customer service made the trip very satisfying and pleasurable. He is a major asset to the hotel! On the down side, if you are a smoker, you should be reminded that the hotel is smoke free — — that means if you want to smoke that great cigar after dinner, you need to do it off property. This is not cool after spending $200 at the highly rated LA Torque restaurant on property. In sum, this was my second time back to the hotel, and I was happy to say it was better than the first time. I will go back.

Only two floors. Apartments. For children not intended. The best rooms are overlooking the river. In the hotel restaurant with one Michelin star. Quite pricey.

Really impressed with this hotel. Free wine and appetizers every night. Business center was great, but don't expect Windows 8. Room was spacious (we had a 1 bedroom suite with every amenity possible except an oven) only 3 small issues. If you are here on a weekday construction next door is very loud and road noise is bad at times. Also the wine train makes quite the racket twice a day. Thankfully, we checked in Friday morning and the construction noise was over by that evening. The wine train ran all weekend. The other issues were not enough bedding for the pull out sofa (actually none, but they were so quick in bringing more that we were startled by the knock and some wine needed cleaned up. ) And if you have waist length hair one little bottle of shampoo for two people doesn't cut it. (the housekeeper actually gave me a handful of bottles when I checked out because I commented on how it would have been nice to have more than one LOL) Overall, you can see we had a great time there and I didn't even get to how wonderful the pool size Jacuzzi was.

Huge starwood fan to start. Traveled from philadelphia to san fran and just left the W downtown headed to napa. I recently stayed at the verasa location with some friends to do a wine tour. When we arrived not only was every single member of the hotel staff extremely welcoming and helpful, the place looked like a million bucks. The rooms were beautiful and the amenities were just what an exhausted pallet of wine tasting could ask for after a hard day on the vines. Pool was a major brownie but I simply wish the pool and hotel bar stayed open later. The food in the restaurant was like no other. I work in restaurants and I can assure you, you know exactly what your doing. Phenomenal food and wait staff. Over all it was such an amazing experience and I will rave about this facility until I forget about my time there. Thank you westin verasa.

We got a room for $179 on a friday night. When we checked in they upgraded us to a suite. It was a very nice place. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice. This is also a great location to downtown napa. So many good places are within walking distance. The exercise room isn't too great but it looks like that is because the real exercise room is under renovation.
