You get what you pay for. We just needed a place to sleep & that's what we got. It was pretty clean. Motel 6 has wood floors. It was a small room, But 5 of us fit.

So far … so much noise… water tank must be next to me or laundry room under me. Came for sleep. None so far. Cars trucks bikes … oh and the bed wires make noise every more. There's no softness to the bed. This be a long five slresless nights. Sure they said I can move today after work. Im unpacked. Lesson. Don't tell check in clerk your here for sleep. She will give you a very noisy room next to freeway. But it beats sleeping in car.

I’ve been staying here for several years and by far my recent stays have been the best, the rooms are clean and the atmosphere is great you don’t see the same clientele as before. Good job Motel 6

Probably one of the best motel 6 I’ve stayed at. Very clean and looks remodeled. Good neighborhood too. I’ll be staying here again.

Cockroaches and fleas… Dawn all Eronchado… The cheap thing comes out expensive bad experience…

This motel 6 is sooo much better than others I've been to. The lady at the front desk, think her name was Daja, was very helpful and friendly, accommodating and made checking in a pleasurable experience. The room I asked for was non-smoking, and there wasn't any smell or odor of smoke which is rare when asking for a non-smoking room from Motel 6! The room was very clean and bathroom looks as if it was remodeled recently. I would definitely recommend this location!

Regular Wi-Fi charge you separately when all the hotel is free. Regular.

If you like roaches. This is the motel for you. The marijuana smell made nauciuas. I'm sure they never mop the floors. This place needs better management or a better exterminator.

To begin, your staff is the best you could hope for. They are accommodating and courteous working hard to satisfy your customer. We stayed in room 145, we Still at work roaches in the room 3 different sizes. Our sink drain was slow draining. Towels were always shortage but staff would bring to our room. One of you customers left dog droppings on the sidewalk right outside our door. Wi-Fi: most hotels include the cost in room rates making it always available. Please consider doing the same. Also the sheets and pillow cases don’t look clean.

Good value for money. A Denny's restaurant (7/7, 24/24) nearby (50m) allows you to have a good breakfast.

My stay the Motel 6 in Whittier was very satisfying. The whole staff was very kind polite and professional the rooms were very clean everyday and I got fresh tiles I have any problems there and I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing I would change about that Motel States is having the non-smoking rooms right under the smoking rooms those vents were connected so 9 times out of 10 times that I was there I did smell the smoke from the other joining rooms that were above me. But I really did enjoy my stay there and I want to get a big props to the whole staff and their professional ways to strive for greatness.

I was getting into town late and didn’t plan for it. I drove past motel 6 and decided to see if they had room. They were very welcoming. It was easy to check in. The manager was very helpful directing me to where I needed to go and make sure I had a good stay.

My stay with Motel 6 was pretty nice. The room was well clean and well-stocked. Great customer service in the office and the maids. I would most definitely recommend this Motel 6 to anybody traveling to California. And when I travel back to Los Angeles I will definitely be staying at a Motel 6 yes.

For the price, this is a good value. Bare bones but good for a few nights. Bed was comfortable shower was hot and Denny's is a block away. Parking is good and motel is right next to the freeway. There is no refrigerator in the room. There was a couple of mold spots on the ceiling.

My stay was really good, there wasn't any power on one of the days I was there but they had pastries and drinks for us at the front desk! good call on the manager. I will for sure be back.

Booked a room with a queen bed. Unpacked the car and then noticed the bed was a double. Called the office and they told us, that is the size of the queen beds!. Really? So I measured it and it was a double bed. So my wife called a second time and oops, they forgot that the room was indeed a double bed. So. We had to pack our stuff back in the car and then move and unpack the car to a room on the noisy freeway side of the motel. Water pressure in the shower and sink was dismal. I really like the fake wood floors vs carpet, but the family above us with teens were up until midnight with constant hammering. Have no idea what they were doing. Maybe putting together some furniture from IKEA? Still haven't figured out why Motel 6 doesn't supply a little packet of shampoo along with the hand soap? Won't be back.

Building is located right off the street in plain view. Front desk was friendly and professional. Rooms were clean with hardwood floors and a nice tv. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because there was no breakfast offered the morning after.

Our stay was really good. The location was perfect and the room we stayed in was very clean. We did not have any issues checking in or out. Will definitely come back!

Location this decent and close to the Freeway.

The pipes of hotel are clogged, the second day in the morning dawn my room flooded, have to improve on that subject, I no longer stay in that hotel.

Check in was timely and friendly. We checked in around 9pm and the presence of the security guard making rounds while I was moving my belongings from my car to the room made me feel safe. The room however smelled really musty and not really clean. There was hair in the shower and around the feet of the chair. The toilet didn’t have a lid and the towel rack was installed above it which was weird. The shower head sprayed back into the restroom and the towels had so much bleach on them I had an allergic reaction. The freeway traffic was so loud it was impossible to sleep. Would not stay again.

To start, The girl at the front desk was absolutely amazing! So kind, courteous and very friendly. Our room was super clean, as well as the restroom. Premium Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Parking lot was clean. There was no other guest hanging out and I felt very safe! I will definitely be back!

I loved the check in process. She was amazing. The room was unsatisfactory but I’d give this location another chance based on the outstanding customer service I experienced!

Disgusting. Once I steped in, I immediately saw roaches and other dead bugs on the ground. The rooms smell like pot, and the bed sheets have stains on them. The pillows have long black hairs, and are not washed. I went to get a towel, to put over my pillow, and there are hairs on the towels. The freeway is very close and very loud. There are weird scratches and stains on the walls. The shower is filthy, and the toilet is disgusting. Hoodlums are outside smoking pot. This is the worst place I have slept at. 0/5 stars.

The staff was really nice up front. Room was pretty clean and stocked. They were able to answer questions and accommodate our needs.

The minute I walked in, I got, what felt like, special treatment. Cyndol was who attended me. Amazing customer service, wish they had a tip jar just for her.

I got, a room which was busy, I opened the door, bed relaxed, TV on and someone inside the bathroom, fortunately did not realize that I opened the door, so can happen BURGLARies.

Well I had an awful experience with this place, it’s very close to my house so it was convenient on little getaways… The floors were always dirty, the sheets and the towels had stains on a couple occasions. But I’d have to say the absolute worst part of the experience was dealing with that nightmare of a manager. She was incredibly childish and even cussed at me, and sneered that she wouldn’t be giving me my money back. Guess who got their money back though… ME. That was thanks to the professional people who work for the corporate office. Not her. I don’t recommend this place and I honestly hope she acts more professional in the future and doesn’t disrespect any other guests.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 days visiting family. The staff here is so friendly and attentive. We asked for extra pillows and towles when checking in. And they brought them right to us. Our room was very clean. The only thing I would recommend is to get better mattresses. They werent very comfortable. Other than that I would totally recommend this place. It was very quiet other than the noise from the freeway and the street but that's to be expected.

It was an okay experience. The room was clean and though we were on the side of the freeway, we slept comfortably. The staff was friendly and the property was clean as well. Some of the issues I had with the room were 1. Even non smoking rooms smelled like smoke. 2. Walking to the room and all you smell is smoke from cigarettes and other smoking products. 3. Our sheets looked dingy. There were cigarette holes in one of the blankets. They looked black. So I'm guessing they wash all blankets together and they get rotated throughout the rooms. Overall it was ok for a one night stay.

Clean, remodeled, good location.

Gloria was absolutely amazing, she got me checked in fast and efficiently and with a smile the whole time. The room was clean and Gloria even called to make sure my room was great. I would definitely recommend a stay here and will return. Thank Ypu guys!

The customer service was great and very informative. The lady at the front desk was very attentive to our requirements and adhered to them. It is unfortunate that the location is right next to the highway, so throughout the whole night, the noise from traffic was rather disturbing and a "good night's rest" was not able to happen. The customer service leaves the rating at an Average.

The room was clean and staff were nice. It is easily accessible to get into. Denny's is a stones throw away. Though since the maids went home I wasn't able to get an extra pillow. Have had stayed other motels/hotels and was able to get an extra pillow no matter if the maids were there or not if I needed one. Also, my husband saw some roaches in the room. We kept the lights on all night.

When I first arrived I was very apprehensive there were three police cars interrogating two people. There was an incident I don't know the circumstances but I overheard them discussing high traffic numbers in/out of their room and that one was just released from jail. The first front desk clerk was pleasant and helpful. After I locked myself out of my room while unloading my car I came to the front desk and there was a new clerk and she was visibly irritated. I asked her how her evening was going and she stated that she just got there and couldn't "wait to get the **** off". I hope her night got better. I understand the frustration of coming into a situation that you have no control over. At the same time, I also understand that if you don't have control over it you shouldn't really let it get to you and you should definitely not let it affect your work. The rest of the evening, even after police and security walked the property there were people loitering in the staircases. In the hallways people were smoking cigarettes and weed and on their phones speaking at full volume way beyond 2am. I knew I was only staying for one night so it wasn't worth it for me to say anything and complain. Especially, considering the front desk clerk's mood. The saving grace for this visit was the morning clerk. Paige was friendly, fully attentive and genuine in her interactions. She was pleasant and engaged with everyone that came in while I was getting my coffee and refills!

We reserved a Queen sized bed, because there were two of us. We got a full sized bed. And hardly any towels. For the price, we expected far better than we received. Locals we spoke to warned us to check out of the hotel, but we were worried about getting a refund, as we paid way more than we should have for such a horrible experience. The staff is very nice, they are great, but the rooms need work.

My stay waz good. Room waz clean and very affordable. Excellent custommer service. People there were very friendly and helpful.

I was turned away from this location because I have a large truck. They had plenty of parking. I guess they would rather have all the crack heads they had running around the property instead of good honest hard working people. I travel all over the country and stay at motel 6 all the time, I've never been treated like this before.

Everyone my friend Melissa books a room here she tells me that her stay is great e,. Xcept for one occasion but they accommodated her another room much nicer and the workers were koo about it I love the low rates I can find when I need to get my family off the streets. I also like how the workers here on pioneer always ask how they can make it better. There is one word for it comforting cheerful people who really try to carexplain.

Key for room wouldn't work at 1030pm at night, went to office and got new keys and again didn't work. Security came with a Kay and yep again wouldn't work. Mire then 30 minutes later the office girl came as we waited outside and her key didn't work either. We were dressed and ready to go out on the town but couldn't because we were locked out of our room and had no key to get into our room. Front desk said they would call maintenance and told us to wait outside for another 10 minutes. Meanwhile we noticed the screen was kinda off and the window was cracked as well so we went in through the window since we had to use the restroom from the minute we got to the room at 1030pm. After getting into the room the security yet again came to our room here it was 1130 pm and his key wouldn't work after many tries. We told him we wanted to leave and he said he will tell the front office and to wait. So we waited and waited and yep waited. Our night was ruined. We weren't able to leave our room since we had no key. We were a prisoner to motel 6 and had to cancel our plans. Worst experience ever. I want a refund…

Busy night but was still able to get a room. Friendly staff and room was clean. Too close to freeway.

First of all I needed a place for about 3 weeks that accepted 2 cats. They were happy to accommodate me and I was not charged extra (nice). The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms (I had several) were always clean. No bed bug activity at all. The facility was well maintained. They had a nice laundry facility and the front office didn't mind giving you quarters. The staff never seemed to mind whenever I called down to the office for anything. I never saw any drug activity there. The Dennys next door was a plus. I never saw any cops lurking around the parking lot either. Even the other guests were friendly to each other, So my over all stay there was rather pleasant. I felt safe at all times. I would definitely recommend this place and if I ever get into another situation that I would need a room for a few nights, the first place I'm heading would be the Motel 6 on Pioneer next door to Dennys. Pretty good time here, very convenient and nice looking. Has everything you need save a laundromat but that's fine. Has full DirectTV channels, I'd go to sleep watching Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. There were like 7 cockroaches though and the Wi-Fi didn't work the whole seven days I was there. But it wasn't bad enough to make me not use this place again. Overall pretty good.

Small and simple but pretty room! Unbelievably nice and helpful staff! Especially this one girl who was working night shift every time I stayed there! ;) Forgot her name though: ( (What I didn't like and a lot was no Wi-Fi in the rooms.

I unfortunately am giving it 3 stars. I like this place to a degree of liking. Reason for that statement due to the closeness and convenience of being within the city I frequent the most. I stayed here with my friend and fellow comic Chris Fonseca because it was close and the price seemed reasonable. I stayed here recently and enjoyed myself very much. I was able to go and come at my leisure. I also liked that I was able to get a somewhat extended stay with an early check the prior day from check out. It worked out in the sense of being able to rest that much longer. I would gladly up the ante on the star sequence if they can fix a few bugs that would hopefully be easily extracted within reason.

They should have free Wi-Fi but over all rooms nice clean smelled good comfy beds I love the decor the remodels are good. Free Wi-Fi and refrigerators should be accommodated.

The staff was very nice to us and listened when we talked or had a problem. Close to shopping centers and to a breakfast place.

We booked for 4 nights and when we got to the place the staff was nice, but that was the only reason we gave it a star. The rooms are so small. You can't walk around the beds because they are shoved up against the walls. One bed blocked the a/c. They only gave us one towel for a room with 2 queen beds. There were also roaches running around outside and when we saw them in the room we got out fast. It was terrible, don't stay here.
