Perfect place to stay for my sons wedding in Malibu 2021. Loved the landscape grounds and all the water elements.

Wow! What a beautiful escape and “refresh” our family and friends experienced at Westlake Village Inn! From the incredible timely support of the reservations team to the immaculate accommodations to the friendly staff at the restaurants… and let’s not forget the refreshing beverages by the pool… truly can not wait to go back!
We were celebrating our daughters wedding in the area so all of our wedding party and many friends stayed at the Inn with us. We had so much fun seeing eachother around the gorgeous property — and actually had the rehearsal dinner in the Wine Cellar. Wow! Amazing!
I HIGHLY recommend staying in the villa for the bride and for getting ready before the wedding… a fabulous setup!
Just know that you will feel like you’re far from home and responsibilities — will be well taken care of — and will go home refreshed!

Blown away by the property and it’s amenities — originally only booked for a few days and we’re here a week and a half later. Their marketing website seriously undersells them. Will definitely be back!

Gorgeous grounds. Rooms are grouped in their own unique setting. The room I visited had a Casablanca feel to it. I attended a birthday celebration in a beautifully decorated room overlooking the golf course and a fountain pond. The staircase leading to the celebration room met a beautiful outdoor reception area with an open bar and a musical trio. The experience was nostalgic. One drawback about that celebration room — the handicap entrance is through the service area which routes past a garbage cage. Although there wasn't any offensive odors and the service area was kept rather tidy, I feel as if the overall experience was slightly altered.

My company had a leadership offsite meeting at the Westlake Inn. The customer service, venue and food was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for meetings and we definitely will be back.

Had to stay here for business and this is such a great hotel. It's visually appealing, golf course, pool, gym, spa, and balcony in every room. With a little lake that flows throughout the hotel grounds. Just beautiful! The staff is so friendly. Plus they give you your own Keurig machine for coffee, a mini fridge, & robes. Just so thoughtful!

Visited for a wedding. The staff was professional and attentive to guests needs, and the food was great. The hotel and landscaping was very nice, and while there can be a lot of events happening at once, the seem to do a good job of making sure they don't conflict.

Beautiful accommodations. Manicured grounds with several "event" areas. We are a wedding take place not far from our patio view. Beautiful.

Westlake Village Inn is our favorite place to stay in California. The buildings and grounds are absolutely beautiful and always impeccably clean inside and out. From the amazingly beautiful rooms to the patios and walkways lined with lights and fragrant flowers, its charm and peaceful atmosphere makes us feel like we're in Europe. The staff has never been anything less than helpful and friendly and makes us feel welcome each time we stay. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean and spacious and we love the access from each room to either a patio or a balcony. I would highly recommend Westlake Village Inn to anyone. The only negative comment I can add from our most recent stay would be some of the staff at the Medittereaneo are not as pleasant as we would have expected and the tables on the patio were not very clean, seats are all stained and spiderwebs everywhere… but that will not affect our decision to stay at the Inn at all.

Function spaces were good. Wedding menu items we're above average. Well executing staff throughout. Was surprised at how small the place looked but felt big.

Wife and I stayed for our week of birthdays and anniversary. Everyone was extremely nice. Grounds were beautiful, our suite was incredible, pool area and service was excellent, had great massages, and fantastic dinner at Mediterraneo next door. Highly recommend!

I celebrated my birthday there. Great food, then in-room massage, jacuzzi in the room, and a facial the next morning. If you're looking for relaxation and pampering, you can't beat the Westlake Village Inn.

This is a lovely place. The sights from the dining room are wonderful! The breakfast we had there was very delicious :)

Nice bar. Lots of room, and the setting is relaxing with water features at the and a wonderful landscape surrounding it. Unfortunately there are renovations going on outside, which kind of harm the ambiance. Pricing is a little high, but it seems to be a nice play to grab a drink, sit around and relax.

Beautiful property. I would recommend this for anyone looking to get away, get married, or host a special event. It has a Mediterranean/Tuscan feel. It has a restaurant, bar/lounge, and coffee place.

It'S the Best car wash company.

I love this little hotel. Everything from the lodge where you check in, to coffee and tea and apples and oranges, to the cutest rooms and the coolest hang. It is a really awesome place and one that if you're out in that area it's a great place to stay in the night and enjoy. Too short drive to Thousand Oaks and we did the Paradise Falls hike and had an incredible day. Definitely coming back.

This is my favorite hotel when I come to Westlake Village to visit my client for work. I’ve been staying here for years. It’s always clean, friendly staff, and a great location. The hotel has an awesome charm you don’t get at other hotels. There really isn’t anything you wouldn’t like about this place.

I am a chauffeur and I am consistently told that this is a favorite hotel from my clients. It is the nicest hotel in the area. The rooms have balconies and are classy and roomy.

This is an excellent resort with good facilities for a few days of relaxation as part of a California trip. The landscaped environment is also very pleasant.

AMAZING spot! Stayed here on a friend's recommendation. Boy he delivered! The room was very nice with cool patio access to a little stream and grassy knoll. There is a golf course located right on the property and multiple bar/restaurants. My wife also liked it for the fact that the Bachelor is shot there. I will be staying here again!

Cozy place to be. We frequent the stonehaus wine bar and we're there for the wine social event. Staff here and at all areas of the hotel are very nice and helpful. Beautiful site that's well maintained throughout and in the quieter side which is a nice escape from la.

Used a Lyft to get there and the parking lot is very friendly for these ride services. There was a sign indicating the work party and where it was. Asked lady at the front desk and she was able to give precise directions. The party room was very nice and had multiple access points form the outside. The staff was good at passing out food. There was a gambling (all for raffle tickets with fake money) area setup which was a lot of fun and a very unique service to provide at a hotel I thought. This place is a great location with well trained staff.

Westlake Village Inn is ideal for parties and corporate events. Food is good, but could be better. 7/10 Would give the same rating for drinks and cocktails. 7/10. They have few halls that can be used to hold the events. Have rooms for overnight stay. Beautiful surrounding and we'll maintained garden with amazing scenery. Plenty of parking. Staff is friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Westlake Village Inn is very convenient to get to by own vehicle, however public transportation can be a hassle as the metro operational on the route is roughly once every hour.

Everything about this hotel is top notch. The rooms and services were great. There was construction going on, which was loud and took over the parking spaces. The only hiccup was a false charge on my credit card and those of my colleagues. We all had to cancel our credit cards due to this incident. The hotel needs to ensure that false credit card charges never occur again.

Julie at the front desk was so incredibly sweet and gracious. She needs a raise. The cleanliness of the property was great and the amenities were numerous. A couple of nice restaurants and a lounge were on site, which was very convenient. Overall a great stay. Will come back!

I was a vendor at the Westlake Village Inn doing a wedding. Staff is very helpful, friendly, easy to get along and work with, and courteous. Very on point with everything.

Beautiful resort style hotel just north of LA. 20 minutes from beautiful beaches and the Reagan Library. Wonderful restaurants on the property. Really enjoyed our stay.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels in Westlake Village. Located next door to a great wine vineyard and patio, restaurant, and nightclub, this spot is a great place to spend all afternoon and evening.

Rooms are nice and large. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Fountains, sculptures, pond and right next to a golf course. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby.

We were there for a wedding and it was first class! It is a beautiful venue for a wedding and the service was great! From the bartenders to the servers, it was excellent! The food served was delicious. I had a filet, cooked perfect, with grilled brussel sprouts and potatoes. The only change I would recommend is that they give you the choice to park yourself or valet.

Have attended a few events here and its one of the establisged benues in town for meetings, charity functions, etc. It's conveniently located off of Agoura Road with a lot of parking and easy access to the main property. Beautifully maintained garden in the Italian style on the property which was the location of a photo shoot with one of my clients.

When I'm even older, and can't walk up stairs, I'll ask for a first floor room. Overall clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable. There are restaurants and a bar on the property, in addition to lovely event rooms.

Good place but immediately complain of noise in the evenings.

It was very elegant at the inn. We came for stonehaus but ended up enjoying the landscaping at the inn. Perfect end to a date night.

We had dinner at the Meditteraneo restaurant at the hotel and we're guests there. Everything was delicious, the room was clean and nice, and the service was good. We would stay and dine there again. We also very much appreciated the free coffee and tea in the lobby as well as the Continental Breakfast in the morning.

I didn't interact much with the hotel since I arrived late at night left in the morning. The floor was more comfortable than the couch bed, and the TV took me a bit to figure out. Parking was easy and there was lots to do nearby.

This is a great place to stay. The grounds are immaculate with flowers everywhere. There are always a lot of weddings and other things going on, so it's best to call ahead of time to book a room. Golf is right outside your window.

The rooms are beautiful the grounds are lovely, the pool and sun deck are lush and privet. The staff is friendly and helpful. Its within walking distance to any thing you might need and its local to many hikes beaches and other attractions but far enough from the hustle of the big city romance or girls weekend maybe just a relaxing get away this place is perfect.

Westlake village Inn is a photographers dream. There is an abundant amount of beautiful scenery. There are many different ceremony locations that all have there own different appeal. Another nice thing to point out is after your wedding reception you can go to after hours next door at Bogies.

My party had a table outside under the awning. The nice thing they have are misters due to the heat. The food tasted good and dessert was kind of small for the price. Another nice thing they had was a live performance who put on a great show. They were also attentive on cleaning any empty cups or glasses.

Westlake village inn is a cut above. It's class yet still comfortable atmosphere makes it a great place to hold an event or stay the night. Rooms are wonderful and service is great!

Traveling for business, I found the Westlake Village a great experience. The grounds are beautiful, service attentive, and restaurants very good. The rooms and patios make downtime a pleasure.

Will be having our wedding reception here, thr staff has been great and accommodating. The property is beautiful and peaceful, would definitely recommend this place. The location is a little bit outside of the city, but very nice once you get there, a small shopping area is close by, less than 5 minute drive, very convenient.

Dinner was excellent. Food does take some time but that's to be expected and was very good. It's pricey ($40-50 a plate) but worth it if you have cash to burn.

Room is nice, lobby had coffee and flavored waters and the staff was professional. View of the golf course was nice, as well.

An absolutely beautiful place to stay. We were there for a wedding this past weekend and stayed overnight. The service and the atmosphere was exceptional. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Haven't stayed as a guest yet, but I'm planning a wedding in the area and will be staying here soon. So far they've made the booking and touring process very enjoyable and stress free.

Nice place but too close to the freeway and busy road. Kind of loud.

Stayed here for a few weeks now due to that porter ranch gas leak. We had to keep switching rooms because of the reservations which wasnt a big deal. The place was great. The grounds are beautiful. Very peaceful and nice. I had one really bad problem though. On the weekends here, bogies is the place to be. Fun croud club type of place. Its on the property which is great if u have a room here. The night before we got a little loud in the room at night so we turned down the music and did what we need to atay quiet. Apparently the family upstairs complaint we were too loud. Thats fine I got my warning. The next night we were having a fun time. Brought a couple people back to the room to hang out for more drinks. Yes we were probably loud again. The man at the door said we need to shut down the party. Of course I understoood that and said in sorry we will keep it down. He said no your people need to leave. I said excuse me but why? He said they arent guests. I said who cares. They are my guests. They arent all staying for the night. He told me that we got 3 complaints that night from 3 different rooms. I said why were we not informed about this earlier. He said we were the night before. I said that was 1 time, so we go from 1 warning to get out of the room? I said we shouldve gotten another warning.

The rooms recently were remodel the courtyards are beautiful. The staff is helpful what else can you ask.

Rooms are a bit outdated and cavernous (not a lot of light) but the grounds are beautiful and the rooms are a nice size. The restaurants on property leave nothing to be desired which makes it easy!

Westlake Village Inn is the most stunning resort and venue with outstanding service, amazing restaurants, beautifully appointed rooms and views that are breathtaking. There is no bad location, every vantage point is more magnificent than the other. Every time we visit there is something new and wonderful that has been added to enhance this luxurious old world romantic setting. The staff is always welcoming, attentive and the wedding coordinators are truly the best in the business. Westlake Village Inn is the heart of Westlake Village.

The property is very nice. We stayed two nights for a wedding hosted on the property. We were planning to use my room for the groomsmen to get ready. We were in a hurry to get to the rehearsal and placed our luggage just inside the door. When we got back to the room, our bags were soaking wet, including my tux and her dress. The air conditioner was leaking water heavily. I had to use all of our bath towels to clean up the mess, called the front desk and we left for rehearsal dinner. When we came back, the front door was left open by the staff and the puddle was back on the floor. Called front desk again. No one came to address the AC, however housekeeping did bring fresh towels. Which we had to use to clean up the water. I turned the AC off and we called again the next morning. Someone came to look at the AC, when they arrived they were perturbed about the fact that we used the towels to clean up the water than they were concerned about the AC problem itself. A few more hours go by and one of the girls comes to bring us food, slips and falls in the water. Still no real attempt at resolution. The front desk said they would discount $60/night from our stay. That $120 has yet to be refunded. When I called to inquire about the status of rate change, the woman on the phone never apologized about the issues, she was very coarse and made it apparent she was not going to be of any assistance. She said she needed to speak with someone else and would call back.

I've stayed here more than 30 times over the last three years as a business traveler. It makes business travel feel like a vacation. Great food. Great grounds. Quiet neighborhood. Accommodating staff. No complaints in over 30 stays. Pretty good.

What's lower than one star? Booked for a Saturday night wedding which they decided to change to Friday for no reason. Had to find somewhere else to stay two hours before the start of the wedding.

Beautiful property, awful staff and manager Robert W is not helpful. My wife fell on slippery and wet sidewalks. She is sore and black and blue, luckily nothing broken. The front desk refused to place a sign warning others. My sister was staying in one of three rooms I reserved. They refused to let her check because she was sharing a room with my mother who had not yet arrived. While they argued about letting me check in for my mother, when she checked her luggage at desk when checking out, they wanted to deliver it to my room and did not understand that she was checking not checking in. Their attitude is the guest is always wrong. Visit Mediteraneo but skip the Inn. Many of our guests reported difficulty with the front desk. One person checked out early, and they cleaned the room to re-rent it and would not credit if the room was filled.

Beautiful place. I almost want to get married again to have my wedding here! Rooms were so nice. Bed and bathroom were perfect. Staff was ridiculously busy and didn't call as promised so we could check in early to get ready for the wedding. When I walked back up to check, our room was all ready. I put that down to crazy busy. They need more people helping the front desk. Same thing happened at checkout — only one person to help and when someone has a problem the other people have to wait to simply check out (because TV checkout didn't work). Great place though. Also had free Wi-Fi.

Needed to check in at three for a wedding that started at five. Registration told us the room was not ready despite that the normal check in time is three. We did not get our room until my wife asked if she could curl her hair in the lobby. Well appointed otherwise. Seems a tad poorly managed to have situations like this arise.
