Solid hotel with nearby amenities. Starbucks within walking distance and beds was very comfortable. Room was spacious. Definitely would stay here again.

Warm breakfast, reliable Wi-Fi, comfy beds. And next to a decent sized mall. Though weirdly my bedside lamp wasn't screwed on properly.

My sister and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn here. The receptionist was very friendly. At the lobby, they even provided the freshest chocolate chip cookies that are a must try! Totally delicious. The location is very convenient for shopping or dining. Walmart and many restaurants are within walking distance. The rooms were very clean, and the price was fair. Breakfast was just awesome!

Location was very convenient as it was right in a shopping center with a drugstore and walmart. It's also right beside highway 101 and near a lot of good restaurants. Catered mostly to business travelers when I was there, so quiet and not very crowded. Only minus a star because I requested a mini fridge that never came. Otherwise, great service and cleanliness. Rooms were spacious and I didn't find anything lacking. Plenty of parking in the back.

Great place right behind the shell gas station. 3 story building very very clean. Great great great staff starting with checking in to the great and colorful purple hair lady/woman in charge of the kitchen makes sure she feeds us all and talks to you at the same time. Great prices to for what you get. They have laundry you can do your own, lots of parking and rooms with jacuzzi in the corner. LOVE THE HOTELWill stay every time.

Great front desk, carpets need more cleaning I noticed recently but apart from that minor detail it's very comfortable.

This will be our stay every time we come to the area. The young man at the front desk was a sweetheart and helped make sure our stay was exactly what we wanted. We didn’t have a bath in our room only a shower so the the young gentleman working night shift went out of his way and checked the rooms for us to make sure he found us one with a bath! Breakfast was also good, beds are super comfortable! Great location, has Starbucks, Walgreens and in n out near by!

Rooms were fine, but the walls seem to be made of paper — could hear everything from the rooms around (and above). Customer service was good. Would not recommend if you are a light sleeper.

Had a very nice stay. Room was nice and clean, the grounds nicely maintained and despite being next to a shopping center, quiet. Bathroom didn't have the usual mold and mildew deposits that I see in so many other hotels which tells me that management pays attention to the details. I would gladly stay there again.

By far one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in a long time. The hotel rooms are fine in regards to cleanliness but the noise in the hotel is awful. The walls are paper thin. I travel for business and go to bed at a normal hour to get rest for the next day, but I could hear my neighbors on both sides constantly coming and going. Doors slamming shut, conversations, people above me. I've stayed at many Hampton Inns and this is by far the worst. I won't be returning.

The young lady at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful. I called her before I booked on a 3rd party site to confirm that I’ll be able to pay for the room on my card without going there myself (the room was for my loved one who just got out of the hospital for a heart condition) and so I booked the room and called her back to confirm and she said I needed to go to the hotel myself so they can get a copy of my card. I was very disappointed considering I already called to settle this ahead of time and was given the wrong information. I was two hours late to work driving from Ventura to Thousand Oaks and back. I got there and paid for the room and all seemed well until she gave me sass for asking questions like, “So all my family member has to do is come pick up their key? Is that all? ” She rolled her eyes and said “yes” so then I said politely, “Just so other people who have emergency’s don’t have to go through this please give more information over the phone. ” And mid sentence she leaves the room. I have never dealt with customer service like this before. I am not an angry person and I always try to go out of my way to be polite even to people who are rude. I did not get her name but she is a brunette with long hair who looks to be in her 20’s with big eyes. I’m happy my loved one got his room and got a goodnights sleep. But I will never buy from this hotel again because of the customer service.

Nothing special about this hotel. Rooms were in decent condition. Breakfast was exactly what you'd expect from a free Hampton Inn breakfast spread. Staff was very helpful and friendly, though!

I have often stayed at Hilton/Hampton Hotels for business, but this time was a family trip. This is a nice enough hotel, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious and it has lovely facilities. However, beware of leaving anything behind. We accidentally left two jackets inside the closet on checkout. We contacted the hotel immediately upon discovering this when unpacking at our next hotel just a few hours later. First we were told that they had sent someone to check, and the jackets were not there. When we insisted, they were magically found and we were assured that they would be sent back to us. That never happened, and even after follow-up emails, we never received them. In frustration I contacted Hilton Head office, they assured us that they would check into it as well. Never heard back, and eventually were asked to contact the hotel directly. So, enjoy your stay, but count anything you leave behind as lost forever.

Pros: Easy check-in and nice place to spend a night before a job interview. Cons: extremely rough toilet paper and Kleenex, and the iron in the room had white powder on it from previous guests. Comfy room though and I appreciated the included breakfast.

We had a nice sized room. A good number of towels. The bed itself was okay. Not the most comfy. But everything else was nice.

Best. Beds. Ever. Great customer service and cleanliness. Quality of the breakfast has declined in the past year, but is still much better than other hotels' offerings.

I have a choice of where to stay everytime I'm in Thousand Oaks and I always choose Hampton Inn and Suites. The rooms are very nice, always spotless, and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel itself is very modern, clean and the breakfast is perfect. I like that it's next to the Walmart grocery store because I can grab a few things for the room in a 2 minute walk. I wish the free internet was a little faster, but the same could be said about most hotels.

The place is clean and modern; very polite staff and accommodating to our needs. They even give out free Cookies! I would highly recommend this place for an overnight or two stay. I would go back to this or other Hampton Inn hotels. Staff here were amazing. Thank you!

Easily performed an advanced early check-in on my phone through the Hilton Head app. The app offered me the opportunity to pick my own room or select a suggested room. The preselected room was complete with a description of the advantage that the preselected room offered. Check-in clerk was friendly and offered complimentary bottled water. Very quick check-in process. Clerk offered two paths to my room including letting me know which path was shortest. Explained that there was a complimentary breakfast, have the hours and location of said breakfast. My room was very clean and comfortable. Air conditioner was easy to use and worked as expected. Check out was a breeze. Highly recommend this to travelers in the Thousand Oaks CA area.

Super Clean! Hotel seems to be fairly new. The breakfast was amazing! (Fresh Donuts, fruit. Etc) The staff was very friendly! Again best continental breakfast I've had in a hotel! Defiantly stay!

Rooms were nice and clean, staff was very helpful! The recommended great pizza place that was beyond our expectations! They also provided a fridge in our double queen complimentary for my mothers medication! Great stay!

The rooms are very clean. There is a Wal-Mart across the street in case you need anything. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice facility with very kind and accommodating staff. There was a mix up with our reservation that initially charged us for an extra day and they worked with us to have that extra day refunded. Very clean. Beds and bedding look real nice but aren't as comfortable. Good enough to fall asleep with no pains the next morning though.

The location is conveniently next to a Walmart Neighborhood Market and a Walgreens. Rooms were a lot larger than most Hampton Inn locations I've been throughout the country. The service was very friendly and helpful.

Great location in Thousand Oaks. Walkable to many amenities nearby. Breakfast included in the morning and a nice fitness center and pool. The room was very spacious and the hotel was very clean.

Overall service is excellent. The bear part about this place is the excellent spread of breakfast. I have stayed at the Marriott and Palm garden but the breakfast is the best here.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Facilities were all clean and grounds looked well attended to. The third floor far hallway is REALLY creeky and reminded me of something out of a haunted house. The place is kinda off the beaten trail but wasn't too bad to find.

Stayed a couple of times here — about 2 weeks in total. Rooms are nice and spacious. Always clean. No frills — small tubs and plain linens. Typical Hampton Inn. Staff is friendly. My only complaint is that the walls are paper thin — I turn on the fan and a noise canceling app and I still hear conversations in hallways and next door clearly. Sounds like the cleaning staff listens to mariachi as they clean — so loud! Breakfast is good though and they have different offerings daily. So, overall, nice place — but bring your ear plugs.

Checked in at 800pm in about 5 minutes. Room very clean. The kitchen area did not have silverware but went to desk and they gave us enough plastic ware and plates. Will stay again.

This place is amazing clean. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Finally, the staff was very friendly, helpful and accomodating. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

I have stayed at the Westlake Village Inn, the Westlake Hyatt, and the Hampton Inn. If I had to pick one to return to, I would most definitely choose the Hampton Inn. It is clean, well-maintained, the staff is extremely helpful, they have free Wi-Fi, a very good free breakfast, and it's centrally located.

Don't stay here! We had pre-paid a 3 day stay. When we arrived at 3:00 P. M. We were told that "We were sold out last night and we don't have any clean rooms. We asked to store our luggage but were told that would not be possible. We went out to dinner and returned to the hotel at 8:00 P. M. Once again, we were told that the room was not clean and "We don't have any clean rooms. " A very snippy Amber at the front desk had the nerve to say, "It's not my fault housekeeping left without cleaning your room. " I asked for a refund and was told the hotel could not do so since the reservation had been made on line. I have spent 2 hours trying to get a refund (we went to the Hyatt in Westlake Village) and am being given the run-around.
