Stayed here for 4 nights out of 5 nights. (Due to having to leave early) Hotel is very old, hot water system did not work the entire stay with no resolution of fixing it. Spoke to staff about it not working and having to consistently remind them to go look at it with the response “oh sorry we will later” On the 3rd night we got Offered different rooms to shower in & on a night the hotel was fully book we had to shower in the staff shower which still didn’t have hot water to them find out there was a vacant room to shower in the staff didn’t check. We left early as we were fed up with not having any hot water and care. The manager said this was unacceptable and will arrange more than a nights refund for the inconvenience. (Which they have now refused to do) The floor boards are extremely loud you can hear your neighbours walking around & their music blasting. The air conditioning has not been cleaned as the vents stink and do not circulate fresh air in your room. Do not waste your money staying here!
