This has been an amazing stay it’s our 3rd time here and I can’t get enough of it. The view from the pool is just amazing. I can’t wait to come back again.

We enjoyed the trip of a lifetime this weekend and Andaz West Hollywood was a big part of our amazing visit to LA. Incredibly friendly staff and unreal views from the Penthouse. We hope to get back again someday.

Absolutely incredible property! Whenever I come back to SoCal, I come back “home” to the Andaz. Mr. Tucker and his staff are attentive and innovative. I’ve seen a drastic change in the vibe there over the last couple years and I’m loving what they’re doing more and more with the rooftop pool, special events, and Riot House!

Very large suite. I like this suite I have stayed at. And there is also a very yummy breakfast on 1st level in hotel.

Pool is open. Pet friendly, a must! Plus just a walk you to what … Viper Room, The Roxy, Whisky… if only they were open with some tunes. And, our dinner location. The Rainbow Bar & Grill. The number one rock place in the world! You guys at Andaz need to make this the place to stay for every rocker. In the EU and England rock music still rules the air and concert and clubs never would have known that when we booked it was the Riot House.

Great time at this hotel, especially the rooftop and pool with unreal views of Holywood Hills and DTLA.

The Valet, Nestor and Resturaunt staff was very nice and sweet.

I had pre-paid to stay. I lost my wallet within two hours after I hit California, the manager and staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, I was in panic mode when I got here and they made me feel completely at ease. The manager went the extra miles it took for me to be able to stay without my ID… wonderful, beautiful hotel to stay at the amenities was outstanding!

Great atmosphere and outstanding service. Excellent access to all the LA and Hollywood.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful customer service and true (and above) the Hyatt Andaz brand. I am loyal to Hyatt over any other hotel chain; they never disappoint me. I will definitely return to this one!

Came in at 1.30am and was greeted with a warm and friendly concierge … she even brought me the fixings for a cup of tea.
Room is big, bright and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel and staff! We arrived late for our check in and the room that we had booked was not available which was the Hollywood Hills view. John who was at Reception at the time, checked us into another room for the night and followed up with us twice that night to let us know that the next day we will have our room that we booked and it will be on the 12th floor! We stayed here for 9 nights and highly recommend this hotel. Amazing hotel, amazing room, amazing location, amazing service by John and by all the staff even the Valet staff. They all greeted us every time they saw us! Thank you again as we loved our stay here!

Andez West Hollywood is well located, very walkable, lots of attractions close by. The rooms are very nice and clean, the decor is modern, and well kept up, and the views, especially from the roof top pool are simply amazing! The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating as well.

Check-in was wonderful even when we were unhappy with the room we got we were able to call down to the front desk and we got changed to another room that was just perfect. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly no matter what part of the hotel we were in from the rooftop pool down to the delicious Restaurant it was a grand experience and I look forward to visiting again!

Overall a very good stay during our 5 nights. Older building but rooms are large, noise from Sunset Blvd wasn't as bad as we expected. Complimentary minibar snacks and the tea/coffee in the lobby were a bonus. Location is good with plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. The rooftop pool is a nice place to relax and has fantastic views of the hills and city.

Staying at Andaz is like staying at a boutique hotel with all the perks of a chain. Rooms here are new, fresh, spacious and really well designed. Service is prompt, uber-friendly and always available. The bar would benefit from longer opening hours. If you are up for breakfast, be carefully not to overeat as menu is so big and everything is yummy.

First class service, all staff eager to ensure our stay was pleasant. Our room had a faulty restroom lock but was fixed very quickly. Food well presented and delicious. Nice to have complimentary coffee and cake laud out for breakfast plus daily papers. Very convenient location. Valet service very prompt and friendly.

Nice hotel with excellent food and view. Price is equal to the quality and services. The only minus is the swimming pool is very small and crowded. The place is very close to attraction venue and shopping mall around West Hollywood.

Pretty good hotel. The pool is nice and has a great view. The staff was wonderful, polite, helpful, and kind. There was free coffee and coffee cake available in the morning, and tea available all day. I liked my room but the bed was NOT comfortable. I like firm beds but it was very firm, and the pillows we're either way to squishy or way to firm.

Rooms are modern, minimal and comfortable. Rooms have large window with seating area (chaise and chair). Rooftop pool and lounging area with expansive views. First come, first served so good luck on weekends when weather is good. Bar and restaurant were better than expected. Room service had limited hours. Excellent location. Free snacks!

Extremely services minded people working here. The staff were all amazing. And the view both room and rooftop from the penthouse are amazing.

Legendary hotel in front of the Hollywood Hills. Those who check in here meet stars and starlets. The hotel is currently being modernized, which was also urgently needed, because it was badly run down. Well, that's over now. My top tip are the parties on the penthouse roof terrace. There you will meet NBA teams together with groupies or even top movie stars by the pool. If there's nothing going on, you can just take the elevator up, sunbathe and let the view over La wander. The parties and the constant coming and going of hip hop stars, basketball players and other celebrities, of course, ensures a certain restlessness in the house. In front of the house Strechlimos, inside Press, groupies, bodyguards and sometimes also a little German from the crime scene;-) who would like to be recognized too. This hotel is Hollywood pure! The Hyatt name guarantees a high level of service. Don't worry about it. But there's always action.
Waltmart and Co. Are within walking distance. You can also walk to Santa Monica Beach If you are a little sporty. But who is already in the USA? Too bad, because on the sunset there are countless small, highly interesting shops, hairdressers and much more that you will discover only on foot. And in some of them, then, suddenly Justin Bieber, Denzel Washington or Adele sit and get their toenails manicured. So be sure to run, here you are in the middle!
My favorite for the Hollywood vacationer.

A very solid 4* hotel with a great location and very friendly service. Nice pool, although I didn't get a chance to check it out because of the rain. Great complimentary coffee spread with some fruits and pastries in the morning. Wine tasting starting at 6 is pretty nice as well. Nice sized, clean rooms. I travel a ton and weak water pressure in hotel showers is one of my big pet peeves, and this was the only issue here. Although, I think it's an issue across LA period. Will stay here again.

Welcoming staff, clean, stylish and very convenient to Sunset Strip shops and dining, Hollywood sites and also close to Beverly Hills/Rodeo. Great views from rooftop pool. Pricey parking but I guess that's normal for LA.

Trendy hotel for a good price. Needed a place to stay before our flight to San Francisco and we were able to book a night here. Lots of little amenities and great service from the staff. Our room was a basic twin queen bedroom overlooking Sunset boulevard. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location in the heart of West Hollywood and next to the comedy store. Balcony room is super spacious and has a stunning view of the city. Globalist breakfast is order anything off the menu and includes gratuity.

Best customer service, love the hotel, extremely clean and I’ve never had a single disappointing experience staying at andaz. Highly recommend this hotel. Complimentary water and soft drinks is always a huge plus since most hotels charge $3.50 for a small bottle of water.
The towels are so new and fluffy and the bedding crisp and white. The hotel is excellent.
Customer service is amazing. You don’t feel like a hotel guest but rather like a family or friend. They were so attentive to all of our needs.

Room was fine, though a bit hot if you don't use the AC since it has such large windows and they don't open. Hotel is nice. Globalist breakfast is pretty good. My primary criticism is that they really push their valet parking hard, and they charge a lot. We managed to park in a nearby neighborhood for free, and took a Lyft for $5 vs. Paying $40+ for parking at the hotel.

Definitely my favorite stay on the Strip. I usually jump around to a few hotels to keep it new and fresh. The Andaz was my second hotel on this trip and ended up re-booking for the reminder of my trip. I really liked this hotel and will be staying here again. Only one complaint is the water pressure in the shower is just ok. Update. Had to remove a star. After writing original review, I called the front desk and asked for a late check-out. On my final night, here I upgraded to a suite. In the process I was told that I was was lucky to get it as early as I did because check-out is at 3 or 4. So when I called for a late check-out I didn't expect the receptionist to only offer a noon check out. When I mentioned I was in a "Corner Suite", he said he could probably do a 1pm. I will still stay here in the future.

Nice feel and helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are minimalist but in a good way. Pool has great view but area is somewhat small and finding a seat can be difficult. The breakfast is very good.

Great location. Friendly and prompt service. Cool video. Free wine tasting on the lobby in the evening. Water, juice, pop, and snacks (anything but the alcohol) from the minibar is included. Awesome rooftop pool and viewing area.

The hotel was beautiful, very modern and my king room was spacious. There was some noise from the strip, but not very much. It didn't bother me at all, I slept like a rock. If you think it might be an issue, they provide ear plugs in each room. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the TV was huge. There were electrical outlets and USB plugs everywhere. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, and there are usually coffee, water, and some snacks available in the lobby. They also hosted a taco Tuesday event and a wine tasting for gusts, but unfortunately I was not able to attend.

Incredible location of your a tourist. The views from one side of the hotel are spectacular. The lobby has a very funky vibe, which I love. The staff is awesome, couldn't be friendlier.

Super hip! Lovely lobby. Drinks at check in. Complimentary drinks and pastries throughout day. The most comfortable beds you can ever imagine! We slept over 12 hours and didn't want to leave the bed!

I love the Hyatt brand and go out of my way to stay at their hotels when I can. Despite that I've never actually stayed at an Andaz before and was real excited about the Andaz West Hollywood. I had always thought Hyatt positioned Andaz as their hip luxury brand. I imagined it would be not as nice as a Park Hyatt but given the price still exceptional. I could not have been further from the truth. If the West Hollywood location is an example of the Andaz brand then it's all style without the service. Small things not having a coffee maker in your room unless you explicitly request it. They also wouldn't put one in our room when we were out. Instead they wanted us to call when we wanted it. I wanted it when I woke up and I didn't want to have to deal with answers the door and exchanging awkwardness with someone early in the morning. I just wanted coffee. Instead they have a motel coffee station setup downstairs. The roof to pool is really neat in pictures but it's tiny. If you come when they moderately busy you most likely won't get anywhere to sit, especially in those nice cabana chairs. The rooms are big but they have tons of empty space and a tiny bathroom. They also offer free (non alcoholic) items from the mini bar but sparsely stock it and didn't restock it. Overall the service seemed like they dressed up a cheap motel and tried to make it fancy. For the price you pay you could easily get something nicer nearby.

The Andaz is a chic, boutique hotel located on the Sunset strip. You are in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the LA night life. Our room looked onto the strip which was very entertaining. It was a great view of the city. The rooftop pool was absolutely gorgeous as well! We also had a chance to eat at the hotel bar and were not disappointed. All-in-all, a very fun vibe!

Great location & top staff. Couldn't do enough for us. Special mention to CJ who went above & beyond. Asked for a coffee late on and they brought a coffee machine! All soft drinks in fridge came with room, rooms big and great pool on sun deck with views over the city. Definitely recommend staying.

Wow. This hotel is amazing. The location is perfect to be in the centre of everything. The hotel is really clean and fresh and spacious. The rooms have all you need and the view of the city is fab. The pool area is great too with a bar and stunning views. It does get busy why wouldn't it. Free drinks and snacks in the lobby and your room (not alcohol) The star of this hotel though is the staff. They are amazingly helpful, kind and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Perfect.

This hotel never disappoints! I am thankful to be staying here again. Great location. Quality service and food. I always choose the buffet breakfast that I love to endulge into. Sometimes the top floor pool deck is too busy, but mid week is a great time to be up top. I like the more up beat modern style of the hotel and enjoy being at a place with a nostalgic classic rock past.

Great views of LA from your room. Bathroom towels are huge. Overnight valet parking is pretty pricey though.

The Andaz is my favorite hotel to stay when I come to the area. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are great, and the staff are always warm and welcoming. The location is also fantastic with restaurants within walking distance and a bus line out front.

Been here twice. Reallllly nice. Last time the pillows smelled like mildew but cs was quick to change on request. No bath, only shower.

Was good, however the breakfast service although friendly was not always the best. Many little mistakes nothing major but for the price you should expect near perfect. Also on the rooftop pool you have those people that go there and reserve a spot with a towel. I moved the towel and stayed there for an hour. The person never came. Besides these two small details this is a good hotel.

We booked 2 nights via Amex travel and 1 night via hotelscom. Andaz gave us a room at the 12th floor by the elevator at check in. The room had carpet stains. The shower drain did not drain. The wall by the head of the bed shook when the elevator stopped. The staff was friendly and did take care of the drain. But otherwiseif you're not a Hyatt diamond or if you book only the standard rate you are not going to get a good experience. No better than the holiday inn we also stayed at while in LA.

A truly wonderful hotel in every aspect: People, facilities, location, atmosphere. Can't say enough good things about it.

Great hotel on the sunset Boulevard, staff is super nice and the rooms are big, comfortable, and many offer an amazing view of the city. As in all the Andaz hotels, the minibar is free which is a very nice touch. The pool is fun, and the crowd is young and hip.

I really like this hotel. The location in west Hollywood is convenient for heading out. Hotel has a great pool. Decor is cool and fun. E-checkin is quick and easy.

The rooms were nice and the service was great. I had eggs Benedict for breakfast and it tasted amazing. The rooms have a nice view over sunset Blvd.

I only went to the bar but the staff was very helpful and friendly. Went for happy hour and the drinks were affordable and the tacos were delicious.

I stayed at Andaz with my girlfriend for our anniversary and it was phenomanl. The place looks exquisite and modern, and the staff were very friendly. The view was amazing. I would recommend to anyone who likes to stay at nice places and have a great time. Two thumbs up! Will definitely come back. Thanks Andaz for a great weekend trip, my girlfriend and I definitely enjoyed our stay and will be coming back.

Great great service. Comfy pillows, free water, can be a little loud, but I guess that's why they give you complimentary ear plugs in the room. Thanks Andaz, I'll be back.

Great place to stay in West Hollywood when visiting LA. Service was friendly and rooms are nicely designed. The enclosed balconies are a nice place to relax while viewing the downtown skyline. Only downside is that valet parking is a bit pricy.

Was seriously impressed with modern clean design and spacious rooms. Loved there complimentary toiletries, much nicer then the usual generic stuff you find at other places. Staff were friendly and always willing to help. Would stay here again.

Buck I'm still here he at compton bervld hills and Compton match beveled hills is on the map it together hover is no away near compton I know so he got probably got a lock he got gun down in his old crib that only lead one state the south cashville got set ambush it got his name and game we got 1 escape the south so u know what it it means he does knows about Beverly hills but he don't the teather so the south is the only escape for him the last video it was shortly wanna ride with me game was the only person that knew if I found out that game and buck is consign a new deal game will never get it I know a consign is he want buck to consign a deal I do know what consign key hold on.

We hosted a private birthday party at this hotel yesterday and our experience was phenomenal. From the start, the event coordinator was flexible with accommodating our needs and requests. Upon arrival on the day up, the staff was welcoming, and the private room and table was all set and looking great. I thought the starters were okay, but the entrees were delicious (all options of chicken, beef, and fish). And then we were all impressed again with the wide selection and quality of their desert platters. I highly recommend this venue for private events for a personalized and high end dining experience at a modest price.

A lovely stay. Very helpful and accommodating staff, centrally located in West Hollywood, nice rooms, lively and fun. We would definitely stay here again. Pool seemed nice, though we didn't go in. Room was large and amenities were great. Free water and juice, as well as morning coffee and afternoon wine.

Been here last month with my husband on our 5th Anniversary, rooms are very nice and spacious, pool is amazing as well, the thing that made me disappoint was their service and their food. I will definitely give them another try and let you know the experiance as well.

Stayed here last month and found this place to be very dirty, I dont know how these people are giving them positive feedbacks, I might stayed on the wrong time. But the service was also not up to the mark.

Absolutely fabulous for the price. It is not the London, but it is very very nice and our room was plenty big enough for us and our 2 kids for a 3 night stay. Very helpful staff in a great location. Will definitely return.

Chic property on sunset Boulevard. Very nice rooms and facilities. Wonderful rooftop swimming pool with good views. Lounge has some nice artwork, the restaurant in the hotel is good, limited options and very expensive. To get to a more happening part of sunset need to walk about 5 blocks towards higher addresses on sunset don't remember what direction it is.
