This place is laid back, very clean and hospitable. I would definitely come back again and recommend a friend. Everything you need is in very close proximity!

Perfect place to stay with my family of 5. We have a 7mth old baby, I saw they had a crib for a baby, called room service and they sent it right up. Outstanding! Only negative is they charge $14 a day for parking. Kind of ruins the wonderful WOW of everything else. Will I come back? Oh yeah! Thanks Hyatt!

We only stayed for one night. The place looked great and the amenities were plenty. My only real issue was we were told we were being put in a non-smoking room and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. It was 5 of us and a child and we were exhausted from a long day of sightseeing so we just settled for the room and didn't make an issue of it. I would make sure next time to be very specific that we want a non smoking room.

Great value for the price. Spacious rooms, decent breakfast and no issues with noise levels.

The Hyatt house on segundo is very nice. It's like living in a mini house. Everything is right there for you. The staff is very friendly and kind also willing to help in anything they can. It has a family feel with grilling available and complimentary breakfast that has a variety of options.

One of the few places where you can get a 2 bd 2 ba suite. The rooms seem just a little bit older but the staff is very nice and the location is great. There's also a pool, gym and free breakfast.

The place is cleaned, breakfast is decent; however, there is no elevator. So, if you have lots of luggage, and stay on second floor, good luck. By the way, they do offered assistance if you need it.

Very very very very nice place and didn't laugh at me for that long when I locked my keys in my room 5 minutes into my stay.

This hotel was an absolute nightmare. We had to book a room for five people after discovering our rental beach house was trashed and im a dangerous area. We book A room at Hyatt through Priceline and paid online. A week after we have left the hotel, we get an extra charge of the hotel price that we already paid for. To fix this issue, we contacted the customer service at Hyatt to get a refund after we have shown them a copy of the bank statement. They told us that they have no record of the second charge. If you go here, you will pay more than what you already paid!

Staff was great and friendly. The room was clean and had everything you'd need. Breakfast has a lot of variety and omelets are freshly cooked. I would recommend that they add room service because they have none. There are stores a few blocks from the place.

Had an awesome stay. Comfortable arrangements, good breakfast in the morning, also had a nice swim. Restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores are all nearby so that's a plus.

Had a pleasant stay here, got upgraded to a massive suite. Window shades didn’t work well and are not conducive to letting natural light in while maintaining privacy. Complimentary breakfast is a good touch, but food is very average tasting and could use a lot more variety and flavor and healthier options. Beautiful property though, convenient to Manhattan Beach, and has kitchens in all the rooms since it’s more of a long term stay place. Free Wi-Fi included. Decently clean but a bit outdated feeling rooms.

Did not even stay… Booked a room for 1 night then after booking was told $8 parking fee. Room was 129.00 a fair deal but then was told $125 on top of room would be held for 7 to 30 days. That is NOT listed on the web site anywhere! Tried to cancel but 48 hour window so they wanted to charge me anyway. AMEX stood by me and no charge was allowed. However its the last straw with Hyatt and leaving the program and all properties…

Three room places. Nice pool area. Centrally located. Near many restaurants and retail stores. Beach 5 minute drive.

Very nice front desk staff. We checked in late (after midnight at least) and I was disappointed I couldn't stay longer! The room was huge, very clean, well decorated and had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend!

Very nice place, had own cooking facilities (stove, oven). Had a pool and gym. Many food places within driving range. Breakfast provided, fast Wi-Fi.

We stole parts of the car in the Parquedero and say no answer.

Second time staying here. The rooms are really nice. I love the modern feel and the fact that it's laid out with a separate room, kitchen, and living room. The free breakfast is bland but it's free, so I can't complain. Overall great place to stay.

The Hyatt House was very nice. Clean. Polite staff. Good location. The only thing odd were that the beds were actually very high off the ground.

Everything was wonderful. Our experience as Hyatt House Los Angeles guests was great. The room service was very good, the continental breakfast was fast and very good quality. And the price was right for the kind of service you receive. I recommend this place.

I normally don't stay at extended stay places like Hyatt House or Marriott Residence Inn. This time I had some vouchers expiring and couldn't travel out of town so decided to do a local stay. I've already stayed at most of the hyatt hotels in Southern California but since House was never my style I decided now would be the time to try it. The location is great it's within walking distance to a lot of great places to eat, visit, and shop. The parking is only 8 dollars so that came as a surprise since I'm used to paying at least double. They have breakfast from 6:30 to 9:30. They have custom made omelette station which was very neat to try. It's nothing like a traditional omelette but it's still fresh, customizable, and tasted good. Don't go for the bacon though I'm not sure if it was just this time thing but it was absolutely terrible. The room was fine they have sensors so the air conditioning will turn off after 15 mins of no movement. The fridge was super cold. I didn't bother trying the rest of the kitchen. The most interesting part was the shower drain was very interesting looking never seen anything like it. Lots of space and well furnished. The door however was not a tight seal it let light and sounds in through the cracks around the border. It is close to the metro so if you're on the side closer to it you'll hear it all day. I was in the center and I could sorta hear it but upon closing the bedroom doors it was pure silence.

I loved it! The room was absolutely beautiful. The staff was nice and the breakfast was awesome.

Nice hotel with a large area, close to the airport. The rooms are far and there is a bart train on the back of the hotel, which can be nosier. Huge pool and outdoor sitting area. The room do not have elevator access but are nice and comfortable.

I really enjoyed visiting the Hyatt House Hotel for my nephews birthday party. The hotel was clean and modern. I also noticed security guards patrolling the perimeter… safety first!

There room layout is great for decompressing. It's in a good area for business. My customers are 5 min away I like the isolation the hotel layout offers, I was able to relax and get recharged.

The only reason for the any stars is because of the hotel staff. They were great. The room was smoke smelling. The smokiness triggered my wife’s asthma. The door handles were broken. My son and daughter got stuck in one of the rooms until I was able to jimmy it open. The pocket bathroom door locks didn’t work and no handles to slide the door open. The Hyatt customer service hasn’t responded to my email.

Breakfast was good, not the best but better than average. The omelette station was awesome. Overall we had a good experience and would stay again if in the area. UPDATE: Due to a major billing screw up I am adjusting my review. This stay was paid for by points and somehow I ended up with THREE charges for the stay. It took several phone calls to resolve which is very frustrating.

This place is great. Rooms are amazing, very discuss, and full with useful appliances. Highly recommended if you are here for a short or long stay. It's closer to shopping centers, restaurants, and a 5 minute drive to the beach.

Only four stars because of the price and because of the light rail that ran past my room every few minutes. Nice and friendly place, great breakfast. Oh yeah, whenever I got there my room was not for about 30 minutes even though it was a couple of minutes past check-in time. I asked for a late check-out because of this, I did not get one.

Well located for LAX. Spacious and well appointed rooms/suites. Double Queens consist of two separate bedrooms with a well equipped kitchenette. Friendly staff. A simple but plentiful buffet breakfast. Free coffee availible throughout the day.

The hotel itself was very nice. However, the reason I am giving it only 1 star is due to the fact that they are falsely advertising the "queen size" beds. They are in fact European Queen beds, which is US is a full size bed. Twp people in a full size bed is somewhat crowded. I was confused as to why we had such small beds and was told over and over they were queen size beds. I flipped the mattress and the tag very clearly states "Euro Queen". If you do some research you will quickly discover that this size mattress is significantly shorter and narrower than the U. S. Queen size mattress. When I brought it up to management they complained disagreed with me and even though I could show them they were not what they were claiming they wouldn't do anything for me.

Good location. Lot of stores/restaurants around. Average, very busy breakfast. Very dirty floors. Water went black when washing feet. AC not good. Either 71F/21C or you can set it up to specific temperature but still it drops sometimes to 71F/21C. You cannot turn it completely off. Nice small pool with sun chairs. You can also BBQ by yourself.

A large group of us (10) went to go see a play in Hollywood. Some of our group had flights the next morning, so we stayed here. Lovely spacious rooms that fit all comfortably, located close to LAX, and even provided a complimentary breakfast prior to us all departing. Definitely recommend if you need a good place to stay near LAX.

I just stopped by to visit my fiance's parents who were staying a few nights. Great location. Walkable to nice shopping and lots of restaurant options. Quick drive (11 minutes) to one of my favorite beach in So Cal (Manhattan beach). Their room looked so spacious and clean. Great blackout curtains and features.

They have great staff, very well appointed kitchenettes (ours included a convection microwave oven) and a great location. What they lack is comfortable beds, unfortunately.

Had the best experience living there for three months. Breakfast is delicious and the staff are attentive and work really hard to keep us happy.

Rooms are very nice. But close to the train so you can hear it at night.

Pros: large suites, good breakfast and close to LAX airport. Cons: very slow Wi-Fi (around 1 Mbps), shower head was covered in white lime-stone powder like residue and poor hotel service by hotel staff, see below; Upon arrival, we found several (5 or 6) mosquito-esque winged insects (not a typical small fruit-fly) near the vent and bathroom at which point we called the lobby. I spoke to one of the staff and showed her several pictures of dead insects I captured and advised them they were also found in a room where my friend and his family were staying. She apologized and moved us to a different room (family of 4 with 2 children) and offered us $100 discount for our 3 nights of stay (we did not ask or prompt this offer, instead, they offered it to us). After 3 nights of stay, during a check out, the Hotel staff (female supervisor) advised us they could not reimburse us the 100 dollars they had promised since we had used "Hotels dot com" to pay for our accommodation. After a brief conversation, the same hotel staff agreed to honor the offer and took our information down, promising she would get back to us the next day once she figures how the method of payment for reimbursement. After returning home, I waited full 5 days before writing them an email asking for an update on the situation. No replies, no phone calls were returned. Its been over 10 days and no one representing this hotel had contacted us.

The hotel was great from the staff at front desk to help at Breakfast Buffet. Loved the homemade Omelets. The rooms are large.

Good place for a meeting.

Very nice rooms, very clean, and very nice staff. The room was actually comprised of two rooms, a living/kitchen/dining area, and a bedroom. The only con is that the office is hard to find.

Very nice comfortable hotel near the airport is good greets to the angels. Good breakfast included.

Nice motel style apartments; nice kitchens (with sink, convection oven, dish washer & coffee maker) ; big televisions. Outside: mini basket ball court and outdoor pool, gym and small business area. Cons: near train tracks. Couldn't hear the trains from our rooms but it's possible. Great service as well!

The location isn't terrible, price is decent considering that. When I arrived (albeit a little early) there wasn't a room immediately available and the person who knew which one would be available wasn't responding to their attempts to contact them. That being said it was only a few minutes extra wait. They provided me with cookies for waiting, not bad. Everyone was friendly, just not exactly prepared for me to arrive. When I arrived at my room things looked pretty good. A neat little suite with all the amenities. The cell signal is non existent and the Wi-Fi is supplied by att which I thought was weird. They provided the password however and the Wi-Fi connection has been strong since connecting. The air and lights are all on timers and are triggered if you're present in your room. Handy at times, annoying at others.

It's HYATT, the quality is above the level. Provide breakfast, stable Wi-Fi, and very friendly staff.

Great hotel. Loved the hospitality of the staff, decor, price, and location. The free glass of wine at the hosted wine hour in the lobby was pretty awesome too.

Parking can be difficult if you have larger vehicles. Breakfast was very yummy, beds were comfortable, tons of amenities.

The hotel is very good, the only problem is that by not being so close to the center always have traffic on the route.

The employees Were friendly, The place is clean and offers a variety of things to do.
