Excellent hotel in a great position for sights around West Hollywood. Fabulous room, generous size with every luxury you can imagine, even an automatic blackout blind.
Caroline the Manager was extremely professional and couldn’t do enough for us. Wonderful staff and the rooftop bar will be a great addition when completed. We’ll be back for sure.

I’m gong to that bar more often. Great beer selection, great services, amazing prices plus a weekend happy hour. So much fun!

Do not bring children to this hotel! Not a family friendly hotel! We have two little ones and they billed us 30 dollars for Doritos on the blanket, that hadn’t even been attempted to be cleaned. Then they were very rude and threatening in their tone when addressing the fee. At first the staff was very friendly but as we were on our last day the attitude of the supervisor was very rude and when asking for ice his response was “what do you want” not a how can I help you.

The people who work here are literally so nice and kind and amazing! The actual hotel is just okay. The beds are comfy, and the towels are soft, but I can definitely see where costs are cut. I'm not used to the LA area so the experience could have just been standard for this price point in this area, but over all small things added up to bring me to my review.

No microwave in room and the parking is paid, so removing one star. Everything else is great and its right in the center of everything.

Great place. When we were looking for a place to stay in Hollywood we were lucky enough to happen on The Moment Hotel. It's a really nice little place. Great, helpful, very friendly staff that go far out of their way to make your stay memorable. Rooms are modern, clean and well maintained for the most part. As with any hotel there are some very minor housekeeping issues, but they are just that, very minor. An instance would be a build up of lime scale on the shower handle. Shower curtain rod has minor rust buildup, but it's not an issue that stop us from staying again. The rooms however are clean, bright and fresh. Major plus, NO PESTS of any sort, period. They have a limited food selection for room service if you feel inclined. There is a very nice outdoor upper deck with a bar and comfy seating. Also a smaller bar on the first floor with a bartender named Dan. The guy is a gem! Just what you want in a bartender. Friendly, fun. Always with a great story, but willing to listen with a genuine interest in what you have to say. He's a funny guy. The Moment is extremely lucky to have Dan in their employ. All staff are extremely professional and kind. All in all The Moment is a place I would highly recommend. You can absolutely do much worse. Thank you Moment for a great week. I just visited the roof bar. Nice setup. Everything's new, with clean bathrooms and a friendly staff. Fun comedy show was going on. But pretty cold and airy, with lots of street noise. And the hot dog sandwich thing I had was kinda nasty. Cheap though.

Very modern contemporary hotel pleasantly refreshing with color and angles def recommend staying sits in short distance to many places of intrest.

The room was nice but we didn't get fresh towels every day. All room service did was make the beds. It was also hard to sleep at night because the bed was against the wall that led to the hallway. You could hear people walking and talking and you could hear the music. They did have really nice blackout blinds.

I absolutely contact your management AFTER calling my bank and reassuring it was not their mistake. This problem WAS presented to “management” on 3/7/18 via phone call (luckily for this establishment there isn’t a way to upload screenshots of phone calls via goggle review) Nevertheless of money being poorly handled, it still doesn’t take away from everything else negativitely listed about this hotel. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Look at yelp reviews too. (Someone posted a photo with blood marks in room) Rating 1 because there's not a 0 option. This hotel is by far disgusting. I changed my room twice in order to TRY to get away from the permanent smell of weed and drugs. Literally turned the loud and obnoxious "AC" on and sprayed my perfume everywhere before the girls arrived to avoid an embarrassment. The paint on walls was chipped and smeared. The walls are paper thin. The soap is in a old reusable container. The location is surrounded my bums and crackheads. The electric drapes didn’t work. So good luck sleeping in. All of this should have been a sign to get TF out as fast as I could. Not only was the hotel more like a motel, but I was charged double 13 days AFTER check out. DO NOT STAY HERE, not even for the welcoming low price. You get what you pay for. Especially if you have children.

Location and price was okay the actual room was a dirty old candy wrappers left in room and you can see paint peeling and the "electronic " drapes don't work.

It's a big patio bar open in the evening only. The area is not that great. But the prices are good.

I checked in about 2am and checked out at 8am and was told I wouldn't be charged for overnight parking and of course a week later there was a $24.20 charge on my card. Besides that the hotel was fine.

It's ok. New refurbishment is good. Clean and great staff. Not upscak e though. So a little pricey.

If Hanna is there, she can recommend several cool spots in the area. She is awesome. I definitely recommend and will hopefully be coming back soon. In short, the rooms are great. Having two different shower heads was cool! We got to watch the Dodgers on the roof deck bar and chill outside. That was a great way to hang out and relax.

The area is not nice. The rooms have the bathroom too built-in to the room.

I was a guest here for the first time today. The rooms are clean, trendy and fun. The staff is friendly, attractive and helpful.

If you are looking for a decent price, cute place with just the right things in the room and in a great location, this is the hotel. Not a huge room but it has all you need! I will stay here again next time!

I can't thank the Moment hotel staff enough. I left my two small house keys in my room when I left, but I didn't notice for a week as I was still travelling. They found them and kept them safe for me so I was able to get them back. Hotel is clean and in a great location and value for money in LA. Lots of TV channels. Room is only small but decent size bathroom. Loved that coffee machine.

Male at front desk is rude. Careful with mini bar. Tasted like water. Looked at another and seal was already broken.

Good prices, parking right outside of your room. Clean and new. Comfortable beds, good location. If looking for good spot to sleep without paying too much, this is the place.

The roof top bar was amazing! The bartender Dan was so friendly and fun! He makes the best drinks too! I highly recommend this hotel!

Nice place. Modern design. The shower was a little too see through from the main living area. Could be awkward for families.

Food was super only the waiter was a bit grim and unfriendly.

I recently stayed at The Moment on a business trip. The property is great. Very hip, and modern. I had a slight issue at check-in due to some credit card confusion (the room had been booked by the company I was visiting, and I had a different card), but the staff was helpful and friendly and it was resolved quickly. The room was very nicely-appointed, clean, and comfortable. The only issues I had were that the AC unit was quite noisy, and so was the road outside, due to my room being very near it. Last one's hardly their fault, though. Overall, I had a nice stay, and I would recommend this hotel.

The sevice is bad and the workers are racist.

Great location and very helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. A/C works efficiently but sounds like a blizzard. For service needs some adjustments. But I recommend the place. By the way bathroom door is made of glass so privacy might be an issue say if two couples were to share the room. Perhaps other rooms have a different set up. But fore sure if I am back in LA this will be in my selections.

It took us about 10 minutes to find someone for the front desk when we showed up. The rooms were clean, just on the small side for 300 a night. In addition, the bathroom door would not shut. Not bad, just not good.

If you are looking for clean place this is not the one! We arrived late night and got into our room which wasn't clean. We were so tired after all day driving from SF so we just go to bed. Next day morning we ask them to clean our room at least change the sheets! We left tip on our beed for house keeping. When we got back in the evening it was still dirty! She just took the tip and doesn't change the sheets! And the toilet was dirty from first day! You could even see urine!

I've stayed in a lot of hotels in LA and this by far was the coolest for the price! Ultra modern place and the rooms were great! So comfortable and relaxing with a very cool set up. Bathroom was really neat with a double rain shower head. Martin and Cameron at the front desk really made this hotel that much better and we can't wait to come back!

My credit card got hacked BOTH times I stayed here for work. It's the only place I used my card both times. The second time I stayed the walls were dirty. There was a visible shoe print on the wall. Would NOT recommend. I wouldn't even give this 1 star if I didn't have to.

Super friendly staff, clean rooms with showers, and cool deck top to hang out. I gave 4 stars because the beds are smaller than standard sizes. I would recommend this place. The price for the area and accomodations is well worth it.

What a beautiful and comfortable Boutique Hotel! The rooms were spacious and very clean. The shower is AWESOME! The front desk staff at check in (Tom/Todd) & at check out (Martin) were very friendly and accommodating. There is an awesome roof deck bar and they even have loaner bikes to tour the city! I will be back as The Moment Hotel & location is perfect. Julian.

The facility itself was bright and beautiful, we have absolutely no complaints about anything in that regard. However, both of the credit cards I used for payment and incidentals were immediately compromised with identity fraud. Someone had cloned my cards and used the clones to physically pay for items in stores around the LA area. This isn't a dig on the establishment itself, just something to consider before handing over your card to them, be careful and make sure your card has fraud protection.

Nope NO and NO! Front desk communication SUCKS! Day and night shift need to pass on info about guest. Will not recommend.

Too down town, loud and nothing special.

One of the best hotels I've ever been in. It's decoration is so amazing, so modern. Even they have at least 46' inches Samsung LED TV. With USB plugs every where. The (rain) shower is great, you can control everything from your bed; from the lightning of the room to the electronic blackout curtain. The receptionist are so friendly, polite, and helpful. Highly recommended. And I'll visit it again for sure :) ).

This hotel is brand new and I stayed here for business. The rooms are IMMACULATE and so modern. Everything is clean, the shower was my favorite. The rooftop bar is a great extra to just hang at in the evening and have a bite or a drink w/ friends. The beds are comfy and the staff was very pleasant. I would highly recommend for the price staying here versus the tourist traps. A lot of local places to walk to easily as well. I will definitely return to this spot.
