They need a new paint job inside all rooms. Fix outlets. Terrible but cheap. Only reason why we rented here was to just lay our heads for the night while in hollywood for weekend gettaway. But not the best.

Good room for the price, only 70$ when I booked. Wish there had been an air conditioner honestly.

Can't say anything bad. Nice management and humongous T. V.

So if you read my reviews, it has all you guys want to know about this hotel. I stayed here for 3 nights during 2017 year end. Most of the pictures of AD are correct and location was good for my stay. They do not have daily roomcleaning as they have mentioned on net. Staff said that they clean after 3 days of check in. So I trashed my garbage by my own. They haven't help me. Staff is non supportive and not professional. At reception, I have been asked for cash which was about to cost me more $8; later on I insisted for credit card payment with no extra cost then they agreed. It was suspicious for me. Staff also charged for extra $20 for keeping the luggage for some hours which is usually free in all hotels. I roamed around the world, visited hundreds of hotels but none of them asked me for luggage service cost. Meaning, they will try to ask for more money and make benefit of your inconvenience, so do not get bullied for extra prices. Room was decent but with many stains on wall. Services were basic. Good to sleep but not that luxurious as other hotels offer. Room was not fresh like other hotels. This hotel has lower prices but I would highly recommend that book other hotels though you pay $10-$20 extra/night but you will be tension free from hidden costs and non supportive staff. Ultimately even though they cost lower prices, it was not worth it; this is what I heard from the other guests stayed with us. You wont get hot water for shower till 11 am.

Can be maintained better for the price charged. Definitely not a 2.5star.

Not sure if I can recommend a place that looks suspect. At least it's quiet.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Was a little to desperate so took a night for $150. Bad service, bad location. As soon as I entered my room it was an instant regret. Super stuffy, disgusting sheets, moldy bathroom, no air conditioning, no window screen, PARKING WAS HORRIBLE anyone parked anywhere and if your were blocked you’re screwed. Everything was such a nightmare, in order to continue and bare the night my bf and I went out to grab a bottle of whiskey to drink our night away. Two hours later we wake up with bug bites everywhere, and discovered bed bugs. We instantly packed our bags and left. I recommend sleeping in your car instead.

This is the dirtiest place in all of Hollywood! If you leave without bed bug bites it is a miracle. DO NOT stay here! Junkies use this place for shooting Meth. Stay away!

Was there a few times. Everything was well — quiet and clean room with good working bathroom, refrigerator and fan. Good price — much lower than in other hotels in Hollywood. Owners are friendly. Will stay there again when will need.

Could be nicer for the price but they take cash and the front desk guy is super chill.

The worst experience, run away, sleep in the car or the street better. And for the front desk, please differentiate between lying and hustling. Pictues attached of the ugliest stay.

Most dirty place I've ever seen. Stuff from the people before us was there. Bed was only for 1, but promised for two. No microwave, no fridge as promised. Bathroom is half destroyed. It was ultra hot in the room and the a/c was destroyed too. All this for very very expensive prices… Never ever! Do not go there!

Clean, well lit, spacious, no funky smell, nicely made beds, flat screen television, very polite staff and neat old hotel look n feel. Good for short stays. Met all my needs. No A. C. But I didn't mind since there were plenty of windows and a fan. Has a heater and my room had a bathtub. Would stay again.

It was sleepable, im too tall for the bed, one of the keys they gave me didnt work, and there was no hot water in the shower. The service is nice though.

The parking structure isn't the best at all. A elevator would be convenient. And AC would be nice. The rooms have heaters that I'm unsure if they work, but who needs heat in LA!?

Avg hotel for the price, compact room for 1person/1 day stay, not preferred for long stay.

From the pass that I knew it's different I mean it's. Much nice and better.

Bathroom door doesn't shut, only one outlet, the fan didn't work, and no A/C. Dish network was okay though.

This was the cheapest hotel on the night I stayed so I didn't expect much. There was no a/c, TV was half broken and the shower didn't drain. Overall it was clean and for the price I would say it was below average. That said it's just okay when you need a cheap place in a pinch. If you can afford it then definitely go elsewhere.

Staff is nice and helpful. Room is a little smaller than you would think but ok for 1 or 2 people. Wifi is ok and room is cool with just window open.
