Rooms are clean and comfortable. Friendliest staff of any hotel we have stayed at in the area. Price was amazing, and the best part is they guaranteed us a parking spot, which is really hard to find in this city. Before we found the Knights Inn, we were having a terrible time moving our car every 3 hours because of the insane street parking rules, but thanks to the Knights Inn, our vacation was saved.

I payed cheaper at other Hotel and motels and got better quality, The refrigerator dont even work I had to put my bottle of water in front of the AC so they can get cold, I got a no smoke room and the blankets have multiple burn Mark's though them you can tell they don't do a quality job at cleaning.

Clean, the bed is changed every day (although we did not ask) The water pressure is good. There were no foreign smells in the room. Number 218. We liked it. Thank you.

Situated within easy walking distance of the Golden Gate Bridge and Crissy Field Park Run this motel provides basic clean accommodation. Free on site parking and a congenial host. Tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, shower and Flat screen provided. Single pillow on the bed and dated brown decor. No safe. No lift to higher floors if you have access challenges. Quite a walk to the piers and centre of the city. Local eateries within 10 min walk.

It's not bad for 2 night stay close to the downtown Hollywood Blvd. The Wi-Fi is slow during our stay.

There was 1 pillow per person, 1 bed cover, no room service, 2 small towels for 2 of us for 3 days, got told off when we asked for more. Nothing to make a hot drink with, no kettle or microwave. Had to go out and buy a hot drink. 1 ply toilet roll u could see through. We had plastic bags full of rubbish because no one came to clear the room. We only found out there was room service as we left, as we weren t told and we never got any. Tiny fridge. It does go by it s name ECONOMY. U get the barest of everything. Even though this was the most expensive place I paid to stay on my first holiday abroad ever. 1 plus no bugs.

They were very nice people that work and own the Hotel! And it's very close to shop's & Freeway's so E/Z going! But the Area is not very good to walk around at night! But overall it was a good stay! But I won't tell anyone to go and stay there! But I would not want to be responsible if a friend got hurt going to get food or something else! So that means that I would only give them a (1star! )!

Super clean! Nice price and very friendly team!

Starting with the bathroom, shower was weak but everything else is fine. Secondly the bedroom, the beds were nice and the room has a good a/c. The best thing is the location of this place, there's a whole bunch of food places in walking distance. Finally the service was really nice. We had a check-in time of 2:00PM but had a situation so we called to have it pushed to 7:00PM and it was handled very easily. Overall it was a nice experience and had zero issues.

Ok. This is one of my worst reviews of the last years. We arrived in SF with one day in advance, and our flat was already booked, so we need an accomodation for just one night. This was the only place with vacancies. The location is great, in the center of the city, next to Pier39, but it's too much expensive for the service offered.

Motel in San Francisco, a double room in €190… Comfortable beds and shower with hot water, the essentials is there. Unfortunately very high Prices.

Very nice staff, spacious and clean rooms, a bit noisy on the street but why are there earplugs. Cable TV and large TV as well as fridge and microwave gabs also. Parking is a little narrow but who can park also creates that.

This place needs negative star's. It's dirty and the non smoking rooms are upstairs, where smoke rises to. Seemed like everyone in a non smoking room was in fact a smoker as well, so they have to smoke outside, on the balcony, so fresh air isn't going to happen often. There's a neighbor with a large loud dog as well. If you're white, there's a local repeat offender blitzed out of his skull on Takka vodka and he wants you to submit to some jailhouse curfew bs. Don't you belong down on Skid Row homie?

The manager a little special, not good place to rest there is a lot of noise from the other guests, and from the street the truth I would not recommend.

The place is dirty, the rooms smell filthy and dirty, the bathroom dirty, the carpet under the sink full of grease and very dirty, the small hand towels were dirty and they looked like they had makeup, I hope, the bath towels seem to have been used in the skill Na and just folded them back to use them without washing, smelled of moisture and grime. The bed very uncomfortable and dirty, a lot of street noise, there was a portable heater and an air conditioner built into the wall with no seals around and full of dirt, the curtain was broken and could not be closed well, which allowed street light entrance. I doubt the good reviews of other people, as it is a place that I do not recommend to anyone, and the price is very high considering the place, I had booked 3 nights and I went out in the first, the guy who is in the office did not want to return my money, who by the way is very unpleasant and also dirty, both the office. You should shut this place down.

Where do I start, the first room looked ok once we got all our bags into the room and settled in we started seeing roaches, so we was moved to another room, which looked like it hadn't been dusted in years, the towels where dirty the phone and night stand had piles of dust on it, it was like no one has been in that room in forever, this was all after we had already drove 30 hr we was really tired but had kids and couldn't stay there as much of a hassle it was to have to find another place to sleep but we had to leave that place, they did give us our money back but was kinda rude about doing so, bottom line is I guess you get what you pay for huh,

T. V. Sucks. Wound up paying for a room I couldnt watch because of crappy satellite T. V. But management had a seperate connection and had no problems with their connection. The bed is stiff as can be and woke up with a stiff back and barely walk the next morning.

It was resonable enough on price. I the staff was friendly. The breakfast… I still would give it five stars cause it was everything we needed.

Because you can't give zero. Cleaning there wasn't. M gave a lot of grima! If it was clean and the room smellless of tobacco sure q would be better.

The hotel is old but confortable. Everything is clean and the office guy is so funny and nice. The area of marina distric is full of restaurants and nice places to go, close to the golden gate.

In the ghetto, lots of homeless, close to the metro, but clean and relatively inexpensive and has microwave and fridge (a must with kids). That's why it gets 4 stars. I can handle a ghetto place but I will spend an extra $20 to have a clean, convenient room.

Solid, clean, friendly, quirkyish, parking, big 'little' fridge, ecolights and clean. I said clean twice because I like clean. Very affordable for the area. Rooms a bit small and the squeaks in the bed may wake the dead bird I buried in my back yard as an eight year old. O ya, inets good too. Lots of love for this place.

This place isn't fancy and kinda old. It's well maintained, clean, and the owners are friendly. Contrary to what some angry people have written you can smoke, ask for a smoking room. I personally only smoke outdoors and they are fine with me smoking outside the room. It would seem bad if you are used to staying at the Hilton or Marriott, it's not in that class obviously, it's a little family run motel. They aren't making enough to everyone's behind who comes in with a nasty little attitude. I would recommend this motel to anyone looking for a reasonably priced room in LA for a clean bed and hot shower. If you like a pool, bar, games, great cannabis, it's freaking Los Angeles!

Very neat and clean rooms. Close to everything in Hollywood. A great choice for a budget stay.

It's very economy, no coffee no microwave no dresser no window, (in our room) dirty floor. Mold in windows. The proprietor is a nice guy.

We were most impressed by kindliness and equally impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff members made us feel like I've known them for years. I highly recommended this place especially on a budget.

This inn is cheap and settle in a convenient area. A man who is the owner (I think) is kind. A room is good too. This inn provide everything that you need when you stay. A floor look clean but it made my socks dirty that I don’t know about other culture. Maybe in other culture everyone can wear a shoes inside the room. Wifi isn’t good.

The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities and outside was lacking.

The staff was very helpful Convenient to get to the stops of the transportation.

Comfortable Hotel to get to Hollywood. Has free parking. Comfortable rooms But the heating is noisy.

Terrible customer service. When you call for information, expect to be given a dirty attitude and no regard for your interest in this location. I called to book a room and whatever incompetent person who answered the phone has the nerve to yell at me. There is zero respect from employee to customer. I ended up booking someplace where they actually value the customer by conducting themselves in a professional, respectful manner. Don't even bother wasting your time here. Businesses like this ought to reconsider the type of people they hire.

Came to LA for the weekend last minute on a business trip with 7 people in 2 rooms. Strictly no smoking. I'd reccommend stepping off property for that. Pollo loco across the street. Gas station across and 711 down the block. Have a good time!

Great customer service. They knew I was coming and had a spot ready for me as I came in. Liked how room was hard floors and not carpet so it felt cleaner. Internet was top notch and had no connection issues. Nice sized flat screen in room. Great location to just go down to the marina.

The day before my check-in I called and told them I would be arriving a little after 12 am due to delays. The owner told me that would be fine, just to let him know I had called earlier. I ended up arriving around 12:20. I was very disappointed by the state of the hotel but I had been driving for 18 hours and was too tired to really care much. I walked up to his little desk thingy and he proceeded to tell me that my room had been filled, but that I would not be charged. Unable to find another hotel we slept in the car in the in a parking lot off sunset ave. I was recently looking thru my banking transactions and noticed that I was charged $96.64 at the exact time I “checked-in”. When I called he said it had been too long to authorize a refund.

A very well priced and cozy inn for the budget conscious. The rooms were quite spacious and well kept. They also have enough room for all the guests to have their own parking spot for the night, which they do not charge for. For the price, this beat a nearby Motel 6 by almost half.

One of the cheapest options in the area but very nice. The rooms were renovated and the owners were happy to help. Don't let yourselves be deceived by negative reviews. The area is quiet with good food nearby.

I love this place, The Rooms are Very Clean u have 2 waters waiting 4 u On TOP of the Fridge if u thirsty. The BED is the BEST part it's HUGE with some Nice soft ASS pillows You Also have CABLE TV… The workers in the Front desk are Cool too…

I was booking a room in second day, they come to me and told that site is not yours, and they cancelled my booking. They room is too dirty in 7days they didn't give me any service they told me I had to ask for everything. There are lot of coacrogs in that room I had 4bags that's why I had to stay there. Every day I asked for change my room but they didn't. And they charged me 120.00 every single day.

The Economy Inn advertised Wi-Fi, tho No secure connection, only an Open connection, which does me no good. Woman on phone was nice. When I showed up at the hotel, the guy at the desk lacked any real social skills & completely missed showing care or kindness, with Zero professional manner. He followed me around with an obvious aire of distrust. Had there been another hotel with availability, I'd have left 1 minute into the interaction. Can you say, Rude!? Unfortunately, it appears this _____ is the manager. I immediately started looking into other options for the next night. The only reason I clicked one star is because I had to to leave a comment. My suggestion: Look elsewhere first… Anyone who can't even pretend to be kind or polite, when more than $100 is given to them for a night in a Stinky, noisy room, doesn't deserve the 100, or to be in business. I got excited when I saw the little refrigerator in the room. Upon opening it, not only was there no freezer, there was nothing cold about the unit & no dial to make it colder. Dirt & wet hair at the base of it… I'll probably unplug it for some semblance of quiet. One thing I'm thankful for… only One night in this dive and of course, for being alive! Hope this helps/saves someone out there.

This experience was absolutely terrible the quailty of the room was horrific. And the management and staff was rude and uncoopertive their sheets and bedding was atrocious and stained and the headboards were stained and greasy there was trash left in the room and the room had an odor there were burns in the comforters and toliet paper rolls on the floor worst experince I have ever had would never recommend coming here to anyone EVER!

The owners are nice and thoughtful. They have worked with me on days I didnt have all the cash. She held my room til 11pm one night for me to come up with all the cash. The rooms are generally clean. My faborite is no bugs. So for me its perfect. Its a reasonable rate at about 100 or so a night more on weekends of course. All and all not a bad place to stay. I would definitely reccomend it.

I was very very impressed with how nice and big and clean the rooms are. And the front desk man Jay is first rate and was very very patience and had no problem with my late check in after telling him earlier I would be there in 15 min and showed up 2 and half hrs later its a present surprise7

Serves it's exact purpose. This place does not offer breakfast, but it is a great stop if you just want to take a bath and sleep. It is one of the cheapest yet decent alternatives close to Hollywood, and it is really close to a metro station — great for people who want to use public transportation to meet new places in LA.

I read some terrible reviews but my experience there was more than fine! The bed was comfy, the room clean enough and the owner very nice. It is a bit noisy because of the road, that my only negative point, I would invest in double glazing, otherwise great for the price!

Beautiful, spacious rooms. A very nice and helpful lady at the reception. Beds are big and rather comfortable. Second bath towel should be bigger but overall a nice budget hotel in walking distance to the Walk of Fame as well as the Chinese theatre. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Safe area for LA standards.

The area is for fear in the evening. Drunks and drug addicts, a homeless person tried to break into a garage before my eyes… the room a disaster: stuffy, stinky, tiny, in the bathroom still the hair of the predecessors in the shower. Shower Curtain moldy. The man at the reception very peculiar type. He also warned us not to leave a suitcase in the car. Be too dangerous. Not recommended.

Amazing place! The staff is super friendly! Great price and great location. Clean rooms. Some good food spots near the hotel. Also, a grocery store right around the corner if you needed anything else. I'd definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Nice place to sleep, 0 bugs, and comfy beds. Only gripe with this place is the cleanliness. They don't clean the rooms very well during the day while we weren't around, the covers are not so clean (we had hair from a previous guest on ours), the pillows were the worst with yellow stains from previous guests. The location is ideal, and the price is what drew us to this Inn. It is perfect for someone who does not plan to spend much time in the hotel besides to sleep. Would recommend bringing your own covers, and pillows.

Don't go there! Dirty. Hair all over the place. Bugs in bed. TV broken. Blankets and pillows full of nasty stains. It's not worth the money at all. There are plenty better motels around the corner!

They are very rude over the phone! I couldn't even book a room for a night! They didn't give me any prices they told me that in order to book a room it had book for a hole day! They don't care about your needs. This place should replace all their staff or shut down. Don't come here.

Clean rooms, no major complaints — fridge, water, king size bed…

This motel needs to be looked at by the better business Bureau. If I could give it negative stars I would. We got in the motel where they are living behind the office window. Very rude customer service and the old lady was sitting on a swing behind the counter watching TV. Doesn't look like they should be in business. We got to our room and pulled back the sheets where there were grease stained sheets crumbs under that as well plastic sheet over the mattress. We then went to the counter to get our money back after 8 minutes in the room and the whole family came to the window to argue with us. Couldn't get a refund as they calmed we were there for a hour like my girlfriend was a working girl. I don't care if the location is convenient to Universal studio's it is NOT WORTH IT! I JUST HOPE THIS REVIEW HELPS OTHERS IN NOT MAKING THE SAME MISTAKE THAT WE DID. It should not be on any booking sites or in business!

The area is not the best, but my rooms have been extremely clean. I have stayed here twice. Both times everything was perfect!

Bad service dirty rooms we asked for a non smoking one and it ended up being a smoking one, and it felt like we had to beg for him to give us a room, seemed like he didnt want to give us a room!

The price was fantastic, clean. Iyou feel comfortable even knowing where you are at. Free breakfast in the morning, Wi-Fi and cable TV included. Did have a $50 deposit which you get back the next day. Overall a good experience not an upscale hotel so don't expect bells and whistles. Shower head pressure extremely high floods the tub a bit to above your toes. Plenty of parking access to outside via sliding glass door.

After the staying in this hotel I rather sleep in my car super terrible customer service from the two people running the place yuuuuuuk no manners no hospitality no nice no education.

The room was so small, the beds were hard as a rock, the pillows dirty, the towels like sandpaper, the TV was alright I guess, the light in my room (15) was badly dimmed, the bathroom was better than the room itself. The worst part of the whole thing was the one guy working at the front desk named Hash. He was so creepy. I honestly felt like he would be the kind of person that would come into the room at night and try to kill or rape us.

You get what you pay for. It was sufficient.

I was looking for a room. When I pulled in parking lot, some Indian lady stared me down. On my way in to a cracker box office the same fat lady came to window. With not a question asked, the lady just said how many people I told her 1 myself she said $95.00 a nite. This place is not wo.

Clean rooms. Through a small reservation mix up my card was charged extra. When I pointed this out to management they were very transparent. I was refunded at no hassle.

Piece of trash. I ordered a room with some Indian lady on the phone & all, surprisingly, was okay. Until I arrived to my room. As soon as I walked in, I saw a prostitute on my bed, getting nailed by 4 black dudes. As soon as they left, I found a dildo in my shower. A dildo. In my shower. I'm starting to think this place runs a prostitution ring because, every person I've talked to about this place, had the same problem, if not worse. Screw you, Economy Inn. Screw you & your bullcrap service, rooms, & employees. I'm surprised you guys are still in service. I have not seen one review that was positive about your location. I think I'm better off sleeping at sun valley park.

Wow. Ridiculous. Not only am I calling to basically give you guys money you guys have the nerve and audacity to be rude and disrespectful over the phone. I was extremely pissed off and I didn't even have to step foot on this dump. word of advice stay away. Don't believe me just read the rest of the reviews or just give them a call and ask a couple of basic questions. An Indian lady will pick up start yelling at you, interrupt you when you're trying to ask questions then when I asked what her problem was she said and I quote " what the f*** is your problem you stupid mexican" wow. Have fun going bankrupt you idiots.

Really bad experience, the TV wasn't working. A guy came to try to fixed and he was drunk, the room smells bad and the attended was rude, definitely not recommended to no one, worst motel I ever been.

Like the other review. Towels small and like sandpaper. Our room had larger fridge. Flat screen Tv in our room was ok… Mattress not the best. The guy at front office and the women very helpful and polite. Once the renovation complete it would be ok. Beds pillows towels.

For the price these people wanted, I nearly gave one star. Wanted $270. We turned it down and they adjusted it to $220. Then the rooms are super small. Bathroom. Just as small. The sink is not in the actual restroom. And their Wi-Fi is dialup speed. Terrible. Minus 2 stars just for their Internet. Minus one for their pricing. The test is livable. Microwave, ac and fridge included. Sorry this has to be the first review.

The beds are super hard and uncomfortable. The pillows are awful. The towls are maby 3ft x 2ft and feel like sand paper, no wash cloths. They have recently "updated" the rooms but some of the old furniture was still in the room leaning against the wall. The bathroom door didn't close all the way. The light ballast was humming. There were loud workers on the roof at 8am. There is not enough parking to accommodate the amount of rooms. They do have good television and air conditioning and there was a mini fridge and microwave. The guy in the front office was really nice but I won't be staying there again.

Great accomodations. If you want something more fancy, stay at the Marriot or Hilton or Doubletree. Is an Inn people, good room and stay for the buck. Very quiet, good bed, great channels and easy access to anywhere. Actually anywhere in LA is easy access. 2 time here and I will return. Keep the good job.

Worst inn available in L. A. Receptionist is very rude, I dont understand wt is she doing in this business, I m disappointed with their services.
