This is a really great hotel. It is so clean. Every inch of this hotel was impeccably maintained. The front desk staff was very nice. Will stay here every time we go to the Hollywood Bowl, which is within walking distance!

The hotel was in great shape. It was clean and the personnel was nice. It is close to Hollywood and Highland where all the action is and close to Universal Studios. Great location! All in all, I definitely recommend it!

Closely located to Hollywood Blvd/walk of fame. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Let us check in at noon since a rm was available. Rooms are nice, clean, with mini fridge.

Really helpful staff. We booked last minute so were offered a discount. There were 4 of us staying so there were 4 sets of towels (the Sheriton the next night only left 3 out). It was just a very easy experience.

The stay was comfortable the only problem was when I was checking out nobody was there for 25 mins. I tried calling and no one came to the phone. I have it recorded and was going to leave because I’m not going to miss my flight. When he did finally arrive he was rude. Gave my deposit back in ones as if I’m a stripper. Even though I gave hundreds in check in.

Our room was good looking and spacious. Also the bed and pillows are super comfy. The only things that really were frustrating is our sink had no water pressure and no free breakfast (Knowing that when we booked of course). Also we had to replace our keys 3 times because they wouldn't open our door. The location is right by all sorts of activities that could be reached walking in 20 minutes. We might be looking at others next time, but this is a nice hotel.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, employees were friendly and helpful, the restaurant staff was amazing — as was the food. The only complaint was the noise coming in from HIghland all night long. Probably not an issue for most people, but I've got "mom ears, " and didn't think to pack ear plugs. Otherwise, great location to all the tourist action. A short walk to Hollywood Bowl as well as Hollywood Boulevard and a great view of the sigh from Hollywood & Highland mall.

Good location Good price… Clean and very large and well maintained parts… All right. No frills. But excellent.

I loved the Best Western in Hollywood! I could get up every morning and walk there! It’s only a few blocks away from all the action. There is a lot of traffic but that’s expected to be so close to all the fun stuff. The staff is friendly and will help in any way. The pillows and bed are SO comfortable! My cousin wanted rhe pillows lol I enjoyed my vacation and the hotel was perfect!

Cristian snored Much and told me that I was snoring. I'll take care of it.

Good location, reasonable priced, nice enough if you don't plan to stay in room much. Very small rooms/bathrooms. Quiet if you stay in a back corner. No free breakfast but a restaurant right next door, simple food got us going in the mornings.

We chose this hotel due to how close it was to the Hollywood Bowl. It made parking and walking to the concert easy. It was nice to just head back to the hotel instead of fighting parking lot traffic and having a long drive home. After check-in we walked across the street to grab sandwiches at Subway and beverages at the little liquor store. The room did have a fridge and a microwave, so we bought additional sandwiches to eat post-concert. The hotel is close enough that one could walk to Hollywood & Highland, but depending on the time of day — I'd probably Uber it back. I won't shy away from concerts at the Hollywood Bowl now that I know of this little gem.

It was very clean and nice. And workers are very caring and friendly but the only down side is parking is 18 a night. But other than that it was worth every penny "I Loved It".

This was such a welcome surprise. I was traveling for business and had an early flight out, so they left my breakfast in my room so I had something to eat. The bed was fantastic and made it so hard to get up. The amazing shampoo and conditioners were top notch, I cannot say more good things about this place. Well done!

Hotel very nice and well located, offers good bedding, a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. The staff are welcoming, the hotel is very clean. The only flaw would surely be the breakfast, which is à la carte and quite expensive in the end.

Perfect area, good in quality/price.

Pretty standard motel. Wouldn't stay more than a night or 2 or if desiring relaxation, walls were thin. It was suitable for our need. Location is great for walking to Hollywood attractions.

Nice place. Great staff. No complaints with the exception of parking… pretty small and cramped but that's every where you go in Hollywood. Everything else abouy my stay was great.

It's a motel-like hotel. In general lines is good, with spacious rooms and have a microwave and small refrigerator, which make the stay cheaper. What stands out of the place is the excellent location! Just 400 meters from the Walk of Fame and very close to supermarkets and food shops. Highly recommended Hotel. Ah, they don't charge you for sending packages purchased over the Internet and you can send them 15 days before your arrival.

Room was good. Amenities were good. We had a mix up with booking return shuttle and also a day trip that was pre-arranged. But that was probably because the room and trip was booked under 2 different names. However the tour company phoned 6 times and physically came to the inn asking for us but that didn't seem to prompt any further investigation from the staff member at the inn. Hindsight, I will take it upon myself to make sure multiple contact names are taken in future.

I really don't know how this place earns a 4 star rating. The rooms are small and cramped, and we only had 2 adults and 2 kids. The bathrooms are tiny, our toilet flush noise was a high pitched whine that lasted 5 minutes. The AC unit made about 10 different noises per cycle, all of them loud and annoying. The beds are the hardest I've ever slept on. The walls and ceiling are so thin I could hear every foot step from above us, as well as talking and showering from the rooms around us. Same for the door and window, you could hear everything. Parking exists, which is good, but its cramped and the spots are tiny. Would not recommend this place, the price is not worth it.

Good enough room with A/C, reasonable parking, and tiny swimming pool. The best part is that it's within walking distance to Hollywood Bowl. Reception staff and restaurant staff were helpful, professional, and polite. Standard bedding, clean towels, standard furnishings. The bathroom had been "cleaned" but had long hair on floor and in tub… Housekeeping could be improved, dust on lamps and furniture.

If you want a cheerful hotel near the boulevard then this is for you. Don't expect anything upmarket, it's basically a motel with friendly staff. Rooms are basic but comfortable and the cleaning staff do a great job. The place could do with a good makeover and upgrade…

This hotel is a lovely gem. The staff was wonderful and gave us great answers and advice. They solved any of our problems. The rooms were sparkling clean and the beds were great. The restaurant in the hotel also had wonderful staff and marvelous food. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very well placed, a little dated but very clean and very comfortable beddings.

The place was clean and the staff friendly. Pool and hot tub was pleasant. Had a microwave and refrigerator. The water pressure was wonderful. Within walking district of the wall of fame, Dolby theater, and a bunch of other things. In a safe location. Downside the walls are a bit thin so you might need earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Also room service does not listen to do not disturb signs. This might have just been on the final day but there was no knock. They just tried to come in even with the sign.

It's a small hotel room. Relatively clean. The front desk is friendly and helpful. We stayed here for a concert at Hollywood Bowl. It's a short walking distance away and helped us avoid the mass traffic when the concert was over.

Concierge was not only unprofessional, but he was also threatening. Location is on the most difficult road enter/exit the location. Found a motel 6 with better service 6 blocks away with better service.

The rooms were small but clean and the bed wasn't super comfortable. The hotel is very close to the Hollywood Bowl and Hollywood Boulevard. Overall it was a good experience.

Great Location, reasonable rates for that area, Excellent Excellent Front Desk Staff esp. Irene who will help you promptly if you face any problems during your stay at the hotel. Housekeeping is a bit of a problem, instead of automatically cleaning your room every day, you have to tell them to do so, otherwise you might go for 2 days without getting fresh towels or any service. However, when they do provide room service, they do it very well, the rooms are very very clean. The hallways are not covered so you might get very cold and miserable in the winter if you wanna go from your room to another room, to the office or anywhere in the hotel (not sure whether this could be a problem in hotter times of the year or not).

OMG what a disappointment! It should be called a motel at best. The carpet in the room is dirty, the air conditioner is noisy, you would swear the walls are made of paper (I hear everything going on next door, every car passing by from the 3rd floor, etc). I have never stayed in a "hotel" that the water level to the toilet goes to the rim when you flush it, waiting for a disaster to happen: (… and the iron is attached to the ironing board, making it almost impossible to iron. To make matters worst I am stuck in this dump for 2 more nights: (

Room was run-down and didn't seem very clean especially the bathroom area. Wifi was extremely slow and air conditioner unbearably loud. As well as this the power points were hanging out of the wall. However beds were clean and comfortable.

Great location and good value. People at the desk and cleaning staff were very nice and helpful. Room was very clean and pretty wide. Confortable bed, clean bathroom and AC worked perfectly! Breakfast is not included and you have to pay for parking… I recommend this place for your stay, I would come back again for sure!

Good location, room clean and adequate. The internal restaurant / bar "Spice" noise on the Abend/in of the night especially when an event in "the punch bowl" was. Very good breakfast in the spice.

The Wi-Fi issue is due to the guests bring their xbox or playstations which drain the internet speed.

Great price for the great location. Biggest issue is advertised high-speed Wi-Fi that barely connects, Wi-Fi is basically unusable unless it's 3AM-7AM. If Wi-Fi is not a concern would definitely recommend.

Not a bad place to stay close to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and the Chinese theater.

Cant beat it for the price/location.

Hotel is nice. Location is the best. Easily walk to many restaurants, Starbucks, Hollywood Bowl or to the tourist spots. Restaurant attached to hotel is great with a very reasonably priced menu.

Good location, only 5 walking minutes from the hollywood boulevard. If you are only looking for a place to sleep, this hotel is right for you. The staff was not too helpful or friendly.
