They cancelled my online reservation when I arrived and then raised the price. They also asked for a CASH deposit for the room. They were rude and refused to honor the price even though I had made the reservation less than an hour before. Everything looked dirty. Turned around and left.

I stay here regularly. Its always a pleasure to pull in & be greeted by the managers as a member of the family. Thank you both. And congratulations on the new baby.

Not enough parking spaces, I had to park on the street. Way to many rules and the person in charged is super rude. I felt not welcome at all. I went to Oakdale just for one night and made my two reservations one week in advance. One room for my parents one for my family and I and my big surprise was that we only had one room not two. I showed them I had my two confirmations and they simply said I don’t know what happen or why you didn’t received and cancellation email. I was super disappointed, it all happened very late like around 11 pm, my parents and my young siblings had nowhere to spend the night. I will never ever coming back to this motel and I will never recommend it as well. Don’t trust on this motel especially if your loved ones are with you.

Quaint rooms. Nice amenities. Lots of rules and restrictions. Bathroom light was a sensor one. When you get up to go to the bathroom, it interrupts your sleep cycle flashing bright light. Not good. Close to shopping though.

Friendly and nice management. The rooms are very clean. It's nice to see a non-smoking motel. I'm a non-smoker my self. My room smelled really fresh and clean. Not like other motels/Hotels were when you walk in to your room and it smells like a stale cigarette. Awesome job. I would give this place a 10 if I could. We will be back. Thanks again P. This was a very nice place. Very clean, nice staff. The room was like a large apartment. Had lots of room for my family of six. The remodeled kitchenette was beautiful for are four day stay. It also has cookware in the kitchenette. We would recommend Jerry's motel to anyone that is looking for a long term stay if you are traveling or here for business. The price is very good for what you get. Awesome job with the place. Will be coming back here again when we come to Oakdale.

If you have knowledge of us doing drugs and being in possession of a cat there must be surveillance inside the rooms. Thank you, that is now grounds for authorities to move forward. I stayed here, no cat or drugs. Slanderous and lies, grasping at straws.

I've been here and this is just another old motel but has potential to be a great place but the owners have the idea that they can control their customers. The use of Intimidation, illegal entry into occupied rooms, unnecessary surveillance by management, fraudulent claims against consumers are a few examples of this lots unethical business practice. The two that manage the motel have questionable pasts that followed them into this job. Items had gone missing from my room and car during my stay. The nerve of these two to behave as upstanding citizens as if they don't have pasts that are well documented. You can run from it but not hide, eventually it finds you. If not for the bullying tactics and third world mindset it wouldn't be a bad place. A motel is a place people want to relax, not feel like they're under military rule. America, remember? The rooms aren't bad, need to be cleaned regularly. The outside sink is broken so if you need a place to rinse shoes or soiled clothing the water leaks causing a huge, dangerous mess. The campus itself is clean, paint does wonders.

Describe my experience? Let's say this, it's criminals running a rundown motel. 3rd world views. The dentist is down the street, J. Lay off the pipe.

Friendly and nice management. The rooms are very clean and feel like an oasis away from the city. Not to far from fast food and gas stations. Also a great price.

Paid for a room and told to come back at 2 and it wasn't ready then told to come back and 3 then there was something wrong with it gave me a refund but when we were leaving they rented it out to someone else never go back.

Stayed here on our way to San Francisco from Yosemite. Clean rooms, friendly staff/owners. Best value for your money. Would recommend this to anyone if you have to stop here on your trip.

Nice place. Kind of smaller rooms but I like it. Great TV and free Wi-Fi with fridge and microwave. Great price also. Two convenience stores right across the street and close to many fast food and many restaurants to choose from close by.

Really nice people. Inexpensive. Clean. Had no patience for us in the morning when we asked for an extra half hour before leaving. Not that they were sold out on the 4th of July weekend either. Just in a hurry to get us out.

I stayed at Jerry's for 5 weeks while on a travel assignment for work, and found it to be very nice! The manager Sarah is so accommodating, welcoming, and kind. I appreciate the free parking, Wi-Fi, and cable. I stayed in a larger 2-Queen bed unit with a full kitchen equipped with a gas range, full size refrigerator, and microwave. The only thing I would change is to do away with the old carpet and replace with some area rugs. They offered a VERY reasonable weekly rate.

If I could give it a zero I would. Terrible customer service. The woman I spoke to on the phone seemed to have no idea as to what she was doing. I asked for a room for four people and they said they couldn't do it, AFTER running my card. I was able to speak to the manager/owner and he completely disregarded what I had to say. They showed no interest in my concerns and in turn "refunded" my room. Whatever the woman lacked in skill, she compensated for in politeness. Whatever the owner lacked in politeness he compensated with nothing. Awful ownership. If I could give it a zero I would.

Staff watched every more that you made there was no privacy. Staff complained about price we paid on line and said we should have paid more she stated that because we booked online we paid winter rates but this was 04/12/13-04/13/13 and was still winter rates. The room was very small and there was no chair or table or coffee pot in the room. We could only park one car at the motel since that was "corporation policy" although we had two cars. We could only have 1 towel each since that was "corporation policy. " There was no ice machine, no snack or soda machine. The neighborhood was a very "dangerous neighborhood" real getto. When my husband decided to go ahead and spend the week end with my sister and I he was coming in through the front door and immediately we were phoned in the room and were told that since we had a guest if that guest intended to stay over night we had to immediately pay them extra money. Which I intended to do and was already headed to the office to pay them. They watched every where we went and were like policemen since my husband parked in a space they called the room again and said he could not even unload his vehicle since his car could not be on the motel property since we already had one car parked there. we will never stay there again it was awful! I would not recommend this motel to anyone who wanted to have a nice stay at a motel. If you want your mother and father watching over every move you make they stay but we like our privacy.
