Nothing really wrong with this place. But it's just not very luxury for a 4.5 star hotel. The views from the window are of construction sites and industrial warehouses. The room is big and the furnishings are nice enough. Just nothing special. I do like that they have a vent below the window for fresh air. It was wasn't for the view being bad, and the tacky casino vibe I would give 4 stars.

Mel at the front desk is amazing, shes sweet and very accomadating. She made sure that housekeeping cleaned a room for me within 30 minutes to accommodate my early arrival so I can quickly get ready for an appointment. She made sure I was well taken care of and gave me drinks and appetizers at the restaurant as well as breakfast! Thank you so much Mel, hope to see you when I'm back in October.

The hotel was really lovely. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was kept clean and updated.

Called the front desk and they said it's usually like this and to leave the water running until it clears, no thanks I'll just not have a glass of water. The rest of the hotel stay was adequate, but they didn't have a refrigerator in the room like lower end hotels have. The pillows where quite nice. In all, stay if you like murky water and an adequate hotel at a high price.

Staff is especially solicitous and helpful. Accommodation is roomy and attractive. Food and room service were great. Except for the fake emergency alarm and announcement at 1:30am, which scared me, I was good!

Appearance is below average for typical Crowne Plaza hotels, no one was at the two small check in desks at first, but the staff were helpful after they arrived. The air conditioning did not work in our first room and it took several calls for them to send someone to evaluate it. They determined it needed repair and eventually gave us a new room.

I've just returned home from our vacation and the first thing I am doing it writing a review… nothing more important! My anniversary we were scheduled to come in on Sunday, but due to us being snowed in, flights were cancelled and we did not arrive until check in the next day, Monday! (We were already tossing between going here or The Bicycle, both are Casino places) At arrival of Crowne Plaza Commerce Casino the customer service was absolutely outstanding, I almost forgot the frustration that happened prior to arrival. (I found myself with an attitude) Even though I had lost a day, Maria assisted me at the front desk… But my applause goes to JAMIE! She without hesitation refunded me for the night that I missed, hotels usually NEVER do this, especially the day after, because the room was taken off market. We stayed in room 803, breakfast every morning at the 323 bistro was very good! Great options and variety! I HAD THE BEST SPA BATH EVER! This place truly exceeded my expectations! Customer Service goes a long way. There is a Casino downstairs, that I thought may be convenient if we wanted to had some fun, surprisingly, it was not even noisy, (we ended up not attending with all the other things had scheduled to do, plus we were short one day! ) Thank you so much, from the time I came, until the time I left! The cleaning staff was great! Food Was good! Friendly Management! Couldn't have asked for a better place! Thanks Jamie!

Clean hotel and nice, helpful employees. We got the breakfast plan and the food was good. We were on a the smoking floor (7) and it had a strong odor of whatever spray they use the cover the smoke. I had a migraine the day we arrived and that didnt help but when a migraine isnt already triggered the smell is okay but strong. The room had a very mild smoke smell but it wasn't bad. We got a smoking room because my boyfriend vapes. All in all it was a good experience. The vallet was a reasonable price and convenient.

Awesome hotel! Crowne Plaza and the staff saved us from the horrors of another hotel. They took our reservation at the last minute and provided us a beautiful room. Thank you so much. You guys are the best and helped us have one of the best vacations ever. We will be coming back next time we stay in SoCal.

Once you're done with the casino you could go and spend the night there if you win a few bucks they have three very good restaurants and a polite staff and once you go rest up you could either go to the Citadel or go playback on the floor and win some money at the baccarat tables.

Nice hotel and casino. They will give hotel discounts to verified casino gamblers. They have poker tournaments weekly and Commerce Casino is the largest poker room, in the entire world, with 250+ tables, going 24/7. There is no craps (dice) and roulette table games, but they do have baccarat, blackjack and poker. They also have a first class restaurant and separate sports bar, but no longer have a buffet line.

Staff is nice, rooms are cool. Casino is a little smoky. The water doesn't get as not as I want in the showers either.

Crowne Plaza at Commerce Casino is excellent. We are a family of 4. Stopped in for a quick getaway out of town and stayed in the Executive Suite on the 9th floor. It is a 2 room suite with mini fridge and microwave. It has a bar and a living room seperate from the bedroom (no the bar is not stocked). The service was fantastic. I play poker for a living so this was a nice option to take the family with me. The citadel outlets are less than a quarter mile away so the wife got to go shopping with the kids while I played cards. All-in-all this is a great place to stay. You'll enjoy it.

Near Citadel Outlets, Casino on site and only 30 minutes away from downtown LA. If you want to visit LA this is a great option. Free parking, reliable Wi-Fi and restaurants on site. There’s also other options of food within 3 miles.

Very nice staff! Only complaint is the millions of spots for Valet. No parking available on weekend nights. I hope they fix that!

Pretty Nice stay if you're in Los Angeles. Not overly priced. Casino on premises and close to pretty much everything in the LA area.

Whenever I come to los Angeles I stay here, it is a good place, clean, quiet, the truth I recommend it, and best of all has valet parking.

Well I did not go there for the place itself but there was an event held there for college stuff. But the place looks really good and it was really cold there but its fine. But I only went there because I was attending for financial aid for college.

Pros — nice rooms, vary comfortable bed, plenty of receptacles — USB ports, good TV channel selection, reasonable price restaurant, $5 valet parking — come and go all day. Free internet. Security for your car. Outlet mall shopping close by. Cons — internet sometimes slow, if you park your own car it can be a long walk. Quite a walking distance from any outside restaurants and shopping. Pool and jacuzzi very shallow. Sometimes I Smell Smoke in the hallways.

Smokeless rooms still smelled of smoke due to the amoumt of smokers at the downstairs casino. The location was great and though crowded, the parking lot was secure. It is good if you need a place to stay and you're working downtown but I wouldn't bring a family here.

Dirty Casino. Room was small, pool was disgusting, hot tub was empty. Nothing like walking 1/4 mile to your car park through the smell of cigarettes and vomit. The only redeeming factor of this place was that the bed was comfortable. This should be a 2-3star.

A fine dining restaurant at an affordable price. Excellent menu find dessert menu and a great wine list. I enjoyed my dinner with friends it was fantastic I will return soon.

This is a very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly to us. Its an older hotel that has been maintained but not necessarily modernized. Fitness room is small and simple but it did the job. Its walking distance to the Citadel.

Rooms are clean, Casino is a fun spot to play cards win or lose. The menu and food on the casino floor is better than the restaurant. All staff I've encountered have been friendly and helpful.

Had dinner with my party of eight in the Arena Sports Bar & Grill last night. All good! And, great value and service. I had the Cobb Salad. We all shared a platter of hot wings. All enjoyed!

This hotel is the worst hotel. Everyone is smoking all over. No escaping the stench. The hotel looks so fancy on the outside. The room is tiny with 2 beds. That's it. No fridge. No microwave. No coffee maker. We could no connect to Wi-Fi most of the time. The pool was covered with bugs and leaves. The jacuzzi was 1 foot low on the water level. I am going to complain to the company and ask for a 2 night credit at a different Crowne Plaza in Irvine. That one is so nice. Worth the money. I got ripped off at the one in Commerce.

The location is not far from center. There's a big outlet nearby. However, the size of the room is fairly modest by American standards.

The attention is spectacular, very close to everything you need, the hotel restaurant has delicious food bistro 323 fully recommended.

Been here 6 weeks, nice enough hotel, really friendly staff, beds are great, pool is really small, gym has a few tread mills free weights only up to 25 or 30 lbs and a small nautilus machine. House keeping cleans well but they took the coffee mugs 3 weeks ago and they aren't great at restocking tp or expendables. I mean I've been here long term and I only have them clean once a week but they haven't put a new coffee filter in ever without having to stop and ask for one the mugs that maybe needed cleaning but should have been replaced. I don't know what my company is paying for this place but I hope its not more than what an average mid-range hotel runs in LA.

Los Angeles has many other casinos that have impressed me in their superior customer service and quality of their gaming sections. Commerce Casino does not hold a candle to their competition. The dealers will barely make eye contact with players let alone talk to players beyond no more bets. The Floormen are the true disappointment though, they will only interact with higher rollers to ensure they are being taken care of with amenities or food/cocktail service. Security is pretty lazy and extremely rude. The atmosphere would best be described as bland and leaves you bored to tears with the amount of banter the employees make amongst themselves ignoring players and severely delay the games. The worst casino in LA. Don't waste your time, there are plenty of other casinos within 30 minutes and one within 15 minutes that will show you a good time and take care of you rather than disappoint like commerce casino. Good Luck, you'll need it.

Staying as a hotel guest on a business trip, I did not use the casino. The hotel was clean, well equipped and quiet. Overall I was quite impressed. The rate was very reasonable. Parking was a little tricky, since the casino was quite busy. The concierge that greeted me was friendly and helpful. I'd definitely visit again!

Great place to stay the night, eat a meal, or play some poker. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I try and stop in on occasion.

You really have to be playing poker to enjoy yourself here. All the regular table games have a fee to play each hand and the games are pretty standard affair. The poker room is awesome.

Went to the card room, which has an incredible amount of players. However the place is old, dirty and most of the staff are unkept (shirts hanging out, hair messed up). The place does need to be nice shiny and new so they are not, which is a shame.

I was at this location for the final day of a poker tournament with $470, 000 in the prize pool. They put the stupid football game on the late screen leaving the tournament clocks on 2 small screens too small to read from most of the tables. I'm a regular tournament player and know all the managers. I could get any of them to do the right thing and put the tournament clock on the big screen which is normal. Furthermore, every single dealer I had at my tables, all without exception were watching the game as they dealt the cars. I'm so pissed off. We spent days after days to get to this final day, and I couldn't get the management to be professional and give us the tournament clock where we can see, and get rid of the stupid football game. Apparently the top brass here don't care about having a professional venue although this place is the world's largest poker room. With Hollywood Park and Hawaiian Garden casinos ramping up to become larger that Commerce Casino, I will remember this when and give my support to the competition who acts more professional.

I liked it because win money in the casino. And I loved that it is a Costco close by.

I love that you can always find a game here. Sometimes there is a little wait but it isn't bad. For the most part the dealers are decent. The place feels a little run down. I'd love to see the place get a face-lift… and some TLC for the landscaping.

We liked this hotel. We used the valet to park the car, was told it was only $5. Beats parking far away and walking. We did not use the attached casino or any of the hotel amenities, but the room was quiet and somewhat comfortable. The hot water in the shower stayed hot. Ordinarily I would not write about the hot water, but we stayed somewhere recently where the shower would get cold all of a sudden. Thought there weren't any hotels like that anymore. The hotel seems very energy efficient. Your keycard must be used to activate the A/C in the room. They have a permanent shampoo/bodywash/conditioner dispenser instead of giving you the little samples. The sink was maybe not installed correctly because the water come out of the spigot would hit the edge of the sink if you did not turn it on high. Just a minor annoyance I guess. The TV was a little small for the size of the room, but my daughter, 10, was the only one doing the TV watching. One thing they got right was that they had USB port charges and outlets all over the place. This was a big plus.
