This place is great! you have a kitchenette, family room and doors to block off room with beds. Tv in both rooms for the kids to enjoy what they want and we can watch a movie.

Great location minutes from Disneyland.

Very clean and well accommodation. Frirndly staff breakfast was great.

Big rooms. We rented 2 King Suites and both were tidy and clean.
Had 1 bedroom, living room, dining table and small kitchen. It looked like a small apartment. Closet had a Ironing board and an iron. Loved it!
Check in was at 3pm but knew we were gonna be late so called ahead to let me know and they said that was fine. We could check in till midnight. We made our check in at 10pm without a problem.
Lots of choices for breakfast.
Less than 15 minutes from Disneyland.

I love the atmosphere & location so accessible. A great experience & I highly recommend this place.

Family friendly, we stay here during our Disneyland visit.

The check in staff for my stay was just gross. He was lounging on the sofa in the lobby when I arrived. He also ignored my elite status and tried to tell me my service dog was not allowed. It got worse when there were dead roaches on the floor in the room. He was actually under the impression they needed to be picked up and all would be fine. The next night I was harassed by the front desk clerk and told I had to put my service animal in the car. I was in shock. I would change the name of this one to Worst Western.

Love this place! Our room had a kitchenette with a mini fridge, sink and microwave. Lots of cabinet space for extended stays. The bed is separated by a door to close off the living room which I loved. Very spacious room and very clean. Breakfast was the standard hotel breakfast with waffles, fruits, muffins, sausage, egg etc. We got a room right next to the elevator and facing the courtyard where the pool is and it was such a lovely view. The hotel is close to the freeway but not too close that you can hear the noise. This place is also a few minutes from Disney, I loved that I didn’t have to get on the freeway to get there. I was able to take two main roads and I was there. Will be back again if I ever find myself in the area.

What's not to love about this place? The room that we stayed in was huge and was actually 2 rooms separated by a door if you required a little bit of privacy from the rest of the room. The kitchen area was nice and the place was clean. Pool and hot tub were well maintained. The breakfast area and selections were better than expected so we ate there everyday. Very close to the mall; which my wife fully appreciated. Nice area and ample parking. The staff was nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Good staff. Nice, clean & good sized rooms. We stayed in the king suites on 3 different occasions & our kids loved it. The pool area is a good size. Deducted a star for the compact parking.

The room itself was not accommodating and presentable looked very cheap for what we paid. The breakfast food was icy cold in some bites as if it was warmed all the way and the Juice machine ran out of syrup it literally ran out of juice and was just water with a hint of juice. Stayed at another hotel that was 100% less than what we paid and they had way more accommodating items and was more welcoming.

Very nice and clean place! The pool and fountain were a great place to hang out. Overall it was a great place to stay for our trip to Disney (only 10 minutes from the toy story parking lot)!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we will continue to stay here when in caliCalifo! It is very family friendly! Nice breakfast, pool, hot tub! The room is nice with comfy bed. All amenities work well in the room! We used the washer and dryer frequently and have never had a problem! The staff is very nice and accommodating! We have never felt unsafe at the property. It has locked doors and is in a nice neighborhood.

My friend and I stayed at this Best Western while we were in town for a conference at the convention center. The rooms were nice, free breakfast was included, and it was close enough to most things. The front desk was not very helpful or informed about the bussing system, but if you are just headed to Disneyland then it doesnt matter the bus heads there every hour. If you are headed anywhere else on the ART bus the best way to get there from this Best Western is to ride the bus to Disneyland and then wait for the right bus for your destination. Overall we had a great stay!

This place is a awesome place to stay at, and the staff are great, and the breakfast oh my good and hot, I definitely will return this hotel.

This hotel has a few things going for it. It is fairly modern (appears renovated in the last 10 years), and strikes a good balance of being located near most Anaheim attractions without being too close (3 miles to Disneyland). Wi-Fi, a continental breakfast, and parking are all free and included. They have suites as well as standard rooms for those that prefer suites. The only negative I found was that the elevators were often wet and a little dirty due to guests coming from the pool without drying properly. Overall, I was quite pleased with my stay and plan on staying there again in the next few months.

Great hotel and great staff. Clean and attentive. Breakfast was delicious too. I wish the breakfast options would vary daily but the selections were still yummy!

Great rooms, small gym and pool. Great for a short trip. Couldn't give 5 stars because Ice machines broken and breakfast could really use some healthier options. But still a great hotel! As some one who can't do gluten there wasn't much for me. Plus no juice or water at breakfast didn't help. Rooms have been remodeled but remember it's an older property that's been remodeled not tore down and started over. I would recommend this property if you're coming to disney or the surrounding areas and you don't want to pay "new" hotel prices, but still want a "newer" hotel feeling. Great price for a great room. Plus it's kinda cool that it doesn't look like a hotel from outside.

The hotel is really affordable and the rooms are nice. The pool is heated and decorated nicely. The breakfast service is delicious. There's an ART transit to Disneyland which is super convenient. Loved it here!

The suites here are a great size. The location is perfect, and close enough to everything you would need. They offer a decent continental breakfast in the morning. I liked that they had a big open area in the middle where the pool is located. My family and I definitely enjoyed our stay here.

We booked a full two months in advance. I’m pretty sure that I asked for a handicapped room. They gave us a room on the first floor, but way in the back of the hotel. There were zero (0) disabled parking spaces in the back and only six (6) in the front. They have only one (1) ice machine on the floor, all the way up by the front desk. The door to the bathtub/shower and toilet is about six (6) inches too narrow and I kept running into the frame. The room coffee is a joke. Now, let’s get to the good stuff… we mentioned our concerns to the manager and he immediately gave us a 30% discount for our troubles. The room was big, and the bed was awesome! Housekeeping was great! We were far away from the pool, so our room was quiet. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and hot, with good, hot coffee. Overall I don’t mind giving three stars, but it could have been better. The building was obviously an office building in a previous life, so it’s setup a little weird. We would stay again if we needed to, but we would be very careful when booking.

We've stayed here before and have always enjoyed our stay. The staff is suoer friendly and very helpful with everything! Rooms have been recently been renovated. The rooms are clean and huge! Disney land is 7 min away and outlet mall is just down the street. We will always stay here when we come to visit Disneyland. I recommend Best Western Plus Meridian for your stay if you're coming to Disneyland. 22

We love this hotel. We have two kids, and stay here whenever we come to Disneyland. The room setup is perfect for little kids. We put them to bed early in the first room, then close the doors and can still stay up and read or watch TV without disturbing them. They also have a shuttle that runs all day, coming about every hour and costs about $5.50/day that takes you right to Disneyland (plus a few other places). The room is great for the price as well. Two-bedroom, with a kitchen, and a ride to and from Disneyland for SO MUCH CHEAPER than staying right by the park. This is our go-to place and we recommend it to all our friends.

The room and lobby did look up to date. The staff was very nice. There's a printer in the lobby where I was able to print my boarding pass for free. That was nice. Nice comfortable bed and pillows. Nice furniture in the room except the chair didn't match. It is on wheels and like a computer chair. It looked like it was from 1982. Don't know where they got this chair. The shower didn't have to much pressure which if your like me that matters. There was shampoo and conditioner and body soap in a dispenser on the wall in the shower which is nice if you forgot your own, but it smells like a nursing home or hospital would use it. The breakfast was nice. They have their own waffle maker you can use yourself. Apples, bananas, cereal, yogurt, eggs, sausage, muffins and toast. Really good overall for the price.

As long as you don't complain about service that was never delivered to a guest, get ready for the manager to call you and start arguing. When you tell him to send an email and you really need to rest, he becomes more argumentative then eventually decides to put me on a Do Not Rent list because I disagreed with his compensation offer and invading my personal time in the room. Received an email reply from George with the accusation that he does not tolerate taking advantage of the hotel and using refunds as a threat to post negative reviews. This guy is obviously delusional and creates false assumptions to make himself feel better about his flaws. I am very patient and tolerant of workers with a sense of entitlement and in this case, delusional. I hope he accepts the fact that my reviews are staying and I would never tell him to give me a refund or I will post bad reviews. As a hotel General Manager myself, I would never do what I hate the most from my guests. I feel sympathy for him. Getting angry and taking reviews personal then takes it out on guests that let's him know that his staff is slipping is just sad. Each to its own.

My stay here was much more pleasant than expected. My King Suite was very spacious, with a kitchenette area equipped with a fridge and microwave, with a granite countertop and cabinets. It seemed recently renovated, as some of the cabinets were nailed shut, but it was very clean and comfortable. The room overlooks a beautiful courtyard area, with the pool and spa and seating area. There hotel has a free hot breakfast, and the food was a better quality than you'd expect for a Best Western. Overall I had a wonderful stay, and if I find myself in Anaheim again I will definitely consider staying here again.

For the money you can't go wrong. Large suites. Lovely pool, sitting area. Full breakfast. Elevator. Three levels. All rooms are in the interior, if this is a concern make sure you check it out in advance. It was a concern of mine at first, but we had an extended stay and it really didn't end up bothering me. Bathroom area is small, shower works well. This property is close to freeways, Disneyland, restaurants, and shopping. Rooms are a bit dated, and if you are looking for perfection you might be disappointed. Housekeeping does a good job of keeping things tidy. Bed was comfortable. Great having a microwave, small refridge, small coffeemaker, large counter space. Again, for the price, there is nothing that comes close.

Parking can be limited and is a tight fit. Good size rooms but small bathrooms. Comfortable beds, good hot breakfast included. Rooms are generally clean, but always damaged for every room I have stayed in. Good nearby access to Toy Story parking lot for Disneyland. Good value large 2 suite rooms for vacation. Friendly staff.

Short drive to Disneyland and easy to get to. The rooms were great! 4 of us stayed comfortably with plenty of space. Decor is nice, everything was clean. Included breakfast also served eggs and waffles, not just pastries and coffee the way a lot of hotels to. I'll definitely come back.

Clean room and lunch included.

This is our third time staying at my the property, and once again we were not let down. The rooms (We had a 2 queen suite) is spacious, well appointed, and comfortable even with a few kids. Having the sink, fridge, and micro wave in the living room area is a big plus, and so is having the seperate bed room is convenient for some privacy when anyone is changing or getting ready. The free breakfast was always good, and the dining area was clean. The kids loved the pool and always ask to stay here when we are in town!

I stayed twice st this hotel within the last year. Love the breakfast. Nice variety. Rooms are clean and quiet. My only issue is the water pressure us low and the hot water doesn't get very hot. In fact I had no hot water at bathroom sink. This hotel takes a lot of conservation methods which I don't mind except when it comes to my shower which I enjoy hot. The water pressure would not have been so bad if the water temp would have been hoter. Had valve turned all the way to hot and water was only warm.

Check in time was at 3. We arrived a little early but was able to get a room at 230 which was a plus after a 6 hours drive. Hotel looked more like a business building so it looked a little intimidating. As soon as you walk thru the door I was truly amazed at how nice and clean the place look. Don't let the looks fool you. Our room was a king suite and it was super spacious. The bedroom was close off with a French door from the living area. Super clean and bed was super comfy except the sofa bed which was not. Breakfast was a great selection eggs, sausage, pastries, cold cereal and waffles. Love this place and would stay again if in the area.

We couldn't have done a better job in selecting a hotel for our vacation. This Best Western had a very large pool, a hot tub, very nice suite, computers in the lobby so you could see the sunshine, a morning paper, microwave and refrigerator all for the price of $799.99 for 7 days. The transit shuttle to Disneyland goes from the hotel. An all day pass, which includes stopping at the Outlet Mall (which is nearby) is only $2.00 round trip for children and seniors over 65. The regular pass is $5.50 for all day. The staff were all very nice. We'll stay there again if we have a chance!

Hotel in a quiet area, about 40 minutes from Lax, convenient to San Diego. Breakfast with a lot of choice.

A good value for the money (rates include breakfast), a short ride from Disneyland, in a corporate office park. Lots of amenities too including a pool, gym and on-site laundry. Don't let the initial impression from the red brick walls deter you, cleary fashioned in the 80's (70's? ) the seemingly cold, harsh and even a little creepy exterior houses a much warmer and pleasant experience once you get through to the core. Diamond status in the Best Western Rewards Program garnered me an upgrade to a King Suite, which is quite spacious, especially for a single traveler and is perfect for a couple or a small family. I will definitely be back and would absolutely pick to stay here over all of the other options in the vicinity!

It's such a nice place for the price. Clean rooms, really comfortable bed, great breakfast options that actually have some protein and whole grains, and the pool seems clean (as far as the average hotel pool goes). Spacious showers with good water pressure. Also the Disney shuttle is super convenient. It's a little far away from Disney but the price and shuttle make it completely worth it. I'll definitely stay here again.

A good location for doing business in Santa Ana or Orange. Many families stay there for Disneyland as much more reasonable than hotels around the theme parks. It's an older building that has been re-vamped, rooms are clean and e trembly comfortable beds. Only downside is that most rooms have windows looking out on a hallway with windows on opposite wall. I am guessing that they used to be open walkways.

We chose this hotel because of the other reviews. Also, it was close to Disneyland. This hotel is not walking distance but is only 2 freeway exits from the park. This fit what we were looking for since we were wanted a hotel that was going to be quieter than others next to Disneyland. It has a beautiful courtyard with a pool, hot tub, and patio area with chairs and tables. We stayed 4 nights. The price was very fair for what you get. Front desk staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. The room was a King bed suite. It was very roomy with a sink, small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the bed too. Each morning they served full breakfasts. This is a great place to stay and we will be returning soon!

Location is very convenient, right off of freeway, but there is no sound that can be heard from the freeway. The rooms are very nice and large for a very good price. The cleanliness of the rooms were very good as well. The pool is large and the hot tub is very soothing. There are tables and chairs outside anda very lovely fountain.

I would rate this hotel higher but this is honestly the worst experience and service I have ever received. I spent a good sum of money to stay in this place, and yet it didn't matter. The desk guy was rude, and refused to quiet down screaming children until 10 pm. I do not stay in hotels to listen to screaming children. I stay to work and travel. At the point I can hear them from two floors away it is time to tell them to be quiet. Every hotel I've ever been to has never had some ridiculous policy like the one here. To make matters worse the room I received was not the room I reserved. The rude desk worker told me it was first come, first served. In that case why bother making a reservation? I'm livid.

Great place to stay! We have stayed here two different times in the past couple years when we went to Disneyland. The suites are very roomy and clean. The breakfast is awesome. This place is about 10-15 minutes from Disneyland and has a shuttle if you don't want to drive.

If you don't mind stuffy, humid, and hot hotels in mid summer, this place is good. If you also don't mind rooms that open to the outside rather than into a hotel hallway, this place is good. However, I did not like either. The carpets aren't stained, but they must be really dirty. They should be changed or cleaned soon. Our socks were brownish black after a couple of hours in the room. Other than that, the rooms and bathrooms were really clean. The beds were comfortable. The internet worked great. The staff was polite, but indifferent. It's a green energy hotel. They say your lights and A. C. Will remain on (using the energy room key) if you want to use them while you're in the room, but our A. C. Shut off by early morning. (Maybe our lights would have too, if we had forgotten to turn them off before bed. ) But once the A. C. Shut off and locked us from turning it back on, the room quickly became just as stuffy, humid, and hot as the rest of the hotel. I appreciate the green policy, but it was torture for us who are from naturally cool and dry climates. We live green at home, but I would not be able to do the a. C. Conservation part in that kind of environment. We were dying there.

Always been one of my favorite hotels to stay in. Has really great rates and is a really nice hotel overall. Location is really convenient and has lots of things to do in the area. Great place to book for Disneyland if you don't want to pay crazy rates for hotels across the street.

This is an awesome place. We like everything here. Your staff is very professional. The two night girls were very helpful to me because I tried to get the washer to work but failed. I even put in an extra quarter thinking I didn't have the right amount. I went to your staff members to tell them what happened. They immediately responded, getting the washer to work. They even gave me the quarter back.

Spacious rooms and nice pool area. As soon as the Hotel improves the guest room decor (especially the carpet) it'll make for a great space for professional minded customers; otherwise, it's hard to justify $160+ per night for a guestroom. Staff could work on professionalism and a bit more courtesy when interacting with guests.

This is a great value and a good place to stay if you are in the Anaheim area. It's a quick drive to most things (10-15 minutes to Disneyland) and the rooms are nice. The suites share the same bedroom space. The free breakfast is better than most, and there is a lot of room to sit. The beds have support. I can't give it 5 stars because of small things, like some mold in the bathroom, not soft towels — small things you would never see in a nicer hotel. We keep staying here!

Still under remodel but what is already done is very nice. Rooms are clean and spacious, nicely decorated. Pleasant staff and the place is quiet.

The hotel was quite nice and the price was definitely fair for the size if the room. We got a double queen, and I really liked that there were double blend doors closing off the "bedroom" area from the "living room" area. Check in and check out were very easy, the breakfast was great, and the hotel staff was great. My only complaint was that there was some moldy looking stuff around the shower and that some shower tiles looked like they were broken or falling off. Other than that the hotel was really nice, aesthetically pleasing, and hassle free.

Nice clean quiet hotel. Have stayed here several times. Staff very nice and caring. Didn't eat breakfast because I am picky, but my friends loved the breakfast and ate it daily and totally enjoyed it. They commented it was very good and a good variety to choose from. We will return.

Horrible experience. Don't recommend this hotel. The manager George is arrogant and will yell at customers. Strongly recommend you to STAY AWAY from this hotel unless you like bed bugs and roaches.

Room has older decorations that still feel nice. Room is large and comfortable. Pool is heated and great for playing. Breakfast is quick and easy, with enough variety to accommodate.

I would recommend this location. We stayed for 6 nights in a 2 queen bed suite and we really like everything. We will defenetly consider this location when ever we vacation again. Beds were really comfortable and the space was really big.

Overall was a great stay. Staff was really nice and helpful. Our room was nice, but our room did not have a microwave. We had to use the public microwave in the laundry room, but it was fine. It was cozy staying here. The Wi-Fi was also super fast!

People are very friendly, Breakfast is very good. The guy that greets you and makes the waffles is just great. He made my morning each of the 8 days we were here. The pool, hot tub, and court yard are very neat. The hot tub quit working on our last day but that's just the way it goes. Being well over 6' tall o noticed s some cleanliness issues in the room at the top of the doors and cabinets. Dust build up mainly. Either way a decent hotel for our so cal vacation. And a decent price 8 nights for $1000.

Terrible, terrible, terrible… they deserve a 0 not even a 1. They lie to clients to get reservations then don't stand by their promises. They then try and charge after they lie. Dont stay here you will be very unhappy and the staff is rude on top of it! Run from this hotel and find one that is worth it. There are many others that are good hotels. This place is not a good place to stay!
