Good service tha front desk is awesome.

Highly recommend this hotel close to Disneyland and a shopping mall.

Everyone here has been super helpful and kind. The rooms and hotel are clean and safe.

We are staying here to be close to UCI Medical Center as my husband has an appointment tomorrow morning. This is a wonderful location. I/we were extremely impressed with our check in procedure. Our Customer Service Representative was so very friendly and kind. She offered all kinds of help and information. She’s a keeper… :-)

Blake was great when I checked-in. He was also super helpful for the rest of the staff that checked in with me.

Great property, friendly staff, 2nd visit in less then a month. Only disadvantage no dedicated Hilton Honors line as we waited in a long line to check in.

Sad didn't provide us the best service. The keys did not work, they had to be replaced three times.

Staff, was very helpful and made it easy with the huge group we had. Valet was very considerate as well. They did not rush us. No fridge in room unless it's a deluxe room, but if that was the worst I'll take it.

We were gone all day, when we returned, your room was not clean, call to talk to a manager was told there was not one available asked if we could have clean towels, they said yes, but you have to come down and get them! Told them no, so they had security bring some towels up!

Great hotel at a great price with an amazing location near Disneyland and not too far from Los Angeles. Would certainly recommend. PS the cookies are delicious at check in and breakfast.

I stayed here for work at UCI hospital The hotel is very nice, walking distance from the hospital, staff was great. Far better than what I've come to expect from most Double Tree's. I would definitely stay here again.

Good amenities although it is a bit pricey for the caliber of the hotel. Friendly staff who aim to "make it right", if they knew what that meant. I find it more appealing if they said I don't know the answer, but I'll get one. I would stay here again if I came to Orange, CA. Again. Close to the "A"s stadium and an Outlet mall.

We were greeted very nicely by the Valet staff at the front doors every time. They had cold water bottles and warm cookies waiting for us. The room was nice and clean. We were on the 11th floor and had a great view of the fireworks at Disneyland. The shuttle drivers were on time, prompt and helpful. We ate at least one meal a day at the bar in the lobby which was really nice inside. The food was their shining star. Even the executive chef came by our table to check on our satisfaction. We tried a bunch of different items on the menu. They also carry some great local brews that were well priced given that we were in a hotel. If I can be critical at all, the servers were a little overwhelmed with the amount of people and could have used one more on duty but it didn’t warrant complaining about it. I would definitely come back and recommend it to others.

Just a great hotel. Big room upgrade from a caring front desk staff even with busload of tourists. Best hotel for work, play or just a get away. Great breakfast buffet. Clean rooms, beds and bathrooms always well stocked with amenities.

Decent hotel in the Orange /Anaheim area. Rooms are clean, could use a variety of renovations. Bedding, carpeting, and lighting as well as environmental controls could use an updating. Staff is friendly and helpful!

Very clean, had a great night sleep and breakfast was delicious only issue I had was the bathrooms were small in the room. Overall had a great first time experience. Oh I can't forget to mention the cookies… amazing!

Great place to stay. Food is great, rooms are nice, good selection at the bar and services are always excellent. I rate 3 stars due to room reservations. We use this facility because of location and services. We’ve been staying here 3 times a year for the past 5 years and they’ve never gotten our rooms right. We book at least 8 months in advance for connecting rooms and always have problems. After speaking with management and a lengthy check in they fix the problem, but there have been a few times they couldn’t. Enjoy!

Conveniently located near Chapman University and the Outlet Mall in Orange. We stayed on the 3rd floor and could not get an elevator to the lobby, waited nearly 30 minutes. Tried the stairs but met a warning sign “no lobby access alarm will sound”. The hotel has a nice self Parking lot and friendly staff.

My room was guaranteed on the company corporate card. When I checked in the clerk verified it. Then she insisted I provide my debit card to guarantee "incidentals" for $100, and refused to give me a receipt which really made me angry. When I checked out they had put everything, room included, on my debit card (which wreaked havoc with my finances) and the record of the corporate card was gone. The first clerk was either 1) a vindictive %! #$@^!, or 2) a complete moron. Either way, if those are the types of people they hire, avoid this place like the plague!

Amazing Property with an Amazing Bar, Office Center, Coffee Shop, and Great Restaurant! The friendly staff and professionalism is an extension of the visit and stay I had there. One third the price of a Disneyland hotel but just as Magical with the Courtesy I received there during my stay! Go for the cookies! Amazing stay at the Doubletree.

Very nice and big. I just had a bad coincidence to have a folded dirty towel in my bathroom. Which is the room service worker problem. But I had a bad shock.

Stayed here on a group rate for a conference. The group rate was reasonable but the regular price is quite high; this appears normal for the region though. The room was nice and clean, the double rooms have double beds, which is pretty strange, two queens would make more sense, but the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The elevators were slow and intermittent in service, resulting in huge wait times and lots of lateness for events. There was some sort of examination event happening on the second floor so we could not access the pool. The room service was good, but every time we ordered the same dish, the s portions would be different and garnishes varies hugely. So strange. All these things aside, I enjoyed my stay and would visit again.

Clean rooms, good service, close to the Disney parks and a shuttle that runs every hour. Perfect for a budget stay (compared to Disney hotels).

Clean, classy and comfortable sum up this hotel near Disneyland. It has all the amenities you would desire in a good, family friendly, hotel. Food and bar are great and worth enjoying. Free shuttle service to and from Disneyland are also provided through frequent, regularly scheduled rides. I'd happily stay there again.

As a Hilton honors gold member this is a wonderful place to stay with family although not walking distance to Disneyland the hotel offers free shuttle service! The hotel rooms and service was outstanding and offer free breakfast to gold and above Hilton honors members. A plus is that the hotel is located near an outlet mall that you can walk to.

A very clean place and its friendly staff and very attentive especially the girl who cleans the public areas called Margarita Cárdenas very friendly and helpful and I gave the attention that other sides do not give other sides employees only send me to resection and here Margari Ta give me the information I needed if I come again to visit this city I go back to Ospedar in this hotel not only for the nice and clean if not also by the staff who are very friendly thank you Margarita for giving me the attention I was looking for I recommend this hotel.

The bar area is nice and very conducive to just hanging out. Rooms are modern, but I would suggest they put refrigerators in each room. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

This is a Hilton branded hotel. The room was clean & comfortable. Our room had a view of Disneyland that we could see from miles away. The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle to & from Disneyland parks. When we returned from Disneyland, the front desk personnel was standing by with hot fresh cookies that they were handing out to us that were returning from a day of fun.

Went to a Christmas party here, which was in their large ballroom. They were great hosts and provided bartending service and delicious food. Location was great, right next to the parking garage, so a short walk to the event.

The event I went to was in the ball room. It was great. The DJ did a great job. The food was amazing. And the host was very courteous and made us feel comfortable.

A very nice atmosphere! The bar area is Amazing and the Staff is very nice plus accommodating. They have a Shuttle that takes you right into Disneyland and best Yet there are the Outlets in walking distance. I might add that the Shuttle has a ramp for Mobility Scooters too. A Great scooter company named Apple Scooters drops off your scooter for free and they pick up as well, when done!

I'm pregnant and really needed a safe and clean place to use the restroom on my commute to work one day. I had to pull into the metered parking that charged $4 for the first hour, and the lobby attendant was so great to validate me, as she understood my dilemma. Wonderful customer service!

A nice hotel with everything you'd expect from a double tree. Parking lot is close to the hotel, but you have to pay to self park there. Close to Disneyland. Good breakfast buffet.

Has it's pluses and minuses. Rooms are standard, nice and clean. However if you have a view the windows are very dirty and somewhat ruin it. The gym is nice for a hotel but overly hot and humid. The staff if everything goes well are pleasant. If there's any issue they don't handle it well at all, and will claim ignorance or pretend to not speak English. The layout and handling of the parking lot (Which I understand is a separate company) is terrible and frustrating. I'm 0/10 for upgrades as a diamond member.

Great stay! The pool is okay, but could use an update. I prefer indoor pools myself. The front desk staff was great. Parking was easy. Matt from valet was great, Bobby was rude. The room was nice, the beds were clean and comfortable. We didn't hear a peep from room to room! Great stay! Thanks Hilton!

I attended a one day conference at this hotel. Parking was simple and in the structure, no validation was needed and I could simply drive in and out. The screens and sound projection technology worked flawlessly. Seats were comfortable. The food selection was poor, not sure if it is the hotel or selected food option of the conference.

My room was not cleaned when we checked in, I called to front desk and the agent changed my room and gave me free parking for our trip which was very nice. The agent made sure my concerns were heard and that I was happy. What I did not like — I had to wait in line at the front desk every morning for my breakfast vouchers since I am a Hilton Honors member (they should be prepared for the entire stay when I check in, everyday of my 6 day stay the front desk agent would tell me they would have them printed and delivered) Pillows in the room are horrible — it's a pet friendly hotel, however there is no grass area to take your dog to go to the bathroom.

Very nice staff, beautiful building. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Shower works great. Clean swimming pool & hot tub with lift chair so handicapped can enjoy water therapy. Great food and service at restaurant located in lobby. Even a Starbucks. Nice!

Not a bad hotel on the positives very clean well kept, staff was polite and very helpful. On the other hand kind of disappointed with $12 self parking a night, no mini fridge, and A/C units couldn't really cool the rooms. The room service was quick and food was good, but overall you can find a better bang for your buck somewhere else.

Location is good but by UCI Medical center so some ambulance noise occasionally. Requested early check in and had to wait 15 minutes anyway, but staff was very friendly and accomodating. Had a large event going on at the hotel at the same time. Room was very clean and had a decent view of the city. Would definitely go back.

Close enough to the Disney Park (the hotel is equipped with a shuttle) and one hour from LAX airport, spacious rooms, great food service.

If I could give less than the lowest rating, I would. Our team manager was forced to book rooms for two teams and families at the Double Tree Anaheim-Orange County via 3rd party booking company (RoomRoster), as per regional hockey tournament requirements. Presented check in staff with email confirmation of room booking which listed free self parking ($11/day) and complimentary breakfast ($20/person). They refused to honor either of the listed free amenities, citing a disconnect between what RoomRoster and Double Tree Anaheim-Orange County negotiated. Hilton brands itself on the notion of the highest level of hospitality and service, and the Double Tree Anaheim-Orange County management expected paying guests to be penalized for whatever misstep was made in the hotel's contract process with RoomRoster. Wasted an hour and a half at the front desk trying to get the on duty manager to understand the meaning of customer service, particularly in the hospitality industry. All they could give us was “I understand” and “I’m sorry”, which clearly neither was the case. As a suggested compromise, our team manager asked if they could at least honor the free breakfast for one morning for the 28 girls on the teams until the issue was resolved, and they still refused. In the end, they threatened to call security on those of us who were pleading our case.

Super Nice Place Hotel.

We were scheduled to stay there for a DAV convention. We called three days before and the day before to make sure that our booking was correct. We also wanted to make sure that a fridge would be avaliable. (Refrigerators are not standard in every room there is a $15 per night charge if it is not in your room already. Really crummy to have to pay $15 a night to keep my medications cold. ) When we got there it took a half hour for them to tell us that due to the fact that the hotel was over booked we would be sent across the street to Ayres at Orange. I'm so glad we were.

Always top notch service. We have stayed here several times over the years and have had the best experiences. The staff is impeccable always curious and does everything they can to ensure a good experience. The Roms are clean and they have a free shuttle to disneyland. Who could ask for more.

My family had a great experience! We had amazing service from people at the desk and the valet/door people. They recommended a great restaurant (Angelo's)! Very clean and nice amenities.

Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Anaheim-Orange has enough assistance and 20 floors of rooms with a swimming pool and includes a gym with weights and two restaurants and a Starbucks Coffee.

Staff was all very pleasant and helpful, even close to midnight. Amenities are nice, but everything is quite pricey. Parking for overnight guests was surprisingly $15 a night. Excellent location with outlet mall and many restaurants within walking distance. Good, safe feeling neighborhood.

Guest services were super kind and always brought sheets and towels in a timely manner. All employees were outstanding. They provide deoderant, razor, shaving cream, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. Highly recommend.

The banquet rooms are good sized and clean. The lunch served was very delicious and had something for everyone kind of eater. The cookies during the breaks are delicious. Parking is not too difficult.

Location is very convenient, near the freeway, Disney and plenty of food. Rooms are nice, conference rooms worked well for the event. Only attended during the day, so service n/a. Surprisingly good brick oven pizza!

Can't fault our experience at the Doubletree — fantastic room, great facilities and really helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

Nice people, nice place. The check in process was quick and smooth. The room was beautiful and in perfect shape. The complimentary cookies and bottles water are a nice touch. I'd love to stay here again.

We went to this hotel on Jan. 29 and 30, 2016. We booked through Expedia and were expecting no problems at check in. Well, we had a major problem. What we paid on the web sight was not the correct price for the Hotel. We reserved three (3) rooms at a special price through Expedia. When we arrived, Padi, the front desk manager, told us that Expedia had the wrong price and that it was going to be 3X what I paid. (Hint: be nice, it is not the frond desks fault. It was Expedia's fault. ) She tried to comfort my wife and I but there was nothing she could do. So, being as pissed as I was I called Expedia. Long story short, Padi talked to Expedia and worked it all out for us. Expedia paid the difference. Also, Padi gave us free Wi-Fi ($11.95 per night0, Free parking ($16.00 per day) and an up graded room (Mini fridge, Micro wave) We love Padi and if we do go back, we would want her to help us. The morning of check out, we had to talk to someone again about a stolen cup from Disneyland. Jessi was the desk agent that took care of us. She looked into it and while she was, she sent the four (4) of us to breakfast for free. She didn't have to do that, We were just telling her about the cup that was missing. Thank you Padi and Jessi for making our stay the best that we have ever had. We may even see you soon, maybe August.

We loved to see us stayed here is very good hotel because you have transportation to Disney and more accessible stores super clean and tidy rooms.

Parking near the entrance isn't cheap. $16/day. Staff were helpful and friendly. The area where we had our event was cold, so the hors d'oeuvres were not warm. The red wine was great.

Second time staying at this location. First time was 5 stars, the second is 3. Averaged out to 4 stars. Everything was pretty clean but found a hair on the bed sheet. It was only al one little hair but just gross because it's not mine. At least it wasn't curly. Also didn't have Wi-Fi included even though the website said it would be.

Room was great. Very clean, spacious. Great service, and a pretty good price for the quality of the room and amenities. The shuttle to Disney was great. It was clean, quick, and most importantly, timely. The only problem for me was that they charge every little thing. I added a fridge to the room which was an additional $9/day and had to pay $15/day for parking. If you can avoid these fees, this is a great hotel for a good price.

This hotel had very bad customer service & the beds were very uncomfortable! This hotel is not child friendly! The men were nice but the front desk ladies were ornery and rude! My family and I booked 4 rooms for 7 nights so we spent thousands of dollars on the hotel rooms. I am mentioning the price because at the end of our stay they charged me $350 for pen marks on a chair that my 1 year old accidentally got on the chair! I am pretty sure it will not cost $350 to remove these pen marks! For the amount of time and money we stayed and put into this hotel you would think they would be a little nicer about not charging us for this or at least charging a reasonable price for this accident! Also, the beds were very uncomfortable, the rooms smelled bad & the bathrooms were tiny and squishy! I would give this hotel 0 stars if I could! Also, they would not give me the Hhonors points for my hotel room because I booked it through a third party!
