Nice and clean but overall isn't the warmest/inviting environment. Seems like the perfect place for a business trip.

Horrible experience with the staff couldn’t even understand them and tried swiping my card 3 times for each room we got. I definitely would stay away and will not be returning. 2 towels in a double bed room and hand to basically beg for an additional while hearing the towel rule. Never again.

This is a very nice hotel and I definitely would not hesitate to spend one or two nights here at this nice hotel! Totally recommend this hotel!

It has everything you need only down side being that you are right by the train and freeway which make a fair amount of noise.

Room's dirty. No Avia Television and the painting of the room was being shut down.

I had the jacuzzi room. It was amazing. The only thing missing was 4 towels instead of two. But other than that, it compared to the 4 and 5 star hotels… Except it had wood floors.

This was one of the worst motels I've ever stayed in and it was so overpriced. The beds were so hard and the pillows were thin and useless. They only have 1, thin sheet like blanket for the bed too. I had to go buy pillows and blankets to put on the bed because I just couldn't stand it for 3 nights!

Convenient location and decent price, and I love that I didn't need a credit card, I just put down a deposit.

Have stayed here twice and the staff are very kind respectful and have gone out of their way to make sure the rooms I've stayed in where to my satisfaction. Very clean and comfortable 5 star's!

The Jacuzzi rooms are very modern looking, clean, and comfy. Great location near the freeway. Another bonus, multiple restaurants within walking distance. I’d recommend it.

Americas WORST Value Laguna Inn & Suites. I arrived just before 11pm and the clerk was not at the desk. The sign says to "press and hold" to ring the bell, so I press and hold it. He comes in yelling at me that I was to ring the button and wait until he comes. It does not say that. I told him that my reservation is for two nights but due to a schedule change I can only stay one night and if that was okay. He did not answer me and when I asked again he "curtly" told me he was doing it. But since he didn't answer me I didn't know that. I go to the room, it looks okay but smaller than how the photos depict it and had a musty odor. The air conditioner was not on, okay I understand that, but the refrigerator was also turned off. I had food and it took half the night to get cold. In the morning I looked for the hair dryer and there was none. I called the desk and they said they don't have one in the rooms. I told him its on their website and then he said they were taken out for hygiene reasons. YIKES! That was scary and I just slept in their bed. He brought me a hair dryer that was once mounted on the wall and it also didn't work. I felt like Joe Pesci in "My Cousin Vinny" with the train going by so close the building all night long. If this review allowed me to pick NEGATIVE stars I would have done so.

The motel is located across the street from the railroad tracks so bring ear plugs. Also consider bringing your own blankets. We went to the office and asked for blankets and she said they didn't have any. Sherrifs also patrolled the motel a lot, I think they were either doing a drug bust or possibly arresting hookers. It is not worth $150 per night. Not even half of that amount.

A bit dirty, bed was hard and air conditioning wouldn't keep the room at the specified temperature. Would shut off after a coupe of minutes. This was the most affordable hotel in the area, so you get what you pay for.

One of the worst places, I don't recommend it, the room was dirty, the beds were hard, and they start knocking on the door at 9am to start cleaning, I arrive at 3 am from a party and wake me at 9 is not fair.

This hotel was right down the street from a wedding I was attending and it's perfect location just right off the freeway. The bed was comfy and the shower was clean. Perfect place to hold up for a night. PLUS: In-n-out is right next door! Win win for me.

Needed a room right away and on short notice and America's Best Value Inn was able to accommodate. It was a short experience but I was very happy with everything.

The location of the hotel is decent, but the rooms were not clean. Pillows smelled musty and it seemed as though the room was only cleaned over rapidly instead of thoroughly. In the suite, the seperate room was properly air conditioned while the other one was very hot and the fan hardly helped.

Zero stars if possible… Where do I begin? This place is totally disgusting and embarrassing. This would be nice in a Third world country. I would expect more being that it's Orange County. I should've checked reviews before instead of just stopping in. The carpet is stained with black spots, ripped up and torn spots, the paint on the walls are covered in many types of stains of fluids, the walls are old and dirty looking with different colors layered on each other. The bed sheets had stains, hair & no $hit a condom wrapper. The fire alarm was covered with plastic bags, the mattress left my back in pain and broke out on my legs and head with a strange cluster of red bumps. I tried to get a refund and was told nonrefundable… After a long day of driving I figured I'd suck it up and get some rest. If a meteor were to hit this building I wouldn't miss it at all. In the morning I was sure to let the counter know how disappointed I was and all they said was have a good day come again. So many other things I could go on about this rat hole but my thumb hurts already.

I don't know why the other reviews complain so much. The staff were nice to me and it is a decent place. The price wasn't any more expensive than anywhere else in the area.

This was a horrible place to stay. We were attracted to it because of the price but didn't even get what we paid for. There were 4 of us staying there but they only give you 3 towels and they never brought us more. There wasn't even a continental breakfast either day we were there even though they advertise it. When we went down both mornings the counter was empty, not even coffee. To top it off the shower curtain was broken and when my husband tried to fix it so water wouldn't leak out he slipped and fell pulling the curtain down with him. When we told the front desk they said they would fix it when we leave. Do they not expect people to shower? And the height of the shower head is ridiculous. Even my son had a hard time showering under it. The noise was terrible and the place was not well kept. Everything was old and felt dirty. The beds squeak like the mattresses are beyond old which all made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The people at the front desk seem irritated if you ask them anything as if you are an inconvenience. I do NOT recommend that place. It's not worth any price.

Worst place ever, whoever says you get what you pay for is a tard, I work at a 4 star hotel in Las Vegas and with 100 Dls you get a room not a dump like this place, this pace is not worth the money.

This hotel is great it is totally worth the price. The location here is very good too. I don't know why people are putting very bad reviews this hotel is good.
