This is the second time I have stayed here. I love it. Convenient, clean, and my room was great and staff very professional. However, I get one night off every 2 weeks. And I was blessed with a dog next door. It barked most of the night. The dog. Unregistered, bad phone number so desk couldn't reach them. I was offered another room with the plea that they would have to clean my room and resell it. I was exhausted, I just wanted to go to sleep. So I turned up my TV and set sleep timer. I woke up a few hours later to dog barking. Finally back to sleep and this morning, dog barking. Front desk apologizes, but dog barking. Its 10 a. M. And the dog barking again! Thanks. Back to work I go, my one night off was listening to the dog all night! The staff did nothing to end this miserable night!

Not bad I guess. Lobby and dining area is nice and very clean, as soon as you walk in it smells like chocolate cause their snack shop is near the entrance so you smell all the candy… smells good though. The rooms are kind of small and they accept pets there. Few doors down from us there were 2 dogs… everytime someone walked down the hall they would go off barking, and you could hear the owner yelling "shut up! " It was kinda like they lived there or something. Other than that I liked the location how it's in a business area with office buildings surrounding it, kind of secluded. There's plenty of places to eat in walking distance and a Starbucks across the street.

It was a very nice hotel. Breakfast included, good and varies with sweet and salty. One less star for the non-friendliness of the receptionist, who at our request to leave our luggage in the corner near the reception to have breakfast and then depart responded with a no dry and annoyed. Recommended.

La Quinta Inn & Suites is one of my favorite places to stay when I am on business or when I take my family out on a little vacation. The lobbies are really nice, the rooms are always nice, neat and clean and the staff are always very friendly. The complimentary breakfast is always a plus, served between 6-9 a. M. Mon-Fri, 7-10 a. M. Sat-Sun.

Nice hotel. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a great selection and was well stocked throughout morning. They probably need to check the soda machines more often though as we used one and two different sodas had expiration dates at least a month before our stay.

For the price ($134), I have no complaints. Room was 'well used' but still holding its own. King bed was very nice, but of course, the fold out bed was a bit bumpy. Quiet, close to restaurants and laundry on the floor was great for washing uniforms. We enjoyed our stay and would again for the next stay.

The hotel was quite delightful. I came here on a group trip. The bathroom did not have locking doors as they were doors similar to closet doors. The beds were decent, size double. It was an overall good experience.

It is a bit dated. The air conditioning is loud. The hotel is nearby a highway so you can't really enjoy the pool with quiet time. The location is good as it is only 8 mins driving away from Disney. Good thing it has free parking and breakfast. Another plus is the bed. I always find the bed at La Quinta perfect for me. The mattress at Marriott is always too soft for me.

We had an executive king room. The bed was comfortable and we were on the top floor, so it was mostly very quiet. The staff was friendly. They serve a mostly cold buffet breakfast (so cereal, muffins, and hard-boiled eggs plus a waffle maker), and they have a small pantry with drinks, snacks, and microwave meals. I would definitely stay again.

I like everything only that last for many lifts.

It looks like a hotel that has been remodeled about 10 to 15 years ago. Things were dirty but sheets and bedding and towels were clean. The carpet was clean enough. The mattress was outstanding! I would stay here again if necessary.

Cheap hotel near the Freeway.

Found trash and some type of "green" pill under the bed. No it wasn't a tic-tac or a breath mint. Good thing we found it before my toddler did. Mentioned it to the front desk, who noted it down. Was expecting some apology or something, but nothing ever came. Also, they have a rule where you can't take any food from the breakfast area back to your room. The gal who was working at the cafeteria was strict and enforced this rule like no other. I don't have an issue with her doing her job and enforcing the rules, just that a hotel would even have that policy in the first place. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was very pleasant, and generally clean. I enjoyed the stay, and remained comfortable the entire time. One detractor was the mold growing in the bathroom, which feels as though it was built into a closet. This definitely needs to be addressed, but was the only major set of issues.

A typical chain hotel. Prices aren't terrible, but standard rooms are kind of small and uncomfortable. But that shouldn't matter if you're just visiting the area. It's not super close to central L. A. But not too far, either. Free breakfast, which isn't to cool, but what is cool is that they have waffle makers in the breakfast area. I don't know if that's commonplace in hotels but I thought it was amazing. Pretty good place to stay if you're visiting Southern California.

Recommend good budget hotel and clean and very functional.

La Quinta can be a hit or miss. My husband is active duty military and we travel frequently. We always stay at La Quinta because of their pet-friendly policy. Our first night here was fantastic! We had a beautiful king suite on the 7th floor that was wonderful. Due to some family issues, we had to extend our stay by one night. Because our king suite wasn't available for another night, they put us in another room on the first floor and that's where it went bad. For one thing, they put us in a handicap-accessible room when neither of us are handicapped. Secondly, the room smelled AWFUL! I know La Quinta has a no-smoking policy but someone definitely had smoked in that room because it stunk. I have asthma and was having issues breathing in the room because of the tobacco in the air. The room also smelled a little bit like urine. First couple of nights were great; the second… not so much. I love La Quinta, but I wish they could have put us in a different room for our extended night. On a positive note, the hotel is in the perfect location! You're only a couple of minutes away from Disneyland, restaurants, shops and Knotts. The staff were great and the breakfast was good :)

Customer service was excellent, thank you Nicholas. The room is very nice. This hotel also has have a little market inside, pool/ hot tub which was refreshing, and Free parking.

Don't let this brand name chain fool you if you stayed at better La Quinta Inns in the past. Just checked in at $129 + tax rate. Wow just wow… this place is so dated, soooo dirty, and things falling apart. The management of La Quinta Inn parent office need to address this concern immedaitely. If I could get a refund and go across to Motel 6 I would do in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, the room has been prepaid and no refund booking policy. So, I am stuck with an overcharge roach motel like room. I should have heeded to past guests review about this place. Here are some pictures that will show you what a scrappy place this is. Pubic hairs around toilet, dirty door handles & light switches, mold & mildew, dead bugs, cracked tub with hairs, hairs all over the floor. It is disgusting and I've never saw this uncleanliness even at bargain motels. Just disgusting and can't believe this establishment would charge $100+ for such dirty and outdated rooms. *UPDATE* (5 star for hotel handling my issue very professionally) I let the management (Nicholas) know the condition of my room after check-in. He was very accommodating and was upset concerns with my room. He provided me another room adjacent to the room I checked in. I went to the room to find similar condition. Hairs all over the floor. I returned the key to the new room and told Nicholas of this same concern. I told him that it is just one night and I will just suck it up.

I love this beautiful property, the staff is amazing and the rooms are nice and clean. Good job LQ crew.

Nice and clean, Wi-Fi is mediocre, do not allow you to upload documents with agility.

I found the bed very comfortable. The sink faucet had the temperature reversed. Will advise them. The room is functional. Not huge. But, nice looking… Really didn't like the coffee at breakfast.

Great location close to freeway. Rooms look slightly dated but not bad for the price. Water in the shower wasn't hot enough. Public areas looked nice. Free breakfast was a plus!

Visited family who was staying there. Lobby was beautiful. Pool area was perfect. Rooms were gigantic. Only thing I didn't like where the award doors for the hotel room bathrooms.

This hotel is very dirty. It is pet friendly, throughout. When we first got to our room, (late in the evening) it was freezing (air conditioner) so we didn't notice the smell right away. We did notice that the floor was wet along the front of the air conditioner, so we called to let them know. They blew it off, thanking us for letting them know. The next day we realized what it was. The room reeked, and I do mean REEKED of URINE! The dogs barking their heads off until late in the night because their owners left them was the secondary problem. Extremely noisy! They moved us when we complained. The second room smelled a little bit better but the bathtub was dirty. The room was dirty. Mold along the tub and baseboards. I will never choose La Quinta again!

The La Quinta Inn is the place we stay when visit Buena Park. It is located near freeways and there are many different places to eat just walking distance from the location. The hotel itself is clean with attentive staff and amenities such a pool and fitness center. The rooms are furnished with a small refrigerator and microwave. Staff serve breakfast every morning but be sure to get there early as it gets busy especially on the weekends. As a result, the seating area gets dirty due to the number of people who are inconsiderate of others and don't clean up after themselves. Overall, the hotel is in a nice location with plenty of amenities, breakfast, and comfortable rooms.

Excellent Service, was checked in within 5 minutes no problems, all staff was friendly. Breakfast was awesome like the different choices. Very clean, great view, nice space in the rooms. Bathroom was clean and. Recommend this hotel to anyone. I will for sure stay here again.

This La Quinta location is nestled in a business park with tons of places to eat in walking distance like Chipotle Yogurtland. The lobby looked recently remodeled with all the expected amenities. The room was also recently remodeled. We had a comfortable stay and were happy that we were able to bring our dog with us.

The staff is the best and you can not have any better employees. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are nice. No refrigerator which was surprising since most hotels have it now of days. The only thing I do not like is the French doors for the bathroom.

For the price, it is a very comfortable place. The breakfast is simple but nice. In truth, I'm here to sleep, and nothing more. The rest of my vacation will be enjoyed in the great city of Los Angeles.

Large hotel with outdoor pool and spa. It's in a good area near restaurants not shops. Staff is exceptionally courteous and I would like to recognize Sara from the front desk who went above and beyond to help resolve some things I was juggling. Rooms are very clean as well. No odd smells were reported in my room. I recommend this hotel.

This was a great hotel but the door nob ob the bathroom fell off and the bathroom got stuck but over all it was a good place to stay.

The staff were nice and complimentary breakfast was good as well. The beds were soft and very comfortable. My room smelled moldy and had mildew in the bathroom. Since this hotel allows pets I recommend getting rid of the carpet and better ventilation system. The window didn't open wide enough. I do appreciate the hotel is pet friendly and my dog was allowed. Hotel is in a nice area. Close to knotts berry theme park. About an hour drive from Magic Mountain. 30-40 minute drive to Huntington beach.

There are water stains in bathroom. I had to change rooms because it smelled like mildew. A window was open on 5th floor with no screen in lobby. A kid could have fell thru. Terrible.

Great Location — Beautiful views from High Floors. Spacious Standard Rooms, extremely comfortable bed. Modern, clean, and not "cheesy" looking.

Very pleasant experience the warmth in the service especially the Lady María Valdivia and good treatment, affordable price, very good location and if you have children it is very comfortable and certainly highly recommended.

Location was nice. Rooms were reasonably sized and clean when we arrived. Breakfast was free and was decent. Service.

Attended a corporate meeting and dinner at this location. We were in their large meeting room. The staff was friendly and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. What is equipped with all the amenities that we needed including a projection screen and projector. It was a great experience. The only improvement I would suggest is that the decor was outdated and could use an update.

We had a nice stay for two nights and held a business meeting on site. Facilities and atmosphere were great. We had just a one small issue… The coffee maker in room was missing a part. Was remedied by going down to front desk.

My stay for work at this hotel has been excellent. The bed is comfortable, the room is quiet. Everything is clean and staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast options are a bit lacking, but no more than any other generic free breakfast. Highly recommended for work and/or leisure stay.

The room was large but felt older. The hotel doesn't offer much for social activities but there is plenty of things to do close by. The staff are all very friendly.

There is neither a refregirator nor a microwave. The breakfast is very early which as follows, from 6 — 9am. Its summer vacation so for sure people like us wont wake up that early. Bathroom door had no lock. They dont change the bed sheets for 3 days, which is our staying duration. Towels smell nasty. And when we claimed about these problems at the reception they werent cooperative or helpful. I have no idea why it has 3 stars though. Not the best time we had here. We've stayed in other 2 stars and motels which had a microwave and a refregirator and nice service. Was not as we expected for our trip.

Found hair in the shower and under the bedsheets not very clean at all. Moved us to another room & was equally dirty. Maid service is lazy but front desk was friendly Breakfast was not that good. Mngr just gave me a $75 credit for the dirty rooms.

Decent hotel. Internet is pretty quick. Room was clean but breakfast suxs. Nice grass for the dog. Only 30 channels on the tv. Bring your HDMI cord because NOTHING worth watching will be found here. Asked for lower floor, counter guy dave said refrigerators and microwaves only on 7th floor. I'm calling bs on that one. Maybe manager can educate this clown.

We've been LaQuinta Rewards members for several years, from the point when we started traveling the country in our RV. We love the excellent pricing, the included breakfast, and the hot shower after spending a week in two on the road and in RV parks. However, we had a really negative experience with a different La Quinta in Orange County, California and resolved that we weren't going to stay at them anymore. Since we had rewards points that gave us a free night, though, we stayed here in Christmas of 2011. The stay completely redeemed the brand for us, and we became staunch advocates again. Though this location was extraordinarily busy, they kept the breakfast stocked continually. They never failed to greet me (by name) when I walked into the lobby, and they were attentive to every need. The room was beautiful, and the place was perfectly maintained. I was especially grateful for the way the staff not only remembered my youngest daughter, but addressed her by name as well. We extended our stay for a week and then began our trip to move to Texas. Along the way, we stayed at four other La Quintas. That's business the corporation would have lost if the service at this location hadn't been so good. When I visit my oldest boys in the Spring, this is where I'll be staying.

Good in-room work area with 4 power receptacles and good lighting. Good selection of TV channels, including HBO. Loyalty program.
