This is a good place. To just drop your stuff off and explore the cities of LA without all the hotel overhead. Good prices too. Service Excellent#

Old and dirty hotel. We found it an unpleasant hotel Location isn’t great either: at a dead end road on an industrial zone. Uncomfortable quite at night with nothing around to do.

Everything was great. Although I was expecting a better breakfast option rather than coffee and cupcake snacks.

Good attention. Good place for short accommodation. In the center of an industrial estate away from restaurants and leisure.

The room and hotel service was average the reason a gave this hotel 3 stars is because of the lack of housekeeping and the quality of the Wi-Fi. They only clean their rooms 1 time a week and if you want sub-par Wi-Fi they make you pay 5 dollars a day.

Only has security on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Not enough parking on weekends. Near construction zone. Lots Of dust. Next to 5 freeway lots of noise.

We stayed here for a week when some work was being done on our house. This is a very Customer-Oriented hotel, with the management team providing excellent service. Particularly Jen, the Assistant Manager, who makes you feel like a valued asset and Eliu, who is such an open and friendly guy. He makes you want to linger in the lobby drinking the free coffee and listen to him ruminate on interesting topics. The rooms are not dirty, as some have intimated. However, they're in the middle of property-wide renovations in all of the hotels. Updated rooms are nice and comfy. All of the rooms have refrigerators, stove-tops, and microwaves, so you can cook your own food and use that money you saved to go to Disneyland, just down the street. Definitely an excellent room, equipped with a full size fridge, a stove, and a microwave, it was also nice this TV did not have restrictions like other hotels so I was able to use my Xbox during my stay, staff was extremely friendly and helpful, even had a small continental breakfast, only complaint was there was no pool/spa but that small thing aside it was an excellent visit.

The staff was nice. The breakfast was almost non existent. They allow pets. The room was nice but bare. Not even a coffee maker. You can get one, you just have to ask for it? May be a charge, not sure, didn't ask. You can get coffee all day in the lobby. The Wi-Fi password is apparently protected. Usually if there is a password they Give it to you when you check in, not here. We figured it out, you have to plug in your name, room number and email address.

We spent only one night at this hotel and reserved it online through Expedia. We checked in a bit early, 2pm, with no issues. The room looked and smelled clean. The beds were a bit uncomfortable to sleep on but did the job. I would stay here again.

Truly a low budget place. No amenities of a 2 star hotel. Inattentive staff, less than Extended Stay America quality room, poor reception on the TV. Not good. Sorry.

Very nice location if you're looking to be slightly removed from the noise of the city. Easy access to the highway. Rooms are very clean and with plenty of storage space for longer stays. Excellent staff, always very nice and knowledgeable about the surrounding area.

The room waz a nice size very comfortable and the kitchen safes so much money on eating out the motel provides dishes pots n pans its great… air conditioning is outstanding and lastly the staff was great helpful courteous and quick to help I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

All I can say is that my three night stay here was pleasant. The staff here is awesome.

Not worth the price. Having a little kitchen is nice. But it's not very private. Noisey from traffic. You get no free maid service.

Didn't stay here, but our stolen luggage was dropped off here and they called the sheriff's department. Almost everything recovered! A+ for honesty.

Free Wi-Fi, free parking, but the breakfast is poor — just grab&go. No swimming pool, no ice machine, no fitness center. A bit secluded location. Too much AC in the corridor. However clean and modern.

Small lobby but a friendly staff. Rooms are large with basic amenities. The studio kitchen is nice, frig, microwave, stove and sink. In-N-Out Burger down the street. Nicer restaurants to. Disneyland and Knotts are close.

Extended stay La Mirada was affordable, clean, comfortable, and convenient for our needs. They don't have a pool or workout room, but we knew that going in so no points off for that. The hotel staff was super friendly and gave us great service. Not the world's greatest location but it worked well for what we needed.

Very modern hotel, polite staff that makes you feel welcomed, and quick service. Rooms were nice and tidy. No issues at all.

The hotel was very nice except for the cigarette smoking right outside the exit door to the side parking lot. Along with the strong smell of smoke in my non-smoking bathroom. Other than that, the stay was very pleasant.

The rooms are kind of small but are very nice.

Stayed one night before going to Disneyland. Front desk was very nice and welcoming. The room was clean and updated. It was what we needed for the night!

Hotel is clean but no housekeeping service we were told they clean the rooms once every 7days. Overall I didn't really expect much since the room wasn't pricey. I don't recommend this hotel.

When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk said my travel agent had requested a smoking room — which they hadn't — they had requested a non-smoking room — and there were no non-smoking rooms available. They promised to get me another room as soon as one became available as I was staying 10 days. That never happened, though I never bothered to go to the desk to demand a new room as I had too much stuff to move if I did get a new room. The room didn’t actually smell like smoke so I wasn’t bothered too much until I went out into the hall. They said that on the first Tuesday that I was there, they would provide me with fresh towels, clean bed sheets and clean the room. That night when I got into the hotel room, I noticed that they just had turned the bed sheet inside out (there was black and red markings on the bed sheet that were just a little faded so unless they have 2 bed sheets with the same markings and they happened to turn it inside out — I don't think the changed the sheet) They did put out fresh towels. And washed the cup I had used and put it upside down beside the sink. I also found at least a dozen ants in the room around the sink/counter area and in the bathroom. The bed was decently comfortable but the pillows were terribly worn out. I should have asked for a third one, but figured that might be pushing my luck with me being a single person in the queen room. There was ample clothing storage with the dresser and the door-less closet.

This is the best motel ive been in and receptionist is very kind and helpful. The rooms are amazing feels like im in a studio apartment!. Great TV good channels and a lot of storage space. Bed is very comfortable. And love the bathroom just perfect. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!. This is a great place to stayy.

These beds are the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in! I would tell you to avoid this hotel based on that alone, but there's more. The box springs have a gaping hole in the side of the fabric. The wireless internet is ridiculously slow. Nothing in the room is overly comfortable, and there is only one chair intended for actual seating. When I say the rooms are fairly clean, I am being generous. The carpeting and the bathroom fixtures were all stained, the plaster was broken off on one corner, and the room was very dingy in addition to its disrepair. Mind you — — this is the second room provided; the first one was bug-infested (although in their defense, they did call the exterminator; didn't see any more cockroaches after that, but I suspected but could not prove a bedbug infestation). The first room was nicer in appearance than the second room and had a newer, bigger TV, and they would not replace the far inferior TV in the visually inferior second room with the TV in the bug-infested room.
