I would give more stars but the location is close to the freeway and very noisy. Second when selecting time of arrival I chose "unknown". I did not see a 6pm deadline as pointed out by the front desk "you have been marked as a "no-show". Fortunately for me they had "2 rooms left" and gave me a room without extra charge. The desk clerk was very courteous and helpful. I was staying over night for a business trip. I found the room very clean and more than adequate for my stay. I would stay again.

Great service clean environment, comfortable beds. Would like to see weekly extended stay @ reasonable rate to help low income Familys like 250 a week and 1 day service include. Need better wash & dryer machines.

Staff went threw my belongings, bad service in general, dirty, sheets are always dirty and have hair on them, they are not a safe place to have your family and ESPECIALLY CHILDREN they allow tweakers to come into my room and hotbox with meth and told me the room was still good and safe to return to with my infant child. Staff is constantly lying about not being responsible for anything. Have no respect for there guess. Bitten by bed bugs. Rooms smelled of cigarettes even tho non smoking room. The manager and staff are incompetents especially Juanita and Maria.

Its good for what you pay for. I mostly use it as a bed for what I'm traveling to the next day. If you want it for just a bed it does a fine job at that.

Good price. Pet friendly. No breakfast. Parking loAnat feels safer than other places ice stayed.

The staff was excellent on my stay on April 18 2018. Especially the front desk clerk Jasmine or Jacqueline… 5 stars for me.

The stay is peaceful but the rooms need a little maintenance. I just think its ridiculous that I payed such an amount and there's no fridge microwave or personal iron in the rooms. And finally the air conditioner /heater was working properly.

It was very clean. The floors and bathroom seems just remodeled. It was close to the 60 fwy and many eating places and stores were in walking distance. Very convenient.

I wish there were negative stars for this place. I am writing on behalf of my daughter so I am a bit fired up, but the way she was treated is deplorable! She went to Chino for an important event and made her reservation in advance. She showed up at the hotel with her infant daughter and her luggage after a long day of travel, but they refused to give her a room. She did nothing wrong, she had the money, and she would have stayed two nights, but they refused because she is under 21. At 19, she is an adult, but they would rather turn her and her infant away on the streets than make an exception to their policy. I spoke with the front desk agent and their manager, Marisa. The only explanation they gave was that it is their policy. I called to ask if there was some sort of a solution, but in a manner very uncharacteristic to those working in the hospitality industry, they could not come up with any solution other than turning away business to their own establishment. Note to Marisa and her front desk staff, if you do not want to serve your guests, make money, or even be helpful to your guests, you should work in another industry. A last helpful tip; make that restriction clear to guests BEFORE THEY MAKE THEIR RESERVATIONS and save us all the trouble!

Well first of all I want to thank the girl in the front desk Emily. She was very helpful all times thanks to her I felt confident about my stay. The rooms were very clean I loved the fact you guys keep everything g in order. Well hope to see you guys soon.

We need somewhere cheap to say this is about as good as it gets. Decent rooms. There's a lot of rift raft in and out of this Motel.

Although this isn't a fancy hotel I enjoy staying here each time I come to visit. The employees here are very respectful and nice and there's a lot of stores and restaurants close by to keep you busy.

This Motel 6 is great. Clean, convenient location, and Friendly helpful staff. Other location could learn a thing or 2 from this establishment. Always a good experience when I stay here.

The cleaning staff was so nice and friendly… that is the only thing nice I can say about this motel. The bed was broken, a. C. Wasn't making it cold and the TV wouldn't really turn up to hear. The management refused to let my teenage son into the room when he locked himself out while walking dog. The manager was completely ride with us on more than one occasion. I will never return to this motel.

I think Motel 6 is a great deal for travelers and people struggling trying to get on there feet. I would say that the cleanliness is very much lacking. Inside and out. Outside you only need concrete and asphalt. Having plants and grass that is kept up is a waste of time in the effort to clean and manicure the foliage. Just simple concrete and asphalt and have ground washers to keep it clean. The floor need a light mopping as travelers leave. The floor was very nasty. Overall the motel served it's purpose. I would just like to see it cleaner.

Customer service was great, location was one that felt safe. My room was clean but had a slightly musty like odor that was immediately noticeable upon entering/re-entering the room but was not noticeable within 5 minutes of being in the room. Although being very close to the freeway, the sound of it could barely be heard. There are several restaurants and fast food providers available within walking distance and/or a couple minutes via car. Shopping is a block away. As a single woman, traveling with a dog, I would recommend this Motel 6 for location, comfort, convenience, price and safety.

I asked for a disabled room which was provided. The smell in the room was awful. It was like the maid must have sprayed something to kill bad odors, like maybe from pets, since you advertise "pet friendly". I could not believe how much mold is in the shower. Maybe that had something to do with the maid trying to get rid of the smell. The first room I was sent to, the maid did not clean yet. She saw me open the door and told me to go back to the office and they will give me another room. The bed was comfortable and clean and the location close to where I wanted to be after a long drive from Arizona. I just can't believe that your maids don't have mold killer in their cleaning supplies. Don't they know that mold is deadly and can cause cancer and all kinds of health issues? Why is there an ashtray in the room turned upside down if it's supposed to be a NO SMOKING ROOM like I requested? Is the awful spray the maid used trying to mask cigarette smoke along with pet odor? I smelled that odor all night even with the fan running.

The front clerk was extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean. No frills but comfortable. The worst part was the trash that was collecting outside on the sidewalk in front of rooms near the laundry room. That was nasty.

I was a guest at this motel 6, June 21, 2017 and my experience was extremely unpleasant. From the moment we arrived the place seemed a bit chaotic. I was confused that a bunch of young children were behind the front desk. The front desk attendant who checked us seemed very unhappy to be doing her job, and the children were being so loud I could barely hear what she was saying. The woman who checked us In identified herself as Marcela Lenus. I was so taken back by her lack of professionalism this should've been a sign. She made us feel so unwelcome, However we was tired and I just wanted to get some rest. Of course I do realize I was in a Motel 6 I was not expecting any special treatment or anything special about the bedrooms. But oh boy, yes they do have special treatment! I woke up in the middle of the night with tons of bed bug bites. I called the front desk several times and got no answer. We decided to pack and leave. I stopped at the front desk and spoke to a man behind the front desk, seemed like we woke him up from his sleep, explained to him our situation and he said he was unable to assist me, gave me a piece of paper where I had to write a complaint, I turned in the complaint and I was told I had to wait for a manager to call me. I was so disgusted, tired and disappointed we ran out of this place and I am not surprised no one ever called me to address the issue. This place is not worth half a star not worth anyone's hard earned money.

The location was nice with a view of a mountain. The room was updated and clean and a nice pool. Most of the staff was great with exeption of one lady in the office that was completely rude to me and yelled at me in front of other staff and customers. Management is taking care of it.

Well I do like your guyses hotel I think that it's clean affordable I think that it has a convenient location I like the fact that I feel safe there since the police are always coming through I like that it's quiet I also like the fact that all the workers are friendly I love that you guys have a laundromat right there and that is open 24 hours and I am 100% likely to recommend this place to my friends let them know about your guys good service convenience location affordability and that it is nice and quiet and safe feeling.

I stayed 6 nights. 1st night (Sunday) was noisy with people and cars coming and going most of the night. I feared the worst. However, next 5 nights were relatively quite. Room was clean. Accommodations were basic. No coffee service in the room, no carpeting (laminate floor), no shampoo, a basic mattress & linens, and a very small TV screen. The office staff were friendly and helpful. Comparing accommodations relative to price paid for my stay, I was very satisfied and I would stay here again. Good location. It appeared to be safe. Easy walk to multiple restaurants and stores.

The young lady checking us in was on the phone with her boyfriend the whole time. She was polite to me but, it was between chats with him. And she even said to him once "can't talk long, you know how they are — — expect your total attention. " I must assume she meant her customers expected her attention. The bedding was crispy clean but, the floor was not. I slipped my shoes off, keeping my white socks on. Within a very few minutes of walking in the room, the soles of my socks were black. The color of the remodeled flooring hides the dirt but, it's there! Surely the maids could damp mop it?! Water pressure good, sink area modern and adequate # of towels. Neighborhood didn't seem bad. Grounds were well maintained.

Needs to be sweep, mopped, and dusted regularly. Towel holders looked moldy inside. Towels stained. Top of headboards dusty some walls needed wiping or painting. One bed was too close to AC, which didn't work very well. Adjustable vents would probably have helped. Smelled horrible. We changed rums 3×s. Only thing worth the cost was the front desk staff — very friendly, accommodating and informative about the area. They also provided room cleaner which helped in my decision to stay. Would I recommend staying there, absolutely. Comfort is what you make it.

Everything was pretty decent. The room was clean when I got there, the staff in the office was always polite whenn answering my questions & house keeping was there when nneded.

Two weeks ago, I was kicked out of my room because I left my girlfriend in the room while I went to the store. She was a visitor because she works gravy yard and I picked her up from work and brought her to my room. The staff never told me that I can't leave a visitor in my room and there is no policy around the building nor I signed anything saying I can't leave my visitor in my room. When the manager told me I had to check out she called me to make sure I was checking out. I honestly feel that the manager is racism. This incident happened at Motel 6 in San Dimas. I now go to a better Motel that the price is cheaper than motel 6 in San Dimas and has a refrigerator and microwave and newer TV and I can leave my visitor in my room to go to the store.

Rooms at Motel 6 are consistently clean and we'll maintained. We were pleasantly surprised by how inexpensive it was, since the night before we were at a hotel considerably more inexpensive with zero amenities and horrifyingly dirty.

Note: if you have a complaint about this location. Write or call motel 6 corporate first. Do not advise the staff or mod. ** I made the mistake of advising thr MOD that the cleaning staff knocked on my door early and loudly. Waking me up far in advance of my check out time. I was advised by the MOD that he would make sure it "never happened again. " When I returned a few days later, I discovered at 4am by "Jose" that I had been banned from the location. I guess the MODs promise came true. He then began to laugh right at me. I had to leave humiliated and find last min accommodation. I called corporate/customer relations and was advised it was the manager's discretion to ban who so ever they will ; for any reason. This has lead me to believe I was discriminated against because of my race. I didn't play ' good little Negro' and pretend like everything was OK, Boss. I spoke up. I was very civil and polite about my request. I was basically called a liar and banned from the location. I considered retaining legal counsel and suing Motel 6 for unlawfully and irresponsibly exploiting manager discretion to discriminate against protected classes of individuals. But what's the point other than making lawyers wealthy …? I was only sent to this location for work… and would never choose to go here for personal reasons. Caveat emptor!

Very nice rooms spacious and cleaned reasonable price. Front desk was very helpful and respectful. Next to shopping center and restaurant very convince. Thank you Motel 6 Chino and staff of courses for making my stay pleasant.

I love this place. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance, very convenient. The staff here always goes above and beyond to accommodate my requests. I feel this is the safest Motel 6 I have ever been to. I would recommend all my friends and family to stay here. I appreciate your hardworking, knowledgeable staff, Alan. This Motel 6 is truly AMAZING!

The rooms looked real clean and new. Looks like they are re paving the side parking lot however the rooms looked way better then the pictures and was quite surprised on how much I spent on the room. I've spent almost $80 to $120 in other hotels for the same quality of room for a $60 room. Plus there is a bunch of shopping centers in walking distance. I will be returning to stay here again. Good job guys, thanks.

Pets welcome. Reasonable rates. Clean inside & out. Great location by : shopping centers with a variety of restaurants & stores; and bus stop & 60 freeway. TV service good (diversity needed). Large staff friendly for the most part (2 or 3 individuals not so nice). 0verall, a pleasant experience…

I stayed at a few Motel 6 and this one was the most up to date and clean motel 6 I've been too, almost perfect for the business traveler. The room had all the essentials — comfortable bed, really nice bathroom area, and had a pool. Other than that, the stay was perfect.

Stay here once or twice a month for a Layover when I am working. Never have an issue here. Close to Tony's Spunky Steer where I like to eat when in california, and a good value overall. Plus it is a remodeled Motel 6

Great service, wonderful staff, clean rooms.

First they gave away the room I reserved and stuck me in a room the size of a closet with a bed clearly made for children. I requested a 12 noon check out (they were moving me to the room I actually reserved) but instead sent housekeeping to bang on my door for 20 minutes at 10 am. When they switched me rooms, they put me in a slightly larger closet sized room with the same size bed. When I went back to the office to ask for another room, the attendant laughed at me another tried to argue that this is a queen sized bed. To top it off, my reservation was covered by Guest vouchers. You know, the vouchers they give you to make up for them ruining your vacation the last time you stayed with them. So needless to say, they took an opportunity to make this up to me, and instead screwed me again. Never again motel 6.

Worse experience ever. Got woken up by a chipping hammered 7 am called front desk to complain n all I got from the manager was nothing he could do about it so I responded back that I should of been told about it his response was if I didn't like to just don't come back. So for 65 I only got to sleep 3 hrs after a long drive from vegas. Place sucked.

The Wi-Fi is billed every day if you want to access internet "free Wi-Fi" is untrue. Also the pool is gross.

Yes the rooms has been remodeled but the room smelt bad: muggy, like old dirty socks. The blankets had stains on them, which was really gross. I do appreciate the plastic floors instead of normal carpet. Small plasma TV in room and they do have HBO. This is a really ghetto part of town and the night I stayed here people were fighting, cursing, banging on the walls and doors, loudly having sex until 3:30am. Wtf! Wifi is $3/day.

They were incredibly helpful, and very clean. I love what they've done with the new, remodeled rooms with hardwood floors, granite countertops, and a flatscreen tv. And then there is the convince of stores, like CVS, 99¢ Store and Walgreen's right down the way, as well as easy access to the 60 freeway. But, mostly I enjoyed the people, from the maids to everyone at the front desk. Even the manager.

BhutTchaikovskyto I am very disappointed in the overall attitude of most staff. No one "left the light on" for me. Idid not appreciate being told to leave on the 28th day per Motel 6 "policy"! The motel was undergoing renovation making rest difficult at best. All told, not a good experience.

Horrible! My husband and I were staying overnight and we found Bed Bugs. They bit my husband all over his body and when I went to tell the front desk about it all they said they could do is give me another room. Horrible Motel and Horrible Service. Do not come and risk staying here.

Hi my name is Joanne Martinez and I stay at motel 6 when away on business or a get away fom home. Im greeted with a smile every time. The motel 6 in Chino Ca is a great place to unload, kick your shoes off and relax. The employees are great, the room are clean, and they treat their guest with respect. They have Wi-FiI thats a must for me. Got to stay in contact with the world. You have small shopping center around you like CVS, 99cent store, Gas Station, Auto parts, resturants bar& grill, and a donut shop. Easy acess to get on and off freeway. I love it. The office crew two thumbs up from me. I will always recommend my friends and Family to stay at this motel 6 in chino on Central Avenue if traveling toward Riverside or Pomona area. The pool is clean and quiet. You know something, the lights are always on. I always enjoy my stay at motel 6. The price are great and they take AARP.
