Room is good. Staff is nice, but complementary food is basic. Could have been more clean.

Front desk was friendly and helpful. It was an easy check in. The complimentary cookie at the front tied me over for a wedding I was attending nearby. Room was clean. A/c didn't work that well though. Ample parking outside. Good location near fwy, Starbucks and several fast food restaurants.

PROS: Really down to earth, easy going, and mellow staff. Clean rooms. You've got cheap eating like Taco Bell, Subway, and some other local eats within walking distance. There's a 24 hour gas station 5 min away. CONS: The hotel is right next to the freeway so expect some noise. The rooms are spacious but the hallways can feel cramped. Breakfast selection in the morning is questionable but is enough to get you through the day.

Nice place, Nice People but the pool leaves a lot to be desired for a hotel at this price. Business only for me.

Location is fine. Really outdated decor and very work carpet. No mini fridge. The guide on the TV is terrible.

This is one of Hilton's top-notch hotels and I appreciate the fact that the bathrooms stay relatively clean and well stocked.

Awesome desk crew, very likeable talkative and helpful. I didn't really use many of the hotels features. Breakfast was generally good but for the most part enjoyed they had a to-go breakfast option.

Disappointed That our rug in our room was filthy. Had to tell the front desk, and the maintenance man came by right away. He checked it out and I asked if they can shampoo it. He agreed, he was very nice. Brandon at the front desk was awesome, him and I talked a lot about video games. The breakfast was excellent, and the selection was great. 3 stars for the outdated room and dirty rug… I shouldn't have to worry about that at Hampton inn…

Excellent freeway access. Pretty convenient restaurants and movie theater nearby. Rooms are typical (and a little outdated). Apparently, will undergo renovations in Feb 2018. Can't wait to see.

The Establishment was very clean and the staff was very nice and professional. I stayed there for two nights and the location is really nice. There was a movie theater across the street and several restaurants in the area. Parking is free and the rooms our very well-kept.

The room was clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic and varied. On multiple occasions I required something and the front desk was happy to accommodate. The breakfast is different each day and the waffles are fantastic. No complaints here.

Most amazing small scale hotel I've ever stayed at… Clean facilities throughout… Breakfast is the real deal here… DIY waffles with fresh fruit and whipped cream… 24/7 stocked coffee bar available in lobby… I was here for company training and I had ZERO discrepancies for my entire stay (Monday through Friday…) On site laundry is available for $1 wash and $1 dry bring your quarters… Shoutout to Ryan S: keep the cookies coming my man you the real MVP!

Breakfast was delicious the pineapple could of used some freshness. The room was well kept. Plentiful towels, fresh linens. All in all I enjoyed the stay. With fresh pineapple 5 stars.

Nice location with restaurants and movie theater within walking distance. Rooms are very nice and clean. However, there is no evening reception at this location nor is microwave and refrigerate in the rooms.

It is a really good value for the price! Breakfast included and the brown bags on the desk are a really nice detail if you are in a rush.

Hotel is outdated. Rooms have worn furnishings. One huge gripe is that they will change the room you selected from online check-in and won't work to put you in a similar room. Avoid rooms facing highway. The windows don't block the road noise.

Wi-Fi was fairly inconsistent. Was going for tea, along with the coffee that's in the room. Employees were kind. Breakfast Fruitada was very good!

Everything was nice and clean, rooms are modern, and the free breakfast was not too bad. No bar at the hotel, but not a huge deal at all. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Every things good, we arrived about 30 people, just only 1worker to registration us and work for entire hotel. We run out with complimentary coffee, tea 24 hrs, but he can't help because he's very busy. Yes we understand " his work by himself " for entire hotel.

The room was very clean and pretty, you were able to go and buy snacks, there was a microwave and mini fridge it was lovely, the bed was comfy, it was a good experience for my first time in a hotel.

Great hotel! The rooms are super clean and pretty updated. The housekeepers never moved my belongings or touched anything, they would always clean around it and I would always find the room in great condition upon my return. Front desk was always helpful and never gave me any issues once. Wake up calls were prompt and you get to schedule the wake up call with an actual human although the wake up call itself is automated. Everything here was great! The omelets were delicous at breakfast, but the scrambled eggs could use a lot of work. Tasted very plasticy. But they also always have cereal, waffle maker, yogurt and bread things so there is always a pretty good variety. I would say they probably have a rotation of about 3 or 4 hot breakfast foods. Could definitely throw in a few more to keep things lively. Extremely happy with my stay overall and I am looking forward to my upcoming stays in the weeks to come.

This is a great hotel; however, after my stay there today I will not be going there anymore. The person who checked me in charged me 196.90 (which is the correct price). When I check my bank statement on my phone it shows I was charged 393.90. I spoke to the manager and she tried to get it resolved. This is still an ongoing issue. I even have proof that I was charged both prices. The manager also tried to blame me and say that maybe I went to another hotel and got charged from them as well, which is not the case. I would not stay here.

Rooms are clean, breakfast is great, location is by major highways. Free happy hour on Mondays and Tuesdays!

They didn't give us a wake up call after we asked for one. A+ coffee bar tho.

Really wish there was more around here, than a Starbucks and Buffalo Wild Wings. If you don't mind a hike or a short drive there is some stuff just over the hill.

I've stayed here multiple times and every time has been great. Friendly staff, the continental breakfast is no ihop but free is never a bad thing. Overall great hotel.
