My family and I had a blast. We had 2 suites. They were affordable, very clean, very spacious, extremely gorgeous and staff was always courteous, which was amazing because there was a total of 8 of us!

The room was very roomie and had all the essentials. It was perfect for our little group that included 2 adults and 3 kids. Nothing extraordinary but it was a good room for the price we paid.

Do not stay at this place! Total rip off! Pool is definitely not as expected. Very small & no jacuzzi. No phone in the room to call for extra towels. Deposit took forever to get refunded, then when it did, it wasn't even the full amount. Front desk gives no straight answers as to why.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I spoke with front desk about fixing the Wi-Fi for our room and no one fixed it, on top of it there was no hot water and no one fixed it for us after we asked. Free breakfast was cereal and milk. This place also charged me for a dirty floor mat stating we soiled the floor mat, come on now it is a floor mat for the bathroom! Don’t go to this place! Find another place! Bad customer service and bad place to stay. Will never return.

Big clean rooms. Great location near Disneyland and Knottsberry farm. Staff was helpful and extremely kind.

Do not stay here.

Area was noisy with traffic. Interior was nice. Exterior feels dated and dirty.

From what it looks like, they are almost finished with a attractive remodel with lots of room, and good looking hardwood floors. I would want to return to see the finishing touches. I can't wait to see what the continental breakfast is like.

Upgraded our room for free AND didnt charge us an early check in fee. Definitely a midclass hotel, but cheap price, and good location made it worth it. Thanks!

This place should get a ZERO. Run. They are infested with bed bugs, the rooms smell musty and moldy. I would not even set my bags down I paid triple what I paid to stay somewhere last min. There is no way I could even sit down in the room. I literally ran out. Don’t do it spend a little more for a piece of mind. Trust me. You will regret booking here.

Very spacious the room easy to find and service more than excellent from the receptionist to the Sra that clean.

Rooms need better cleaning & repairs. Bathroom door was broken. Bath tile grout is missing in areas. Shower head is leaking. Reservation was not accurate, there for they moved our belongings out of our room while we were gone the first day. Not a good place to stay? .

Whoever put texture on the walls did by far the worse I have ever seen in the different two rooms I was in. The whole 1 stars was because the tiling was nice and so were the people we dealt with. Pool was closed, the pictures look nicer than the actual thing, by being so close to Disney Land you would expect them to serve breakfast earlier but its served at 8 and its mainly just pastries, this looks like one of those places meth addicts go to get their fix and where people come to get shot however you do get what you paid for its one of the cheapest hotels/inns around along with being the dirtiest the sheets felt sandy and dirty along with the whole room no hot water I'm any of the dowmstairs rooms at night or in the morning. If you're thinking about staying here be prepared it is ghetto.

Had to clean up the place a little. Once I entered my room, I found a puddle of water on the floor which turned out to be from the fridge that someone left open. I recommend bringing wet wipes in case you find mystery brown-red marks on the walls like I did. Nice place and location since its close to many stores (Dollar Tree, Target, Subway, boba shop) and the freeway, but is away from the Disney/Convention Center traffic. Its a 2 star, but the staff is helpful and kind Staff. ●●●○○ Cleanliness. ●●○○○ Price. ●●●○○ Location. ●●●●○

Very clean and comfortable rooms.

Check-in and check-out were both smooth and easy. Staff was polite. The room was clean and didn't have a noticeable smell. I stayed here for the weekend to go to Disneyland; the drive to/from the park is really close and easy to do. The hotel is very close to the 5 freeway and is near a Target and Walmart. Good experience!

The rooms are clean and very roomy. They have been updated. The mattresses are adaquate, but a bit lumpy The rooms do lack storage. There are no dressers, luggage racks or shelving in our room, but another in our party has a full vanity in her restroom. Wi-Fi is fast and there are plenty of food shopping options within walking distance. And only 10 minutes to Disneyland. All in all we feel it is a good place to stay.

This place was horrible and the picture they have are fake and the bathroom was disgusting and the bed sheets had spots of marks and their is no actuall kichen and the people who run the place where rude. If your planning on staying with a family I suggest you stay somewhere else that is worth your money. Place smells really bad we got a non smocking but smelled horrible. This hotel should not be operating like this. I asked for extra sheets as pillow cases cause the ones they had were so old. It was disgusting.

Room was ok. Bathroom could use some work. Morning staff was great and nice. Very cheerful. The two ladies running the desk were awesome. Night time. Diff story. Some how my room's latch locked itself while I was out… he didn't know what to do and didn't really seem like he wanted to help anyways. Luckily I knew how to pop the latch with a folder he gave me. All in all, if you're looking for a budget place to stay, it's a perfect fit. Who comes to Anaheim to stay in your room anyway!

Not the best area, but we had a good stay. Booked a night through Travelocity (hate Travelocity for so many reasons — mainly being poor customer service) but the customer service here was exceptional. Brenda checked me in and was very helpful and sweet. Thank you to her for being a pleasant first impression and just all around making our experience with their staff members a good one! She deserves a raise! :) The room was clean and comfortable. All amenities including blowdryer, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. My boyfriend commented on the maids being very meticulous about their jobs. The washcloths in the bathroom were folded "origami" style and the bedsheets were tucked in VERY well :) haha The price was one of the lower offered in Orange County so all together I'd give this establishment a high five and probably stay another night.

The room is nothing like what is pictured at all. It's definitely not a suite, it's just an over sized room with a tiny fridge and microwave. The pull out sofa bed was horrible the frame was bent and uncomfortable, the mattress was extremely worn down to the point that the springs were poking thru on one side. The TV in the room didn't work at all and the internet rarley worked. The water in the shower didn't get hot at all. I wouldn't recommend this hotel nor do I plan on staying here ever again. This was a horrible experience.

I'm from Arizona, This hotel was a great hotel. The rooms where a good size very comfortable. My car broke down in their parking lot. And the staff was very nice. They made sure we where okay an they helped us get my car started. Very great customer services. I'll definitely be coming back.

The owner is also the marketer here, and she does a fantastic job. In fact, I think she undersells the newly remodeled, and conveniently located preoerty.

Pictures are misleading. Tv never worked. Furniture was In poor condition and covered in graffiti. Bathroom had a weird smell that would not go away. Towels were thin and ratty. Only a thin blanket on the bed. Floors were dirty and had not been swept recently Not worth the cost nor did it feel like a safe area.

Ok place although I would not go out at night. Other then that they were nice and the pool was ok to chill at just no drinking or smoking. They also have good TV.

First I don't feel safe at all. They took upper lock off the door. The ac does not work blows warm air only. I am pouring w sweat. I asked for a fan he said there is no extra but keep door open so it can cool off. I pulled back blanket on one of the full beds there where several strands of long black hair. Went into the other room to see if the other bed was cleaner No worse. The bathroom stunk, the commode was stopped up before we used it. The only thing clean was the wood floor. The pictures on the net was from 20 plus years ago. What they call updated is the floor Only. The beds are very bad the furniture is old. When you open the drawers on night stand you can smell old. I will Not be eating there breakfast. The only reason I have to stay is bc they don't give refunds and that is written in huge bold letters in the office. I went off there pictures when looking for a clean safe place to lay our heads. This hotel is Not a 2 star it is considered below a 1 star. I have rated many hotel in the last 25 years.

Their habiaciones have the smell locked in. The articles of the rooms are viejos. De breakfast what you get is the juice of the cheap and some donuts all ugly. For what they charge it is not a good place.

Large, clean rooms. Staff extremely friendly. Accomdated my request for handicapped accessible room even though I'm not in a wheelchair. (My knees can't do stairs. )

This place was literally the worst place I've ever booked. Left in less than an hour. The pictures on the site have to be considered false advertisement. Mold on the ceiling, sperm and bloodstains on the bedsheets, pubic hair clogged up the bathtub, all the towels in the bathroom were dingy and stained. Tried calling the front desk just to find out there wasn't even a phone in the room. Went and complained and the staff was friendly enough and gave us another room. Inspected the new room and found what I'm assuming were bed bugs all over both beds. Not worth the $90 we paid for the place. Would not recommend this place at all!

This place is rubbish never occur to you to go you will have a very unpleasant.

A very good location, excellent care and have all the amenities you need with the only exception that they don't give you water and put coffee.

The walls are filthy. Bug nest in closet. 3inch clearance under the door when closed… Hooefully its not squirrel season because one could fit under on accident. Bad customer service. Non smoking room smells like and antique store when smoking was aloud everywhere. Do not stay there. Do not leave a deposit. The floors have nit been swept. Walls and frames have not been dusted. Serious allergies.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Nothing like the pictures. The room is all fuked up. Rooms smell really bad at first. Cockroachs and spider. Bed ain't even good. Has a big ass bent in the bed.

Room was roomy. Had a counter with sink & microwave and mini-fridge that needed defrosted. Cabinets need refacing. Marks on the walls. There was a dead roach on top of the bed decor. A few running around the room. Toilet didn't flush after the first flush. There was no phone in the room. And there was a strong chemical smell in the room that made me nauseous. Bed was uncomfortable. Construction on the street clogged traffic taking 7-10 min to get out to main street just a few blocks up. Manager wasn't available to get cancellation details. Left for different hotel.

Nice location very near to the all the stores as well as Disney Land and service is good.

We booked this hotel last minute bc it was the only one not full. Now I understand why. One of our towels was used and the bathroom smelled like mold. The shower would clog up when we showered. We got a two bed room and one of the beds had a stain on the bed sheets. You have two leave a $50 deposit when you check in and when we checked out we got charged $15 bc I used 2 towels to clean up a makeup spill. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

I travelled from New Zealand with my family for the trip to Disneyland. We stayed here for 2 nights. The toilet was messy and the shower area dirty as with black silt. The shower wasn't working properly and every time we have shower, its gets blocked. The carpet had stains and the air conditioning system was too noisy and the same time wasn't working properly. Room service was not done at all during our stay. I had to go to the reception to get the toilet paper and towels for us the next day. this place is falling apart. Needs some serious renovation to match with their name. Reception was ok but grumpy. Close to other amenities such as restaurant's, Dollar Tree etc.

The worst place ive ever stayed. Was there for 3 nights for a Disneyland trip and the sheets were stained towels were stained and they kept my $50 deposit blaming me for there horrible house keepers. Do not go here!

Horrible, not sure where they got the name "Executive Inn" from. This should be called a Motel. Dirty, not up to code (fire alarm was broken) the rooms seemed like they haven't been cleaned in decades. Bathroom had dirty towels/ along with blood stains, as if walked in to a murder scene. Your better off sleeping in your car! Expedia and other 3d party booking sites should really step up their "hotel vetting". Please read the reviews before you book.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed Inn. You get what you pay for. Only can park 1 car per room. The room and bathroom was very dumpy/trashy looking. Plus side was clean sheets and towels. The carpet looked very dirty too!

This place sucks. Pay extra instead of stsying here. Trust me. Worst place ever. It was like out of national lampoons.

This place is a dump and it is ran by a bunch of crook"s who allow minor criminal activity to take place in more than a couple of the room's there but threaten law abiding citizens with law enforcement for being out of their room's after dark. It was the strangest two nights ever spent at a local MOTEL. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Dirty, run-down, rude front desk clerk, all around bad experience. There is my two cents.

Pesimo service, we traveled as a family to spend new year at disney and we had a medical emergency and even when my husband and I speak English when we ask for help to the counter the person who attended us said that he didn't speak English (of course he said it in English! ) after we got back like at 1:00 am the hospital room was not made (unmade bed, trash in the baskets, towels, wet, etc. ) later that day I told him what had happened and pretended to not know who answered the emergency call that night and from the room his response was "because you did not notice at that time"
in conclusion, a service is hideous for the price we paid!
