My friend and I reserved a room for a night to go to a concert. The woman we spoke to on the phone said we would get a complimentary hot breakfast. Upon check in, the 2 ladies at the front desk were very rude, unwelcoming and didn't listen. She kept interrupting and I finally told her to be quiet because she wasn't listening. She also told us we would not be getting a hot breakfast. My friend tried explaining that she spoke the woman in the reservation office, but her words fell upon deaf ears. When we got into our room it smelled something awful. I tried asking housekeeping for air freshener but none of them seemed to speak English. Finally a man came with febreze and we sprayed the floors which ended up giving my friend an asthma attack. The bed was comfy and the room was nice. The people checking us out were much nicer than the 2 ladies checking us in.

Not awful, but not great. This would have been 3 stars, but they get an extra star simply because if you are a member of their rewards program, you get 500 reward points for every night you don't use housekeeping. As a frequent traveler, this is by far the best idea to combat waste at a hotel. Loved it! However, I was not a fan of the layout of the room, including a weirdly positioned armoire, which was the only place to hang clothes. No in-room refrigerator or microwave. Staff did bring in a mini-refrigerator upon request. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast and happy hour food was the best at a hotel I have had thus far. The TV kept cutting off and on which made it difficult to watch anything other than the news, and even then it was inconvenient. Overall, the hotel is do for a remodel, but overall not a bad place to stay.

A favorite hotel of mine when visiting Orange County. Easy to get to the Disneyland Resort and other area attractions. Clean and fresh rooms with super friendly front desk staff that always goes out of their way to accommodate.

Had the best sleep in a long time. Check-in was painless and Jade made it all the better. Nice fitness center which I used this morning, enough equipment for a quick workout. Didn’t use the pool, but the fitness center faces the pool and although it looked small, it was still inviting in the hot weather. Ample parking. Beautiful lobby area. Would recommend and return!

20 minute walk to convention center and Disneyland. Target across a street for quick snack. A few fast food restaurants a block away. Nice place to stay.

It is a quaint hotel. Of course, it is a resort. I recall online via Starwood portal states parking fee. I am not sure if other sites posts but am sure they all do. Front desk have been helpful. I wish the entrance to go in to the parking was clearly marked. Either than that, management and front desk have been fantastic. I think this Sheraton is well kept. I do reccomend talking to management if there something that needs to be changed.

Will not be staying here again. Initial deposit was $50 and was told my card would be charged for incidentals and anything I ordered which is great. But when I ordered food I was immediately charged an extra $250 security deposit. 3 weeks later and I have yet to receive my security deposit back. Have been calling for 2 weeks now and no return calls. This is ridiculous. Also you will be charged for Wi-Fi and water bottle.

Hotel has deteriorated so badly in such a short amount of time. Only thing is good is the staff. I arrived in the evening and put my medicine in what appeared to be a fridge like every other hotel in the world. When I went to use my medicine the next day, it was not cool, ruined and a see some cheap sticker saying it's a cooler but I can rent a fridge for $10 a day. Management has now decided to remove the movie channels from their cable plan they used to have to save another few dollars. They removed Showtime and ESPN. Floors 6 and 7 are under renovation which they failed to mention when booking. Drilling and pounding all day. As I pulled in during the day was greeted with 3 police cars in the front of the hotel. Never a good sign. Will not stay here again. Very disappointing especially being a Starwood Platinum member.

I was visiting during a renovation so let me say that first. The staff was nice and accommodating. The lobby bar and business center area should be swapped. The lobby bar isn't very inviting and is not very comfortable to lounge in. The business center is excessively large. As a business traveler, if I have serious work, I will either do it at the work site or in my room. If I'm checking email or doing expense reports, I want to do it in the bar area. It's also nice to have a conversation with other business travelers instead of going straight to your room. The gym is nice. It has treadmills, ellipticals, a cable machine, some dumbells, and a couple benches. There is also a pool and hot tub but I didn't use either. The room was a mix of old and new. New bed, shower, and desk but had older TV stand and wallpaper. I assume the decor will be updated in the future. This hotel is fine for a night or two but I would pick a more resort style hotel if you plan on staying longer than that.

This was a fantastic hotel with an incredible nice staff. Their rooms were spottless and their breakfast was excellent. I would absolutely stay here again.

We've stayed here twice now for Disney trips. The rooms are clean and spacious, but the whole hotel could benefit from modern updates. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The club lounge is convenient for grabbing drinks and the breakfast and evening appetizers served there are pretty tasty. Only guests staying in the club rooms have access to the lounge though. Unfortunately, parking and Wi-Fi aren't free. The daily $5 credit for opting to not have your bedding changed out helps eat some of those costs. Kudos to Sheraton for encouraging and rewarding green practices. For Disney goers, the hotel sells slightly discounted tickets and offers a shuttle to the park. Depending on the size of your party, it might be cheaper to drive and use the Disney lot or take an Uber. My biggest complaint was that during our last stay, the guests in the adjoining room were doing what sounded like karaoke and I could hear their muffled music well past 2am. Two phone calls to the front desk didn't help. I mostly blame our neighbors and, outside of my unwanted concert, I definitely would stay here again for our next trip to Disney.

Nice basic room. Nothing fancy. Pool, hot tub, and fitness center open 24/7. Small restaurant on site.

The Sheraton Garden Grove in Anaheim is located off of Harvard way. This hotel has private parking and it exquisite hotel lobby. Check in with easy and room service was phenomenal.

We booked the hotel as part of the Disney Good Neighbors package. The hotel overall is very underwhelming. Helpful staff, but the walls are paper thin (seriously paper thin), and the hotel in general is on the shabbier/older side. Also, we were under the impression thru Disney that the shuttle was free between the hotel and the park. This isn't the case — the shuttle is $6 a day (runs every 15 minutes). Which isn't terrible, but it was an expense that came as a surprise. And the hotel breakfast is not complimentary thru the good neighbors package, as we had been led to believe, which was extremely disappointing. Overall, if you are looking for a cheap and convenient hotel for Disneyland, and all you need is a place to sleep and shower, then this hotel will work fine. But personally, I will try my luck somewhere else in the future.

Staff was really helpful, parking was a breeze. Clean hallways. The room was top of the line. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Check in and check out were fast.

The room was very cozy. The heater didn't seem to work really well but the comforter was super warm and made up for it. The bathroom was very nice and the shower head was set high enough where the water felt like rain. Bonus: a few minutes away from Disneyland and the convention center.

Staff is really nice and polite. I was there just last week for Christmas (Disney). Our room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Overall a good hotel, comfortable, well sized rooms. Club lounge provides decent breakfast. You can tell the hotel is a bit older with the cracks in the tile, and the sheets aren't tucked nor ironed when the clean the rooms. Also noticed they missed vacuuming the bathroom. However I'd stay again, overall it was a good stay.

Good hotel — — my phone in my room was off for some reason. Microwave was in the laundry room. Breakfast provided as long as you ordered by 2am the night before. Spacious lobby and cozy bar.

Good service, the halls are very old or lacking in modernity.

Stayed on the 7th Floor which was the club level. There are two beds, a desk with chair, an armchair, and a decent size TV with a little closet that had a safe and the fridge next to it. The decor was considered modern and they served breakfast in the club room. Breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, bacon, assorted breads, and even waffles. During the day the fridge was stocked with soda and water that you could take back to your room. They had a business center which allows you to get online and a printer nearby if you needed to print something. Newspapers were delivered outside the elevator for you to pick up. It's a great value for what you get and it's near the Anaheim Convention Center and further down is Disney.

Nice stay for a no fuss stay near Disneyland and amenties. A bit dated but mostly clean with great customer service. Outdoor pool, laundry room with a microwave, and gym. TV in room was small, carpet was a bit sticky, and the beds were firm. No fitted sheets. But we had a pleasant stay for 2 nights and would stay there again.

Pretty cool place. Staff is great, great with the kids. Great shuttle access which makes getting to the park easy peasy!

The hotel is located away from LA city centre, it takes about 1hr when no traffic jam. And the hotel do not have any good restaurants, but you still can find good food or drinks around the hotel, and supermarket right in the opposite. The room is good, quiet, and clean. The parking fee is $15 each day.

Great stay with the kids. Easy access to Disneyland via shuttle. Tickets can be bought right at the hotel. Our room was big and clean, beds very comfortable. Lounge area was always clean when we went. The ladies working there do a great job. We loved the breakfast/afternoon snacks and the coffee machine is a huge plus for me. Everyone was very kind and willing to help whenever we were looking for something in the lobby. Will be staying here again when visiting Disneyland.

Hotel was nice enough but the rates on the SPG sure were more than double what I paid on another site. The hallway reeked ok BO but room was fine. The service at the bar was pretty horrible.

As a regular at the Downtown Phx location, we choose to stay w/Sheraton for our Disney trip. I love these hotels! Beds are consistently decent, the staff is always courteous and helpful, and we LOVE the club level!

The Club floor is ideal. The amenities are what you would expect of a Sheraton. But as a solo traveler I dropped the rating because the bar area did not seem inviting for folks to hangout. But this location made be geared towards families, business travelers, or groups (ie. Vs solo vacation travelers).

Room was really nice. Staff was great! Very close to Disney and shuttle service is available for a small $6.00 fee. You have to pay for parking though at the hotel. Even received a $5.00 reward card for not using housekeeping one day! Very convenient to shopping mall as well.

Great location. Great and convenient shuttle to Disneyland. Rooms were comfortable and the double room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 teens. Staff was friendly. Thanks, Sheraton!

Everything was great other than the outlet situation, but more on that to follow. The room was large, and everything was nice and well appointed. The staff was nice and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Location is good, there is a Target across the street, and a Walgreens nearby as well. If you plan to walk to Disney, it is over 1.5 miles, which may be less than desirable for some parents with children. The only negative was that the lights were plugged in behind the bed in such a way that the mattress was pushing against them, causing them to flicker when you got onto, or touched the bed. Additionally, there are no outlets near the bed in the event that you want to charge your phone near the bed, rather than on the other side of the large room.

There was a debate on charges even though their website stated one thing, the front desk said another. We enjoyed the shuttle to Disneyland and the restaurant for breakfast. Breakfast was great and complimentary.

The Sharaton Garden Grove is in a good location for a visit to Disneyland. They have a free shuttle which picks up by the entrance to the parking lot. Shuttle runs every half hour. The room was a good size, and beds were decent. Our room was quiet. The refrigerator was more like a cooler. It kept things from getting warm quickly, bit didn't keep them cool. The carpet felt and looked dirty but other than that the room was clean. The restaurant definitely left something to new desired. Parking was $12. I didn't use the pool or the gym, but there looked decent.

Everything was excellent. The room was plush and very well-stocked. The hotel is very elegant and nicely to decorated. My only issues that I had were 1) upon entering the room, I found some old food on the floor near the base of a chair. I did not report it to the front desk, because I figured I could pick it up myself. 2) the shower head sprayed wildly out of the sealed seam towards the ceiling of the shower which then caused water to land outside of the shower and for myself to be sprayed from the water that was ricocheting off the ceiling. Again, since I was only staying one night I did not reported to management, I just put a washcloth over it which helped. 3) The last issue I had would be that there was some mold along the wallpaper within the restroom, which is not that big of an issue but it is something that should be addressed. Aside from that, the hotel was lovely I enjoyed my stay greatly, the cost of the hotel is fair in comparison to the surrounding hotels. Has a nice decent pool for soaking and a Jacuzzi for relaxing. Washroom washes clothes decently. Has a moderate gymnasium for you to get your sweat on. The bar/ restaurant is also excellent. You are surrounded by all the amenities that you may need should require beyond the hotel. Such as a Target across the street, Disneyland up the street, and plenty of food restaurants and bars and other stores locally to you. There's also a gift shop that sells anything that you may have forgotten.

Great amenities plus the staff was superb. The breakfast buffet got pretty boring after a few days. No issues with quality for me I just wished they would change it up a little each day.

Very nice and comfy hotel. The employees were very courteous and hospitable. The hotel seemed like it was new. It has a good location too because there is a Target right across from it.

Clean facility, helpful staff. 4th floor hallway has bad armpit like odor and dirty carpet. Otherwise as expected. Staff are courteous and have a can do attitude.
