This hotel hired DISHONEST WORKERS and that include the day manager. The MANAGER never listened and never made an effort to resolve the problem when you lost an important item.

The breakfasts & dinners are good. The staff is very friendly. The dining staff surprised my daughter with balloons, cake & a snack pack for her birthday. My kids love the bunk bed suite. The hotel is right next to the Buzz parking lot with shuttle.

We had an amazing stay here recently and would absolutely recommend. Location is perfect for visiting Disney. A short walk away or there is a shuttle right next door. Suites are great size with everything you need including well stocked kitchen. Beds uber comfortable. Staff are fantastic and so helpful and friendly. Complimentary food and drinks in the evening is a nice touch. Great gym on site along with basketball court, games room. And good sized pool with bar and fire pit. There is a small shop at reception with the essentials you might need (bottle of wine?! ) We loved our stay.

I'll start off by saying that Homewood Suites is THE hotel to book when visiting Anaheim. Whats not to love? Great breakfast every morning, SUPER comfortable rooms, being an annual passholder who frequents this Hotel, I can honestly say that this place is unmatched, the staff are wonderful and always so kind and understanding. Shoutout to Marabel from reception desk who gave my nephew a little ducky toy while we walked the comfortable dining room practicing his walking, it really made our night. Thank you!

We stayed in the spacious family suite with bunk beds July 6-10th. Our room was perfect! Spacious, clean and very comfortable. The hotel breakfast and evening social was a big bonus. The kids loved the pool, basketball court and mini golf. The hotel is within easy walking distance to Disneyland. We will 100% stay here again. Thank you!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here this past week. I am so glad that we chose this hotel for our Disneyland vacation. Every staff member that we interacted with was very nice and so helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this place! The rooms were clean and spacious (space is a must with young kids! ), the breakfast and dinner options were delicious and changed daily, the onsite activities were nice, and you can’t beat the location! If we ever return to Anaheim this will be our go to place! Thank you all for making our stay great!

Great Disneyland area hotel. We had a suite with bunk beds for the kids, separate living area with kitchenette, view of the pool with patio. Our bed was a little firm for our liking, but most people would probably be fine with it and the pillows were too soft. It's been mostly quiet. We could hear the people above us a few times but nothing terrible. The included breakfast is great. It's just enough to get you started every day and saves time. We used the toy story parking lot free shuttle every day. It's next to the hotel and a quick 10 minute walk to the middle where you catch the shuttle. It goes directly to Disneyland and doesn't cost anything. This has been a big plus! I would stay here again!

Have been here for 6 weeks, due to our home flooding. This place is phenomenal with customer service, Mark the manager, Hon the snack lady, Elsa the food court host and Christian and Victoria at the front desk are ALL great! They made sure our 7 yr old daughter Kylie had snacks for her lunch, left little notes for her and always had smiles when greeting us. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel, the splash pad, the pool, jacuzzi, arcade room, gym basketball and mini putting green have been so fun. Rooms are large too! Oh and the FOOD is SO good! Mon thru thurs free beer and wine, movie by the pool and dinner social is amazing!

I highly recommend staying at Homewood Suites if visiting Disneyland! It’s a 3 minute walk to the shuttle which takes you to the main gate at Disneyland. The rooms are spacious with a living/dining room, kitchenette, king bed and bunk beds. They have a pool, gym and even offer Free breakfast and dinner with wine and beer. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. We enjoyed staying here and look forward to coming back again!

It was a wonderful stay. Disney woody Parking area was about a block away. Caught the bus and we were at Disneyland. Perfect. Great breakfast and we'll organized. Clean tables and friendly breakfast Staff. Elsa was very helpful and seemed to enjoy her job. Nice to see in today's times. Elsa was working the evening reception. Anybody looking for a place to stay, a must stay. Clean Room and friendly staff. Kudos to the team.

Very nice and clean rooms! The bunkbed suites are awesome, our kids loved them! Complimentary breakfast had a good variety of food with different choices each day. The pool area was fun with hot tub, kiddie pool/ splash pad and large pool. My only complaint is finding parking spots if you come back late at night. I would definitely stay here again though!

I loved this hotel for our Disneyland vacation. We are a family of 5 and the two queens with a pullout couch fit us perfectly. The pullout couch is a little rough to sleep on, but my 10 year old didn't complain. The full complimentary breakfast and free evening meals with beer or wine were awesome. The staff was very friendly, and we really enjoyed our stay. The children's pool was also an added bonus with my 3 year old. Great hotel!

Location Location Location. This is a great place to stay when visiting Disneyland. Love the big suites and having the ability to cook your own meals if you want and keep things in a full size fridge. We drive about 6 hours to get to Disney and we either bring a large cooler of food or stop at the nearby Target to stock up. Enough about food, the location is the key factor here. You can walk one block to Convention Way, and walk into the Disney Parking Lot. From there you catch the same bus the folks that are paying to park take. This Disney Bus takes you right in at the closest drop off by security. Granted the best thing is to stay at one of the Disney Hotels, but when you don’t want to spend about $200 to $300 less per night in a hotel, this is the place to go.

Great location. An easy walk to Disney, or go to the Disney parking lot next door and grab the free shuttle. The breakfast was great, and different every day. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Would definitely choose to stay there again.

We found this to be an excellent value. Monday through Thursday there are breakfast and dinners included in the package. It made the stay much less stressful having that option. The property is nice and clean and seems new. The staff is very helpful and friendly. This hotel is a mile from Disney.

The beds were super comfortable. Checking in the staff was very friendly gifting us all a water bottle. The breakfast buffet was not the greatest no bacon and surprisingly not much to chose from no order when it came to the buffet screaming kids, kids running around, people with no respect cutting lines. But besides the the suit I got was almost like a one bedroom apartment has a cute little stove top microwave fridge and coffee maker although do not recommend the coffee they give you its nice. The couch is super comfy they had lots of channels to choose from it was a nice hotel. If they can get the kids and breakfast food selection under controlled I would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Well kept and clean hotel. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of space in the eating area. Very close to Disneyland shuttle and within walking distance of park. Cons: no early check-in (had to wait until after 4pm). They charge $18/night for parking. Some staff weren't knowledgeable on park and shuttle information (others were). Overall it was a good stay!

Very clean and spacious, we were really impressed by this hotel. Room had nice kitchen, sitting area and bathroom was separated to two rooms so multiple people can get ready in the morning. Great location, walking distance to Disneyland shuttle. Free hot breakfast buffet different every day.

Stayed here for the first time for our Disneyland spring break fam trip. We usually stay at Embassy Suites, but a coworker recommended this place since it’s a short walk to Disneyland or the shuttle is just next door. Very friendly staff and very accommodating, the free breakfast and dinner is a plus if you’re a big fam like us, although embassy suites served bacon! I repeat, bacon! Why didn’t they have bacon at this hotel?!? But they have make your own waffles though… which is pretty darn good. But embassy suites have make your own omelette though, so they got beat with food. You pay for daily parking, and they have complimentary valet parking as well. The rooms are a little smaller than embassy suites but it makes up for the standard size fridge and an actual kitchen (embassy suites only has a sink and a small fridge). They have a 24hr gym, a half court for basketball, a little golf course, pool for the kids, movie night, a game room, and coffee available all the time. Overall this is a great place to stay if you’re doing your Disneyland trip… heck, my small kids wanted to stay in the hotel and spend time at the pool instead of going to Disneyland.

We love this hotel for going to Disneyland. Daily free breakfast, and free dinner and wine/beer on week days. A nice pool are for the kids. The hotel is right next to the Toy Story lot. Just walk through the parking lot to catch a shuttle, and you are a short ride from Disneyland.

One of the newer hotels in the area. Very clean and spacious rooms. Extremely friendly yet professional front desk. Valet or self park — Various entrances are accessible from parking lot. Free breakfast and free evening snacks and drinks. Hilton across the street used to be my go-to but will be coming here from now on.

This is a newer Homewood. It just opened last year when we stayed. A year later it's still really nice. Homewood suites are my favorite chain. It's really like living I a 1 bedroom Apartment. Kitchen, refrigerator, stove. Everything you need for a long stay or if you're on a long business trip. If you want a home cooked meal you can buy groceries and do it yourself. Or even have the hotel do the grocery shopping g and deliver it to you. They also serve breakfast every morning and a light dinner on Monday — Thursday nights, with beer and wine for free during happy hour. It's always clean and the staff is friendly.

Great location, one block from Anaheim Convention Center, Didneyland and many restaurants. Complimentary breakfast, happy hour with lite food and wine, pool, gym and fire puts. Spacious rooms offer small kitchen w/dishwasher and stove, large pane windows and great views. Housekeeping and overall staff provided impeccable service. Attentive and accommodating to your needs. Would highly recommend — — very comfortable and will stay again.

The staff was very friendly and always helpful. We were there on Valentine's Day, and the staff was handing out balloons with little trinkets attached during breakfast, which the kids loved. We were also there during a kid's birthday and told them at check-in, the staff hand wrote birthday wishes on a card and delivered it with balloons and LOT of treats while we were at Disneyland during the day. There's a basic, shallow pool for little kids, a hot tub (which you'll need after walking all over Disneyland), and a bigger pool. We left a coat behind, and the hotel is mailing it back to us (at our expense, it was our mistake after all). The breakfast is standard buffet style and the hot dishes varied each day. One of the days I didn't get any scrambled eggs and it wasn't refilled by the time we had to leave, but other than that I was satisfied. The hotel was also very quiet, which is a huge plus for me. The doors are nice and heavy, so people sleeping in the bedroom couldn't hear the TV right on the other side of the wall in our suite. The only time I heard someone in another room was when someone was stomping around above our room late one night. The proximity to the Toy Story parking lot for free rides into the park was nice, but on days when we were too tired or needed to be at the park really early, we paid $10 a trip for the five of us to be driven to the park by the company that the hotel uses. I would totally stay here again without hesitation!

Suites are 2 rooms with a full kitchen. Stocked with cooking utensils and a small coffee maker. Breakfast with different options each day. Plan on a very busy breakfast room, full of families going to Disneyland. Evening reception is not just cocktail snacks. There were soups, salads, cheese cubes, crackers, veggies. More than enough for dinner if you don't want to spend money dining out. Disney parking lot with a free shuttle is behind the hotel. Walk a block. Would definitely come back.

Very good hotel near the Disney parks. What makes this hotel shine is the great staff: they consistently went above and beyond to provide a great experience for me and my family. Everything was clean. The pool is surprisingly large. The included breakfast (every day) was consistently o. K. To good (more fruit / fruit options would have are it better), and the light dinner / happy hour (available Monday through Thursday, 5pm to 7pm) was surprisingly good on the one evening we participated, especially in the variety and quality of beer and wines offered. The parks are a 20 to 30 minute walk away, but since the "Toy Story" parking lot is right next door (5 to 7 minute walk), it is also possible to get a shuttle from there.

First time staying here, I loved everything! The service is great, we enjoyed complementary breakfast and dinner, very complete meals, you can even enjoy wine and beer, everything was impeccable. We loved the pool area, they have grills and a very nice fire pit. It was nice to relax in the spa after two days of walking at the parks. They also have a little mini golf and a basketball court, I didn't get to use it but the gym looks really nice too. I'm definitely coming back.

This is an absolutely brilliant place to stay. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are friendly and almost feel like family. The complimentary breakfast and evening social is an extra special touch. The suites are comfortable and have everything you need plus more. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Anaheim.

This was a great hotel. The value was superb! Breakfast everyday and "evening social" during the week was great. All the staff were very friendly and helpful when called upon for assistance or recommendations. Our room and all common areas appeared very clean. Should I visit the area again I will endeavour to stay at this property.

Great customer service. Arrived at 9am and was able to check in right away and with a free upgrade to a suite! The room however is just okay. The bathroom door opens up to the sink area but barely gives you room to stand at the sink and then it blocks the closet. Very awkward design. It was hard to navigate two people walking around there. Bed is just okay. The beds at Springhill suites are WAY more heavenly. But good location as it is right next to the toy story parking lot and shuttle area.

We had a room with a kitchen, living room and 2 queen beds. It was fantastic. They provide breakfast everyday and dinner Tuesday — Thursday. I called down to the front desk for some better pillows and they were very prompt in bringing me some pillows and another blanket. The pool is great, service even better. We come and stay here when we go to Disneyland.

Just got back from a 4 night stay in one of the family suites. The rooms were nice and quiet considering the amount of children running around. This is a great place to stay if you are going to Disneyland. It's a short walk to the toy story parking lot next door, where you can catch a free shuttle to the parks. The breakfast buffet was decent. If you have younger kids like me they will love the bunk beds. There are plenty of options for eating within walking distance of the hotel or you can even catch the Disney shuttles to downtown Disney to eat at one of the restaurants there. My only complaint would be the beds themselves, but it's more of a personal preference, the beds were firm and I prefer a softer bed. Overall though it's a great place to stay.

My family and I used this hotel for our trip to Disneyland. It's a very nice hotel. The rooms are big and quiet, even though there were other families there. Staff very helpful. Good breakfast. They have a happy hour snack, but never went, so don't know how it is. Location is a little far from Disney, but the Disney parking is right by the hotel, so you can get a bus to the parks easily. Overall, a good hotel.

My daughter was verbally assaulted by someone sneaking into the side doors of the hotel and using their restrooms to straighten their hair and do their makeup. She began verbally berating my daughter who wanted to wash her hands. Awful start of our first morning to Disney with a crying daughter and nearly a fight in the bathroom. Busy breakfasts, but staff is efficient. Rooms were sufficient. Security needs to be better to keep transients out. My 11 year old daughter was traumatized and did not feel safe for the rest of our 6 night stay. It took her until Day 3 to feel ok enough to get her own food in the public area and she no longer wants to go into ANY public restroom without me accompanying her. Management offered her a water bottle, but no other effort was made to make her feel safe or comfortable. Regret our stay here and if I could do it over again, I would have stayed at Disney.

BEST HOTEL EVER! Every single staff member is happy and genuinely wants to help, from the front desk to our housekeeper Angela. We are staying for a week and so far amazing. We are close to the Toy Story parking for free shuttle anytime to Disney, free breakfast and light dinner (gyros last night) and free cookies after dinner. They also show a little movie in the pool area at 7 every night. Rooms are huge and kept super clean. Love this hotel. :)

The hotel is clean and very well kept. The staff was super friendly despite the mass volume of people. This is a family hotel catering to the Disney parks so understand there are legions of kids everywhere. The hotel has complimentary dinners during the week and free breakfast every morning. The dinners are "light" meaning soups and salads so have a plan B. The downside of this location is the parking. The lot is big enough but the parking stalls are incredibly narrow.

No complaints beautiful room neautrogena toiletries so much for the kids (kid pool, arcade, mini golf, basketball court, shooting water) breakfast included and dinner on weekdays with free beer and wine convenient location! Laundry room, full kitchen! Will stay here again.

We are currently staying here. Upon making our reservations, and even at check-in, the front desk mentioned nothing about the renovations that were taking place. Other than the dirty looks from the construction crew every time we entered or left the building we had no issue. However, now the elevator is "out of order" on our end of the building. There is nowhere near enough parking nor elevator space to accommodate everyone at the front of the hotel. That doesn't even account for the hammering and banging we can hear in our room throughout the day. If we had known this earlier we would likely not have chosen to stay here. When renovations are completed it would be a decent place to stay, but the current inconveniences are overwhelming.

Absolutely wonderful experience! The staff is all incredibly friendly, the breakfast is pretty good, the pool is clean and not too busy, the rooms are spacious and clean. Great experience, would definitely stay here again!

Good location within about 3 miles to Disneyland. They offer shuttle service to the parks for $5 per adult single day or $12 for a 3-day pass, which beats parking at $18 a day at the park itself. On-site parking is an additional $6 a day, which is reasonable, albeit the room is already pricey, so it should be included. Breakfast every morning is included. Beat the rush by going between 7am and 8am, otherwise everybody and their dog will be there. Our room was good-sized, but the couch and ottoman had a nice good tear in it on the top and should have been replaced. It's nice to have a full kitchen to use, though haven't done so yet. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and helpful. I would stay here again.

This is not a 5-star hotel… but you get what you pay for… First the bad: The hotel has only two elevators and they are very, very slow. When I checked in online they gave me the option (for $8) to have a room higher up… I declined and I am glad I did. We were in an end suite on the second floor which provided very easy access. The rooms did not appear as if they have have had a deep cleaning in a long while. We kept our shoes on for the most part… there were stains on the wall and drapes. In one room the drapes did not close properly. There is a $12/night "self-parking fee"… gee. I paid to park myself. The good: The staff was always very friendly, helpful and professional. There is a complimentary breakfast every morning. The food is sometimes questionable, but hey, it's free. Monday-Thursday there is a 'Manager's Reception'. This includes some snack food and free beer and wine. The food again is low quality, but it will fill the belly. The waitstaff were all super friendly. You are right across from Target lots of restaurants. For the price, I recommend this place. Just know what you are in for…

It was a little tricky to find at first, however, it was very close to restaurants and stores. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, the room was spacious and clean, for the most part.

We were in town to enjoy Disneyland. We only stay at Hilton hotels and really have had great stays at other Homewood suites. Unfortunately, this is not one of those Homewood Suites. The hallway carpets were filthy and looked like they haven't been vacuumed in a week. Once we arrived to the room, the carpets were no better. The bathroom was very unappealing with mildew and mold covered grout and tile. The sheets had a funny smell to them, not fresh or clean smelling. Upon further inspection the mattress had a huge blood stain on it! The second bed, the same thing. The beds looked like there had been a double homicide in them! We didn't even unpack, we left immediately (10:30 p. M. After being at Disney all day) to find a new Hotel. Luckily we found a Doubletree nearby that was fantastic! I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone! Dump!

Terrible, first we get there and they deny our discounted prices we'd recieved online. Then we come back to our room after going to disneyland and find that there was a spare twin mattress in our room and the previously locked windows were now unlocked (ground floor room) … The windows were also broken from previous robberies and didnt even close all the way. Service was terrible as well. Never come here unless you're ready to pay for a bunch of extras like parking as well and want the worst hotel service ever…
