Anaheim Hills Inn and Suites is conveniently located off the 91 with great proximity to several amenities including a movie theater and In-N-Out. The rooms are clean and comfortable while a little on the older side. The staff is friendly and helpful.

You will most likely end up here for the price but be warned that there is a reason. The carpets are old. V the wallpaper is holding but only barely. The tile and grout all look like they were reclaimed from a war zone. I dared not to test the shower because of everything else so I have no comment on that. Cheap, yes. Livable, yes. Better options? … Very yes!

Found this place online and if you are looking for something more affordable and decent this place is it. Has a nice pool, jacuzzi and fitness room. Free coffee and breakfast. Place maybe a little outdated but again you cant beat the price!

We stayed for 5 nights, friendly service. The room was clean and nice, beds were super comfy! The pool was very big, bigger than we expected. We only went to breakfast once, it was minimal, they had a few options. Maybe more some other days but we only went once because we were too tired the other days. Overall nice hotel!

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The carpets are stained, the phone was broken, 2 of our lamps didn't work, the hinges are broken on the dresser, the attendant walked away hours ago, my wife and I paid several hundred dollars for this awful place it is worse the a motel 6. They will not offer us a refund. The headboard of the bed is peeling away and shedding on the pillows. We want our money back and they won't refund us and we are stuck here. There is no plug for the bathtub, 3 outlets don't work, and the a. C. Is broken and only works on the high fan setting.

Nice budget hotel. Spent 4 days last week and it's been a good experience.

The sheets was dirty. And somebody’s hair on it. I can’t sleep with this condition. I ask for clean sheets. They just give me a blanket. Ask me to use that as a sheets. Just not right. Not recommend at all. I think Motel 6 is more clean than this.

This is not the best place to stay. If you can afford to spend a little extra do so. I have been finding other people’s hair since I got here. It is in the bed in the bathroom. I am leaving early! The front desk person was not helpful either.

Friendly staff, awesome service, great highway accessibilty. Just needs a few updates, maybe some new towels. Overall great for the low price that was paid.

Good place to just lay your head down. It's about 10 miles from Disneyland and the selection of food is not what I would call prime. The towels had someone else's hair on it… But you can tell they are trying their best to make due with what they have.

Rooms were clean, not enough staff… As far as I know there was no overnight staff. Breakfast was cold items, nothing fancy.

Old but clean. Good breakfast. Good restaurants nearby and overall good. Nice running trail right therr.

The suite is just two conjoined rooms. Not a surprise but they didn't tell us when reserving. No biggie since we went and looked at the room prior to staying and cancelled our reservation since it won't accommodate our needs. Room was nice as, was the staff.

We were only here for one night but check in was quick. Beds and pillows were comfy.

The bed sheets were not fresh, we found stains and a fake eye lash in the sheets/ pillows. (Gross! ) Also, the electrical outlets were malfunctioning and there were mold stains on the bathroom wall…

This hotel staff is the worst. While on a charity bjke ride. We where going to meet here off the Green river trail and go on the ride. As soon as I got there parked next to the street some tall dumpy jerk comes out and demands we get off the property. If this is normal. That place is in trouble. No people skills or service here. Don't stay here.

Very nice hotel and everything is in walking distance within a block (food, gas, bank, pharmacy) great for families.

We get bad service they don't change bed linking they don't give you clean towels went to office they said will be by with new ones in15 minutes it's been hour n half no show got trash all over outside we been her a few times before it was OK now thise time we stayed longer big mistake we will spend or vacation n money elsewhere Frome now on thise place is bad very poor housekeeping.

Constantly getting harassed about being a guest or not. Not worth the money when one the Marriott is right across the 91 freeway and two has much nicer motel for less money and don't have to worry about being harassed if you're a real guest or not.

The location is great! Great places to eat nearby, freeway is right there, quiet area. Rooms can use a deeper cleaning. There was a lot of dust, especially when the A. C. Was turned on. So when we took out the vent, it was filled with dust. We ended up cleaning the vent twice ourselves. Pillows are uncomfortable. Overall, hotel rooms could use a deeper cleaning.

Because it's a favorite place for my kids.

Great location and kind staff. I will def revisit this place Highly recommended. For the price, it is unbeatable.

What a noisy and grubby experience staying at this hotel was! There were people running up and down the halls and yelling at night, dogs barking, and the traffic from Imperial highway was loud almost all night. There are holes in the curtains and no bedding provided for the fold-out sofa either. Not able to recommend it!

Older hotel but much better than I expected from the reviews, rate was 89 and location was good, definately better than motel 6

Wow! Simply wow! In light of THE sex offenders posted up HERE, I can't say I would go back. Not when there are plenty of other places to stay.

Awful. Have stayed here on 3 separate occasions now, trying my best to give them another shot as its conveniently located. Firstly: they falsely advertise the availability of pet friendly rooms. They have roughly 200 rooms and designate 3 as pet friendly. Have stayed in both rooms, and shockingly the non pet friendly rooms are effectively exactly the same as the pet friendly ones (typically nonpet friendly ones are of higher quality). Also, the rooms are not regularly cleaned. Literally every single time there are multiple spiders in the showers and even on the beds. The sheets have spider webs on them. Very shaggy furniture. Terrible internet connectivity and reliability. Also unfortunate, upon showing up after having booked the room, they forced me to wait for over forty five minutes (at 11pm at night no less) only to tell me the cleaning attendants did not clean the room (unsurprising as the 'cleaned' ones have never been clean) and then told me they couldn't rent me the room I had already paid for and refused to provide me with a refund because I had booked through a different agency (who is going to pay them anyways). They turned me away at midnight with nowhere to go and refused to give me back my money! Now I have to contact my bank and reverse the charge manually, creating an additional huge hassle for me for NOTHING. All I did was book a room and now I'm being punished for it and they refuse to take any responsibility. Do not stay here.

This morning KTLA Channel 5 news reported that at least 4 registered sex offenders rent rooms permanently at this motel. The desk clerk confirmed on camera that he does not warn other guests of their presence, even with children. If you still feel you should stay there and have children, at least use the California Meagan's Law site to enter the hotel's address and learn which rooms they are currently registered to. You can at least get a room that isn't directly next door. Don't let your kids go out alone, even to get a soft drink. The desk clerk kicked KTLA's crew out of the lobby this morning, so he doesn't seem interested in the issue. A note has been sent off to BW Corporate to ask what their policy is about warning guests that the hotel rents to registered sex offenders. Other than that, the hotel is in a convenient location close to the freeway, restaurants, and even a theater.

Staff was nice and rooms were clean. Great location by the free way too. And in n out =).
