This is our favorite stay-cation place to visit! The serve is consistently excellent. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. Our family never gets bored at the pool, the choices between the beach area, water slides, lazy river, or main pool keep the family entertained the entire stay!

It is an amazing place to visit, it’s amenities are great and met my expectations. Due to COVID they were only operating at 70% capacity. However, the place was nice and clean. They made sure that all areas were sanitized twice a day including all patio furniture. All staff was nice, they made sure that we always had what we needed. Entire family had a great time, highly recommend it!

Rancho Las Palmas was absolutely perfect for our family weekend getaway. The place is very clean and we were very pleased with the service overall. Our kids has the best time. We loved all amenities. There was no need to drive anywhere else. The restaurants inside the resort are the best!

They show movies in the main pool at night, not sure if it’s every night but we were there Sunday and Monday, had them both nights. We Love the Omni great complex, Golf spa pools restaurants and dog friendly what else do you need. Also if you book a massage you get use of the private pool it’s Great😎

There was an error and my credit card company double booked me here and the hotel refused to support me or help. They are literally trying to steal double the money I agreed to pay. I’ve been on the phone with managers and supervisors and it’s shocking that a supposedly nice hotel would try to steal money from a guest like this! Avoid this place! Stay somewhere else!

Very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Everything you need is nearby. Eateries across the street: Yard house, Cheesecake factory, 5 guys, Old Spaghetti factory. 20 minutes away is the must see Palm Springs Air Museum with WWI &WWII planes.

We golfed 2 days, beautiful setting, wonderful course. Outdoor fire pits add to ambiance. Accommodations were spacious, grounds were neatly kept. Great pool with water slide and lazy river. Very nice!

Loved the pool with activies, waterpark, enjoyed the movie night at the pool. The food at the restaurant was amazing plus kids buffet free with purchase of entree. The steak was the best ever.

Had a great time at the Omni Ranchos Las Palmas Resort. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are large and decorated beautifully and the beds are really comfortable. My husband and I were there for a little weekend getaway. There were a lot of kids there and seems to be geared towards families. There was an adult pool which was nice. They have a lazy river but it's full of kids and you cant take your drinks in there so we just left and went to the adult pool. We had the breakfast buffet one morning and felt it was overpriced for what was available and decided to go off site for our meals for the rest of our stay. The resort is in an excellent location with a ton of restaurants and a movie theater right across the street. Staff was all friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend the resort and hope to be back soon!

We've been coming here on a yearly basis — — at least — — for the past 20 years because it's centrally located next to the River (shopping/restaurant hub). Guests can literally cross the street and access plenty of restaurants, shopping and a movie theater. During the summer live entertainment is available outdoors. The hotel itself offers all the essentials for a quality stay: golf course, kids pool (with a lazy river, slide), adult pool (our favorite) for some quiet time, top-notch spa with it's own pool, dining options, large-size rooms (with a pull-out sofa for kids), gym, and endless venues for weddings/events. Their bloody Mary's are delicious — — the best in the desert. As importantly, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. If you want a hotel with more than just the basics, without breaking the bank, this is your place. I highly recommend it for those with children as they will be entertained for hours in the kids pool where there are daily activities besides swimming available to them. The resort offers it all for families, couples and singles alike.

Nice family resort, staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The lazy river and pool was great, the kids had a blast. When we went in August there were so many people that multiple breaks were needed for the pool to be cleaned or filtered. That was an inconvenience, rooms were nice and spacious. Daily room service was lacking, they wanted to clean our room close to 4 PM which was a big downer. There are a lot of restaurants nearby which was a plus. Overall it was a great family vacation, would we return probably not as there are other competitors nearby that can provide an even better experience at a similar price.

This was the first time I’ve resort of this level and it was amazing. Everyone was friendly the restaurant and pool side service need some improvements with staff being attentive. The cafe was great I loved it. The pools are fun and relaxing. The room was a good size and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were ehh by I still slept good. The only problem I experienced was the room keys stopped working a few times. But I was told the resort is replacing all locks in the next couple months.

This place was so amazing — the pool, water slides, lazy river! But what made this trip extra special was one staff member in particular — David. He drove us to and from the pool in the golf cart (our room was a little ways from the pool so the hotel offers this “shuttle service”). David created some very unique memories for us while driving the golf cart — so cool! James was another driver and he was great too! My daughter wants to make this trip a yearly tradition because of the special memories created here! This was really an amazing experience! Would definitely recommend it!

The hotel itself is nice but during certain times of the year (summer) they sell day passes so if you're going there for the pool and waterslide make sure they haven't sold these day passes because the place becomes overcrowded and disgusting. The pool circulation can't keep up with the number of people and there's not enough seats for the hotel guests and the day passes combined making a problem. Picture a 300 seat airplane having 900 people on it… standing room only hotel party is not a good family environment. We ended up by moving to a different Hotel it wasn't over crowded. The Hyatt sold their business.

Omni resort did not disappoint. The lazy river, water slide and swimming pool were the favorite spots that my family and I enjoyed the most. Will definitely return. The check-in and check-out process were easy and stress free. House keeping kept our room clean with plenty of towels and bed linens. Overall great place along with friendly staff and service.

Everything was great! We stayed in the upgraded rooms 200 area and loved our stay! It was our first time here so we were unaware of activities and golf being included. Our view of the 18 & over pool was fabulous from our room. We took in a few hours at splashtopia and stayed at the 18 & over pool since my younger kids were not with us on this mini vacation. We can’t wait to bring the whole family. This is our new place go to place to unplug and recharge our batteries. Thank you to the staff and everyone who was so accommodating. Great time and I can’t wait to come back ♥️

We had a good stay here. Our room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfy. The pool area is crowded but we were able to find longe chairs each visit. We spent a lot of time in the lazy river and water slides and when we needed a break from the kid noise, the adult pool was a perfect break.
The 4 rating is mainly for the restaurant. The lunch and dinner service was very slow even though they were not busy. We ate there three times out of convince but if we come back we will go out instead. For the price of the food the taste is just ok. The breakfast service runs much smoother but the expensive buffet is just mediocre.
Overall the stay was good and we would visit again for the pools!

Great place to get away and relax. Lots of good restaurants close by, including Wally’s Desert Turtle. Kids area is great! They had a great time. Love all the lifeguards to monitor them, and they are really attentive! They’re not just sitting around to get a tan like so many resorts I’ve been to. The entire staff from check-in to departure were superb! Blu-Ember is good, but I enjoyed breakfast more than my dinner there. Some minor housekeeping issues = only 4 stars, but nothing I haven’t found at most other hotels. Overall a great stay.

A beautiful resort in the Palm Springs area, but not exactly what we were expecting for a relaxing couples weekend. On our first day we did enjoy the adults only pool, and the spa was very nice. We enjoyed all the amenities there, and had a great couples massage experience. The down side came on our second day when we had reserved a cabana. We did not realize (it was not clear on the website) that the cabanas were in the "kid zone. " We had families with strollers wandering in and out of our cabana to store their things. Also, we had dinner in the bar one evening and there were two little boys throwing a football back and forth in the bar. Their father was oblivious. No one from management asked him to control his children. Flying footballs and liquor bottles are not a good mix. Again, a beautiful place, and I would recommend it for families with young children (as I once had), but for more of an adult experience you may want to look elsewhere.

My family and I absolutely loved this place. We went for a weekend getaway, and wished we had more time here. I see many more family vacations being spent here in the future. It truly is a gem. My kids loved the pool, lazy river and slides. Our last night there they played a family movie at the pool. In my experience, there are not too many establishments that make children and families feel welcome. Thank you for making my kids feel welcome. Hope to see you soon!

We really enjoyed our stay. The grounds are very nice and well maintained. Our room was on the second floor overlooking the large, family pool. Not too noisey but if you want quiet ask and they will accommodate. The pool, water slides and lazy river were the prime motivations for choosing Omni. Our kids loved the water and were in the pools all day. The food choices were good but are higher prices. The offered complimentary coffee drinks each morning. The staff was very helpful. We will return.

Our first time at Omni and we absolutely loved it. They welcomed my kids with welcoming goodie bags. Room was very clean, beautiful lake view with ducks. Food was very good, drinks were good, service was great. We would definitely be back again.

So pretty. We were there only to golf but I could see how beautiful the grounds were around the resort. The golf course was great but there was not much shade. Very cool bent palm trees all around the course. Fairways were nice condition. Greens looked faster than they really were.

If you’re looking to spend time with your family poolside… don’t choose this hotel. While the grounds are beautiful, the pool was so overcrowded you could never find a seat. Chairs were packed like sardines, impossible to move, and that is if you even got a seat. If you are a couple, with no kids, there is an adult pool which was great but that meant not being with my teenagers. Walking distance to a few restaurants as hote was very overpriced. Didn’t like that coffee/sundry shop closed at 6 every day.

Great place to stay. We were in town for Stagecoach and got the package deal. The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was nothing but professional and courteous and took the time to explain the resort grounds and the many amenities. Rooms were very neat and higher end furnishings. Our room was on the second floor and the lazy river was right below our balcony. Would definitely stay again and recommend this place. Thanks for the enjoyable stay!

Nice place. Fun lazy river but food and drink availability is slim and difficult. Only liquor available at the kiddie pool. Couldn't get coffee or even juice! A fun people zoo.

Lots of amenities. The view from the vista king was so good. Piecful balcony from the 400 section. Child friendly as well as adult only areas. Lots of food selection in and off the resort within the 0.5 mile.

Fun for the kids. Nice to be able to walk across the street for restaurants and ice cream. They had 2 options for Easter brunch which was nice. We went with the cheaper one and it was still really good. Had an 11 year old, 2 year old, and 6 month old as well as 2 grandma's. Water slides are small but fun!

Very family friendly resort with many activity. We spent most of our time in the Splastopia swim, slide and lazy river. The crowds were light midweek in April. The rooms and grounds are well looked after. The staff is very polite and helpful. The poolside food service is good but it's not inexpensive. I'd say the quality and convenince justify the prices. Adult drinks start at $11. We will come back again.

One day in and so far I am underwhelmed. Our room has no Wi-Fi access and when we called in for help getting that fixed we had a very rude representative tell us it was a problem with our devices not the WIFi. Clearly this is not the case since I have perfect access from the pool and other common areas just not from our room. The mattresses are not great either. It sags to the point that my husband almost rolled off the bed and I woke up with a back ache this morning. I also find it annoying that the pool does not open until 9:00 AM. I like to get up early and swim laps at 6:00 or 7:00 AM before the pools get crowded but this is not an option here. We had a nice breakfast this morning at the restaurant except for the fact that the coffee pot exploded on me and sprayed me with hot coffee which not only burned my arms and legs but also ruined my white shorts. If they are going to leave a full pot of coffee on the table for the guests, perhaps the servers can pour the first cup to make sure it is not overly full to the point of exploding on the guests. So far, my impression is this place is way overpriced for what you get. At the rates we are paying per night I have a very high expectation and this place is not delivering.

This is my go to spa… everything is made for ease and convenience! The Spa is my retreat and the treatments all wonderful. I loved my masseuse, Riesling, who was able to stop a migraine from ruining my day. Every staff member is friendly and helpful, the pool area tranquil and the pool food/drinks service reliable. My one small issue is that the shower water runs warm and not hot towards the end of the day but after relaxing poolside all day it's a small price to pay. The pool was a bit too cold and the food needs updating, regardless, I bring most my visitors there.

Stayed here 10 days while organizing a corporate event. Across the street is the River Mall outdoor shopping center that includes a few restaurants and shops. I had the luxury to get one of the large suites right at the end of the fairway! Spacious, the bathrooms have a sliding barn door which was interesting. The beds were over sized and fluffy. I received a basket of fruit and a bottle of wine on my dining room table. I also received bed turn down service that included a bottle of complimentary water nightly. The front patio was nice and it seemed like each room had some sort of citrus tree outside. I was able to pick a fresh grapefruit every morning for breakfast and sit outside in the sun. The service staff were friendly and always accommodating. They were always happy to lend a hand when I had boxes to lug around. The restaurant was wonderful with very fresh produce and perfectly cooked. In the evening, everything was well lit around fire pits to gather during the chilly evenings. The spa was wonderful! I received a complimentary ticket to a wine and cheese event along with a complimentary general spa access. I purchased a 90 minute deep tissue massage which I thought was a little pricey but by the end of it, I didn't care, returned back to my room and melted into the cloud like bed! I would DEFINITELY recommend this place. Perhaps try in the summer when they they have their splash zone for the kiddos open.

This vacation is our favorite. We stay here every year in March and bring our daughter. From the poolside fun to the outdoor kids activities, they have thought of it all! The food and wine are delightful and to enjoy it around the fire pits at night is so relaxing. The live music at night makes for a fun and inviting atmosphere. Golf is important to us on vacation and this course has so much to offer. The staff was overly accommodating which we appreciate so much! Thank you Omni for the best vacation spot. ❤️❤️❤️

The rooms were really nice and clean and very well laid out. Nice view from the balcony of the golf course. Very nice layout between the pools and the conference rooms. The wait time at the restaurant was too long.

Year’s Day. On arrival we were treated very insignificantly, our room contained two single beds. The front desk argued they’re double beds, my wife and have waif body types and struggled to sleep comfortably in the same bed. The hygiene standard here is appalling, our room was dusty and one of the towels had a blood stain. On New Year’s Day the spa was closed but we were invited to lounge by the pool. Oh and we received a noise complaint at 9.30pm on New Year’s Eve because our TV was too loud. Not quite the luxury experience described, not nearly as ‘beautiful’ as they constantly try to remind you. This is a 3 star resort at best and I would thoroughly recommend trying one of the resorts of which they are plentiful. I’ve stayed at most and this is the worst.

Started with the valet, then the lobby staff then the bar staff. They were all exceptional! My bartender couldn't have been funny or more welcoming. Really made me feel comfortable. The entire stay guaranteed that I will return.

Beautiful resort. Comfortable beds, amazing pool, spa areas and restaurant available. Also features a golf course. I've come for a couple corporate events and the conference room are spacious, and the staff are dependable. Definitely recommend.

This was such a great resort to stay at. The staff were amazing! So friendly and so courteous to me and my wife. The rooms were great. The view of the golf course was very pleasant. We had a great time there.

The rooms and the location are fantastic for the price you end up paying. I'd say avoid food here; in general dinner isn't anywhere near as good as the plethora of restaurants within a 10 minute drive.

Omni is it usual spot to relax and get a drink after a fun game of golf. Excellent staff and service as expected. Definitely recommend.

Best mini vacation we had while spending 2 days in palm springs. The lazy pool was the best feature for the little one and the rooms were very comfortable. I'll recommend this resort to anyone going there.

I was able to visit the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort for a conference and although I didn't have a chance to take in all of the amenities, my experience was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. And the resort as a whole seemed very nice.

Beautiful rooms and facilities. I was here for a conference and the room was large, clean, and modern. Snacks, dessert, and Continental breakfast were all tasty with enough options. Comfortable bed and nice, large bathroom. Tile and decoration fit the Palm Springs location. Some units were far from the main building, but they did supply golf cart concierge. My room (610) had a ground level patio overlooking the green and pond of the golf course.

Great report for a weekend getaway. Family friendly with plenty of activities. Rooms are nice, despite a bit of wear. Plenty of places for food, but the same food. Regardless, there are quite a few options nearby.

Amazing stay! The staff is so friendly. Shirley the supervisor sent a birthday cake to celebrate my birthday which is such a sweet gesture. There's games for kids and the pools are great. Can't wait to stay here again!

This was a really good & relaxing experience. The room was well furnished & comfortable. Room service & the service by the pool were excellent. Pool area is relaxing & fun, overall Rancho las Palmas is the perfect get away spot.

Loved our location on golf course. Nice air conditioned rooms. Service was top notch. Main pool was filthy but is usual with all the young kids in the pool. Fun activities for kids but to hot to do them in the heat. Overall a fun experience and can't wait until next year.

The location gets super hot! Obviously you're in the desert lol. Other than that, it's really clean there. The staff is really friendly. Over all a great place to stay. It's my second time staying here, my kid loves the water area with lazy River and kids zone.

The resort is a great place to stay with your family. There is a lazy river and two big water slides that's fun… even for adults! Poolside rooms are the best for quick and easy access to pool and lazy river. I recommend building 24. Rooms are nice size and come with a small fridge. Resort is like 10 minutes from downtown.

Family and I stayed 2 nights for a nice weekend getaway. Absolutely loved it! Beautiful, well kept, great staff, and great atmosphere, despite 115 ° weather. 2 fun slides for everyone to enjoy. 2 bed deluxe room was plenty of space for our family of 4. I really have nothing but great things to say about every aspect of our trip. Just a really great place to stay.

It is a very nice place for kids and adults. There are two water slides for kids and there is a lazy river too. Also there is a big pool for just having fun with family and then there is an adult pool. Overall it was a great experience. The rooms are beautiful and I would love to come back to this awesome resort.

This is one of the best resort tailored for family with kids. They have multiple pools and lazy rivers for relaxation. Also they have a small sand area for kids and two water slides for adult. Definitely recommend for family that wanted a short and cheap get away trip from LA.

The room was very pleasant, the golf course was beautiful. The restaurant was pretty good too. I planned with the concierge to have flowers, food and coffee delivered to my room for my wife for mothers day and it was 2 HOURS late! The concierge was very apologetic, but it really seemed like they didn't have their crap together. You'll have a pleasant experience here, I'm sure, but don't expect superior customer service. Friendly, but not exceptional. Nice place overall. I'd come back with my kids because they have a very nice water park area.

I did not stay at this resort but spent enough time there with our customer who as using the resort as a staging area for their staff and equipment for Coachella. The resorts Spanish hacienda architecture and grounds fit in nicely with the Ranch Mirage (Palm Springs) atmosphere. For a luxurious getaway with all the amenities — this resort is for you.

Great place for a family trip to the desert. The water park will keep the kids busy and the proximity to great golf is handy for the adults. Food is good and service is friendly and prompt. Definitely will return.

I will NEVER stay here again. I had left my iPad in the hotel room after a stay last week. Was in a hurry to catch flight. Called hotel and let them know where it would have been. They went and checked the room. It was not there. Either the housekeeper or guest that stayed after us had taken it. That is the type of guest or employees they have working or staying there. Also we had to move rooms due to ant infestation in bathroom. Had to have room sprayed then came back later that night and had just as many new ants in bathroom. We ended up moving rooms and had ants in bathroom of new room as well. Very upset with hotel and lack of ability to maintain rooms. Never coming back to hotel.

Loved the location of Omni Ranch. I enjoyed the room I stayed in. Had a great view of the golf course. Can't wait to go back.

We were at this resort for a conference and enjoyed our stay. It was high-end but casual like the city. The rooms looked modern and all areas were clean to our satisfaction. They ran out of rooms with king beds so we slept in a room with 2 full sized beds. Sound does travel so we can hear music coming from the main lobby during dinner when they put on some entertainment, we didn't mind. During our stay we also put in some pool and hot tub time to take the days stresses away, you meet some cool people there also for work out to just play tennis at the nearby Indian Wells tennis facility.

Wonderful family getaway destination. Large pool area with lazy river and 2 water slides. Pool side food and drink service. Rooms are nice with most having some sort of golf course view. Room we had could use some updating. Pegasus plumbing fixtures were falling apart. Static on the TV. Pull out sofa bed was a torture device. Staff was always very nice, but not always on top of things. I ordered a beer at the pool that never showed up for example. Not a big fan of the Blu Ember Restaurant. $30 entrees were decent but not memorable. Servers were very nice and tried to be helpful, but service was extremely slow. Maybe not enough wait staff? Simple dinner on an early Saturday evening took 2 hours. My wife had an excellent time at the spa. Grounds are well maintained. Huge patio area with numerous fire pits and outdoor furniture is very inviting. Overall a nice hotel.

Food was great. I got lots of awards at my convention. The room was awesome. Had 6 people staying in it. Would definitely recommend the golf course as it was in my backyard. Lastly, the rooms are evenly spaced buildings that match nicely with the decor and I will definitely come back here probably next year to get more awards. Yay for splashtopia.

They should call it the Hotel Chastity because no one is having sex here. There is no soundproofing. If anything, sound is amplified between the rooms. We not only hear the woman in the room next to us on the phone, we can hear a bit of the voice of the person she is talking to. It's that bad. So forget any romantic moments as the people next to you will hear every word. Our daughters had it worse. In the room next to them they had a kid yelling "shut up" for over 45 minutes. They called the front desk about it but the hotel didn't do anything. Then in the morning at 6:15 the kids in the room next to them woke up and were yelling non-stop. They called down to the front desk and again nothing was done. Aside from the noise issue… The hotel is old but in decent shape. The beds are super comfortable and the showers have great water pressure. The grounds are nice. The kids pool area looks great. And the adult pool is nice and quiet. The restaurant & bar at the hotel is awful (see my reviews). But there's a mall across the street with some really good restaurants (see my reviews). And for breakfast there's an IHOP a 3 minute car ride away. Everyone who works here is very nice. Ineffectual but nice. So aside from the no privacy issue, it's a nice place. If you stay here figure that you will wake up when your neighbors do, even if they're quiet. And you won't have any chance for romantic moments. Otherwise, as long as you don't have out of control kids next door, it's fine.

Was staying at the omni for a wedding. Everything was great and the staff was very helpful. I would stay there again and recommend others do the same.

Very late delivery of luggage to room even though they promised delivery when the room was ready. The Blue Ember Restaurant gave very poor service. The reservation desk put us in a room next to a drunken wedding party that left their door open while they partied non-stop til early morning hours. Lots of cursing & slamming doors. The hotel wedding planner basically told us to pound sand when I very courteously asked if they could quiet down.

They told us they would text us when our rooms were ready. After waiting a few hours we called the front desk only to find out our rooms had been finished and were waiting for us. They instructed us to go to the front desk and our keys would be hanging on the wall under our last name. Needless to say, this promise was also broken and I had to wait in line to get my keys. Other than that, rooms were decent, pool was a little small and their King bed looked more like a queen to me.

It is fun the first day but after it gets boring and it is the same stuff. The water slides are fun but you can't do anything fun on them except go feet first and just slide, no going back words or soinning. It is good for little kids and adults that like a lazy river.

We had received rave reviews about this place… supposed to have been a 5 star resort type place… booked it because of the water slide and lazy river features it also boasted for kids… on the first day, we ordered food by the pool and could not eat because of the fly infestation… paid $15 for a hamburger for my kid only to watch him swat at flies for half an hour… the pool was cloudy and filthy… looked like spring break… trash everywhere under all the pool lounge chairs, people packed in like sardines… my kids wanted to leave after the second day… even when you had no food or drinks near you, the flies would not leave you alone… not saying that you can solve a fly problem, but you figure for a 5 star resort that charges and arm and a leg each night, they would try to do something more… and the water quality as stated before, my son didnt want to go into the pool. I would not recommend it. It is a beautiful looking place, and close to a lot of things, but honestly, for the money, you can stay elsewhere. I would not return. I did complain, and received a credit for one night, but again, the quality just was not there. If you enjoy very loud crowds and thousands of kids and don't mind the lack of cleanliness issue for outside, then go for it. The rooms were very nice, I do have to say that much. No complaints there.

My family and I stayed at this resort recently and had a horrible experience. The room was infested with flies and cockroaches. The pool was supposed to be exclusive to hotel guests only that were given wrist bands, but the hotel staff let anyone and everyone in. It looked like spring break on steroids, shoulder to shoulder people in a filthy, slimy pool. When we told the staff we were checking out a day early due to the bug infestation, we were told they would not charge us for that day, but we were still charged.

The walls in the rooms are paper thin. Can hear a family listening to Frozen next to us. Also, there are many flies around the grounds and at the pools.

Everything outside of the room was great, not counting someone forgetting to turn off the sprinklers during the outside movie showing. Needless to say, kids weren't too happy with getting soaked. In the room, the air conditioner was extremely loud, as well as the ceiling fan and refrigerator. Also, the walls and ceiling seemed paper thin, which led to an unpleasant time trying to sleep every night. Really not worth the money.
