Wonderful atmosphere for a boutique hotel.

Arrived the evening of Dec31, 2020. Having to meet Social Health protocols. Still not sure if Pool/Jacuzzi are open. However we are pleased. The hotel atmosphere is very pleasant.

We LOVE the Los Arboles Hotel. It's chill, laid back, quiet. The decor is great, the beds are comfortable. The staff is always wonderful. Their restaurant El Marisol is great. Freshly made from scratch tortillas on the weekends, which are a must have. All in all a great place to unwind. Highly recommended. Low key just like the doctor ordered.

Love it here. Rooms are beautiful. Everyone is anxious to do for you. Restaurant is delicious!

We love it here. Great small hotel. Beautiful Spanish decor… love all the wooden accents like the doors. I love the pool and comfy chairs and Hammocks. Some rooms have private patios. Attached to Marisol Mexican Restaurant.

Best priced hotel in the movie Colony district.

Server was very nice, but didn't check back often so we only got one round of drinks. Food was very good. Cute patio with misters and fans. Margaritas were below average, very sweet (like margarita mix) and watery.

We've been here twice and love it. The restaurant delivers to pool and room which is awesome, the roof couches are so cozy, and the whole atmosphere is amazing.

This is a very romantic hotel to stay at they also have a fabulous restaurant that serves some amazing mexican food and margaritas. This is a place I would recommend for everyone visiting the Palm Springs California area.

Fabulous little hotel in Palm Springs. Away from the crowds but only a short drive to the main strip. The ambiance is cozy and beautiful with trees and flowers everywhere. The staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. The rooms are perfect. The Queso at the restaurant is the best I’ve ever had. Nowhere else I’d stay in Palm Springs!

Went to dinner here on Monday night, the outdoor patio is delightful. Misters all around, a beautiful comfortable Courtyard. The service was excellent and the food is yummy. Would highly recommend.

We are world wide 5 star travellers, this is one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in. Peaceful, tranquil, every amenity. Lovely staff, great on site Mexican restaurant. Good prices. We can ask for nothing more. So happy we are here for another 2 days — we will definitely be back x.

Had to change my review from 5 stars to minus 5 (if I could) the owner lady could not have been more rude and obnoxious. Beside treating us like garbage in general when I told her that the AC in our room is not really working (it was just blowing slightly cool air which was not conditioned and was humid and did not cool the room even after a few hours) she suggested that it was working and if we don't like it maybe we should look for another hotel (! ) even though we already paid and settled down there and even though the hotel was empty and from past experiences there we knew that some of the room had very good ac. At another occasion she almost ran over me with her car while I had my baby daughter in a carrier on me when she just flew through a stop sign and after she stopped short she actually gave me the finger! No joke! This woman should not be in the hospitality industry!

This place has great Mexican food and great atmosphere.

Some pretty solid legit Mexican food. Super friendly staff and my entire party enjoyed their food and their experience there.

An excellent place. Very clean with great people. Great location. The attached Mexican Restaurant, Mirasol is a definite must.

Food is delicious. Great patio ambience and our server Omar was top notch.

We were at the hotel retardant for lunch. Had a Margarita and the Carnitas. Carnitas are a bit unusually made, but excellent. I'd highly recommend it.

Visited for the restaurant, and it was delicious! Probably our 3rd or 4th trip to this location and it consistently delicious and they have great customer service, always making us feel welcome. We've stayed at the hotel before, and it was lovely. Room had a bathtub and a place, making it very cozy and relaxing.

I had my birthday dinner here and it was amazing as usual. The food was just as good the next day too! Was sang to and had a birthday flan, very nice!

Had a great dinner at El Mirasol! Beautiful garden patio setting, friendly staff, excellent food. The Doña Diabla shrimp was excellent, as was the pollo en pipian. And we got a bottle of the Doña Diabla sauce to take home!

Really nice ambiance at this place and the food is absolutely amazing. Try their tomatillo sauce shrimp enchiladas. Service was great!

Dinner at El Mirasol was amazing. The service was quick and friendly and the food was awesome. Also outdoor seating is highly recommended.

I stayed here for a business gathering and fell in love with the place! Super nice/clean/quiet rooms, great pool and hot tub, just a nice atmosphere. Everyone I interacted with on the staff was absolutely lovely. When the hotel owner heard I was a vegan, she sought me out every day to ensure I knew what catered dishes (for our business lunch meetings) were vegan. Everything was catered through the attached Mexican restaurant and the food was so fresh, so tasty — even if you don't stay in the lovely hotel, you have to try the restaurant. But I definitely recommend the hotel, too!

Our favorite place to stay; great staff and management along with beautiful rooms and a wonderful pool & spa. Great food in the Mexican restaurant beside/attached to it! Highly recommended.

Quiet 21 room hotel. This is the second time we've stayed here, this time for 6 days. Beautiful pool area with misters that really help keep you cool. Friendly staff and the food at the restaurant is excellent, try the chorizo tacos!

Quaint 16 room hotel, great restaurant in the court yard. Room was cozy, perfect for two. Our room 120 was on the other side of the hedge from the restaurant, walk out and enjoy a great Mexican meal.

What a great place to stay and be near shopping and dining. Elma was wonderful in checking me in and showing me personally around the hotel and to my room. It has a nice Mexican ambiance, including its own restaurant. My room was next to the outside patio of the restaurant and at its busiest time, I never heard anything. The room was nice and clean. If you are concerned about bed bugs, you need not worry. The bed was comfortable and good hot water for a morning shower.

My partner and I just got back home after a 4 night stay. We LOVED this hotel. So much so that on day 2 we both decided we'll 100% be back. We liked that its family owned and a small business. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. No loud guests while we stayed there. Everyone seemed to know it was a place for relaxation and quiet. We also very much enjoyed the restaurant the owners have connected to the hotel. Everything we ate there was tasty and you can even order poolside! We can't wait to come back!

Everything was very clean and the room was well furnished. I really liked the shower. Especially after all of the Coachella dust.

This is a great little hotel. Clean, beautiful courtyard/pool area, lovely rooms and quiet. We also loved the restaurant, El Marisol, that's attached. Try their hot sauce. I'm so glad we bought a bottle. We're addicted.

The aroma of mexican food and the mexican music playing from poolside was wonderful. Clean comfortable stylish room, very relaxing. And luckily we hit on a special affordable rate. Wish I had more time to stay. Did I mention the great food? Oh and the service was friendly and inviting.

Great little place with great service for a good price, walking distance from all the action. A real jam.
