Very basic hotel in decent area of town. Front desk staff was nice.

Trash in the hot tub. Broken chairs by the pool. Breakfasts need to be improved severely. On a good note they have a polite staff.

Feel-good oasis after car ride, gorgeous. The water in the pool was refreshing, not too cold.

This is a 3 star motel, but the staff was so helpful and friendly that I'm posting 4. My son and I enjoyed the frigid pool and hot tub and ate at an amazing sushi place a block away behind the strip mall across the street.

Nothing special about the rooms. Regular coffee only (no decaf), handle on the shower was about ready to fall off, one of the lamps didn't work, several unknown stains on an ottoman. The outside of the hotel looks fine but the rooms are outdated. This has got to be one of the worst Continental breakfasts I have seen in awhile. They don't have decaf in their either and the fruit was limited to bananas only. Was looking for some bottled water so went down to the vending machine located in the pool area and it was out of water so walked over to the front desk and they don't carry it there either. The TV is a wall mount and it had to be propped up with a coffee cup. The positives are that the bed and pillows were very comfortable and over all the room was clean (except for the ottoman that I mentioned earlier).

Delivered a pizza here. People were enjoying the hot tub. Great Scott's Pizza, just across the street. Call us, we'll take care of your fine dining needs.

Awsome place to stay. Quiet n family friendly too. They have all types of rooms. I enjoy staying in the jaccuzi suites, & delux room w/whirlpool bathtub. The beds are so comfy feels like you're sleeping in a cloud. The staff is great very welcoming, helpful, and friendly! Good variety for breakfast my favorite is the freshly made omlets yummy! Plenty parking even for diesels. There's cameras and lots of lighting so the place I feel safe. Definitely recommend this place.

Got one of the nicest suites here for a few days, and it was overall pretty good and we got a decent deal. I liked the layout of my room (#207) and loved how separate it was from everything, ended up very private. Of course, that wasn't unintentional. Shoddy construction and scratches in the paint, and cheap furniture, but I couldn't personally care less about those things. But for one of the nicest rooms, I was hoping for just a tad nicer amenities.

It's serviceable but not the best place. The rooms are old and have a smell. The hotel itself is off the beaten path.

The room was clean. The bedding is beautiful. The only problem was the bed in room 127 needs to be replaced. The springs in the mattress were sticking in my back making for a very uncomfortable sleep.

I thought the room was clean, bed was very comfortable and the courtyard was kept up nice. Breakfast was ok. I stayed a week and was pleased with the experience overall. I would stay here again.

Stay here alot. Friendly staff, nice rooms beds are so comfortable. Quiet & I love the landscaping. Theres a good breakfast also.

At night it is the most shady area with prostitutes and gangbangers walking around. What was even worse is the room next door of course was having sex so our room was shaking and couldn't sleep. Horrible experience, choose the best western.

Ideal for an intermediate overnight stay, on the way to San Francisco.

One night stay, very nice. Upgraded (? ) to a Jacuzzi suite with separate bedroom and living room. The bathroom had a large multi jet shower that flooded the bathroom. The night manager indicated that the contractor was at fault for not remodeling the shower correctly. The Jacuzzi tub and continental breakfast were a bright spots.

My group stayed the the Travel Lodge after a day of ATVing at Pismo Beach. For starters, we did not expect this place to be an outside style motel. The pictures displayed on the website are much nicer than what we saw in person. Checking in was relatively quick and easy. The room itself is quite filthy. The carpet doesn't look like it has been cleaned in a while, the towels in the restroom has dark, suspicious marks on them. The cleanliness of the beds were fine, but the beds weren't too comfortable. Overall, would not stay again.

Nice place to stay for not very much money! The bed is very comfortable and the air conditioning was nice and cold! The grounds are really well kept too.

This Travelodge was just beautifully remodeled but unfortunately it's management is lacking. The receptionist was nice enough however her appearance wasn't very professional. The towels looked dirty and stained. We pulled down the bedding and the linens had multiple stains. Don't even know if they had been replaced after last occupant. Couldn't even imagine a housekeeper seeing such disgusting stains and still putting them on for next guest, but they did. Breakfast was awful. We were there an hour before closing but the attendant was more focused on trying to cleanup to get out of there then keeping the food area clean and stocked. He'd closed down half the room so there was nowhere to sit. Several guests had to ask for food items and condiments. His appearance too left a lot to be desired. At checkout again, very unprofessional. This hotel has a ton of potential but staff seems to have no pride in themselves or their hotel.

This was an interesting place. Interesting in a good way. To simplify what I mean by this would be "This used to be an apartment. " The rooms were beautifully done with a clean, modern bathroom and the first hotel I've been to with hardwood flooring. Summary: It's a modified apartment. Pros: -Clean, modern bathroom -Clean, modern bed sheets/finishings -Flat screen TV -Microwave -Fridge -The sense of security with security cameras around the parking lots Cons: -One dead light bulb when I arrived (minor complaint) -Parking, for me that was, was in the back, pretty much in an alley.

This is a nice little hotel that offers a good basic room, nice continental breakfast, and outstanding customer service. The grounds are well kept and very pretty. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars are because of the bed — the sheets were too small and they didn't have fitted bottoms. Since we travel so much we carry our own sheets, and put them on. Otherwise we really liked this hotel!

We stayed in a 2 bed suit and loved it. Front desk was great, friendly, and most of all very helpful. I recommend it all the way. Rooms were beautiful and very clean.

Clean updated rooms, quite and the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The only drawback was the small vanity but the drawer space and the jacuzzi tub made up for it. I would definitely stay here again.

I love the comfy beds, customer service is always nice and friendly. Breakfast is okay.

A little pricey for a travelodge. We got a suite for 6 and it fit our family just fine. Squeeky floors and old carpet as well as key cards that only work once keep my rating down. Breakfast was decent and a nice lobby area with a cool fireplace.

Horrible Place! Rude Employees! I would like to start by say check in was the only thing pleasant. A very nice man checked us in late, approx 1:00 am Saturday morning. Then the horror begins. I was awoken by a young lady standing in my room at 8:00 am? Why was she there. Check out is 11:00 am. None the less I give them the benefit of the doubt. Now being I paid for the upgraded room I would assume it was nice and clean. It was not! The lights then began to not work, coffee maker, tv, etc. I just gave up and called it a day. Now here is where it gets EVEN WORSE. I return to the office to check out and am greeted by a person by the name of Eric. After waiting close to 30 minutes just to check out, he rudely informed me he was keeping my cash deposit. I protested STRONGLY asking for proof of any damage. I was first lied to being told I smoked in the room when in fact I do not smoke. Then was accused of using drugs in the room by this man! I was so taken aback. I couldn't believe what this man was saying. I asked for management. He refused saying to his co worker "he won't call back anyway". From that I took it immediately that he had done this before and knew most people would not make a complaint against him. Shame on him! And this facility for allowing this kind of behavior to be tolerated! Luckily if your in town, there is a hotel across the street. Save your $160 a night plus the $100 deposit they steal. Spend it at the beautiful beaches nearby.

This is kind of the cream of the crop of motels. The place has been recently remodeled, looks very clean, and the staff was very nice. There is a nice little rose garden and fountain out front. We were missing a lampshade, but weren't bothered by that so much as the overhead lighting, which can be controlled by neighboring visitors; we ultimately just had to keep it off and use the dimmer table lamps. Despite that, I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area — — it's just as nice as a hotel, for a way lower price!

Wow! What a nice stay, its like sudo tropical oasis meets relaxing spa! secret retreat. We will seek out all Travelodges to stay from now on. Very clean and the staff is wonderful.

Awesome bed, great Jacuzzi, the suit is amazing I don't want to leave! Great location and not to mention the beautiful rose garden outside my room door.

Very good service and above all also the morritas that give you a massage as soon as you call roomservice should all have that service and but keep the girls in their 120 lbs. So all good and no desire to go back home.

Although the outside does not appear to be a 4 star hotel, the room and staff definitely are. Seriously, I never thought it would be possible to stay in a room that felt closer to knob hill than courtyard at this price. Way to go travel lodge, you have set the bar for cleanliness, comfort and styling class that feels double-triple the money. I gave 5 stars because of the incredible value. No, you don't get room service, view, or fancy concierge, but you sure get comparable room quality to a standard room at Mark Hopkins.

We had a wonderful stay at your Travelodge! The room was nice and clean and we could swim in front of the appartment. A good place to say when you are traveling from San Fransisco to Los Angeles.

Me and my husband and his sister and her husband had a weekend off to go out and enjoy ourselfs like a mini honey moon, but we choose the bad place to stay. First the few good thing: when we check in the guy at the front desk was verry polite and helpfull, the breakfast was ok. Now the bad: we had a suite with "jaccuzy" the carpet was sooo dirty I was scare to take my shoes off, our bedroom didnt had a TV we only had one on the livingroom, the jaccuzzy was too small, the walls had moho, the beds were way too noisy :/ (i said the beds because we could heard all the noise from the other rooms), my sister inlaw said the same thing lol. I dint like it at all, to check out the guy in the morning took like 20min to be at the desk because he was doing something else outside of the lobby (idk what but he took forever). For my part I will never like coming back to this hotel : (had a good time with my husband just dnt like the place at all.

Room ws very spacious and clean. It was quiet which we appriciate. The breakfast was more than adequate, beyond what one expects. Would definately stay again. Staff was most helpful.

Adequate for a one night stop over on our way to San Francisco. Nothing amazing, but the rooms are clean and the bed comfortable. Can't ask much more for the price. Shaws steakhouse just up the street is a great find for dinner.
